为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“内”、“外”“前端”、“后端”、“两端”、“一端”、“另一端”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“设置有”、“连接”等,应做广义理解,例如“连接”,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
如图1-8所示,一种具有运输功能的全自动芝麻油的灌装机,包括设备箱1,设备箱1的上方固定连接有支撑架2,支撑架2内设置有传送带3,设备箱1的外侧壁固定连接有支撑板5,支撑板5的端面固定连接有油箱6,支撑架2的上表面连接有两个固定板9,固定板9之间固定连接有设备盒10,设备盒10的下表面固定安装有第一电机11,第一电机11的输出端固定连接有往复丝杆12,往复丝杆12的外侧壁螺纹连接有螺套13,螺套13的外部设置有传动环14,螺套13的外侧壁开设有滑槽16,传动环14的内壁固定连接有多个滑块15,滑块15的一端与滑槽16传动连接,传动环14的外侧壁两侧均固定连接有连接板17,两个连接板17的底端共同固定连接有齿环18,齿环18的下表面两侧均固定连接有传动板19,传动板19的端面固定安装有第一电动推杆20,第一电动推杆20的自由端固定连接有第一卡块21,设备盒10的下表面固定连接有滑杆35和第一吊板28,滑杆35的外侧壁滑动连接有限位套40,螺套13和限位套40之间固定连接有连接杆41,螺套13的外侧壁固定连接有第一限位板22,第一限位板22的下表面通过轴承转动连接有传动轴23,传动轴23的底端固定连接有第一齿轮27,第一齿轮27的外表面与齿环18相啮合,第一限位板22的外侧壁固定连接有连接架24,连接架24的底端通过轴承转动连接有连接轴25,连接轴25的一端和传动轴23外侧壁均固定连接有锥齿轮26,两个锥齿轮26的外侧壁相啮合,连接轴25的一端固定连接有第二齿轮30,第一吊板28的端面下方固定连接有齿牙29,第二齿轮30的外表面与齿牙29相啮合,单个第一电机11使得第一卡块21转动下降,有利于节约成本。
两个固定板9的外侧壁共同固定连接有固定架31,固定架31的下表面固定连接有第二吊板32,第二吊板32的端面固定安装有第二电动推杆33,第二电动推杆33的自由端固定连接有传动块34,设备盒10的外侧壁固定连接有输送管48,传动块34位于输送管48的下方,传动块34为倒置的h形形状,能够将瓶盖输送到第一卡块21之间,便于对第一卡块21进行固定。。
设备盒10的内部侧壁固定安装有第二电机36,第二电机36的输出端固定连接有双向丝杆37,双向丝杆37的外侧壁两侧均螺纹连接有第二限位板38,第二限位板38的底端穿过通槽延伸至设备盒10下方,第二限位板38的端面固定连接有第二卡块39,油瓶位于两个第二卡块39的中部,使得封盖时更加稳定。
第一卡块21和第二卡块39均为弧形形状,使得固定更加牢固。
设备箱1的内部侧壁固定安装有第三电机42,第三电机42的输出端固定连接有转轴43,转轴43的外侧壁固定连接有半齿轮44,设备箱1的内部侧壁通过轴承转动连接有固定轴45,固定轴45的外侧壁固定连接有第三齿轮47,半齿轮44的外表面与第三齿轮47相啮合,传送带3的输出端和固定轴45的一端均固定连接有皮带轮46,两个固定轴45之间通过皮带传动连接,能够实现定时进行传送,便于进行灌油。
油箱6输出管固定连接有导流管7,导流管7的外侧壁固定安装有电磁阀8,便于对油输送进行控制。
传送带3的上下表面均等距离固定连接有多个限位环4,限位环4由橡胶材料组成,能够避免传送时油瓶出现移位。
需要说明的是,本发明为一种具有运输功能的全自动芝麻油的灌装机,工作人员将油瓶放在限位环4上,然后第三电机42启动带动转轴43转动,带动半齿轮44转动,半齿轮44与第三齿轮47啮合时,半齿轮44通过第三齿轮47带动固定轴45转动,使得固定轴45上的皮带轮46转动,通过皮带带动另一个皮带轮46转动,使得传送带3运行,将油瓶进行传送,半齿轮44与第三齿轮47不在与其啮合时,使得传送带3停止运行,电磁阀8打开,通过导流管7向油瓶注入油,注入完成后,电磁阀8关闭,传送带3继续输送,将注入油的油瓶传送到设备盒10下方,输送管48内部的瓶盖落到传动块34上,第二电动推杆33启动,推动传动块34移动,将传动块34上的瓶盖传送到第一卡块21之间,传动块34上表面的另一侧将输送管48下方的传送口堵住,第一电动推杆20启动,两个第一电动推杆20上的第一卡块21将瓶盖固定,然后传动块34启动,使其收缩,将传动块34复位,第二电机36启动带动双向丝杆37转动,使得双向丝杆37上的两个第二限位板38向中间进行移动,通过第二卡块39对油瓶进行固定,第一电机11启动带动往复丝杆12转动,螺套13通过连接杆41上的限位套40与滑杆35滑动连接,使得螺套13下降,第一限位板22随着螺套13下降,使得传动轴23和连接架24下降,连接架24下方连接轴25上的第二齿轮30下降,第二齿轮30与齿牙29啮合,通过第二齿轮30使得连接轴25转动,带动连接轴25上的锥齿轮26转动,通过另一个锥齿轮26带动传动轴23转动,使得第一齿轮27转动,第一齿轮27带动齿环18转动,将第一卡块21之间的瓶盖转动下降,对油瓶进行封盖,封盖结束后,第一电机11继续转动,螺套13上升,使得第一卡块21复位,第二电机36启动带动双向丝杆37反转,使得第二卡块39复位,然后传送带3运行,工作人员将封盖过后的油瓶取走即可。

  1. 一种具有运输功能的全自动芝麻油的灌装机,包括设备箱(1),其特征在于:所述设备箱(1)的上方固定连接有支撑架(2),所述支撑架(2)内设置有传送带(3),所述设备箱(1)的外侧壁固定连接有支撑板(5),所述支撑板(5)的端面固定连接有油箱(6),所述支撑架(2)的上表面连接有两个固定板(9),所述固定板(9)之间固定连接有设备盒(10),所述设备盒(10)的下表面固定安装有第一电机(11),所述第一电机(11)的输出端固定连接有往复丝杆(12),所述往复丝杆(12)的外侧壁螺纹连接有螺套(13),所述螺套(13)的外部设置有传动环(14),所述螺套(13)的外侧壁开设有滑槽(16),所述传动环(14)的内壁固定连接有多个滑块(15),所述滑块(15)的一端与滑槽(16)传动连接,所述传动环(14)的外侧壁两侧均固定连接有连接板(17),两个所述连接板(17)的底端共同固定连接有齿环(18),所述齿环(18)的下表面两侧均固定连接有传动板(19),所述传动板(19)的端面固定安装有第一电动推杆(20),所述第一电动推杆(20)的自由端固定连接有第一卡块(21),所述设备盒(10)的下表面固定连接有滑杆(35)和第一吊板(28),所述滑杆(35)的外侧壁滑动连接有限位套(40),所述螺套(13)和限位套(40)之间固定连接有连接杆(41),所述螺套(13)的外侧壁固定连接有第一限位板(22),所述第一限位板(22)的下表面通过轴承转动连接有传动轴(23),所述传动轴(23)的底端固定连接有第一齿轮(27),所述第一齿轮(27)的外表面与齿环(18)相啮合,所述第一限位板(22)的外侧壁固定连接有连接架(24),所述连接架(24)的底端通过轴承转动连接有连接轴(25),所述连接轴(25)的一端和传动轴(23)外侧壁均固定连接有锥齿轮(26),两个所述锥齿轮(26)的外侧壁相啮合,所述连接轴(25)的一端固定连接有第二齿轮(30),所述第一吊板(28)的端面下方固定连接有齿牙(29),所述第二齿轮(30)的外表面与齿牙(29)相啮合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有运输功能的全自动芝麻油的灌装机,其特征在于:两个所述固定板(9)的外侧壁共同固定连接有固定架(31),固定架(31)的下表面固定连接有第二吊板(32),第二吊板(32)的端面固定安装有第二电动推杆(33),第二电动推杆(33)的自由端固定连接有传动块(34),设备盒(10)的外侧壁固定连接有输送管(48),传动块(34)位于输送管(48)的下方,传动块(34)为倒置的h形形状。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有运输功能的全自动芝麻油的灌装机,其特征在于:所述设备盒(10)的内部侧壁固定安装有第二电机(36),第二电机(36)的输出端固定连接有双向丝杆(37),双向丝杆(37)的外侧壁两侧均螺纹连接有第二限位板(38),第二限位板(38)的底端穿过通槽延伸至设备盒(10)下方,第二限位板(38)的端面固定连接有第二卡块(39),油瓶位于两个第二卡块(39)的中部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种具有运输功能的全自动芝麻油的灌装机,其特征在于:所述第一卡块(21)和第二卡块(39)均为弧形形状。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有运输功能的全自动芝麻油的灌装机,其特征在于:所述设备箱(1)的内部侧壁固定安装有第三电机(42),第三电机(42)的输出端固定连接有转轴(43),转轴(43)的外侧壁固定连接有半齿轮(44),设备箱(1)的内部侧壁通过轴承转动连接有固定轴(45),固定轴(45)的外侧壁固定连接有第三齿轮(47),半齿轮(44)的外表面与第三齿轮(47)相啮合,传送带(3)的输出端和固定轴(45)的一端均固定连接有皮带轮(46),两个固定轴(45)之间通过皮带传动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有运输功能的全自动芝麻油的灌装机,其特征在于:所述油箱(6)输出管固定连接有导流管(7),导流管(7)的外侧壁固定安装有电磁阀(8)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有运输功能的全自动芝麻油的灌装机,其特征在于:所述传送带(3)的上下表面均等距离固定连接有多个限位环(4),限位环(4)由橡胶材料组成。
