Description

一种粉末涂料生产用打包设备 技术领域
本发明涉及粉末涂料生产技术领域,尤其是涉及一种粉末涂料生产用打包设备。
背景技术
粉末涂料是以微细粉末的状态存在的一种涂料。粉末涂料主要分为两大类:热塑性粉末涂料和热固性粉末涂料。热塑性粉末涂料是由热塑性树脂、颜料、填料、增塑剂和稳定剂等成分组成的,包括聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚酯系等;热固性粉末涂料是由热固性树脂、固化剂、颜料、调料和助剂等组成,包括聚酯系和丙烯酸树脂系等。
粉末涂料在生产的过程中,需通过包装成袋或者成箱后进行整体的运输,如专利号为CN201922094333.6的中国专利公开了一种粉末涂料打包设备,通过设置粉末涂料从导料管底部掉落到包装袋中,当包装袋中的粉末涂料越来越多,再通过设置挂钩拉伸压力弹簧,压力弹簧减缓下落速度,当包装袋达到一定重量时,掉落至滑动小车内部,然后通过设置移动轨道和滑动小车把打包好的粉末涂料运送至指定位置,达到了打包速度快的效果。
但是现有的粉末涂料打包装置未对粉末涂料进行搅拌,无法保障物料更为顺畅的进行下料,进而导致称重不准确,也容易导致堵塞影响打包的效率,严重时导致不能满足生产需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对以上问题,提供一种粉末涂料生产用打包设备, 通过对粉末涂料的进行边搅拌边下料,使下料更顺畅更均匀,配合称重装置对包装箱进行精准的重量检测,从而更加精准的进行定量包装,保证打包的生产效率。
为实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种粉末涂料生产用打包设备,包括包装箱和输送带,所述包装箱通过输送带进行输送,所述包装箱两侧设置有耳板,包装箱下方设置有称重装置,所述称重装置包括电子秤,所述电子秤位于输送带上下两层的传送带之间,电子秤上对称设置有可升降的顶板,顶板上升将耳板支撑抬升从而将包装箱抬起并通过电子秤进行称重;所述包装箱上方设置有下料装置,所述下料装置包括转筒,转筒由电机进行驱动,转筒一端通过转轴连接在轴承安装板的第二密封轴承内,转筒另一端与送料管相连通,所述送料管、电机及轴承安装板均由连接杆进行支撑,所述送料管上设置有进料阀;所述转筒侧壁为网状结构,转筒下方设置有下料漏斗,下料漏斗的出料口位于包装箱上方,且下料漏斗的出料口处设置有出料阀。
进一步的,所述转筒为倾斜设置,且其与送料管相连的一端高度较高。
进一步的,所述转筒内壁上设置有搅拌铲。
进一步的,所述转筒通过进料管与送料管相连通,所述进料管为倾斜设置,进料管一端与转筒相连,进料管另一端开设有通孔且该通孔处设置有第一密封轴承,所述送料管插入第一密封轴承内将物料进行下料到进料管内。
进一步的,所述进料管上套设有第二齿轮,第二齿轮与第一齿轮相配合并由第一齿轮带动进行转动,所述第一齿轮连接在电机的输出轴上。
进一步的,所述下料漏斗由支撑板进行支撑,下料漏斗内活动设置有第一过滤网板,第一过滤网板侧壁通过弹性板连接在下料漏斗内壁上。
进一步的,所述下料漏斗的出料口内位于出料阀下方设置有第二过滤 网板。
进一步的,所述顶板设置在气缸竖直向上的活塞杆顶端,气缸下端连接在电子秤上。
本发明的有益效果:
1、为了防止物料结块等导致下料不顺甚至发生堵塞,通过设置转筒对物料进行搅拌,转筒直接与送料管相连,方便打包装置整体的灵活布置,也无需额外的中转运输设备;且转筒为倾斜设置,延长物料在转筒内的搅拌时间,提高物料的搅拌效果;其中转筒一侧的进料管上套设第二齿轮配合第一齿轮并由电机进行驱动,从而实现转筒整体的转动,使得物料打散后通过转筒的网状侧壁进行出料。
2、为了保证物料通过下料漏斗时进行顺畅均匀的下料,通过在下料漏斗内设置有活动的第一过滤网板进行筛料。其中第一过滤网板侧壁通过弹性板连接在下料漏斗内壁上,使得第一过滤网板可进行上下震动,从而物料落到第一过滤网板上时可进一步被打散;下料漏斗位于出料阀下方设置有第二过滤网板,能够保证物料最终下料的均匀性。
3、为了更方便的对包装箱进行称重,实现称重完成能够迅速及时的继续通过输送带进行输料,通过在包装箱下方设置电子秤,电子秤上对称设置气缸带动顶板进行升降,顶板配合包装箱两侧的耳板将包装箱进行抬升,从而进行称重,称重完成后即可将包装箱放下,再启动输送带进行输料,如此即可实现精准的称重操作,保证定量包装,并可快速及时的将包装箱进行出料。
