Description
本发明涉及一种运输装置,具体是一种车间物料运输监控系统,涉及车间物料运输的监控技术领域。
车间物料转送的应用在日常生产中有着重要的意义,在现有的各类的生产车间中,大都需要对各种原料或者对成品进行转送工作,进而完成对原料和成品的搬运工作。
但是现有的运输装置还存在一些问题,现有的运输装置大都只能够完成对物料的运输工作,当运输装置上存在不合格的产品时,则需要对该不合格产品进行剔除工作,进而保证运输产品的质量,但是在对一些较重的物料进行剔除工作时,大多数的企业都是采用换向导轨,进而能够使合格产品与不合格产品分离开来,进而完成对不合格产品的剔除工作,但是这样就需要设有多个导轨,进而占用较大的车间空间,同时不合格产品位置会因为装置的震动发生一定的偏移,进而导致其与导轨碰撞在一起,进而导致装置的损坏。
因此,如何完成对不合格产品的剔除监控工作,是目前要解决的一个问题。
提供一种车间物料运输监控系统,以解决现有技术存在的上述问题。
第一传送装置,与所述第一传送装置连接的调整组件,与所述调整组件固定连接的工作台,设置在所述调整组件上的第二传送装置,与所述第二传送装置固定连接的限位装置,安装在所述第二传送装置上的连接架和换向装置,设置在所述连接架上的搬运组件和输送设备,以及与所述输送设备连接、且安装在所述连接架上的剔除组件。

在进一步的实施例中,所述调整组件还包括设置在所述工作台上的输送装置和驱动滑轨,位于所述驱动滑轨上、且与所述驱动滑轨滑动连接的驱动滑块,与所述工作台固定连接的检测装置,以及位于所述工作台上、且与所述检测装置电性连接的压力板;所述驱动滑块设置在连接板上,所述压力板位于输送装置上,进而完成损坏物料的剔除工作,进而保证了调整工作的顺利运行。
在进一步的实施例中,所述限位装置包括对称安装在所述第二传送装置上的一组固定件,与所述固定件连接的限位电机,设置在所述限位电机输出端的传动部,安装在所述传动部上的限位杆,以及连接所述传动部、且用于限制物料位置的限高板,进而当物料运送至限高板处时,限高板能够使叠在一起的物料变得平坦,完成对物料的初步调整工作。
在进一步的实施例中,所述搬运组件包括设置在所述连接架上的搬运设备,与所述搬运设备连接的旋转部,与所述旋转部连接的搬运架,均匀设置在所述搬运架四周的多个支撑座,对称安装在所述搬运架上的一组搬运电机,与所述支撑座活动连接的从动架,设置在所述从动架上的多个搬运爪,对称安装在所述搬运架上的一组伸缩部,位于所述伸缩部输出端的升降板,以及设置在所述升降板上的多个限位杆;所述搬运爪具有预定的角度,所述搬运电机的输出端与所述从动架连接,能够保证物料能够一直保证一个水平的状态,进而避免了物料叠在一起,进而装置运输工作的顺利运行。
在进一步的实施例中,所述剔除组件包括与所述输送设备连接、且位于所述连接架上的连接座,设置在所述连接座上的驱动电机,与所述连接座固定连接的连接框,设置在所述连接框上的运输装置,均匀设置在所述连接座上的四个伸缩连杆,以及设置在所述连接座上的剔除装置;所述运输装置位于连接座上,所述驱动电机的输出端与所述运输装置连接,通过设置的运输装置,不仅能够起到对物料运输的连接工作,进而保证装置运输工作的顺利运行,同时保证物料上料工作的顺利运行。

一种车间物料运输监控系统的方法,包括:
S1:当需要进行物料在车间内的转送工作时,此时可根据运输车辆的高度,进而能够对第一传送装置进行高度调整工作;
S2:为了能够适应不同尺寸的车辆,进而通过调整连接部在支撑柱上的位置,从而能够调整第一传送装置与运输车辆之间的角度,进而通过将连接部设置在所述支撑柱上的不同高度的插接孔中,进而完成对连接部的位置调整,从而调整第一传送装置与运输车辆件的倾斜角度,进而完成对第一传送装置角度的调整工作;
S3:进而此时可将物料放置在输送设备上,进而此时运动的输送装置能够带动物料开始运动,此时运动的物料能够被运输至运输装置上,此时物料的长度方向与所述运输装置的运动方向垂直,进而运动的运输装置能够带动物料运动至检测设备处,进而此时运动的检测设备能够完成对物料的检测工作,此时当产品属于合格品时,此时旋转装置不工作,当产品属于不合格品时,此时旋转装置开始工作,进而运动的旋转装置能够带动传动件开始工作,此时运动的传动件开始带动检测设备开始转动,进而能够调整位于所述检测设备上的物料的方向,进而能够将物料的长度方向与所述运输装置的运输方向垂直调整成与所述运输装置的运输方向相同,进而此时顶升设备开始工作,进而运动的顶升设备能够将不合格产品运送至指定区域,然后顶升设备再次工作,进而使检测设备能够位于运输装置上的初始位置,完成产品的剔除工作;
S4:当装置完成对产品的剔除工作后,此时驱动电机开始工作,进而运动的驱动电机能够带动运输装置开始工作,此时再次工作的运输装置能够将物料搬运至指定位置,进而完成装置的上料工作;
S5:当物料位于指定区域后,此时伸缩部开始工作,进而运动的伸缩部能够带动升降板开始工作,此时运动的升降板能够带动限位杆开始运动,进而完成对物料水平方向的限位工作,然后搬运电机开始工作,进而运动的搬运电机能够带动从动架开始运动,此时工作的从动架能够调整两搬运爪之间的距离,进而此时搬运爪会从物料的底部深入,然后搬运电机反向工作,此时两搬运爪之间的距离开始变小,进而完成对物料的夹持工作然后搬运设备开始工作,进而运动的搬运设备能够带动物料运送至指定区域,然后换向装置开始工作,进而运动的换向装置能够将物料运送至第二传送装置上,进而完成装置的搬运工作;
S6:当物料位于第二传送装置上后,此时第二传送装置开始工作,进而运动的第二传送装置带动物料开始工作,进而此时限位电机开始工作,进而运动的限位电机能够带动传动部开始工作,进而运动的传动部能够带动限位杆开始工作,进而能够调整两限位杆之间的距离,进而通过其之间的间距,完成对物料的限位工作;
S7:当物料从第二传送装置上运动至输送装置上时,此时输送装置开始工作,进而运动的输送装置能够带动物料开始工作,进而能够将物料运送至指定位置,然后输送装置停止工作,此时驱动装置开始工作,进而运动的驱动装置能够带动连接板开始运动,此时运动的连接板在驱动滑块的配合下能够在驱动滑轨上开始运动,进而运动的连接板能够调整其在输送装置上方的位置,此时驱动部开始运动,进而运动的驱动部能够带动伸缩杆开始运动,此时运动的伸缩杆能够带动连接设备开始工作,进而运动的连接设备能够带动调整连杆开始工作,此时调整连杆能够开始伸长,进而运动的调整连杆能够带动调整滑轮开始工作,此时调整滑轮能够位于物料表面,然后随着驱动部的运动,能够完成对物料的调整工作,保证调整工作的顺利运行;
S8:当调整滑轮在物料表面来回运动完成对物料的调整工作后,同时物料能够位于压力板上,进而此时压力板开始工作,进而配合检测装置的运动,完成对位于压力板上的物料进行外观检测工作,进而完成外观检测工作,进而完成对物料的外观检测工作后,此时输送装置带动物料开始运动,进而此时物料运输至第一传送装置上,进而完成对物料的运输检测工作。

所述搬运组件7包括设置在所述连接架10上的搬运设备701,与所述搬运设备701连接的旋转部708,与所述旋转部708连接的搬运架702,均匀设置在所述搬运架702四周的多个支撑座709,对称安装在所述搬运架702上的一组搬运电机704,与所述支撑座709活动连接的从动架703,设置在所述从动架703上的多个搬运爪705,对称安装在所述搬运架702上的一组伸缩部706,位于所述伸缩部706输出端的升降板707,以及设置在所述升降板707上的多个限位杆505;所述搬运爪705具有预定的角度,所述搬运电机704的输出端与所述从动架703连接;当物料位于指定区域后,此时伸缩部706开始工作,进而运动的伸缩部706能够带动升降板707开始工作,此时运动的升降板707能够带动限位杆505开始运动,进而完成对物料水平方向的限位工作,然后搬运电机704开始工作,进而运动的搬运电机704能够带动从动架703开始运动,此时工作的从动架703能够调整两搬运爪705之间的距离,进而此时搬运爪705会从物料的底部深入,然后搬运电机704反向工作,此时两搬运爪705之间的距离开始变小,进而完成对物料的夹持工作然后搬运设备701开始工作,进而运动的搬运设备701能够带动物料运送至指定区域,然后换向装置4开始工作,进而运动的换向装置4能够将物料运送至第二传送装置3上,进而完成装置的搬运工作。在进一步实施例中,物料在运输的过程中因装置的震动,进而位置会发生一定程度上的偏移,进而通过设置的限位杆505,进而能够将物料限制在一定区域内,然后通过搬运爪705完成搬运工作,为了避免搬运爪705造成对物料外形的损坏,进而该搬运爪705为L型,进而在进行抓取工作时,能够保证物料能够一直保证一个水平的状态,进而避免了物料叠在一起,进而装置运输工作的顺利运行。
所述剔除组件9包括与所述输送设备8连接、且位于所述连接架10上的连接座902,设置在所述连接座902上的驱动电机903,与所述连接座902固定连接的连接框905,设置在所述连接框905上的运输装置907,均匀设置在所述连接座902上的四个伸缩连杆906,以及设置在所述连接座902上的剔除装置901;所述运输装置907位于连接座902上,所述驱动电机903的输出端与所述运输装置907连接,当装置完成对产品的剔除工作后,此时驱动电机903开始工作,进而运动的驱动电机903能够带动运输装置907开始工作,此时再次工作的运输装置907能够将物料搬运至指定位置,进而完成装置的上料工作,通过设置的运输装置907,不仅能够起到对物料运输的连接工作,进而保证装置运输工作的顺利运行,同时保证物料上料工作的顺利运行。
所述剔除组件9包括设置在所述连接座902上的固定架90102,与所述固定架90102固定连接的旋转装置90103,设置在所述顶升设备90101输出端的传动件90105,与所述传动件90105另一端固定连接的检测设备90104,以及位于所述旋转装置90103上、且与所述传动件90105连接的顶升设备90101,所述连接框905上设有,所述连接框905上还设有可使物料通过的通孔;进而此时可将物料放置在输送设备8上,进而此时运动的输送装置611能够带动物料开始运动,此时运动的物料能够被运输至运输装置907上,此时物料的长度方向与所述运输装置907的运动方向垂直,进而运动的运输装置907能够带动物料运动至检测设备90104处,进而此时运动的检测设备90104能够完成对物料的检测工作,此时当产品属于合格品时,此时旋转装置90103不工作,当产品属于不合格品时,此时旋转装置90103开始工作,进而运动的旋转装置90103能够带动传动件90105开始工作,此时运动的传动件90105开始带动检测设备90104开始转动,进而能够调整位于所述检测设备90104上的物料的方向,进而能够将物料的长度方向与所述运输装置907的运输方向垂直调整成与所述运输装置907的运输方向相同,进而此时顶升设备90101开始工作,进而运动的顶升设备90101能够将不合格产品运送至指定区域,然后顶升设备90101再次工作,进而使检测设备90104能够位于运输装置907上的初始位置,完成产品的剔除工作;通过设置的剔除组件9,进而能够完成对不合格产品的剔除工作,进而保证运输产品的质量。在进一步实施例中,为了在剔除工作的过程中,不会影响物料的正常运输,进而在连接框905上设有预期大小的通孔,进而可通过旋转装置90103带动物料进行旋转,进而能够使物料通过该通孔,进而保证了剔除工作的顺利运行,同时该通孔的宽度是小于物料的长度,进而在对不合格产品进行剔除工作的过程中,还不会影响其他合格产品的运输,进而不会影响装置的运输效率。在进一步实施例中,通过设置在传动件90105上的检测设备90104,进而在物料还没进行装车时,进那个发现不合格的产品,进而提高装置的运输速度。再进一步的实施例中,通过设置的检测设备90104进而能够完成对运输产品质量的监控,进而保证运输产品能够达到检测设备90104所要求的最低标准,然后当产品不符合标准时,进而此时剔除组件9能够控制装置完成对不合格产品的剔除工作,进而完成对运输产品的监控工作,进而保证了从该运输设备的出料口运输出的产品能够符合既定的标准。
工作原理说明:当需要进行物料在车间内的转送工作时,此时可根据运输车辆的高度,进而能够对第一传送装置2进行高度调整工作;为了能够适应不同尺寸的车辆,进而通过调整连接部202在支撑柱201上的位置,从而能够调整第一传送装置2与运输车辆之间的角度,进而通过将连接部202设置在所述支撑柱201上的不同高度的插接孔中,进而完成对连接部202的位置调整,从而调整第一传送装置2与运输车辆件的倾斜角度,进而完成对第一传送装置2角度的调整工作;进而此时可将物料放置在输送设备8上,进而此时运动的输送装置611能够带动物料开始运动,此时运动的物料能够被运输至运输装置907上,此时物料的长度方向与所述运输装置907的运动方向垂直,进而运动的运输装置907能够带动物料运动至检测设备90104处,进而此时运动的检测设备90104能够完成对物料的检测工作,此时当产品属于合格品时,此时旋转装置90103不工作,当产品属于不合格品时,此时旋转装置90103开始工作,进而运动的旋转装置90103能够带动传动件90105开始工作,此时运动的传动件90105开始带动检测设备90104开始转动,进而能够调整位于所述检测设备90104上的物料的方向,进而能够将物料的长度方向与所述运输装置907的运输方向垂直调整成与所述运输装置907的运输方向相同,进而此时顶升设备90101开始工作,进而运动的顶升设备90101能够将不合格产品运送至指定区域,然后顶升设备90101再次工作,进而使检测设备90104能够位于运输装置907上的初始位置,完成产品的剔除工作;当装置完成对产品的剔除工作后,此时驱动电机903开始工作,进而运动的驱动电机903能够带动运输装置907开始工作,此时再次工作的运输装置907能够将物料搬运至指定位置,进而完成装置的上料工作;当物料位于指定区域后,此时伸缩部706开始工作,进而运动的伸缩部706能够带动升降板707开始工作,此时运动的升降板707能够带动限位杆505开始运动,进而完成对物料水平方向的限位工作,然后搬运电机704开始工作,进而运动的搬运电机704能够带动从动架703开始运动,此时工作的从动架703能够调整两搬运爪705之间的距离,进而此时搬运爪705会从物料的底部深入,然后搬运电机704反向工作,此时两搬运爪705之间的距离开始变小,进而完成对物料的夹持工作然后搬运设备701开始工作,进而运动的搬运设备701能够带动物料运送至指定区域,然后换向装置4开始工作,进而运动的换向装置4能够将物料运送至第二传送装置3上,进而完成装置的搬运工作;当物料位于第二传送装置3上后,此时第二传送装置3开始工作,进而运动的第二传送装置3带动物料开始工作,进而此时限位电机502开始工作,进而运动的限位电机502能够带动传动部503开始工作,进而运动的传动部503能够带动限位杆505开始工作,进而能够调整两限位杆505之间的距离,进而通过其之间的间距,完成对物料的限位工作;当物料从第二传送装置3上运动至输送装置611上时,此时输送装置611开始工作,进而运动的输送装置611能够带动物料开始工作,进而能够将物料运送至指定位置,然后输送装置611停止工作,此时驱动装置601开始工作,进而运动的驱动装置601能够带动连接板603开始运动,此时运动的连接板603在驱动滑块602的配合下能够在驱动滑轨612上开始运动,进而运动的连接板603能够调整其在输送装置611上方的位置,此时驱动部604开始运动,进而运动的驱动部604能够带动伸缩杆605开始运动,此时运动的伸缩杆605能够带动连接设备606开始工作,进而运动的连接设备606能够带动调整连杆607开始工作,此时调整连杆607能够开始伸长,进而运动的调整连杆607能够带动调整滑轮608开始工作,此时调整滑轮608能够位于物料表面,然后随着驱动部604的运动,能够完成对物料的调整工作,保证调整工作的顺利运行;当调整滑轮608在物料表面来回运动完成对物料的调整工作后,同时物料能够位于压力板610上,进而此时压力板610开始工作,进而配合检测装置609的运动,完成对位于压力板610上的物料进行外观检测工作,进而完成外观检测工作,进而完成对物料的外观检测工作后,此时输送装置611带动物料开始运动,进而此时物料运输至第一传送装置2上,进而完成对物料的运输检测工作。
以上结合附图详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是,本发明并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种等同变换,这些等同变换均属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
- 一种车间物料运输监控系统,其特征是,包括:第一传送装置,与所述第一传送装置连接的调整组件,与所述调整组件固定连接的工作台,设置在所述调整组件上的第二传送装置,与所述第二传送装置固定连接的限位装置,安装在所述第二传送装置上的连接架和换向装置,设置在所述连接架上的搬运组件和输送设备,以及与所述输送设备连接、且安装在所述连接架上的剔除组件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种车间物料运输监控系统,其特征是:所述第一传送装置还包括设置在所述第一传送装置两端的多个连接部,以及设置在所述连接部上、用于支撑所述第一传送装置、且与所述连接部可拆卸连接的支撑柱。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种车间物料运输监控系统,其特征是:所述调整组件包括与所述工作台固定连接的驱动装置,设置在所述驱动装置上、且与所述驱动装置滑动连接的连接板,与所述连接板固定连接的驱动部,对称安装在所述驱动部上的一组伸缩杆,与所述伸缩杆另一端固定连接的连接设备,设置在所述连接设备上的多个调整连杆,以及安装在所述调整连杆另一端的调整滑轮。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种车间物料运输监控系统,其特征是:所述调整组件还包括设置在所述工作台上的输送装置和驱动滑轨,位于所述驱动滑轨上、且与所述驱动滑轨滑动连接的驱动滑块,与所述工作台固定连接的检测装置,以及位于所述工作台上、且与所述检测装置电性连接的压力板;所述驱动滑块设置在连接板上,所述压力板位于输送装置上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种车间物料运输监控系统,其特征是:所述限位装置包括对称安装在所述第二传送装置上的一组固定件,与所述固定件连接的限位电机,设置在所述限位电机输出端的传动部,安装在所述传动部上的限位杆,以及连接所述传动部、且用于限制物料位置的限高板。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种车间物料运输监控系统,其特征是:所述搬运组件包括设置在所述连接架上的搬运设备,与所述搬运设备连接的旋转部,与所述旋转部连接的搬运架,均匀设置在所述搬运架四周的多个支撑座,对称安装在所述搬运架上的一组搬运电机,与所述支撑座活动连接的从动架,设置在所述从动架上的多个搬运爪,对称安装在所述搬运架上的一组伸缩部,位于所述伸缩部输出端的升降板,以及设置在所述升降板上的多个限位杆;所述搬运爪具有预定的角度,所述搬运电机的输出端与所述从动架连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种车间物料运输监控系统,其特征是:所述剔除组件包括与所述输送设备连接、且位于所述连接架上的连接座,设置在所述连接座上的驱动电机,与所述连接座固定连接的连接框,设置在所述连接框上的运输装置,均匀设置在所述连接座上的四个伸缩连杆,以及设置在所述连接座上的剔除装置;所述运输装置位于连接座上,所述驱动电机的输出端与所述运输装置连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种车间物料运输监控系统,其特征是:所述剔除组件包括设置在所述连接座上的固定架,与所述固定架固定连接的旋转装置,设置在所述顶升设备输出端的传动件,与所述传动件另一端固定连接的检测设备,以及位于所述旋转装置上、且与所述传动件连接的顶升设备,所述连接框上设有,所述连接框上还设有可使物料通过的通孔。
- 一种车间物料运输监控系统的方法,其特征是,包括:S1:当需要进行物料在车间内的转送工作时,此时可根据运输车辆的高度,进而能够对第一传送装置进行高度调整工作;S2:为了能够适应不同尺寸的车辆,进而通过调整连接部在支撑柱上的位置,从而能够调整第一传送装置与运输车辆之间的角度,进而通过将连接部设置在所述支撑柱上的不同高度的插接孔中,进而完成对连接部的位置调整,从而调整第一传送装置与运输车辆件的倾斜角度,进而完成对第一传送装置角度的调整工作;S3:进而此时可将物料放置在输送设备上,进而此时运动的输送装置能够带动物料开始运动,此时运动的物料能够被运输至运输装置上,此时物料的长度方向与所述运输装置的运动方向垂直,进而运动的运输装置能够带动物料运动至检测设备处,进而此时运动的检测设备能够完成对物料的检测工作,此时当产品属于合格品时,此时旋转装置不工作,当产品属于不合格品时,此时旋转装置开始工作,进而运动的旋转装置能够带动传动件开始工作,此时运动的传动件开始带动检测设备开始转动,进而能够调整位于所述检测设备上的物料的方向,进而能够将物料的长度方向与所述运输装置的运输方向垂直调整成与所述运输装置的运输方向相同,进而此时顶升设备开始工作,进而运动的顶升设备能够将不合格产品运送至指定区域,然后顶升设备再次工作,进而使检测设备能够位于运输装置上的初始位置,完成产品的剔除工作;S4:当装置完成对产品的剔除工作后,此时驱动电机开始工作,进而运动的驱动电机能够带动运输装置开始工作,此时再次工作的运输装置能够将物料搬运至指定位置,进而完成装置的上料工作;S5:当物料位于指定区域后,此时伸缩部开始工作,进而运动的伸缩部能够带动升降板开始工作,此时运动的升降板能够带动限位杆开始运动,进而完成对物料水平方向的限位工作,然后搬运电机开始工作,进而运动的搬运电机能够带动从动架开始运动,此时工作的从动架能够调整两搬运爪之间的距离,进而此时搬运爪会从物料的底部深入,然后搬运电机反向工作,此时两搬运爪之间的距离开始变小,进而完成对物料的夹持工作然后搬运设备开始工作,进而运动的搬运设备能够带动物料运送至指定区域,然后换向装置开始工作,进而运动的换向装置能够将物料运送至第二传送装置上,进而完成装置的搬运工作;S6:当物料位于第二传送装置上后,此时第二传送装置开始工作,进而运动的第二传送装置带动物料开始工作,进而此时限位电机开始工作,进而运动的限位电机能够带动传动部开始工作,进而运动的传动部能够带动限位杆开始工作,进而能够调整两限位杆之间的距离,进而通过其之间的间距,完成对物料的限位工作;S7:当物料从第二传送装置上运动至输送装置上时,此时输送装置开始工作,进而运动的输送装置能够带动物料开始工作,进而能够将物料运送至指定位置,然后输送装置停止工作,此时驱动装置开始工作,进而运动的驱动装置能够带动连接板开始运动,此时运动的连接板在驱动滑块的配合下能够在驱动滑轨上开始运动,进而运动的连接板能够调整其在输送装置上方的位置,此时驱动部开始运动,进而运动的驱动部能够带动伸缩杆开始运动,此时运动的伸缩杆能够带动连接设备开始工作,进而运动的连接设备能够带动调整连杆开始工作,此时调整连杆能够开始伸长,进而运动的调整连杆能够带动调整滑轮开始工作,此时调整滑轮能够位于物料表面,然后随着驱动部的运动,能够完成对物料的调整工作,保证调整工作的顺利运行;S8:当调整滑轮在物料表面来回运动完成对物料的调整工作后,同时物料能够位于压力板上,进而此时压力板开始工作,进而配合检测装置的运动,完成对位于压力板上的物料进行外观检测工作,进而完成外观检测工作,进而完成对物料的外观检测工作后,此时输送装置带动物料开始运动,进而此时物料运输至第一传送装置上,进而完成对物料的运输检测工作。
