在进一步的实施例中,所述行走组件包括设置在所述驱动电机输出端的传动丝杆,套接在所述传动丝杆上的连接部,与所述连接部固定连接的传动板,以及对称安装在所述传动板上的一组传动滑块,运动的连接部带动传动板开始运动,进而完成装置的驱动工作,保证了装置能够顺利驱动,进而能够调整传动板的位置。
在进一步的实施例中,所述行走组件还包括对称安装在所述行走滑轨上的一组导向管和一组传动滑轨,所述传动滑块位于传动滑轨上、且与所述传动滑轨滑动连接,所述传动板与导向管连接、且能够在导向管上运动,进而使传动板能够位于指定位置,使传动板能够位于指定位置,进而能够完成对压滤机上的所有滤板进行清洁工作,保证清洗装置能够完成对滤板的清洁工作。
在进一步的实施例中,所述升降组件包括设置在所述升降电机输出端的驱动轮,安装在所述支撑板上的从动轮,用于连接所述驱动轮和从动轮的传动皮带,设置在所述从动轮上的升降丝杆,套接在所述升降丝杆上升降部,与所述升降部连接的升降板,以及设置在所述支撑板上的限位滑轨,所述升降丝杆位于限位滑轨内,所述升降部位于该限位滑轨上、且与所述限位滑轨滑动连接,进而完成装置的驱动工作,调节清洁装置的高度,进而使清洁装置能够完成对滤板的清洁工作,保证了滤板的整洁,提高了装置的压滤效果。
在进一步的实施例中,所述升降组件还包括设置在所述支撑板上的升降滑轨,位于所述升降滑轨上、且与所述升降滑轨滑动连接的升降滑块,所述升降滑块与升降板固定连接,保证了装置能够顺利完成升降工作,进而使能够调整升降板的位置,完成清洁工作。
在进一步的实施例中,所述保护组件包括设置在所述保护罩上的翻转轴,设置在所述翻转轴一端的翻转装置,对称安装在所述翻转轴上的一组第一连杆,设置在所述第一连杆另一端的第二连杆,以及设置在所述第二连杆另一端的翻转板,所述翻转装置固定安装在所述保护罩上,所述翻转板与清洗装置连接,当升降板与滤板位于指定高度后,此时翻转装置开始工作,进而运动的翻转装置带动翻转轴开始工作,进而转动的翻转轴带动第一连杆开始工作,进而运动的第一连杆带动第二连杆开始工作,进而运动的第二连杆带动翻转板开始运动运动,进而所述翻转板从保护罩内弹出,此时设置在翻转板上的清洗装置同时也被弹出,能够保护清洗装置在不工作时能够减少外界对清洗装置的碰坏,进而保证清洗装置的安全。
在进一步的实施例中,所述保护组件还包括对称安装在所述保护罩内部的一组支撑杆,设置在所述支撑杆上的支撑件。所述翻转板设置在所述支撑件上、且所述翻转板沿与支撑杆的连接处转动,在需要清洗时,清洁装置能够弹出完成清洁工作,不清洁时,则回缩至保护罩内,保证清洁装置的安全。
一种用于压滤机上滤板的清洗装置的清洗方法,包括:
S1:当需要压滤板开始对含有较多污泥的污水进行压滤工作时,此时挤压装置开始工作,进而运动的挤压装置带动压紧板开始工作,进而压紧板之间的压紧力到达预期值时,挤压装置停止工作,此时污水从压滤机的进水装置处流入,进而污水进入滤板中,进而开始压滤工作,此时被压滤处的清水进入出水装置中,进而流出的清水被运输至指定的位置,然后搬运小车开始工作,进而运动的搬运小车带动滤板开始运动,进而会使得滤板上的滤板掉落至漏斗中,进而中的滤饼被运送至指定位置,进而完成压滤机的压滤工作;
S2:当压滤机长时间工作后,进而滤板上会附着较多的不溶于水的污渍,进而此时驱动电机开始工作,进而运动的驱动电机带动传动丝杆开始工作,进而运动的传动丝杆带动连接部在传动丝杆上开始运动,然后运动的连接部带动传动板开始运动,进而完成装置的驱动工作;
S3:当传动板开始运动,进而运动的传动板带动传动滑块开始在传动滑轨和导向管上开始运动,进而运动的传动板能够调整其在行走滑轨上的位置,进而使传动板能够位于指定位置;
S4:当传动板位于指定位置后,此时升降电机开始工作,进而运动的升降电机带动驱动轮开始工作,从而运动的驱动轮带动传动皮带开始工作,进而运动的传动皮带能够使从动轮开始工作,进而运动的从动轮带动升降丝杆开始工作,进而运动的升降丝杆带动升降部开始工作,从而使得升降部带动升降板开始运动,进而完成装置的驱动工作;
S5:当升降板开始运动,进而运动的升降板带动升降滑块开始运动,进而运动的升降滑块能够在升降滑轨上开始运动,进而通过配合升降部的运动,从而能够调节升降板的位置,进而使升降板能够与滤板位于指定高度;
S6:当升降板与滤板位于指定高度后,此时翻转装置开始工作,进而运动的翻转装置带动翻转轴开始工作,进而转动的翻转轴带动第一连杆开始工作,进而运动的第一连杆带动第二连杆开始工作,进而运动的第二连杆带动翻转板开始运动运动,进而所述翻转板从保护罩内弹出,此时设置在翻转板上的清洗装置同时也被弹出;
S7:当清洗装置被弹出后,此时清洗装置开始对滤板开始进行滤板工作,同时驱动电机再次开始工作,进而会使传动板从滤板的上方运动至滤板的下方,进而完成对滤板的第一次清洗工作,当清洗装置位于滤板的下方后,此时驱动电机反向工作,进而能够使清洗装置从滤板的下方运动至滤板上方,进而完成对滤板的二次清洗,进而完成对压滤机滤板的清洗工作。

本发明公开了一种用于压滤机上滤板的清洗装置,为了实现对滤板的自动清洁作,进而当升降板与滤板位于指定高度后,此时翻转装置开始工作,进而运动的翻转装置带动翻转轴开始工作,进而转动的翻转轴带动第一连杆开始工作,进而运动的第一连杆带动第二连杆开始工作,进而运动的第二连杆带动翻转板开始运动运动,进而所述翻转板从保护罩内弹出,此时设置在翻转板上的清洗装置同时也被弹出;当清洗装置被弹出后,此时清洗装置开始对滤板开始进行滤板工作,同时驱动电机再次开始工作,进而会使传动板从滤板的上方运动至滤板的下方,进而完成对滤板的第一次清洗工作,当清洗装置位于滤板的下方后,此时驱动电机反向工作,进而能够使清洗装置从滤板的下方运动至滤板上方,进而完成对滤板的二次清洗,进而完成对压滤机滤板的清洗工作,进而能够实现装置能够自动对压滤机进行清洗工作,减少滤板上附着的杂质,进而提高压滤机的净化效率,同时设有的保护组件,能够保护清洗装置在不工作时能够减少外界对清洗装置的碰坏,进而保证清洗装置的安全。

本发明的实施方式
经过申请人的研究分析,出现这一问题(长时间的人工清洁则增加人工的负担,影响操作人员的身体健康)的原因在于现有的压滤机在长时间对污泥进行压滤工作后,滤板上会附着较多的杂质,进而会影响压滤机的净水效果,本发明为了能够对滤板进行清洁,大部分的压滤机都需要人工将滤板拆卸下来,进而使用清水对滤板进行清洁工作,但是压滤机是对污泥进行压滤工作,进而导致滤板附着杂质的速度非常的快,为了实现对滤板的自动清洁作,进而当升降板与滤板位于指定高度后,此时翻转装置开始工作,进而运动的翻转装置带动翻转轴开始工作,进而转动的翻转轴带动第一连杆开始工作,进而运动的第一连杆带动第二连杆开始工作,进而运动的第二连杆带动翻转板开始运动运动,进而所述翻转板从保护罩内弹出,此时设置在翻转板上的清洗装置同时也被弹出;当清洗装置被弹出后,此时清洗装置开始对滤板开始进行滤板工作,同时驱动电机再次开始工作,进而会使传动板从滤板的上方运动至滤板的下方,进而完成对滤板的第一次清洗工作,当清洗装置位于滤板的下方后,此时驱动电机反向工作,进而能够使清洗装置从滤板的下方运动至滤板上方,进而完成对滤板的二次清洗,进而完成对压滤机滤板的清洗工作,进而能够实现装置能够自动对压滤机进行清洗工作,减少滤板上附着的杂质,进而提高压滤机的净化效率,同时设有的保护组件,能够保护清洗装置在不工作时能够减少外界对清洗装置的碰坏,进而保证清洗装置的安全。

所述行走组件3包括设置在所述驱动电机301输出端的传动丝杆303,套接在所述传动丝杆303上的连接部304,与所述连接部304固定连接的传动板305,以及对称安装在所述传动板305上的一组传动滑块306,当压滤机长时间工作后,进而滤板205上会附着较多的不溶于水的污渍,进而此时驱动电机301开始工作,进而运动的驱动电机301带动传动丝杆303开始工作,进而运动的传动丝杆303带动连接部304在传动丝杆303上开始运动,然后运动的连接部304带动传动板305开始运动,进而完成装置的驱动工作,保证了装置能够顺利驱动,进而能够调整传动板305的位置。
所述行走组件3还包括对称安装在所述行走滑轨302上的一组导向管308和一组传动滑轨307,所述传动滑块306位于传动滑轨307上、且与所述传动滑轨307滑动连接,所述传动板305与导向管308连接、且能够在导向管308上运动,当传动板305开始运动,进而运动的传动板305带动传动滑块306开始在传动滑轨307和导向管308上开始运动,进而运动的传动板305能够调整其在行走滑轨302上的位置,进而使传动板305能够位于指定位置,使传动板305能够位于指定位置,进而能够完成对压滤机上的所有滤板205进行清洁工作,保证清洗装置5能够完成对滤板205的清洁工作。
所述升降组件6包括设置在所述升降电机601输出端的驱动轮602,安装在所述支撑板610上的从动轮604,用于连接所述驱动轮602和从动轮604的传动皮带603,设置在所述从动轮604上的升降丝杆605,套接在所述升降丝杆605上升降部606,与所述升降部606连接的升降板607,以及设置在所述支撑板610上的限位滑轨611,所述升降丝杆605位于限位滑轨611内,所述升降部606位于该限位滑轨611上、且与所述限位滑轨611滑动连接,当传动板305位于指定位置后,此时升降电机601开始工作,进而运动的升降电机601带动驱动轮602开始工作,从而运动的驱动轮602带动传动皮带603开始工作,进而运动的传动皮带603能够使从动轮604开始工作,进而运动的从动轮604带动升降丝杆605开始工作,进而运动的升降丝杆605带动升降部606开始工作,从而使得升降部606带动升降板607开始运动,进而完成装置的驱动工作,调节清洁装置的高度,进而使清洁装置能够完成对滤板205的清洁工作,保证了滤板205的整洁,提高了装置的压滤效果。
所述升降组件6还包括设置在所述支撑板610上的升降滑轨609,位于所述升降滑轨609上、且与所述升降滑轨609滑动连接的升降滑块608,所述升降滑块608与升降板607固定连接,当升降板607开始运动,进而运动的升降板607带动升降滑块608开始运动,进而运动的升降滑块608能够在升降滑轨609上开始运动,进而通过配合升降部606的运动,从而能够调节升降板607的位置,进而使升降板607能够与滤板205位于指定高度,保证了装置能够顺利完成升降工作,进而使能够调整升降板607的位置,完成清洁工作。
所述保护组件8包括设置在所述保护罩808上的翻转轴802,设置在所述翻转轴802一端的翻转装置801,对称安装在所述翻转轴802上的一组第一连杆803,设置在所述第一连杆803另一端的第二连杆804,以及设置在所述第二连杆804另一端的翻转板807,所述翻转装置801固定安装在所述保护罩808上,所述翻转板807与清洗装置5连接,当升降板607与滤板205位于指定高度后,此时翻转装置801开始工作,进而运动的翻转装置801带动翻转轴802开始工作,进而转动的翻转轴802带动第一连杆803开始工作,进而运动的第一连杆803带动第二连杆804开始工作,进而运动的第二连杆804带动翻转板807开始运动运动,进而所述翻转板807从保护罩808内弹出,此时设置在翻转板807上的清洗装置5同时也被弹出,当清洗装置5被弹出后,此时清洗装置5开始对滤板205开始进行滤板205工作,同时驱动电机301再次开始工作,进而会使传动板305从滤板205的上方运动至滤板205的下方,进而完成对滤板205的第一次清洗工作,当清洗装置5位于滤板205的下方后,此时驱动电机301反向工作,进而能够使清洗装置5从滤板205的下方运动至滤板205上方,进而完成对滤板205的二次清洗,进而完成对压滤机滤板205的清洗工作,能够保护清洗装置5在不工作时能够减少外界对清洗装置5的碰坏,进而保证清洗装置5的安全。
所述保护组件8还包括对称安装在所述保护罩808内部的一组支撑杆805,设置在所述支撑杆805上的支撑件806,所述翻转板807设置在所述支撑件806上、且所述翻转板807沿与支撑杆805的连接处转动,在需要清洗时,清洁装置能够弹出完成清洁工作,不清洁时,则回缩至保护罩808内,保证清洁装置的安全。
工作原理说明:当需要压滤板205开始对含有较多污泥的污水进行压滤工作时,此时挤压装置201开始工作,进而运动的挤压装置201带动压紧板203开始工作,进而压紧板203之间的压紧力到达预期值时,挤压装置201停止工作,此时污水从压滤机的进水装置206处流入,进而污水进入滤板205中,进而开始压滤工作,此时被压滤处的清水进入出水装置207中,进而流出的清水被运输至指定的位置,然后搬运小车202开始工作,进而运动的搬运小车202带动滤板205开始运动,进而会使得滤板205上的滤板205掉落至漏斗7中,进而中的滤饼被运送至指定位置,进而完成压滤机的压滤工作;当压滤机长时间工作后,进而滤板205上会附着较多的不溶于水的污渍,进而此时驱动电机301开始工作,进而运动的驱动电机301带动传动丝杆303开始工作,进而运动的传动丝杆303带动连接部304在传动丝杆303上开始运动,然后运动的连接部304带动传动板305开始运动,进而完成装置的驱动工作;当传动板305开始运动,进而运动的传动板305带动传动滑块306开始在传动滑轨307和导向管308上开始运动,进而运动的传动板305能够调整其在行走滑轨302上的位置,进而使传动板305能够位于指定位置;当传动板305位于指定位置后,此时升降电机601开始工作,进而运动的升降电机601带动驱动轮602开始工作,从而运动的驱动轮602带动传动皮带603开始工作,进而运动的传动皮带603能够使从动轮604开始工作,进而运动的从动轮604带动升降丝杆605开始工作,进而运动的升降丝杆605带动升降部606开始工作,从而使得升降部606带动升降板607开始运动,进而完成装置的驱动工作;当升降板607开始运动,进而运动的升降板607带动升降滑块608开始运动,进而运动的升降滑块608能够在升降滑轨609上开始运动,进而通过配合升降部606的运动,从而能够调节升降板607的位置,进而使升降板607能够与滤板205位于指定高度;当升降板607与滤板205位于指定高度后,此时翻转装置801开始工作,进而运动的翻转装置801带动翻转轴802开始工作,进而转动的翻转轴802带动第一连杆803开始工作,进而运动的第一连杆803带动第二连杆804开始工作,进而运动的第二连杆804带动翻转板807开始运动运动,进而所述翻转板807从保护罩808内弹出,此时设置在翻转板807上的清洗装置5同时也被弹出;当清洗装置5被弹出后,此时清洗装置5开始对滤板205开始进行滤板205工作,同时驱动电机301再次开始工作,进而会使传动板305从滤板205的上方运动至滤板205的下方,进而完成对滤板205的第一次清洗工作,当清洗装置5位于滤板205的下方后,此时驱动电机301反向工作,进而能够使清洗装置5从滤板205的下方运动至滤板205上方,进而完成对滤板205的二次清洗,进而完成对压滤机滤板205的清洗工作。

    基础组件,包括框架,设置在所述框架上的基座,以及固定安装在所述框架上的漏斗;
    压紧系统,包括设置在所述基座上的挤压装置,以及设置在所述挤压装置上的压紧组件;
    位置调整机构,包括设置在所述基座上的行走滑轨,固定安装在所述行走滑轨上的驱动电机,设置在所述驱动电机输出端的行走组件,以及设置在所述行走组件上的传动板;
    升降机构,包括对称安装在所述传动板上的一组支撑板,与所述支撑板固定连接的升降电机,设置在所述升降电机上的升降组件,以及设置在所述升降组件上的升降板;
    保护机构,包括与所述升降板固定连接的保护罩,设置在所述保护罩上的保护组件,以及与所述保护组件连接的清洗装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于压滤机上滤板的清洗装置,其特征是:所述压紧组件包括与所述挤压装置连接的压紧板,设置在所述压紧板上的多个滤板,与所述滤板连接的止推板,设置在所述基座上的搬运小车,位于在所述止推板重心位置、且与所述滤板连接的进水装置,以及设置在所述止推板四周、且与所述滤板连接的四个出水装置,所述搬运小车与基座滑动连接,所述止推板设置在基座上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于压滤机上滤板的清洗装置,其特征是:所述行走组件包括设置在所述驱动电机输出端的传动丝杆,套接在所述传动丝杆上的连接部,与所述连接部固定连接的传动板,以及对称安装在所述传动板上的一组传动滑块。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于压滤机上滤板的清洗装置,其特征是:所述行走组件还包括对称安装在所述行走滑轨上的一组导向管和一组传动滑轨,所述传动滑块位于传动滑轨上、且与所述传动滑轨滑动连接,所述传动板与导向管连接、且能够在导向管上运动。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于压滤机上滤板的清洗装置,其特征是:所述升降组件包括设置在所述升降电机输出端的驱动轮,安装在所述支撑板上的从动轮,用于连接所述驱动轮和从动轮的传动皮带,设置在所述从动轮上的升降丝杆,套接在所述升降丝杆上升降部,与所述升降部连接的升降板,以及设置在所述支撑板上的限位滑轨,所述升降丝杆位于限位滑轨内,所述升降部位于该限位滑轨上、且与所述限位滑轨滑动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种用于压滤机上滤板的清洗装置,其特征是:所述升降组件还包括设置在所述支撑板上的升降滑轨,位于所述升降滑轨上、且与所述升降滑轨滑动连接的升降滑块,所述升降滑块与升降板固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于压滤机上滤板的清洗装置,其特征是:所述保护组件包括设置在所述保护罩上的翻转轴,设置在所述翻转轴一端的翻转装置,对称安装在所述翻转轴上的一组第一连杆,设置在所述第一连杆另一端的第二连杆,以及设置在所述第二连杆另一端的翻转板,所述翻转装置固定安装在所述保护罩上,所述翻转板与清洗装置连接,当升降板与滤板位于指定高度后,此时翻转装置开始工作,进而运动的翻转装置带动翻转轴开始工作,进而转动的翻转轴带动第一连杆开始工作,进而运动的第一连杆带动第二连杆开始工作,进而运动的第二连杆带动翻转板开始运动运动,进而所述翻转板从保护罩内弹出,此时设置在翻转板上的清洗装置同时也被弹出。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种用于压滤机上滤板的清洗装置,其特征是:所述保护组件还包括对称安装在所述保护罩内部的一组支撑杆,设置在所述支撑杆上的支撑件,所述翻转板设置在所述支撑件上、且所述翻转板沿与支撑杆的连接处转动。
  9. 一种用于压滤机上滤板的清洗装置的清洗方法,其特征是,包括:
    S1:当需要压滤板开始对含有较多污泥的污水进行压滤工作时,此时挤压装置开始工作,进而运动的挤压装置带动压紧板开始工作,进而压紧板之间的压紧力到达预期值时,挤压装置停止工作,此时污水从压滤机的进水装置处流入,进而污水进入滤板中,进而开始压滤工作,此时被压滤处的清水进入出水装置中,进而流出的清水被运输至指定的位置,然后搬运小车开始工作,进而运动的搬运小车带动滤板开始运动,进而会使得滤板上的滤板掉落至漏斗中,进而中的滤饼被运送至指定位置,进而完成压滤机的压滤工作;
    S2:当压滤机长时间工作后,进而滤板上会附着较多的不溶于水的污渍,进而此时驱动电机开始工作,进而运动的驱动电机带动传动丝杆开始工作,进而运动的传动丝杆带动连接部在传动丝杆上开始运动,然后运动的连接部带动传动板开始运动,进而完成装置的驱动工作;
    S3:当传动板开始运动,进而运动的传动板带动传动滑块开始在传动滑轨和导向管上开始运动,进而运动的传动板能够调整其在行走滑轨上的位置,进而使传动板能够位于指定位置;
    S4:当传动板位于指定位置后,此时升降电机开始工作,进而运动的升降电机带动驱动轮开始工作,从而运动的驱动轮带动传动皮带开始工作,进而运动的传动皮带能够使从动轮开始工作,进而运动的从动轮带动升降丝杆开始工作,进而运动的升降丝杆带动升降部开始工作,从而使得升降部带动升降板开始运动,进而完成装置的驱动工作;
    S5:当升降板开始运动,进而运动的升降板带动升降滑块开始运动,进而运动的升降滑块能够在升降滑轨上开始运动,进而通过配合升降部的运动,从而能够调节升降板的位置,进而使升降板能够与滤板位于指定高度;
    S6:当升降板与滤板位于指定高度后,此时翻转装置开始工作,进而运动的翻转装置带动翻转轴开始工作,进而转动的翻转轴带动第一连杆开始工作,进而运动的第一连杆带动第二连杆开始工作,进而运动的第二连杆带动翻转板开始运动运动,进而所述翻转板从保护罩内弹出,此时设置在翻转板上的清洗装置同时也被弹出;
    S7:当清洗装置被弹出后,此时清洗装置开始对滤板开始进行滤板工作,同时驱动电机再次开始工作,进而会使传动板从滤板的上方运动至滤板的下方,进而完成对滤板的第一次清洗工作,当清洗装置位于滤板的下方后,此时驱动电机反向工作,进而能够使清洗装置从滤板的下方运动至滤板上方,进而完成对滤板的二次清洗,进而完成对压滤机滤板的清洗工作。
