Claims (15)
- 一种电池包,用于为车辆提供动力,其中,包括托盘和均温板;所述托盘包括用于围成容纳空间的第一边梁,所述容纳空间具有顶部开口;所述均温板设置在所述托盘的所述顶部开口处,所述均温板包括相对的两个第一边缘部,两个所述第一边缘部均安装在第一边梁上;其中,所述第一边梁和所述第一边缘部中的其中一者朝向所述容纳空间的内表面上设有卡槽,所述第一边梁和所述第一边缘部中的另一者插设于所述卡槽内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池包,其中,所述托盘具有两个间隔设置的所述第一边梁,两个所述第一边梁分别与两个第一边缘部配合。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的电池包,其中,所述卡槽设置在所述第一边梁的朝向所述容纳空间的内表面上,所述第一边缘部插设在所述第一边梁的所述卡槽内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电池包,其中,所述第一边缘部与所述卡槽的槽底壁触碰或抵触,且所述第一边缘部与所述卡槽的槽侧壁粘接。
- 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的电池包,其中,所述均温板背对所述容纳空间的外表面上设置有多个依次排列的冷却管,在相邻的两个所述冷却管之间设置有加热件。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电池包,其中,所述冷却管与均温板一体铝挤成型,所述加热件为加热膜。
- 根据权利要求6所述的电池包,其中,所述冷却管的厚度大于所述加热膜的厚度。
- 根据权利要求2-7中任一项所述的电池包,其中,所述托盘还包括相对设置的两个第二边梁,两个所述第一边梁和两个所述第二边梁共同围成容纳空间,所述容纳空间内还设置有加强梁,所述加强梁与第二边梁平行设置。
- 根据权利要求8所述的电池包,其中,所述均温板包括连接区域和除所述连接区域之外的承载区域,所述连接区域的厚度大于所述承载区域的厚度,且所述连接区域与所述加强梁连接。
- 根据权利要求9所述的电池包,其中,所述均温板的所述连接区域与所述加强梁铆接或螺接。
- 根据权利要求8-10中任一项所述的电池包,其中,所述加强梁与所述第二边梁的平行方向为所述加强梁的长度延伸方向,所述均温板朝向所述容纳空间的内表面上设置有两个凸台,两个所述凸台分别抵触在所述加强梁的沿所述平行方向的两端面上。
- 根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的电池包,其中,所述均温板上设有连接件,所述连接件用于与车辆连接。
- 根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的电池包,其中,所述电池包还包括放置于所述容纳空间内的电池模组,所述均温板与所述电池模组之间粘接。
- 根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的电池包,其中,所述电池包还包括盖板,所述盖板位于所述均温板上且盖封所述容纳空间的所述顶部开口,所述盖板和所述均温板之间设置有密封棉。
- 一种车辆,其中,包括权利要求1至14中任一项所述的电池包。
