Claims (12)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体と、
前記電池セル積層体を収容するモジュールフレームと、
前記モジュールフレームの底部に形成されたヒートシンクと、
前記ヒートシンクに冷媒を供給する冷却ポートと、
を含み、
前記モジュールフレームは、前記モジュールフレームの底部の一部が突出して形成されたモジュールフレーム突出部を含み、
前記モジュールフレーム突出部は、前記モジュールフレームの一側において互いに離隔して位置する第1モジュールフレーム突出部および第2モジュールフレーム突出部を含み、
前記冷却ポートは、冷媒注入ポートおよび冷媒排出ポートを含み、前記冷媒注入ポートおよび前記冷媒排出ポートそれぞれは、前記第1モジュールフレーム突出部および前記第2モジュールフレーム突出部上に配置されており、
前記モジュールフレームの底部は、前記冷媒と接触しており、
前記ヒートシンクは、前記ヒートシンクの一辺から前記モジュールフレーム突出部が位置した部分に突出したヒートシンク突出部を含み、
前記冷媒注入ポートおよび前記冷媒排出ポートそれぞれに対応するインレットおよびアウトレットが前記ヒートシンク突出部に形成されている、電池モジュール。 - 前記冷媒注入ポートと前記冷媒排出ポートは、前記モジュールフレーム突出部の上面部から上に突出した形状を有する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル積層体の前後面をカバーするエンドプレートをさらに含み、
前記モジュールフレーム突出部は、前記エンドプレートを通るように延長形成される、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記ヒートシンクの内部には、前記モジュールフレームの底部に向かって突出した突出パターンが形成されている、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを複数、備える電池パックであって、
前記冷却ポートに含まれ互いに離隔して位置する冷媒注入ポートおよび冷媒排出ポートにそれぞれ連結されたパック冷媒供給管およびパック冷媒排出管を有するパック冷媒管をさらに含み、
前記パック冷媒管は、互いに隣り合う電池モジュールの間に配置される電池パック。 - 前記パック冷媒管が配置された互いに隣り合う電池モジュール間の空間には、互いに隣り合う電池モジュールそれぞれに形成された冷却ポートがすべて配置される、請求項5に記載の電池パック。
- 前記冷却ポートは、冷媒注入ポートおよび冷媒排出ポートを含み、
互いに隣り合う電池モジュールのうち1つの電池モジュールに形成された冷媒注入ポートと他の1つの電池モジュールに形成された冷媒排出ポートとが互いに対向する、請求項6に記載の電池パック。 - 前記複数の電池モジュールは、前記電池セルが積層される方向に2列配置され、前記電池セルが積層される方向に垂直な方向に互いに対向する第1電池モジュールと第2電池モジュールとを含み、
前記第1電池モジュールと前記第2電池モジュールとの間に前記冷媒注入ポートおよび前記冷媒排出ポートが配置される、請求項7に記載の電池パック。 - 前記電池モジュールは、前記電池セル積層体の前後面を覆い、前記モジュールフレームと結合されるエンドプレートをさらに含み、
前記モジュールフレームのモジュールフレーム突出部は、前記エンドプレートを通るように延長形成され、前記モジュールフレーム突出部は、前記パック冷媒管が配置された互いに隣り合う電池モジュール間の空間に位置する、請求項5に記載の電池パック。 - 前記パック冷媒供給管と前記パック冷媒排出管とは、互いに交差しながら延びている、請求項5に記載の電池パック。
- 前記パック冷媒供給管の高さと前記パック冷媒排出管の高さとは、互いに異なる、請求項10に記載の電池パック。
- 前記パック冷媒管を収納するパック冷媒管ハウジングをさらに含む、請求項5に記載の電池パック。
