Claims (10)
- 複数の電池セルが積層された電池セル積層体と、
前記電池セル積層体を収納するモジュールフレームと、
前記電池セル積層体の前面及び後面にそれぞれ位置するエンドプレートと、
前記モジュールフレームの底部の下に位置するヒートシンクと
を含み、
前記底部は前記ヒートシンクの上部プレートを構成し、
前記モジュールフレームは、前記底部の一部が突出して形成された第1モジュールフレーム突出部および第2モジュールフレーム突出部を含み、
前記第1モジュールフレーム突出部と前記第2モジュールフレーム突出部は互いに離隔して位置し、
前記エンドプレートと前記モジュールフレームが溶接結合された溶接部が前記第1モジュールフレーム突出部と前記第2モジュールフレーム突出部との間に位置する、電池モジュール。 - 前記溶接部は前記エンドプレートの下側角部と前記底部が接するところに形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ヒートシンクは、前記ヒートシンクの一辺から、前記第1モジュールフレーム突出部が位置する部分に突出した第1ヒートシンク突出部と、前記ヒートシンクの一辺から、前記第2モジュールフレーム突出部が位置する部分に突出した第2ヒートシンク突出部とを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1モジュールフレーム突出部及び前記第2モジュールフレーム突出部にモジュールフレームマウンティングホールが形成される、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1ヒートシンク突出部及び前記第2ヒートシンク突出部にヒートシンクマウンティングホールが形成される、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールフレームマウンティングホールと前記ヒートシンクマウンティングホールは互いに対応するように位置する、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ヒートシンクと前記底部が冷媒の流路を形成し、
前記底部は前記冷媒と接触する、請求項1又は2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記ヒートシンクは、冷媒の流入のための流入口および前記冷媒の排出のための排出口を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ヒートシンクは、前記底部と接合する下部プレートおよび下側に陥没形成された陥没部を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1又は2による電池モジュールを含む、電池パック。
