Description

一种用于机动车的加固型散热装置 技术领域
本实用新型属于机动车散热器加工制造技术领域,具体涉及一种用于机动车的加固型散热装置。
背景技术
散热器属于汽车冷却系统,是水冷发动机冷却系统中最重要的部件之一,散热器由进水室、出水室以及散热芯片三部分组成,冷却液在散热器芯内流动,空气在散热器外通过,热的冷却液由于向空气散热而变冷,冷空气则因吸收冷却散出的热量而升温。
目前,机动车使用的散热器多为一些建议焊接型散热器,即把散热铝扁管单层穿入散热器铝主板内焊接,但是由于散热铝扁管管壁较薄,在使用时若机动车受到颠簸、震动、撞击很容易出现扭矩变形、焊接点断裂、裂缝等损坏,断裂后还会造成散热芯内的液体流出进而氧化焊接点,加速散热器的断裂速度,维修困难,降低了散热器的使用寿命。
因此,需研究一种加固型的散热装置,使散热铝扁管通过卡件加固在铝主板上,减缓机动车在颠簸、震动、撞击对散热器的损坏,保证散热铝扁管与铝主板的紧密连接不变形松动、断裂,从而增加散热器的使用寿命,减少报废率,从而提高机动车的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
针对上述问题的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于机动车的加固型散热装置。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种用于机动车的加固型散热装置,包括上水室和下水室,其特征在于,所述上水室上设有进水口,下水室上设有出水口,所述上水室和下水室之间设有若干个均匀等距排列的散热管,其中前后相邻所述散热管之间设有散热片;所述散热管的顶端穿过上主板伸入上水室内与上水室连接,散热管的底端穿过下主板伸入下水室内与下水室连接,所述散热管与上下主板的连接处分别设有加固装置,所述加固装置包括一组对称设置在散热管根部两侧的U型卡件,U型卡件的内侧与散热管固定连接。
作为优选,所述散热管外还设有防护板
作为优选,所述散热管采用铝制扁口散热管。
作为优选,所述散热片呈S状设置在前后散热管之间,散热片上设有若干个等距排列的矩形孔。
作为优选。所述U型卡件采用0.01-5mm的铝片弯制而成。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型的散热装置一是散热效果好;二是从根本上解决了因散热管管壁薄散热装置在重型机车受到颠簸冲击后产生的易松动、易断、易裂等问题,从而延长散热装置的使用寿命;三是利用U型卡件加固还可以节约耗材,节约成本,进而提高生产效益。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体的实施例对实用新型进行进一步介绍。
如图1至图5所示,一种用于机动车的加固型散热装置,包括上水室1和下水室2,上水室1上设有进水的进水口3,下水室2上设有出水的出水口4,上水室1和下水室2之间设有若干个均匀等距排列的散热管5,散热管5采用铝制扁口散热管5,散热器数目可根据散热装置大小设置;前后相邻的散热管5之间设有散热片8,为了在稳固散热管5的同时不影响其散热效果,使散热片8成S状的设置在前后散热管5之间进行稳固散热管5,在散热片8上开有若干个等距排列的矩形孔801进行散热。
散热管5的顶端穿过上主板6伸入上水室1内,散热管5的底端穿过下主板7伸入下水室2内,散热管5与上下主板7、上下水室2焊接连接,散热管5外设有对散热管5受到撞击或颠簸进行缓冲的防护板10,上水室1、散热管5和下水室2之间相互连通形成散热回路;散热管5与上下主板7的连接处分别设有加固装置,加固装置包括一组对称设置在散热管5两侧的U型卡件9,如图9所示。
U型卡件9的内侧与散热管5焊接连接,U型卡件9的顶端固定在散热管5上,U型 卡件9的底端有三种焊接方式,一是U型卡件9的底端与上下主板7相连直接焊接在上下主板7上,不穿过上下主板7,如图6所示;二是U型卡件9的底端伸入上下主板7并焊接在上下主板7的拉伸槽内,但不进入上下水室2中,如图7所示;三是U型卡件9的底端与散热管5根部一起穿过上下主板7进入上下水室2内部进行焊接,如图8所示,;利用在U型卡件9固定散热管5的两端,使散热管5在收到颠簸、冲击等大幅度震动时能得到一个缓冲,减缓震动对散热管5的损坏,增加散热管5的使用寿命,从而根本上解决散热管5因管壁薄受到冲击后易裂、易断、易松动等问题。
上述的U型卡件9采用0.01-5mm的铝片弯制而成,利用开口式的U型卡件9固定散热管5不仅减少了耗材,并且还在生产制造工艺中减少了铝片焊接点,进而节约成本,提高经济效益。
除说明书所述技术特征外,其余技术特征均为本领域技术人员已知技术。

  1. 一种用于机动车的加固型散热装置,包括上水室(1)和下水室(2),其特征在于,所述上水室(1)上设有进水口(3),下水室(2)上设有出水口(4),所述上水室(1)和下水室(2)之间设有若干个均匀等距排列的散热管(5),其中前后相邻所述散热管(5)之间设有散热片(8);所述散热管(5)的顶端穿过上主板(6)伸入上水室(1)内与上水室(1)连接,散热管(5)的底端穿过下主板(7)伸入下水室(2)内与下水室(2)连接,所述散热管(5)与上下主板(7)的连接处分别设有加固装置,所述加固装置包括一组对称设置在散热管(5)根部两侧的U型卡件(9),U型卡件(9)的内侧与散热管(5)固定连接。
