Claims (15)
- 複数の電池セルが積層された電池セル積層体および前記電池セル積層体を収納するモジュールフレームを含む複数の電池モジュール;
前記複数の電池モジュールを収納するパックフレーム;および
前記電池モジュールの前面および後面にそれぞれ位置する固定ブラケットを含み、
前記電池モジュールの前記前面および前記後面にそれぞれ突出部が形成され、
前記固定ブラケットは、前記突出部を囲むと共に、前記パックフレームに結合され、
前記電池モジュールは、前記モジュールフレームの底部の下に位置するヒートシンクを含み、
前記モジュールフレームの前記底部は前記ヒートシンクの上部プレートを構成し、
前記ヒートシンクは、前記モジュールフレームの前記底部と接合する下部プレート、および下側に陥没形成された陥没部を含む、電池パック。 - 前記突出部は、前記電池モジュールの前記前面の下側縁部と前記電池モジュールの前記後面の下側縁部に形成され、
前記固定ブラケットは、前記突出部の上面と一側面を囲む固定部を含む、請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記固定ブラケットにブラケットホールが形成され、前記パックフレームに第1パックフレームホールが形成され、
前記第1パックフレームホールと前記ブラケットホールを通過する第1ボルト、および前記第1ボルトと結合される第1ナットをさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の電池パック。 - 前記突出部と前記パックフレームの間に位置する絶縁部材をさらに含む、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記パックフレームは、冷媒の供給のためのパック冷媒供給管、および前記パック冷媒供給管と連結された冷媒供給用開口を含み、
前記ヒートシンクは、冷媒が流入される流入口を含み、
前記流入口と前記冷媒供給用開口が互いに連結される、請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記ヒートシンクと前記パックフレームの間に位置すると共に、前記流入口と前記冷媒供給用開口を囲むガスケットをさらに含む、請求項5に記載の電池パック。
- 前記パックフレームは、冷媒の排出のためのパック冷媒排出管、および前記パック冷媒排出管と連結された冷媒排出用開口を含み、
前記ヒートシンクは、冷媒が排出される排出口を含み、
前記排出口と前記冷媒排出用開口が互いに連結される、請求項1、5、及び6の何れか一項に記載の電池パック。 - 前記モジュールフレームは、前記モジュールフレームの前記底部の一部が延長されて形成されたモジュールフレーム延長部を含み、
前記ヒートシンクは、前記ヒートシンクの一辺から前記モジュールフレーム延長部が位置した部分に延長されたヒートシンク延長部を含む、請求項1、5、6、及び7の何れか一項に記載の電池パック。 - 前記パックフレームに第2パックフレームホールが形成され、
前記モジュールフレーム延長部に第1マウンティングホールが形成され、
前記ヒートシンク延長部に第2マウンティングホールが形成され、
前記第1マウンティングホール、前記第2マウンティングホールおよび前記第2パックフレームホールを通過する第2ボルト、および前記第2ボルトと結合される第2ナットをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の電池パック。 - 前記固定ブラケットは、前記モジュールフレーム延長部と前記ヒートシンク延長部を覆う蓋部を含む、請求項8~9の何れか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記パックフレームのうち、前記蓋部により囲まれる部分に貫通した排水口が形成される、請求項10に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ヒートシンクは、冷媒の流入のための流入口を含み、
前記流入口の少なくとも一部が前記ヒートシンク延長部に位置する、請求項8~11の何れか一項に記載の電池パック。 - 前記ヒートシンクと前記モジュールフレームの前記底部が冷媒の流路を形成し、
前記モジュールフレームの前記底部は前記冷媒と接触する、請求項1及び6~12の何れか一項に記載の電池パック。 - 前記パックフレームは、前記電池モジュールを支える支えフレーム、および前記支えフレームの下に位置する下部フレームを含み、
前記支えフレームは、前記支えフレームと前記下部フレームの間に位置するパック冷媒供給管およびパック冷媒排出管を含む、請求項1~13の何れか一項に記載の電池パック。 - 請求項1~14の何れか一項に記載の電池パックを含むデバイス。
