Claims (10)
- 複数の電池セルが積層された電池セル積層体、前記電池セルと連結された端子バスバーおよび前記電池セルの温度と電圧を測定するセンシングアセンブリーを含む複数の電池モジュール、
前記電池モジュールを収納するパックフレーム、
前記電池モジュールの前記端子バスバーと連結されたHVライン、
前記電池モジュールの前記センシングアセンブリーと連結されたLVライン、および
前記電池モジュールに冷媒を供給するパック冷媒管を含み、
前記パック冷媒管は、前記パックフレーム内に配置されており、
前記HVラインと前記LVラインは前記パック冷媒管より上部に位置し、
前記パック冷媒管を収納するパック冷媒管ハウジングをさらに含む、電池パック。 - 前記パック冷媒管ハウジングの開放された上側を覆うハウジングカバーをさらに含み、
前記HVラインと前記LVラインは前記ハウジングカバーより上部に位置する、請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記複数の電池モジュールは、前記電池セルが積層される方向に互いに対向する第1電池モジュールと第2電池モジュールを含む、請求項1または2に記載の電池パック。
- 前記HVラインのうちの少なくとも一つと連結されて、前記複数の電池モジュールの電気的連結を制御するBDU(Battery Disconnect Unit)モジュールをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の電池パック。
- 前記BDUモジュールと連結された前記HVラインは前記第1電池モジュールと前記第2電池モジュールの間に位置する、請求項4に記載の電池パック。
- 前記LVラインのうちの少なくとも一つと連結されて、前記複数の電池モジュールの作動をモニタリングおよび制御するBMS(Battery Management System)モジュールをさらに含む、請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記BMSモジュールと連結された前記LVラインは前記第1電池モジュールと前記第2電池モジュールの間に位置する、請求項6に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池モジュールは前記センシングアセンブリーと前記LVラインを連結するモジュールコネクタをさらに含む、請求項3から7のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池モジュールは、モジュールフレームの開放された互いに対応する両側に位置したエンドプレートをさらに含み、
前記エンドプレートに開口が形成されて、前記端子バスバーと前記モジュールコネクタが露出され、
前記第1電池モジュールと前記第2電池モジュールはそれぞれ2個ずつ構成されて、2個の前記第1電池モジュールは前記エンドプレート同士が対向するように配置され、2個の前記第2電池モジュールは前記エンドプレート同士が対向するように配置される、請求項8に記載の電池パック。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか一項による電池パックを含むデバイス。
