一种便携式儿童滑车,如图1-6所示,包括滑车本体1、座垫2、折叠轮架3、前轮4、后轮5和把手6,座垫2设置在滑车本体1上,座垫2上可以设置海绵等,使得孩子能够舒适的玩耍。滑车本体1底部凹设第一安装槽11,折叠轮架3安装在第一安装槽11内。其中,折叠轮架3包括折叠底座31、折叠臂32和快装机构33,折叠底座31的下表面凹设第二安装槽34,折叠臂32设置两个,分别通过转轴转动设置在第二安装槽34的两端,快装机构33设置在折叠臂32的端部;展开时,折叠臂32突出于折叠底座的两端;当折叠时,折叠臂32隐藏于第二安装槽34内;前轮4设置在快装机构33上,后轮5分设在滑车本体1的尾部的两侧;滑车本体1的前部凸出设置安装块12,安装块12的竖直方向(滑车本体1的高度方向)设置第一插孔13,安装块12的左右方向(滑车本体1的长度方向)设置第二插孔14,并且延伸至滑车本体1内;安装块12的前后方向(滑车本体1的宽度方向)设置插销孔15,并且穿过第一插孔13和第二插孔14具有重叠部分,把手6上设置锁孔61,把手6可切换的设置在第一插孔13和第二插孔14内,并且通过插销7连接插销孔15和锁孔61。当折叠轮架3展开时,把手6插入第一插孔13内,并且通过插销7将把手6固定,此时为一辆儿 童滑车。而当折叠轮架3折叠后,同时将把手6插入第二插孔14内,此时相当于一个能够拖行的旅行箱,家长只需要单手即可将其拖行。
在一实施例中,如图1-3所示,滑车本体1内设置储物腔16,座垫2与滑车本体1的前部铰接,其尾部通过锁扣固定。实现座垫2的打开和锁定。其中,锁扣结构具有较多结构,且为现有技术,在此不在过多赘述。该储物箱16能够将取下的前轮4进行收纳,同时也能够放置一些随行物品。
在一实施例中,如图1-9所示,快装机构33包括连接轴331、插拔块332、隔离套333和锁块334,连接轴331固定设置在折叠臂32上,其可以通过焊接的方式连接,也可以为一体结构。连接轴331的一端凹设安装孔,安装孔为长方体结构,并且在其两端设置贯穿的引导孔,锁块334滑动设置在两端的引导孔内,隔离套333设置在安装孔内,并且与安装孔固定连接,插拔块332包括与隔离套内孔配合的块本体335和设置在块本体端部的磁铁336,插拔块332插入隔离套333内,锁块334为磁铁,当磁铁336与锁块334磁极相同时,锁块334突出于引导孔;当磁极相反时,锁块334隐没于引导孔内。其中,前轮4包括连接部41和滚动部42,滚动部42通过轴承滚动连接在连接部41上,连接部41与快装机构33连接。连接部41轴向设置贯穿的通孔,在通孔内设置连接孔43,当前轮4与快装机构33连接时,锁块334插入连接孔43内。当安装前轮4时,插入插拔块332,使得插拔块332与两侧锁块334的磁极相反,锁块334隐没于引导孔内,而后将前轮套在连接轴331上,并且使得锁块334与前轮4内的连接孔43对应,拔除插拔块332,转动180°后插入,使得插拔块332与两侧锁块334的磁极相同,锁块334被推出引导孔插入前轮4的连接孔43内,完成前轮4的快速安装;当拆卸时,只需要改变插拔块332的磁极以吸引锁块334,使得锁块334隐没于引导孔内,即可将前轮4拆除。另外,由于前轮4套入连接轴331后无法观察到连接孔43,使得安装不便,但对于利用磁铁同极相斥的原理,只需要将前轮4套入后就改变插拔块332的磁极,使得锁块334向外顶出,此时,锁块334定在前轮4的通孔的内壁上,只需要调节前轮4的位置,直至听到“啪嗒”的声音,即说明锁块334插入前轮4 的连接孔43内。
在上述实施例中,如图1-9所示,磁铁336与隔离套333间隙配合,块本体335与隔离套333紧配合。优选的,块本体335采用塑料制成,因塑料相比于金属易被压缩,因此,插拔块332在插入时更加方便。
在一实施例中,如图1-9所示,锁块334包括锁块本体337和锁定部338,锁定部338设置在锁块本体337上,并且呈阶梯结构,引导孔为与锁块配合的阶梯孔,锁块本体337为磁铁。利用阶梯结构的引导孔与隔离套333配合,保证锁块334处于引导孔内,并且不会与连接轴331分离。优选的,引导孔为长方体孔状结构。
在一实施例中,如图1-9所示,连接轴331侧壁对称设置定位平面339,前轮4的通孔与连接轴331配合。即通孔内设置有与定位平面339配合的平面,当两平面贴合时,保证锁块334与连接孔43对应。
在一优选实施例中,如图1-9所示,连接轴331由塑料制成。隔离套33也可为塑料制成,这样能够减少对磁铁的影响;当然,也可以采用其他不被磁铁吸引的材料。
在一实施例中,如图1-9所示,第二安装槽34的内壁上设置固定孔37,固定孔37与折叠臂32折叠处于位置时的锁块334位置相对应。因此,当折叠臂32处于折叠位置时,将锁块334推出插入固定孔37内,即可完成折叠臂32与折叠底座31的锁定。
在一实施例中,如图1-9所示,折叠轮架3还包括C形卡箍36,C形卡箍36设置四个,分别设置在折叠臂32的旋转中心的两侧,用于固定折叠臂32,防止其转动。
在一实施例中,如图1-11所示,插销孔15的端部设置沉孔17,沉孔17内设置磁环,插销7的端部设置铁块71,利用磁环吸附铁块71。使得插销7隐没于沉孔17内。为了方便插销7取出,在铁块71上设置手握槽,提供家长取出时的施力点。
在一实施例中,如图1-11所示,把手6呈T字形,并且在其侧壁上对 称设置轴向的导槽62,并且在第一插孔13和第二插孔14内对应位置设置导条18。首先,导条18与导槽61配合,能够防止把手6转动;另外,能够快速调节至插销孔15与锁孔61对齐。
本发明在使用时,如图1-11所示,将折叠臂32展开,并且将前轮4安装,将把手6插入第一插孔13内,通过插销7锁定,此时为一辆滑车;同时,折叠臂32突出部分与前轮4之间能够作为孩子脚踏板,家长手拉把手6,能够拖动孩子前行。当把前轮4拆下,能够将前轮4放入储物腔16内,将把手6插入第二插孔14内,并且将折叠臂32旋转入第二安装槽34内,卡入C形卡箍36,同时更换插拔块332使得锁块334插入固定孔37,实现折叠臂32的收纳。此时,家长只需要单手拉动手把6,即可实现拖行,方便滑车的搬运。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种便携式儿童滑车,其特征在于,包括滑车本体、座垫、折叠轮架、前轮、后轮和把手,所述座垫设置在所述滑车本体上,所述滑车本体底部凹设第一安装槽,所述折叠轮架安装在所述第一安装槽内;所述折叠轮架包括折叠底座、折叠臂和快装机构,所述折叠底座的下表面凹设第二安装槽,所述折叠臂设置两个,分别通过转轴转动设置在所述第二安装槽的两端,所述快装机构设置在所述折叠臂的端部;展开时,所述折叠臂突出于所述折叠底座的两端;当折叠时,所述折叠臂隐藏于所述第二安装槽内;所述前轮设置在所述快装机构上,所述后轮分设在所述滑车本体的尾部的两侧;所述滑车本体的前部凸出设置安装块,所述安装块的竖直方向设置第一插孔,所述安装块的左右方向设置第二插孔,并且延伸至所述滑车本体内;所述安装块的前后方向设置插销孔,并且穿过所述第一插孔和所述第二插孔具有重叠部分,所述把手上设置锁孔,所述把手可切换的设置在所述第一插孔和所述第二插孔内,并且通过插销连接所述插销孔和所述锁孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式儿童滑车,其特征在于,所述滑车本体内设置储物腔,所述座垫与所述滑车本体的前部铰接,其尾部通过锁扣固定。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式儿童滑车,其特征在于,所述快装机构包括连接轴、插拔块、隔离套和锁块,所述连接轴固定设置在所述折叠臂上,所述连接轴的一端凹设安装孔,所述安装孔为长方体结构,并且在其两端设置贯穿的引导孔,所述锁块滑动设置在两端的所述引导孔内,所述隔离套设置在所述安装孔内,并且与所述安装孔固定连接,所述插拔块包括与所述隔离套内孔配合的块本体和设置在所述块本体端部的磁铁,所述插拔块插入所述隔离套内,所述锁块为磁铁,当所述磁铁与所述锁块磁极相同时,所述锁块突出于所述引导孔;当磁极相反时,所述锁块隐没于所述引导孔内;所述磁铁与所述隔离套间隙配合,所述块本体与所述隔离套紧配合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种便携式儿童滑车,其特征在于,所述锁块包括锁块本体和锁定部,所述锁定部设置在所述锁块本体上,并且呈阶梯结 构,所述引导孔为与所述锁块配合的阶梯孔,所述锁块本体为磁铁;所述引导孔为长方体孔状结构。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种便携式儿童滑车,其特征在于,所述连接轴侧壁对称设置定位平面,所述前轮的通孔与所述连接轴配合。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种便携式儿童滑车,其特征在于,所述第二安装槽的内壁上设置固定孔,所述固定孔与所述折叠臂折叠处于位置时的所述锁块位置相对应。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式儿童滑车,其特征在于,所述前轮包括连接部和滚动部,所述滚动部通过轴承滚动连接在所述连接部上,所述连接部与所述快装机构连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式儿童滑车,其特征在于,所述折叠轮架还包括C形卡箍,所述C形卡箍设置四个,分别设置在所述折叠臂的旋转中心的两侧,用于固定所述折叠臂,防止其转动。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式儿童滑车,其特征在于,所述插销孔的端部设置沉孔,所述沉孔内设置磁环,所述插销的端部设置铁块,利用磁环吸附所述铁块。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式儿童滑车,其特征在于,所述把手呈T字形,并且在其侧壁上对称设置轴向的导槽,并且在所述第一插孔和所述第二插孔内对应位置设置导条。
