Abstract
Description
また、ユーザーからの配達要求に応じて、ユーザーの車両に出向いて給油を行う補給車両を手配する燃料配達システムが提案されている(例えば、特許文献2参照)。
本発明はかかる背景に鑑みてなされたものであり、移動体の利用者に対して、適切なタイミングでレコメンド情報を提供して、レコメンド情報の活用を促すことができる情報提供装置を提供することを目的とする。
図1を参照して、本実施形態の情報提供装置10によるガソリン配達サービスの情報提供の態様について説明する。ガソリン配達サービスは、本発明の所定サービスに相当する。情報提供装置10は、車両1に搭載され、タッチパネル90にガソリン配達サービスのレコメンド画面を表示する。車両1は、本発明の移動体に相当する。
図2を参照して、情報提供装置10が搭載された車両1の構成について説明する。車両1は、乗車定員5名の乗用車であり、運転席7a、助手席7b、リア右席7c、リア中央席7d、及びリア左席7eを備えている。各席7a~7eには、図示しないシートベルトの装着の有無を検出するシートベルトスイッチ60~64と、着座センサ70~74とが設けられている。
図3を参照して、情報提供装置10の構成について説明する。情報提供装置10は、図示しないCPU(Central Processing Unit)、メモリ30、図示しないインターフェース回路等により構成されている。
図8~図11のタッチパネル90の表示画面例を参照しつつ、図4~図7に示したフローチャートに従って、レコメンド情報の出力処理の詳細について説明する。
上記実施形態では、本発明の所定サービスとして、車両1へのガソリンの配達(ガソリンの給油)を例示したが、本発明の所定サービスはこれに限られない。例えば、電気自動車を対象とした給電サービス、洗車サービス、車両への物品の配達サービス等であってもよい。また、本発明の所定サービスは、車両に関連するサービスに限られない。例えば、日用品や飲食物の利用者の自宅への配達等であってもよい。
上記実施形態は、以下の構成の具体例である。
第1項の情報提供装置によれば、上記情報提供装置によれば、利用者が移動体による移動から解放されて、リラックスしたタイミングで、レコメンド情報出力部により所定サービスのレコメンド情報を出力することにより、利用者に対する訴求効果を高めることができる。そして、利用者は、所定サービスを希望する場合には、その場で所定サービスを依頼することができる。これにより、移動体の利用者に対して、適切なタイミングでレコメンド情報を提供して、レコメンド情報の活用を促すことができる。
第2項の情報提供装置によれば、レコメンド画面を視認した利用者は、所定サービスの提供を希望する場合に、レコメンド画面に表示されている依頼受付領域の選択操作をすることで、所定サービスの依頼を容易に行うことができる。
第3項の情報提供装置によれば、移動体で使用されている通信ユニットを活用して、サービス提供サーバーに対する所定サービスの依頼を行うことができる。
第4項の情報提供装置によれば、移動体の使用が終了して利用者が移動体から降り、移動体が使用されていない間に、移動体の給油又は給電を済ませることができる。
第5項の情報提供装置によれば、移動体の利用者は、給油サービス又は給電サービスにかかる費用を予め把握した上で、給油サービス又は給電サービスを依頼することができる。
第6項に記載の情報提供装置によれば、移動体の利用者は、移動体の現状での移動可能距離を把握した上で、給油サービス又は給電サービスを依頼するか否かを判断することができる。
第7項に記載の情報提供装置によれば、移動体に対して給油サービス又は給電サービスを行う担当者の作業を容易にすることができる。
第8項の情報提供装置によれば、利用者が利用者端末を所持し忘れて移動体に乗ったために、利用者端末により所定サービスを依頼することができない場合に、レコメンド情報を出力して、所定サービスの依頼を可能とすることができる。
第9項の情報提供装置によれば、移動体が停止若しくは停止寸前である状況となったタイミングで、レコメンド情報を出力することができる。
第10項の情報提供装置によれば、利用者が移動体から降りた後も、レコメンド情報の出力が継続して、無駄なエネルギーが消費されることを回避することができる。
第11項の情報提供装置によれば、利用者が移動体から降りるための行動を開始して、移動に対して意識を集中する必要がなくなり、レコメンド情報に対する受容度が高まっていると想定される第1所定期間に、優先度が高い第1所定サービスのレコメンド情報を出力することにより、第1所定サービスの提案の効果を高めることができる。
第12項の情報提供装置によれば、第1所定期間において、優先度が高い第1所定サービスの依頼を受け付けることにより、第1所定サービスの利用を促進することができる。
Claims (12)
- 移動体において使用される情報提供装置であって、
前記移動体に搭乗している利用者の行動を認識する利用者行動認識部と、
前記利用者行動認識部により、前記利用者が前記移動体から降りると推定される特定行動が認識されたときに、所定サービスのレコメンド情報を出力するレコメンド情報出力部と、
前記レコメンド情報出力部により前記レコメンド情報が出力されているときに、前記所定サービスの依頼を受け付けるサービス依頼受付部と、
を備える情報提供装置。 - 前記レコメンド情報出力部は、前記移動体に備えられた表示部に、前記所定サービスの内容を含むレコメンド画面を表示することによって、前記レコメンド情報を出力し、
前記サービス依頼受付部は、前記レコメンド画面に前記所定サービスの依頼受付領域を表示し、前記依頼受付領域の選択操作がなされたときに、前記所定サービスの依頼を受け付ける
請求項1に記載の情報提供装置。 - 前記移動体で使用されている通信ユニットを制御し、前記サービス依頼受付部が前記所定サービスの依頼を受け付けたときに、前記所定サービスを依頼するサービス依頼情報を、前記通信ユニットを介して、前記所定サービスの提供を管理するサービス管理サーバーに送信する通信制御部を備える
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の情報提供装置。 - 前記所定サービスは、前記移動体に対する給油サービス又は給電サービスである
請求項1から請求項3のうちいずれか1項に記載の情報提供装置。 - 前記レコメンド情報には、前記給油サービス又は前記給電サービスの予測費用が含まれる
請求項4に記載の情報提供装置。 - 前記移動体の残油量又は残蓄電量による移動可能距離を認識する移動可能距離認識部を備え、
前記レコメンド情報には、前記移動可能距離が含まれる
請求項4又は請求項5に記載の情報提供装置。 - 前記サービス依頼受付部は、前記所定サービスの依頼を受け付けたときに、前記移動体に備えられた給油口又は給電口の蓋のロックを解除する
請求項4から請求項6のうちいずれか1項に記載の情報提供装置。 - 前記利用者により携帯して使用される利用者端末が、前記移動体の室内にあることを認識する利用者端末認識部を備え、
前記レコメンド情報出力部は、前記利用者端末認識部により前記利用者端末が前記移動体の室内にあることが検知されず、且つ、前記利用者行動認識部により前記利用者の前記特定行動が認識されたときに、前記レコメンド情報を出力する
請求項1から請求項7のうちいずれか1項に記載の情報提供装置。 - 前記移動体の速度を認識する速度認識部を備え、
前記レコメンド情報出力部は、前記速度認識部により認識される前記移動体の速度が所定速度以下であり、且つ、前記利用者行動認識部により前記特定行動が認識されたときに、前記レコメンド情報を出力する
請求項1から請求項8のうちいずれか1項に記載の情報提供装置。 - 前記レコメンド情報出力部は、前記レコメンド情報の出力中に、前記利用者行動認識部により前記利用者が前記移動体から降りたことが認識されたときには、前記レコメンド情報の出力を停止する
請求項1から請求項9のうちいずれか1項に記載の情報提供装置。 - 移動体において使用される情報提供装置であって、
前記移動体に搭乗している利用者の行動を認識する利用者行動認識部と、
前記利用者行動認識部により前記利用者が前記移動体から降りると推定される特定行動が認識された時点から、第1所定期間が経過するまでの間、第1所定サービスのレコメンド情報を出力し、前記第1所定期間以外で設定された第2所定期間において、前記第1所定サービスよりも優先度が低い第2所定サービスのレコメンド情報を出力するレコメンド情報出力部と、
を備える情報提供装置。 - 前記第1所定期間において前記第1所定サービスの依頼を受付け、前記第2所定期間においては、前記第2所定サービスの依頼の受付を禁止するサービス受付部を備える
