Claims (16)
- 複数の電池セルが積層された電池セル積層体、
前記電池セル積層体を収納するモジュールフレーム、および
前記モジュールフレームの底部の下に位置するヒートシンク、
を含む電池モジュールであって、前記モジュールフレームの底部は前記ヒートシンクの上部プレートを構成し、前記ヒートシンクの供給管と前記底部が冷媒の流路を形成する、前記電池モジュールと、
前記電池モジュールを収納するパックフレームと、
前記パックフレームと前記ヒートシンクの間に位置して、前記冷媒を前記供給管に供給するパック冷媒供給管とを含む、電池パック。 - 前記底部は、前記冷媒と直接接する、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記供給管はU字型管であり、前記U字型管の開放された上側に前記底部が位置する、請求項1または2に記載の電池パック。
- 前記供給管は、少なくとも1回曲がって一側から他側につながる、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記供給管は、前記冷媒の流入のための流入口および前記冷媒の排出のための排出口を含む、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記流入口および前記排出口のうちの少なくとも一つはその外周を囲むシーリング部材を含む、請求項5に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ヒートシンクは、前記底部と平行な方向に沿って延在する下部載置部を含み、
前記下部載置部に貫通ホールが形成された、請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の電池パック。 - 前記底部は、前記下部載置部に沿って延在する上部載置部を含み、
前記上部載置部に貫通ホールが形成された、請求項7に記載の電池パック。 - 前記下部載置部の貫通ホールと前記上部載置部の貫通ホールは互いに対応するように位置する、請求項8に記載の電池パック。
- 前記モジュールフレームの底部と前記電池セル積層体の間に位置する熱伝導性樹脂層を含む、請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ヒートシンクは、前記底部と接合される下部プレートをさらに含む、請求項1~10の何れか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記底部と前記下部プレートの間にクラッド層が位置する、請求項11に記載の電池パック。
- 前記供給管は、前記冷媒の流入のための流入口および前記冷媒の排出のための排出口を含み、
前記パック冷媒供給管に形成された開口が前記流入口と連結された、請求項12に記載の電池パック。 - 前記流入口および前記排出口のうちの少なくとも一つはその外周を囲むシーリング部材を含み、
前記流入口を囲む前記シーリング部材は、前記供給管と前記パック冷媒供給管の間に位置する、請求項13に記載の電池パック。 - 前記ヒートシンクは前記底部と平行な方向に沿って延在する下部載置部を含み、
前記底部は前記下部載置部に沿って延在する上部載置部を含み、
前記下部載置部と前記上部載置部それぞれに貫通ホールが形成され、
前記パックフレームに前記貫通ホールと対応する締結ホールが形成される、請求項12~14の何れか一項に記載の電池パック。 - 前記貫通ホールを通過して、前記締結ホールに結合される載置ボルトをさらに含む、請求項15に記載の電池パック。
