Abstract
本発明は、1以上の実施形態において、少なくともポリマー(A)及びポリマー(B)を含む樹脂組成物であって、ポリマー(A)は、アクリロニトリル、ハロゲン化ビニル、及びハロゲン化ビニリデンからなる群から選ばれる一つ以上のモノマーを含むポリマーであり、ポリマー(B)は、ベンジルアルコールに溶解するポリマーであり、前記ポリマー(A)及び前記ポリマー(B)の合計量を100質量部とした場合、前記ポリマー(A)を70質量部以上92.5質量部以下、及び前記ポリマー(B)を7.5質量部以上30質量部以下含む、樹脂組成物に関する。特殊な設備の使用や高温への加熱を必要とせずに、簡易に酸性染料で染色が可能な合成繊維を提供する。
Description
本発明は、染料、特に酸性染料にて容易に染色することができる樹脂組成物、その染色方法、及びそれを用いた合成繊維、合成繊維の製造方法、並びに合成繊維を含む頭飾製品に関する。
人工毛髪用繊維は、従来、繊維メーカーや加工工場で所定の色に染色して出荷された繊維製品を消費者が既製の色のまま使用するという形態が一般的であり、消費者からは高い発色性が求められている。特許文献1には、酢酸セルロースとカチオン染料を用いることで、発色性を高めたアクリル系複合繊維が記載されている。
近年、消費者の色の嗜好が多様化し、多種の色を有する人工毛髪用繊維が求められており、中でも容易に消費者自身で染色できる人工毛髪用繊維が求められている。しかしながら、市販の人毛用染色剤(酸性染料)を合成繊維に塗布しても十分に所望の色に染色することは困難であった。また、人工毛髪を所望の色に染色するためには特殊な設備や高温での加熱が必要であり、これらを必要とせずに、市販の人毛用染色剤を用いて簡易に染色可能な人工毛髪用繊維が求められている。
そこで、本発明は、上述した従来の問題を解決するため、特殊な設備や高温での加熱を必要とせず、酸性染料を含む染色剤を用いても容易に染色可能な樹脂組成物、その染色方法、及びそれを用いた合成繊維、合成繊維の製造方法、並びに合成繊維を含む頭飾製品を提供する。
本発明は、1以上の実施形態において、ポリマー(A)及びポリマー(B)を含む樹脂組成物であって、ポリマー(A)は、アクリロニトリル、ハロゲン化ビニル、及びハロゲン化ビニリデンからなる群から選ばれる一つ以上のモノマーを含むポリマーであり、ポリマー(B)は、ベンジルアルコールに溶解するポリマーであり、前記ポリマー(A)及び前記ポリマー(B)の合計量を100質量部とした場合、前記ポリマー(A)を70質量部以上92.5質量部以下、及び前記ポリマー(B)を7.5質量部以上30質量部以下含むことを特徴とする樹脂組成物に関する。
本発明は、また、1以上の実施形態において、前記樹脂組成物に、染料(C)とアルコールを含む染色剤を浸透させて着色を行う、樹脂組成物の染色方法に関する。

本発明によれば、酸性染料を含む染色剤で容易に染色可能な樹脂組成物、及びその染色方法を提供することができる。
また、本発明によれば、酸性染料を含む染色剤で容易に染色可能な合成繊維、その製造方法、及びそれを含む頭飾製品を提供することができる。
本発明者らは、上述した課題を解決するために鋭意検討を行った結果、アクリロニトリル、ハロゲン化ビニル、及びハロゲン化ビニリデンからなる群から選ばれる一つ以上のモノマーユニットを含むポリマー(A)と、アルコール特にベンジルアルコールに溶解するポリマー(B)を所定量で含む樹脂組成物、及び該樹脂組成物で構成されている合成繊維が、酸性染料を含む人毛用染色剤を用いて容易に染色でき、良好な染色性を有する人工毛髪用合成繊維を提供できることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。特に、ベンジルアルコールに溶解するポリマー(B)として、酢酸ビニル、ビニルピロリドン、アクリル酸エステル類、メタクリル酸エステル類及びスチレンからなる群から選ばれる一つ以上のモノマーユニットを含むポリマーを含む樹脂組成物で構成されている合成繊維が、酸性染料を含む人毛用染色剤を用いて容易に染色でき、良好な染色性を有する人工毛髪用合成繊維を提供し得ることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。
<染色剤>
本発明の1以上の実施形態の樹脂組成物又は該樹脂組成物で構成されている合成繊維は、染料(C)とアルコールを含む染色剤によって染色することができる。染色剤としては、一般的に使用される人毛用染色剤を用いることができる。染料(C)としては、特に限定はなく、酸性染料、塩基性染料、分散染料等が挙げられるが、中でも酸性染料であることが好ましい。酸性染料とは、分子中にスルホン基やカルボキシル基等の酸性基を有する水溶性の染料を意味する。
本発明の1以上の実施形態の樹脂組成物又は該樹脂組成物で構成されている合成繊維は、染料(C)とアルコールを含む染色剤によって染色することができる。染色剤としては、一般的に使用される人毛用染色剤を用いることができる。染料(C)としては、特に限定はなく、酸性染料、塩基性染料、分散染料等が挙げられるが、中でも酸性染料であることが好ましい。酸性染料とは、分子中にスルホン基やカルボキシル基等の酸性基を有する水溶性の染料を意味する。
樹脂組成物又は該樹脂組成物で構成されている合成繊維は、ベンジルアルコールに溶解するポリマー(B)を含有するため、酸性染料を含む人毛用染色剤を用いても、容易に染色することが可能である。理由は定かではなく推定の域を出ないが、繊維の染色処理を行う際に、染料、及びアルコール特にベンジルアルコールを含む染色剤中に含まれる、アルコールによりポリマー(B)が膨潤し、これにより染料(特に、酸性染料)が樹脂内部へ浸透し、水洗しても樹脂内部に残存するために、染色が可能となると推定される。例えば、特殊な設備や高温での加熱を必要とせず、樹脂組成物又は合成繊維に酸性染料を含む人毛用染色剤を塗布し室温(25±5℃)で所定時間放置することで染色することができる。
酸性染料としては、特に限定はなく、例えば赤色106号、赤色201号、赤色227号、黄色4号、黄色5号、黄色203号、黄色403号、黄色406号、青色1号、橙色205号、紫色401号、黒色401号等が挙げられる。
アルコールとしては、特に限定はなく、例えばエタノール、1-プロパノール、2-プロパノール、ベンジルアルコール、2-(ベンジルオキシ)エタノール、2-フェニルエチルアルコール、ケイ皮アルコール、フェニルプロパノール、フェノキシエタノール、α-メチルベンジルアルコール等が挙げられる。特に好ましくは、ベンジルアルコールである。
人毛用染色剤は、市販されているものを含め、特に限定されず、クリーム状、ゲル状、フォーム状等種々の形態のものを用いることができる。
人毛用染色剤等の染色剤は、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲で、前記アルコール以外の有機溶剤、カチオン性重合体、界面活性剤、シリコーン誘導体等の油性成分、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース及びキサンタンガム等の増粘剤、香料、防腐剤、酸化防止剤、紫外線吸収剤、金属封鎖剤、噴射剤、並びにパール化剤等を含んでもよい。
<ポリマー(B)>
ポリマー(B)は、アルコール特にベンジルアルコールに溶解するポリマーであれば良く、特に限定されない。本発明の1以上の実施形態において、「ベンジルアルコールに溶解する」とは、ベンジルアルコール5mLに、ポリマーを0.1g投入し、室温(25±5℃)で1時間攪拌した際に、目視にて濁り等の固形分が観察されず均一で透明な溶液が得られることを意味する。ポリマー(B)としては、酢酸ビニル、ビニルピロリドン、アクリル酸エステル類、メタクリル酸エステル類及びスチレン等からなる群から選ばれる一つ以上のモノマーユニットを含むポリマーが好ましい。
ポリマー(B)は、アルコール特にベンジルアルコールに溶解するポリマーであれば良く、特に限定されない。本発明の1以上の実施形態において、「ベンジルアルコールに溶解する」とは、ベンジルアルコール5mLに、ポリマーを0.1g投入し、室温(25±5℃)で1時間攪拌した際に、目視にて濁り等の固形分が観察されず均一で透明な溶液が得られることを意味する。ポリマー(B)としては、酢酸ビニル、ビニルピロリドン、アクリル酸エステル類、メタクリル酸エステル類及びスチレン等からなる群から選ばれる一つ以上のモノマーユニットを含むポリマーが好ましい。
ポリマー(B)の質量平均分子量(Mw)は、染色性及び溶融加工性の観点から、5000以上300000以下であることが好ましく、10000以上200000以下であることがより好ましい。
酢酸ビニルモノマーユニットを有するポリマーとしては、例えば、酢酸ビニルの単独重合体、又は、酢酸ビニルと、アクリロニトリル、ビニルピロリドン、アクリル酸エステル類、及びメタクリル酸エステル類等からなる群から選ばれる一つ以上のその他のモノマーユニットとの共重合体等が挙げられる。中でも、染色性の観点から、酢酸ビニルからなる単独重合体、酢酸ビニルとその他のモノマーユニットとの共重合体が好ましく、酢酸ビニルからなる単独重合体(ポリ(酢酸ビニル))及び/又はビニルピロリドンと酢酸ビニルとの共重合体がより好ましく、ビニルピロリドンと酢酸ビニルとの共重合体が特に好ましい。ポリ(酢酸ビニル)は、特に限定されないが、例えば、染色性及び溶融加工性の観点から、数平均重合度が100以上3000以下であることが好ましく、500以上2000以下であることがより好ましい。
酢酸ビニルとその他のモノマーユニットとの共重合体において、酢酸ビニル及びその他のモノマーユニットの合計質量を100質量部とした場合、酢酸ビニルの含有量が30質量部以上であることが好ましい。
メタクリル酸エステル類モノマーユニットを有するポリマーとしては、メチルメタクリレート、エチルメタクリレート、n-ブチルメタクリレート、2-ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート、及びグリシジルメタクリレート等のモノマーユニットの単独重合体、又は、これらの一つ以上のモノマーユニットを主成分とする共重合体等が挙げられる。中でも、染色性の観点から、グリシジルメタクリレートからなる単独重合体(ポリ(グリシジルメタクリレート))が好ましい。
<ポリマー(A)>
ポリマー(A)は、アクリロニトリル、ハロゲン化ビニル、及びハロゲン化ビニリデンからなる群から選ばれる一つ以上のモノマーを含む単独重合体あるいは共重合体である。
ポリマー(A)は、アクリロニトリル、ハロゲン化ビニル、及びハロゲン化ビニリデンからなる群から選ばれる一つ以上のモノマーを含む単独重合体あるいは共重合体である。
前記ハロゲン化ビニルとしては、例えば塩化ビニル、臭化ビニル、及び沃化ビニル等が挙げられる。前記ハロゲン化ビニリデンとしては、例えば塩化ビニリデン、臭化ビニリデン、沃化ビニリデン等が挙げられる。これらは単独で用いても良く、2種以上を組み合わせて使用しても良い。耐熱性の観点から、塩化ビニル及び/又は塩化ビニリデンを使用することが好ましく、さらに好ましくは塩化ビニルを使用する。
ポリマー(A)の質量平均分子量(Mw)は、溶融加工性及び繊維物性の観点から、10000以上300000以下であることが好ましく、30000以上150000以下であることがより好ましい。
ポリマー(A)としては、人工毛髪用繊維としての風合いの観点から、アクリル系樹脂及び/又は塩化ビニル系樹脂であることが好ましい。
(アクリル系樹脂)
アクリル系樹脂は、アクリロニトリルと、ハロゲン化ビニル及びハロゲン化ビニリデンからなる群から選ばれる一つ以上のハロゲン化モノマーとを含む共重合体である。
アクリル系樹脂は、アクリロニトリルと、ハロゲン化ビニル及びハロゲン化ビニリデンからなる群から選ばれる一つ以上のハロゲン化モノマーとを含む共重合体である。
前記ハロゲン化ビニル及びハロゲン化ビニリデンとしては、上述したものを適宜使用しても良い。ハロゲン化モノマーは、耐熱性の観点から、塩化ビニル及び/又は塩化ビニリデンを使用することが好ましく、さらに好ましくは塩化ビニルを使用する。
前記アクリル系樹脂は、アクリロニトリル及びハロゲン化モノマーの合計質量を100質量部とした場合、アクリロニトリルの含有量が35質量部以上85質量部以下、ハロゲン化モノマーの含有量が15質量部以上65質量部以下であることが好ましい。
前記アクリル系樹脂は、溶融加工性の観点から、アクリロニトリル、ハロゲン化モノマー、及び二重結合を含有するエチレン性不飽和モノマーからなる重合体を主鎖に有するマクロモノマーの共重合体であり、アクリロニトリル、ハロゲン化モノマー、及び二重結合を含有するエチレン性不飽和モノマーからなる重合体を主鎖に有するマクロモノマー(以下において、単に「マクロモノマー」とも記す)の合計質量を100質量部とした場合、マクロモノマーの含有量が1質量部以上30質量部以下であることが好ましく、アクリロニトリルの含有量が35質量部以上64質量部以下、ハロゲン化モノマーの含有量が35質量部以上64質量部以下、マクロモノマーの含有量が1質量部以上30質量部以下であることがより好ましく、アクリロニトリルの含有量が35質量部以上59質量部以下、ハロゲン化モノマーの含有量が40質量部以上64質量部以下、マクロモノマーの含有量が1質量部以上20質量部以下であることがさらに好ましく、アクリロニトリルの含有量が35質量部以上54質量部以下、ハロゲン化モノマーの含有量が45質量部以上64質量部以下、マクロモノマーの含有量が1質量部以上15質量部以下であることが特に好ましい。
一般にマクロモノマーとは、重合体の末端に反応性官能基を有するオリゴマー分子を意味し、反応性官能基(重合可能な官能基とも称される。)として、例えば、アリル基、ビニルシリル基、ビニルエーテル基、ジシクロペンタジエニル基、及び下記一般式(1)で表される重合性の炭素―炭素二重結合を有する基を、少なくとも1分子あたり1個、分子末端に有する。該マクロモノマーは通常ラジカル重合によって製造することができる。特に、アクリロニトリルと塩化ビニル等のハロゲン化モノマーとの反応性が良好なことから、前記マクロモノマーにおいて、反応性官能基は下記一般式(1)で表される重合性の炭素―炭素二重結合を有することが好ましい。

前記一般式(1)中、Rは、水素、或いは、置換又は非置換の炭素数1~20のアルキル基を表す。Rの具体例としては特に限定されず、例えば、-H、-CH3、-CH2CH3、-(CH2)nCH3(nは2~19の整数を表す)、-C6H5、-CH2OH、及び-CNからなる群から選ばれる基が好ましく、より好ましくは-H、及び-CH3からなる群から選ばれる基である。具体的には、片末端アクリロイル基ポリ(アクリル酸2-メトキシエチル)マクロモノマー等を用いてもよい。
前記一般式(1)中、Rは、水素、或いは、置換又は非置換の炭素数1~20のアルキル基を表す。Rの具体例としては特に限定されず、例えば、-H、-CH3、-CH2CH3、-(CH2)nCH3(nは2~19の整数を表す)、-C6H5、-CH2OH、及び-CNからなる群から選ばれる基が好ましく、より好ましくは-H、及び-CH3からなる群から選ばれる基である。具体的には、片末端アクリロイル基ポリ(アクリル酸2-メトキシエチル)マクロモノマー等を用いてもよい。
なお、本明細書において、「…~…」で示す範囲は、「…以上…以下」で示す範囲と同様である。
前記マクロモノマーの主鎖である、二重結合を含有するエチレン性不飽和モノマーからなる重合体の製法として、特に限定されず、従来公知の製法を用いることができる。例えば、特開2006-299240号公報には本発明の1以上の実施形態で使用されるマクロモノマーの詳細な製造方法が記載されており、これらのうちのいずれの製造方法を用いても良いが、通常、制御ラジカル重合法が利用され、さらに制御の容易さ等の点からリビングラジカル重合法が好ましく用いられ、原子移動ラジカル重合法が特に好ましい。
前記マクロモノマーにおいて、その主鎖が有する、二重結合を含有するエチレン性不飽和モノマーからなる重合体としては特に制約はなく、該重合体を構成する二重結合を含有するエチレン性不飽和モノマーとしては、各種のものを使用することができる。例えば、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系モノマー、スチレン系モノマー、ニトリル基含有ビニル系モノマー、アミド基含有ビニル系モノマー、フッ素含有ビニルモノマー、ケイ素含有ビニルモノマー、マレイミド系モノマー、ビニルエステル類、アルケン類、共役ジエン類等が挙げられる。また、無水マレイン酸、マレイン酸、マレイン酸のモノアルキルエステル及びジアルキルエステル;フマル酸、フマル酸のモノアルキルエステル及びジアルキルエステル;塩化アリル、アリルアルコール等を用いることもできる。
(アクリル系樹脂の製造方法)
アクリル系樹脂の製造方法としては、重合制御の簡便性、重合後のポリマー粒子の分離や洗浄が容易な点から水性媒体中での共重合が好ましい。水性媒体中での重合方法としては、例えば、懸濁重合法、微細懸濁重合法、乳化重合法等の製造方法が挙げられる。中でも重合安定性の観点から、懸濁重合法又は微細懸濁重合法が好ましく、平均粒子径が1μm以上1000μm以下のアクリル系樹脂を得るためには、懸濁重合法がさらに好ましい。
アクリル系樹脂の製造方法としては、重合制御の簡便性、重合後のポリマー粒子の分離や洗浄が容易な点から水性媒体中での共重合が好ましい。水性媒体中での重合方法としては、例えば、懸濁重合法、微細懸濁重合法、乳化重合法等の製造方法が挙げられる。中でも重合安定性の観点から、懸濁重合法又は微細懸濁重合法が好ましく、平均粒子径が1μm以上1000μm以下のアクリル系樹脂を得るためには、懸濁重合法がさらに好ましい。
懸濁重合法又は微細懸濁重合法において、熱可塑性アクリル系樹脂はラテックス状又はスラリー状で得られるが、これを乾燥して粉粒体の共重合樹脂を得る方法としては特に制約はなく、ラテックス又はスラリーを脱水したのち熱風乾燥機等で静置乾燥法により乾燥する方法等が挙げられる。
懸濁重合法又は微細懸濁重合法では、上述したモノマー、並びに懸濁分散剤、重合開始剤及び連鎖移動剤等を必要に応じ一括あるいは分割又は連続して仕込み、所定の重合温度、例えば、25℃以上100℃以下で共重合反応を行うことができる。
前記懸濁分散剤としては、例えば、部分鹸化ポリ酢酸ビニル;メチルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、カルボキシメチルセルロース等の水溶性セルロースエーテル;ポリエチレンオキサイド;ポリビニルピロリドン;ポリアクリル酸;酢酸ビニル-マレイン酸共重合体;スチレン-マレイン酸共重合体;ゼラチン;デンプン等の有機高分子分散剤が使用可能である。これらは1種を単独で用いても良く、2種以上を組み合わせて使用することができる。
前記重合開始剤としては、特に限定されないが、10時間半減期温度が30~65℃の油溶性重合開始剤を使用するのが好ましい。このような油溶性重合開始剤としては、例えば、ジイソブチルパーオキサイド、クミルパーオキシネオデカノエイト、ジイソプロピルパーオキシジカーボネート、ジ(2-エチルヘキシル)パーオキシジカーボネート、t-ブチルパーオキシピバレート、t-ブチルパーオキシネオデカノエイト、1,1,3,3-テトラメチルブチルパーオキシネオデカノエート、ジラウロイルパーオキサイド、ジ(3,5,5-トリメチルヘキサノイル)パーオキサイド等の有機過酸化物系重合開始剤が挙げられる。これらの油溶性重合開始剤は1種を単独で用いても良く、2種以上を組み合わせて使用することもできる。これら油溶性重合開始剤は特に制約のない状態で添加することができるが、例えば有機溶剤に溶解して使用する場合には、その有機溶剤の例としては、トルエン、キシレン、ベンゼン等の芳香族炭化水素;ヘキサン、イソパラフィン等の脂肪族炭化水素;アセトン、メチルエチルケトン等のケトン類;酢酸エチル、酢酸ブチル、ジオクチルフタレート等のエステル類が挙げられる。これらの有機溶剤は1種を単独で用いても良く、2種以上を組み合わせて使用することもできる。
前記連鎖移動剤としては、特に限定されないが、チオール系連鎖移動剤を使用するのが好ましい。このようなチオール系連鎖移動剤としては、例えば、エタンチオール、1-プロパンチオール、1-ブタンチオール、1-オクタンチオール、1-デカンチオール、1-ドデカンチオール、1-ヘキサデカンチオール、1-オクタデカンチオール、シクロヘキサンチオール、ベンゼンチオール、アリルメルカプタン、2-メルカプトエタノール、α-チオグリセロール、チオグリコール酸、チオグリコール酸メチル、チオグリコール酸エチル、2-アミノエタンチオール、2-メルカプトエタンスルホン酸ナトリウム、4-ニトロベンゼンチオール、システイン等が挙げられる。
重合の際に、必要に応じて、界面活性剤、分散助剤、抗酸化剤、重合度調節剤、粒子径調節剤、pH調節剤、ゲル化性改良剤、帯電防止剤、安定剤、スケール防止剤等を適宜に使用することができる。
(塩化ビニル系樹脂)
塩化ビニル系樹脂は、塩化ビニルからなる単独重合体、又は、塩化ビニルを主成分とする塩化ビニル系共重合体である。塩化ビニル系共重合体において、塩化ビニルと共重合可能なモノマー(以下において、「他のモノマー」とも記す)としては、特に限定されないが、例えば、酢酸ビニル及びプロピオン酸ビニル等のビニルエステル類、アクリル酸ブチル及びアクリル酸2-エチルヘキシル等のアクリル酸エステル類、エチレン及びプロピレン等のオレフィン類等が挙げられる。
塩化ビニル系樹脂は、塩化ビニルからなる単独重合体、又は、塩化ビニルを主成分とする塩化ビニル系共重合体である。塩化ビニル系共重合体において、塩化ビニルと共重合可能なモノマー(以下において、「他のモノマー」とも記す)としては、特に限定されないが、例えば、酢酸ビニル及びプロピオン酸ビニル等のビニルエステル類、アクリル酸ブチル及びアクリル酸2-エチルヘキシル等のアクリル酸エステル類、エチレン及びプロピレン等のオレフィン類等が挙げられる。
塩化ビニル系共重合体において、塩化ビニル及び他のモノマーの合計質量を100質量部とした場合、塩化ビニルの含有量が70質量部以上であることが好ましい。
塩化ビニル系樹脂の製造方法としては、例えば特開平5-140205号公報に記載の方法を用いることができる。
<樹脂組成物>
本発明の1以上の実施形態において、樹脂組成物は、ポリマー(A)及びポリマー(B)を含む。前記樹脂組成物は、ポリマー(A)及びポリマー(B)に加えて、本発明の目的を損なわない範囲内で、他のポリマーを含んでいてもよい。他のポリマーとしては、例えば、アクリル酸エステル類やメタクリル酸エステル類を含む重合体等が挙げられる。他のポリマーは、ポリマー(A)及びポリマー(B)の合計量を100質量部とした場合、20質量部以下であってもよい。
本発明の1以上の実施形態において、樹脂組成物は、ポリマー(A)及びポリマー(B)を含む。前記樹脂組成物は、ポリマー(A)及びポリマー(B)に加えて、本発明の目的を損なわない範囲内で、他のポリマーを含んでいてもよい。他のポリマーとしては、例えば、アクリル酸エステル類やメタクリル酸エステル類を含む重合体等が挙げられる。他のポリマーは、ポリマー(A)及びポリマー(B)の合計量を100質量部とした場合、20質量部以下であってもよい。
前記樹脂組成物は、溶融加工性及び染色性(特に酸性染料を含む染色剤による染色性)の観点から、ポリマー(A)及びポリマー(B)の合計量を100質量部とした場合、ポリマー(A)を70質量部以上92.5質量部以下、ポリマー(B)を7.5質量部以上30質量部以下含み、ポリマー(A)を80質量部以上90質量部以下、ポリマー(B)を10質量部以上20質量部以下含むことが好ましい。
前記樹脂組成物は、ポリマー(A)及びポリマー(B)に、ポリマー(A)と相溶性を有し、沸点が200℃以上の有機化合物である可塑剤(単に可塑剤とも記す。)を配合したものでもよい。本明細書において、「相溶性を有する」とは、10mgのポリマーと2gの沸点が200℃以上の有機化合物を19mLのホウケイ酸ガラス製のガラスチューブ内に投入し、ガラスチューブにシリコン栓をした後、160℃で時々撹拌しながら30分間加熱した際に、当該ポリマーが溶解されることを意味する。また、本明細書において、「沸点」は、1大気圧(760mmHg)の条件下での標準沸点を意味する。
前記可塑剤としては、前記ポリマー(A)と相溶性を有し、且つ、沸点が200℃以上の有機化合物であればよく、特に限定されない。例えば、ジメチルスルホン、ジエチルスルホン、ジプロピルスルホン、ジブチルスルホン、ジフェニルスルホン、ビニルスルホン、エチルメチルスルホン、メチルフェニルスルホン、メチルビニルスルホン、3-メチルスルホラン等のスルホン系化合物;ジプロピルスルホキシド、テトラメチレンスルホキシド、ジイソプロピルスルホキシド、メチルフェニルスルホキシド、ジブチルスルホキシド、ジイソブチルスルホキシド、ジ-p-トリルスルホキシド、ジフェニルスルホキシド及びベンジルスルホキシド等のスルホキシド系化合物;乳酸ラクチド等のラクチド類;ピロリドン、N-ビニルピロリドン、ε-カプロラクタム及びN-メチルカプロラクタム等のラクタム類;γ-ブチロラクトン、γ-ヘキサラクトン、γ-ヘプタラクトン、γ-オクタラクトン、ε-カプロラクトン及びε-オクタラクトン等のラクトン類等を用いることができる。また、前記可塑剤は、1種を単独で用いても良く、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
前記可塑剤は、繊維が該可塑剤の融点よりも高い温度で保持されたときに、液体となって繊維表面に滲み出てくる場合があるため、繊維の外観や触感を低下させ、その後室温(25±5℃)に戻った際に固体となって繊維間が膠着する問題が発生し易くなる。特に海外輸送時には船内コンテナで60℃まで室内温度の上がる場合があり、繊維加工時には短時間ではあるものの90℃となることもあることから、前記可塑剤の融点は60℃以上であることが好ましく、より好ましくは90℃以上である。例えば、ジメチルスルホン、乳酸ラクチド及びε-カプロラクタムからなる群から選ばれる1種以上等を用いることが好ましく、ジメチルスルホン及び乳酸ラクチドからなる群から選ばれる1種以上等を用いることがより好ましい。
前記樹脂組成物は、溶融加工性の観点から、ポリマー(A)とポリマー(B)の合計量100質量部に対して、前記可塑剤を0.1質量部以上50質量部以下含むことが好ましい。前記可塑剤の配合量が50質量部以下であると、溶融加工性が良好であるとともに、溶融混練時の樹脂粘度が向上するため混練効率が向上する傾向となる。耐熱性の観点から、ポリマー(A)とポリマー(B)の合計量100質量部に対して、前記可塑剤を30質量部以下含むことが好ましく、25質量部以下含むことがより好ましく、20質量部以下含むことがさらに好ましく、15質量部以下含むことが特に好ましい。溶融加工性の観点から、前記樹脂組成物は、ポリマー(A)とポリマー(B)の合計量100質量部に対して、前記可塑剤を0.5質量部以上含むことが好ましく、1質量部以上含むことがより好ましく、2.5質量部以上含むことがさらに好ましい。例えば、ジメチルスルホンを用いた場合では、2.5質量部以上であると、溶融加工性が良好になり、ジメチルスルホン20質量部を混合した際は、低い温度、例えば、ジメチルスルホンの融点より5℃高い115℃でも溶融加工することができる。
前記樹脂組成物は、さらに、熱安定性のため、安定剤を含んでいてもよい。安定剤としては、熱安定性を付与するものであればよく、特に限定されない。安定剤は、溶融加工性を向上しつつ、着色を抑制し、透明性を確保する観点から、エポキシ系熱安定剤、ハイドロタルサイト系熱安定剤、錫系熱安定剤、Ca-Zn系熱安定剤、及びβ-ジケトン系熱安定剤からなる群から選択される1種以上であることが好ましい。
エポキシ系熱安定剤としては、ブチルグリシジルエーテル、ネオペンチルグリコールジグリシジルエーテル、フェニルグリシジルエーテル、オルソクレジルグリシジルエーテル、メタパラクレジルグリシジルエーテル、グリシジルメタクリレート、1,6-ヘキサンジオールジグリシジルエーテル、トリメチロールプロパンポリグリシジルエーテル、ヘキサヒドロフタル酸ジグリシジルエステル、水添ビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテル、プロピレングリコールジグリシジルエーテル、トリプロピレングリコールジグリシジルエーテル、ポリプロピレングリコールジグリシジルエーテル、脂肪酸変性エポキシ、ジエチレングリコールジグリシジルエーテル、ポリエチレングリコールジグリシジルエーテル、グリセリンポリグリシジルエーテル、ジグリセリンポリグリシジルエーテル、ポリグリセリンポリグリシジルエーテル、ソルビトール系ポリグリシジルエーテル、1,3,5-トリス(2,3-エポキシプロピル)-1,3,5-トリアジン、テトラヒドロフタル酸ジグリシジルエステル、及びグリシジルアクリレートからなる群から選ばれる1種以上のビニル単量体の単独重合体又は共重合体等を用いることができる。中でも、着色抑制及び透明性の観点から、ポリグリシジルメタクリレート、グリシジルメタクリレートの共重合体、テトラブロモビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテル、ヘキサヒドロフタル酸ジグリシジルエステル、及び水添ビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテル等を用いることが好ましく、沸点が200℃以上であり、且つ50℃で固体形状のポリグリシジルメタクリレート、グリシジルメタクリレートの共重合体、及びテトラブロモビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテル等を用いることがより好ましい。
ハイドロタルサイト系熱安定剤は、ハイドロタルサイト化合物であればよく、特に限定されない。天然物であってもよく、合成品であってもよい。例えば、協和化学工業株式会社製のアルカマイザー(登録商標)等を用いることができる。
錫系安定剤は、熱安定効果があるものであればよく、特に限定されない。例えば、ジメチル錫メルカプト、ジメチル錫メルカプタイド、ジブチル錫メルカプト、ジオクチル錫メルカプト、ジオクチル錫メルカプトポリマー、ジオクチル錫メルカプトアセテート等のメルカプト錫系熱安定剤、ジメチル錫マレエート、ジブチル錫マレエート、ジオクチル錫マレエート、ジオクチル錫マレエートポリマー等のマレエート錫系熱安定剤、ジメチル錫ラウレート、ジブチル錫ラウレート、ジオクチル錫ラウレート等のラウレート錫系熱安定剤等を用いることができる。
Ca-Zn系安定剤は、熱安定効果があるものであればよく、特に限定されない。例えば、ステアリン酸亜鉛、ステアリン酸カルシウム、12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸亜鉛、12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸カルシウム等を用いることができる。
β-ジケトン系安定剤は、熱安定効果があるものであればよく、特に限定されない。例えば、ステアロイルベンゾイルメタン(SBM)、ジベンゾイルメタン(DBM)等を用いることができる。
前記安定剤は、1種を単独で用いても良く、2種以上を組み合わせて用いても良い。
前記安定剤は、溶融加工性を向上しつつ、着色を抑制し、透明性を確保する観点から、ポリグリシジルメタクリレート、テトラブロモビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテル、ハイドロタルサイト、12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸亜鉛、12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸カルシウム、ステアロイルベンゾイルメタン(SBM)、及びジベンゾイルメタン(DBM)からなる群から選択される少なくとも一種であることが好ましい。
前記樹脂組成物は、ポリマー(A)とポリマー(B)の合計量100質量部に対して、前記安定剤を0.1質量部以上30質量部以下含むことが好ましく、より好ましくは0.2質量部以上20質量部以下含み、さらに好ましくは0.5質量部以上10質量部以下含む。0.1質量部以上であると、着色抑制効果が良好である。また、30質量部以下であると、着色抑制効果が良好であるとともに、透明性を確保でき、且つ樹脂組成物成形体の力学特性の低下が軽微となる。
前記樹脂組成物は、本発明の目的を損なわない範囲内で、ポリマー(A)及びポリマー(B)と加工機との摩擦、剪断による発熱の低減、流動性及び離型性の向上の観点から、滑剤を含んでもよい。前記滑剤としては、例えば、ステアリン酸モノグリセライド、ステアリルステアレート、脂肪酸エステル系滑剤、流動パラフィン、パラフィンワックス、及び合成ポリエチレンワックス等の炭化水素系滑剤、ステアリン酸等の脂肪酸系滑剤、ステアリルアルコール等の高級アルコール系滑剤、ステアリン酸アミド、オレイン酸アミド、及びエルカ酸アミド等の脂肪族アミド系滑剤、メチレンビスステアリン酸アミド、及びエチレンビスステアリン酸アミド等のアルキレン脂肪酸アミド系滑剤、ステアリン酸鉛、ステアリン酸亜鉛、ステアリン酸カルシウム、及びステアリン酸マグネシウム等の金属石鹸系滑剤等を用いることができる。これらは一種で用いてもよく、二種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。滑剤の添加量は、ポリマー(A)とポリマー(B)の合計量100質量部に対して、10質量部以下にしてもよい。
前記樹脂組成物は、曳糸性を高める観点から、加工助剤を含んでもよい。前記樹脂組成物で繊維を構成する場合は、加工助剤として(メタ)アクリレート系重合体及び/又はスチレン・アクリロニトリル共重合体を含むことが好ましい。(メタ)アクリレート系重合体としては、(メタ)アクリレートと、ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、イソブチル(メタ)アクリレート、2-エチルヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、スチレン、酢酸ビニル、及びアクリロニトリル等の共重合成分との共重合体を用いることができる。また、(メタ)アクリレート系重合体としては、市販のもの、例えば、カネカ製の「カネエースPA20」、「カネエースPA101」等を用いることができる。加工助剤の添加量は、前記ビニルポリマー100質量部に対して、10質量部以下にすればよい。(メタ)アクリレートとは、メタクリレート又はアクリレートを意味する。
(樹脂組成物の製造方法)
前記樹脂組成物は、例えば、ポリマー(A)とポリマー(B)を含む粉体混合物を溶融混練することで得ることができる。溶融混練の方法は、特に限定されず、熱可塑性樹脂を溶融混練する一般的な方法を用いることができる。

操作の簡便性から、先ず、ポリマー(A)とポリマー(B)の混合粉体に、前記可塑剤を混合して粉体混合物にする。混合しやすい観点から、ポリマー(A)及びポリマー(B)は、いずれも水分率が2質量%以下であることが好ましく、0.5質量%以下であることがより好ましい。なお、ポリマー(A)及びポリマー(B)の水分率は、エー・アンド・ディ社製の加熱乾燥式水分計MXを使用し、160℃、10分の条件で測定することができる。好ましくは、前記安定剤を混合する。また、必要に応じて、滑剤、加工助剤等を混合する。前記混合には、特に限定されないが、例えばヘンシェルミキサー、スーパーミキサー、リボンブレンダ―等の混合機を用いることができる。混合操作時の温度や時間等の条件は、粉体混合物を得ることができればよく、特に限定されない。粉体混合物が得られやすい観点、及び、必要であれば各種添加剤をポリマー(A)とポリマー(B)の混合粉体表面に溶融吸着させる観点から、混合操作中に、温度を0℃以上120℃以下の範囲に設定し、混合操作の最後には、移送時に粉体同士もしくは配管等の設備へ融着することがないように粉体混合物のガラス転移温度より10℃以上低い温度に冷却することが好ましい。
次に、粉体混合物を溶融混練する。混練時の温度は、ポリマー(A)とポリマー(B)と可塑剤の混練物のガラス転移温度以上であり、且つポリマー(A)及びポリマー(B)の熱分解による呈色を抑制する観点から、40℃以上200℃以下であることが好ましく、より好ましくは80℃以上185℃以下であり、さらに好ましくは100℃以上165℃以下である。混練には、特に限定されないが、例えば一軸押出機、二軸押出機、プラストミル及び加圧ニーダー等の混練装置を用いることができる。粉体混合物を溶融混練することで、塊状、ストランド状又はペレット状の樹脂組成物を得ることができる。
<合成繊維>
ポリマー(A)としてアクリル系樹脂を用いた樹脂組成物により、アクリル系繊維を製造することができ、ポリマー(A)として塩化ビニル系樹脂を用いた樹脂組成物により、塩化ビニル系繊維を製造することができる。具体的には、アクリル系繊維の場合、前記アクリル系樹脂を含む樹脂組成物(例えば、溶融混練後のペレット状の樹脂組成物)を溶融紡糸することで、アクリル系繊維を得ることができる。塩化ビニル系繊維についても同様に、塩化ビニル系樹脂を含む樹脂組成物を溶融紡糸することで塩化ビニル系繊維を得ることができる。アクリル系繊維について説明すると、まず、前記樹脂組成物を溶融紡糸して繊維状の未延伸糸にする。具体的には、押出機、例えば一軸押出機、異方向二軸押出機、又はコニカル二軸押出機にて溶融混練した樹脂組成物の溶融混練物(ペレット状の樹脂組成物)を、押出機にて紡糸ノズルから吐出し、加熱筒を通過させて樹脂組成物の繊維化物を引取機で引取可能な温度以上に昇温した後、空冷、風冷等の手段でガラス転移点以下の温度に冷却しながら、引き取ることで未延伸糸を形成する。押出機は、例えば、120℃以上200℃以下の温度範囲で運転することが好ましい。引取速度/吐出速度の比は、特に限定されないが、例えば、1倍以上100倍以下の範囲となる速度比で引き取ることが好ましく、紡糸安定性の観点から5倍以上50倍以下の範囲であることがより好ましい。紡糸ノズルの口径は、特に限定されないが、例えば、0.05mm以上2mm以下であることが好ましく、0.1mm以上1mm以下であることがより好ましい。紡糸ノズルからの吐出物がメルトフラクチャーを発現しないノズル温度以上で押し出すことが好ましい。紡糸ノズルの温度は、160℃以上であることが好ましく、170℃以上であることがより好ましい。加熱筒の温度は、200℃以上であることが好ましく、230℃以上であることがより好ましい。冷却温度は、空冷で-196℃以上40℃以下であることが好ましく、より好ましくは0℃以上30℃以下であり、水冷で5℃以上60℃以下であることが好ましく、より好ましくは10℃以上40℃以下である。
ポリマー(A)としてアクリル系樹脂を用いた樹脂組成物により、アクリル系繊維を製造することができ、ポリマー(A)として塩化ビニル系樹脂を用いた樹脂組成物により、塩化ビニル系繊維を製造することができる。具体的には、アクリル系繊維の場合、前記アクリル系樹脂を含む樹脂組成物(例えば、溶融混練後のペレット状の樹脂組成物)を溶融紡糸することで、アクリル系繊維を得ることができる。塩化ビニル系繊維についても同様に、塩化ビニル系樹脂を含む樹脂組成物を溶融紡糸することで塩化ビニル系繊維を得ることができる。アクリル系繊維について説明すると、まず、前記樹脂組成物を溶融紡糸して繊維状の未延伸糸にする。具体的には、押出機、例えば一軸押出機、異方向二軸押出機、又はコニカル二軸押出機にて溶融混練した樹脂組成物の溶融混練物(ペレット状の樹脂組成物)を、押出機にて紡糸ノズルから吐出し、加熱筒を通過させて樹脂組成物の繊維化物を引取機で引取可能な温度以上に昇温した後、空冷、風冷等の手段でガラス転移点以下の温度に冷却しながら、引き取ることで未延伸糸を形成する。押出機は、例えば、120℃以上200℃以下の温度範囲で運転することが好ましい。引取速度/吐出速度の比は、特に限定されないが、例えば、1倍以上100倍以下の範囲となる速度比で引き取ることが好ましく、紡糸安定性の観点から5倍以上50倍以下の範囲であることがより好ましい。紡糸ノズルの口径は、特に限定されないが、例えば、0.05mm以上2mm以下であることが好ましく、0.1mm以上1mm以下であることがより好ましい。紡糸ノズルからの吐出物がメルトフラクチャーを発現しないノズル温度以上で押し出すことが好ましい。紡糸ノズルの温度は、160℃以上であることが好ましく、170℃以上であることがより好ましい。加熱筒の温度は、200℃以上であることが好ましく、230℃以上であることがより好ましい。冷却温度は、空冷で-196℃以上40℃以下であることが好ましく、より好ましくは0℃以上30℃以下であり、水冷で5℃以上60℃以下であることが好ましく、より好ましくは10℃以上40℃以下である。
上記で得られた未延伸糸に、公知の方法で延伸処理、及び必要に応じて熱緩和処理を施こすことができる。例えば、人工毛髪として用いる場合は、単繊維繊度が2dtex以上100dtex以下の繊維(フィラメント)にすることが好ましい。延伸処理条件としては延伸処理温度70℃以上150℃以下の乾熱雰囲気下で、延伸倍率は1.1倍以上6倍以下程度にすることが好ましく、1.5倍以上4.5倍以下程度であることがさらに好ましい。延伸処理を施した繊維に熱緩和処理を施して、好ましくは1%以上50%以下の緩和率で、より好ましくは5%以上40%以下の緩和率で繊維を緩和処理することにより、熱収縮率を低下させることができる。繊維表面の凹凸を整えて、人毛に類似したサラサラした触感にするために熱緩和処理を行うことが好ましい。また、未延伸糸又は延伸糸を水洗することで、繊度のコントロールを行なうことも可能である。本発明において、単繊維繊度は、JIS L 1013に準じて測定する。
上記で得られたアクリル系繊維(熱処理糸)の見かけのガラス転移温度は、海外輸送時には船内コンテナで60℃まで室内温度の上がる場合があることや、加熱加工時の繊維同士の融着等を阻止する観点から、60℃以上であることが好ましい。
アクリル系繊維等の合成繊維は、染料(C)、特に酸性染料を含む染色剤で染色可能であり、酸性染料易染性を有する。
<頭飾製品>
前記合成繊維は、触感が良好であり、染色性、特に人毛用酸性染色剤等の酸性染料を含む染色剤による染色性にも優れることから、人工毛髪として頭飾製品に好適に用いることができる。前記合成繊維は、単独で人工毛髪として用いてもよく、他の人工毛髪用繊維と併用してもよい。
前記合成繊維は、触感が良好であり、染色性、特に人毛用酸性染色剤等の酸性染料を含む染色剤による染色性にも優れることから、人工毛髪として頭飾製品に好適に用いることができる。前記合成繊維は、単独で人工毛髪として用いてもよく、他の人工毛髪用繊維と併用してもよい。
前記頭飾製品としては、特に限定されないが、ヘア―ウィッグ、かつら、ウィービング、ヘア―エクステンション、ブレードヘアー、ヘア―アクセサリー及びドールヘア―からなる群から選ばれる一種が好ましく挙げられる。
前記頭飾製品は、酸性染料易染性を有する合成繊維を含むことから、酸性染料を含む人毛染色剤で所望の色に染色することができる。
以下、実施例により本発明を更に詳細に説明するが、本発明は下記の実施例に限定されるものではない。
(染色性)
繊維及び/又は樹脂組成物の染色性は以下の方法で評価した。繊維及び/又は樹脂組成物に人毛用酸性染色剤(Kiss Products Inc.製、製品名「Express Color Semi-Permanent #K98 Black」)を塗布して室温(25±5℃)で25分経過後にイオン交換水と非イオン性界面活性剤(北広ケミカル製、製品名「スコアロール700」)の水性エマルジョン(スコアロール700:5g/L)で洗浄し、乾燥させ、色の変化を目視により次の判定基準で評価した。
繊維及び/又は樹脂組成物の染色性は以下の方法で評価した。繊維及び/又は樹脂組成物に人毛用酸性染色剤(Kiss Products Inc.製、製品名「Express Color Semi-Permanent #K98 Black」)を塗布して室温(25±5℃)で25分経過後にイオン交換水と非イオン性界面活性剤(北広ケミカル製、製品名「スコアロール700」)の水性エマルジョン(スコアロール700:5g/L)で洗浄し、乾燥させ、色の変化を目視により次の判定基準で評価した。

(溶解性)
ベンジルアルコール5mLに、ポリマー(B)を0.1g投入し、室温(25±5℃)で1時間攪拌し、ポリマー(B)が溶解されるか否かを観察した。

(製造例1)
ポリマー(A)としてアクリル系樹脂の製造を行った。重合反応器内に、塩化ビニル54質量部、アクリロニトリル7.5質量部、片末端アクリロイル基ポリ(アクリル酸2-メトキシエチル)マクロモノマー3質量部、イオン交換水210質量部、部分鹸化ポリ酢酸ビニル(鹸化度約70モル%、数平均重合度1700)0.4質量部、1,1,3,3-テトラメチルブチルパーオキシネオデカノエート0.75質量部を仕込んだ後、重合反応器内温が15℃以下まで冷却された状態で、15分間攪拌分散を行った。その後、重合反応器内温を50℃に上昇させて重合を開始し、重合温度50℃で4時間、その後重合温度52.5℃に上昇させてさらに2時間、次いで55℃に上昇させてさらに2時間懸濁重合を行った。重合に際して、アクリロニトリル35.5質量部と2-メルカプトエタノール0.7質量部を重合開始直後から7時間目まで一定の速度で連続的に添加した。重合反応器内の未反応塩化ビニルモノマーを回収した後、スラリーを払い出した。得られたスラリーを脱水し、熱風乾燥機にて60℃で24時間乾燥し、アクリル系樹脂を得た。得られたアクリル系樹脂はアクリロニトリル40.7質量%、塩化ビニル56.3質量%、ポリ(アクリル酸2-メトキシエチル)3.0質量%からなり、質量平均分子量は約39000であった。
ポリマー(A)としてアクリル系樹脂の製造を行った。重合反応器内に、塩化ビニル54質量部、アクリロニトリル7.5質量部、片末端アクリロイル基ポリ(アクリル酸2-メトキシエチル)マクロモノマー3質量部、イオン交換水210質量部、部分鹸化ポリ酢酸ビニル(鹸化度約70モル%、数平均重合度1700)0.4質量部、1,1,3,3-テトラメチルブチルパーオキシネオデカノエート0.75質量部を仕込んだ後、重合反応器内温が15℃以下まで冷却された状態で、15分間攪拌分散を行った。その後、重合反応器内温を50℃に上昇させて重合を開始し、重合温度50℃で4時間、その後重合温度52.5℃に上昇させてさらに2時間、次いで55℃に上昇させてさらに2時間懸濁重合を行った。重合に際して、アクリロニトリル35.5質量部と2-メルカプトエタノール0.7質量部を重合開始直後から7時間目まで一定の速度で連続的に添加した。重合反応器内の未反応塩化ビニルモノマーを回収した後、スラリーを払い出した。得られたスラリーを脱水し、熱風乾燥機にて60℃で24時間乾燥し、アクリル系樹脂を得た。得られたアクリル系樹脂はアクリロニトリル40.7質量%、塩化ビニル56.3質量%、ポリ(アクリル酸2-メトキシエチル)3.0質量%からなり、質量平均分子量は約39000であった。
また、上述したとおりに相溶性を評価したところ、製造例1で得られたアクリル系樹脂は、ジメチルスルホンと相溶性を有することが確認された。
(実施例1)
製造例1で得られたアクリル系樹脂90質量部とポリマー(B)としてポリ(酢酸ビニル)(数平均重合度500、キシダ化学製)10質量部の計100質量部に対して、可塑剤としてジメチルスルホンを2.5質量部、安定剤を6.98質量部、滑剤を0.384質量部、加工助剤を3質量部添加し、ミキサーを用いて混合し、粉体混合物を得た。次いで、粉体混合物62gをラボプラストミル(東洋精機製、型式「4C150」)にて115℃、50rpm、10.5分の条件で混練して樹脂組成物を得た。
製造例1で得られたアクリル系樹脂90質量部とポリマー(B)としてポリ(酢酸ビニル)(数平均重合度500、キシダ化学製)10質量部の計100質量部に対して、可塑剤としてジメチルスルホンを2.5質量部、安定剤を6.98質量部、滑剤を0.384質量部、加工助剤を3質量部添加し、ミキサーを用いて混合し、粉体混合物を得た。次いで、粉体混合物62gをラボプラストミル(東洋精機製、型式「4C150」)にて115℃、50rpm、10.5分の条件で混練して樹脂組成物を得た。
(実施例2)
ポリ(酢酸ビニル)(数平均重合度500)に代えてポリ(酢酸ビニル)(数平均重合度2000、富士フイルム和光純薬製)を用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして、樹脂組成物を得た。

(実施例3)
製造例1で得られたアクリル系樹脂80質量部とポリマー(B)としてビニルピロリドン-酢酸ビニル共重合体(酢酸ビニル40質量%、ビニルピロリドン60質量%、質量平均分子量65000)20質量部の計100質量部に対して、可塑剤としてジメチルスルホンを2.5質量部、安定剤を6.98質量部、滑剤を0.384質量部、加工助剤を3質量部添加し、ヘンシェルミキサーを用いて混合し、粉体混合物を得た。次いで、粉体混合物をラボ押出機(東洋精機製、型番「4C150」、20mm押出ユニット及び2mmストランドノズルの組合せ)にて押し出し、ストランドを得た。押出機を120~150℃の温度範囲で運転した。得られたストランドを空冷した後、ペレット化し、樹脂組成物ペレットを得た。
製造例1で得られたアクリル系樹脂80質量部とポリマー(B)としてビニルピロリドン-酢酸ビニル共重合体(酢酸ビニル40質量%、ビニルピロリドン60質量%、質量平均分子量65000)20質量部の計100質量部に対して、可塑剤としてジメチルスルホンを2.5質量部、安定剤を6.98質量部、滑剤を0.384質量部、加工助剤を3質量部添加し、ヘンシェルミキサーを用いて混合し、粉体混合物を得た。次いで、粉体混合物をラボ押出機(東洋精機製、型番「4C150」、20mm押出ユニット及び2mmストランドノズルの組合せ)にて押し出し、ストランドを得た。押出機を120~150℃の温度範囲で運転した。得られたストランドを空冷した後、ペレット化し、樹脂組成物ペレットを得た。
上記で得られた樹脂組成物ペレットを、ラボ押出機(東洋精機製、型番「4C150」、20mm押出ユニット、溶融粘度測定用下向きダイに孔断面積0.0793mm2、孔数12個の繭型紡糸ノズルの組合せ)を用い、シリンダー温度140~160℃、ノズル温度230℃の範囲で押し出し溶融紡糸した。ノズルドラフト約5倍で引き取り、繊度200dtexの未延伸糸を得た。得られた未延伸糸を105℃の乾熱雰囲気下で延伸倍率3倍に乾熱延伸し、単繊維繊度が約70dtexの繊維を得た。
(実施例4)
ビニルピロリドン-酢酸ビニル共重合体に代えてポリマー(B)としてポリ(グリシジルメタクリレート)(質量平均分子量10000、日油製、製品名「マープルーフG-01100」)を用いたこと以外は、実施例3と同様にして、樹脂組成物ペレットを得た。
ビニルピロリドン-酢酸ビニル共重合体に代えてポリマー(B)としてポリ(グリシジルメタクリレート)(質量平均分子量10000、日油製、製品名「マープルーフG-01100」)を用いたこと以外は、実施例3と同様にして、樹脂組成物ペレットを得た。
上記で得られた樹脂組成物ペレットを用いたこと以外は、実施例3と同様に溶融紡糸した。ノズルドラフト約5倍で引き取り、繊度200dtexの未延伸糸を得た。得られた未延伸糸を105℃の乾熱雰囲気下で延伸倍率3倍に乾熱延伸し、単繊維繊度が約70dtexの繊維を得た。
(実施例5)
ビニルピロリドン-酢酸ビニル共重合体に代えてポリマー(B)としてアクリロニトリル-スチレン共重合体(アクリロニトリル30質量%、スチレン70質量%、質量平均分子量86000、Galata Chemicals製、製品名「BLENDEX 5433」)を用いたこと以外は、実施例3と同様にして、樹脂組成物ペレットを得た。
ビニルピロリドン-酢酸ビニル共重合体に代えてポリマー(B)としてアクリロニトリル-スチレン共重合体(アクリロニトリル30質量%、スチレン70質量%、質量平均分子量86000、Galata Chemicals製、製品名「BLENDEX 5433」)を用いたこと以外は、実施例3と同様にして、樹脂組成物ペレットを得た。
上記で得られた樹脂組成物ペレットを用いたこと以外は、実施例3と同様に溶融紡糸した。ノズルドラフト約5倍で引き取り、繊度200dtexの未延伸糸を得た。得られた未延伸糸を105℃の乾熱雰囲気下で延伸倍率3倍に乾熱延伸し、単繊維繊度が約70dtexの繊維を得た。
(実施例6)
ビニルピロリドン-酢酸ビニル共重合体に代えてポリマー(B)としてポリ(酢酸ビニル)(数平均重合度500、キシダ化学製)を用い、製造例1で得られたアクリル系樹脂90質量部とポリ(酢酸ビニル)10質量部の計100質量部としたこと以外は、実施例3と同様にして、樹脂組成物ペレットを得た。
ビニルピロリドン-酢酸ビニル共重合体に代えてポリマー(B)としてポリ(酢酸ビニル)(数平均重合度500、キシダ化学製)を用い、製造例1で得られたアクリル系樹脂90質量部とポリ(酢酸ビニル)10質量部の計100質量部としたこと以外は、実施例3と同様にして、樹脂組成物ペレットを得た。
上記で得られた樹脂組成物ペレットを用いたこと以外は、実施例3と同様に溶融紡糸した。ノズルドラフト約5倍で引き取り、繊度200dtexの未延伸糸を得た。得られた未延伸糸を105℃の乾熱雰囲気下で延伸倍率3倍に乾熱延伸し、単繊維繊度が約70dtexの繊維を得た。
(比較例1)
ポリ(酢酸ビニル)を用いず、製造例1で得られたアクリル系樹脂を100質量部としたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして、樹脂組成物を得た。
ポリ(酢酸ビニル)を用いず、製造例1で得られたアクリル系樹脂を100質量部としたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして、樹脂組成物を得た。

上記で得られた樹脂組成物ペレットを用いたこと以外は、実施例3と同様に溶融紡糸した。ノズルドラフト約6.8倍で引き取り、繊度150dtexの未延伸糸を得た。得られた未延伸糸を105℃の乾熱雰囲気下で延伸倍率3倍に乾熱延伸し、単繊維繊度が約48dtexの繊維を得た。
実施例及び比較例で用いたポリマー(B)、具体的には数平均重合度が500のポリ(酢酸ビニル)、数平均重合度が2000のポリ(酢酸ビニル)、ビニルピロリドンー酢酸ビニル共重合体、ポリ(グリシジルメタクリレート)、及びアクリロニトリルースチレン共重合体のベンジルアルコールに対する溶解性を上述したとおりに評価し、その結果を下記表1に示した。
実施例1~6、及び比較例1~4で得られた樹脂組成物又は繊維の染色性を上述した通りに評価し、その結果を下記表2に示した。
表1及び表2の結果から、ポリマー(A)、及びベンジルアルコールに溶解するポリマー(B)を所定量含む実施例1~6の樹脂組成物又は合成繊維は、酸性染料を含む人毛用染色剤により染色されることが分かった。
一方、ベンジルアルコールに溶解するポリマー(B)を含まないか、ベンジルアルコールに溶解するポリマー(B)の配合量が少ない比較例1~4の樹脂組成物又は繊維は酸性染料を含む人毛用染色剤にて全く染色されなかった。
本発明は、特に限定されないが、例えば、下記の1以上の実施形態を含んでもよい。
[1] ポリマー(A)及びポリマー(B)を含む樹脂組成物であって、
ポリマー(A)は、アクリロニトリル、ハロゲン化ビニル、及びハロゲン化ビニリデンからなる群から選ばれる一つ以上のモノマーユニットを含むポリマーであり、
ポリマー(B)は、ベンジルアルコールに溶解するポリマーであり、
前記ポリマー(A)及び前記ポリマー(B)の合計量を100質量部とした場合、前記ポリマー(A)を70質量部以上92.5質量部以下、及び前記ポリマー(B)を7.5質量部以上30質量部以下含む、樹脂組成物。
ポリマー(A)は、アクリロニトリル、ハロゲン化ビニル、及びハロゲン化ビニリデンからなる群から選ばれる一つ以上のモノマーユニットを含むポリマーであり、
ポリマー(B)は、ベンジルアルコールに溶解するポリマーであり、
前記ポリマー(A)及び前記ポリマー(B)の合計量を100質量部とした場合、前記ポリマー(A)を70質量部以上92.5質量部以下、及び前記ポリマー(B)を7.5質量部以上30質量部以下含む、樹脂組成物。
[2] 前記ポリマー(B)は、酢酸ビニル、ビニルピロリドン、アクリル酸エステル類、メタクリル酸エステル類及びスチレンからなる群から選ばれる一つ以上のモノマーユニットを含むポリマーである、[1]に記載の樹脂組成物。
[3] 前記ポリマー(B)は、酢酸ビニルの単独重合体、ビニルピロリドンと酢酸ビニルの共重合体、アクリロニトリルとスチレンの共重合体、及びポリ(グリシジルメタクリレート)からなる群から選ばれる一つ以上を含む、[1]又は[2]に記載の樹脂組成物。
[4] 前記ポリマー(A)が、アクリル系樹脂である、[1]~[3]のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物。
[5] 前記アクリル系樹脂が、アクリロニトリル、ハロゲン化ビニル及びハロゲン化ビニリデンからなる群から選ばれる一つ以上のハロゲン化モノマー、並びに二重結合を含有するエチレン性不飽和モノマーを主鎖に有するマクロモノマーの共重合体である、[4]に記載の樹脂組成物。
[6] 前記ポリマー(A)が、塩化ビニル系樹脂である、[1]~[3]のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物。
[7] [1]~[6]のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物に、染料(C)とアルコールを含む染色剤を浸透させて着色を行う、樹脂組成物の染色方法。
[8] 前記アルコールが、ベンジルアルコールである、[7]に記載の樹脂組成物の染色方法。
[9] 前記染料(C)が、酸性染料である、[7]又は[8]に記載の樹脂組成物の染色方法。
[10] [1]~[6]のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物で構成される合成繊維。
[11] [1]~[6]のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物を溶融紡糸する工程を含む、合成繊維の製造方法。
[12] [10]に記載の合成繊維を含む頭飾製品。
Claims (12)
- ポリマー(A)及びポリマー(B)を少なくとも含む樹脂組成物であって、
ポリマー(A)は、アクリロニトリル、ハロゲン化ビニル、及びハロゲン化ビニリデンからなる群から選ばれる一つ以上のモノマーユニットを含むポリマーであり、
ポリマー(B)は、ベンジルアルコールに溶解するポリマーであり、
前記ポリマー(A)及び前記ポリマー(B)の合計量を100質量部とした場合、前記ポリマー(A)を70質量部以上92.5質量部以下、及び前記ポリマー(B)を7.5質量部以上30質量部以下含む、樹脂組成物。 - 前記ポリマー(B)は、酢酸ビニル、ビニルピロリドン、アクリル酸エステル類、メタクリル酸エステル類及びスチレンからなる群から選ばれる一つ以上のモノマーユニットを含むポリマーである、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリマー(B)は、酢酸ビニルの単独重合体、ビニルピロリドンと酢酸ビニルの共重合体、アクリロニトリルとスチレンの共重合体、及びポリ(グリシジルメタクリレート)からなる群から選ばれる一つ以上を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリマー(A)が、アクリル系樹脂である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記アクリル系樹脂が、アクリロニトリルと、ハロゲン化ビニル及びハロゲン化ビニリデンからなる群から選ばれる一つ以上のハロゲン化モノマーと、二重結合を含有するエチレン性不飽和モノマーを主鎖に有するマクロモノマーの共重合体である、請求項4に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリマー(A)が、塩化ビニル系樹脂である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物に、少なくとも染料(C)とアルコールを含む染色剤を浸透させて着色を行う、樹脂組成物の染色方法。
- 前記アルコールがベンジルアルコールである、請求項7に記載の樹脂組成物の染色方法。
- 前記染料(C)が、酸性染料である、請求項7又は8に記載の樹脂組成物の染色方法。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物で構成される合成繊維。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物を溶融紡糸する工程を含む、合成繊維の製造方法。
- 請求項10に記載の合成繊維を少なくとも含む頭飾製品。
