背景技术
在PCB钻孔工艺后,需要通过专用设备将PIN针拆除,当前市场上一部分是PCB生产厂家是通过人工一叠叠将PIN拆除,另一部分PCB生产厂家通过非标的自动化拆PIN设备将PIN针拆除。
在实际生产过程中,每叠PCB钻孔前,由垫木板+PCB板(2PNL或3PNL)+铝片组合而成,两PIN针分布于叠板长度侧离边缘约8mm,PIN针直径约3.175mm,木板侧突出高底约9mm。
技术问题
当前市场常见的非标自动拆PIN设备,一般是采用链条输送,PCB板的长度方向入料,先拆掉一侧PIN针,然后叠板随链条移动,待另一侧PIN针到位后再拆掉另一侧的PIN针,而PCB板常规大尺寸长度约730mm,因此打PIN工位布置长度约1.8m,因此现有的拆PIN设备对于场地的空间有较高的要求,减少了厂房内设备的容纳量,进而增加了空间成本。
技术解决方案
本发明提供一种同步拆PIN机构,包括机架,所述机架上设置有输送机构,所述输送机构的两侧均设置有拆PIN装置,所述输送机构包括两相互平行设置的输送带,所述输送带之间还设置有支撑板,所述支撑板的上表面与所述输送带的上表面位于同一水平面内。

  1. 一种同步拆PIN机构,其特征在于,包括机架,所述机架上设置有输送机构,所述输送机构的两侧均设置有拆PIN装置,所述输送机构包括两相互平行设置的输送带,所述输送带之间还设置有支撑板,所述支撑板的上表面与所述输送带的上表面位于同一水平面内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的同步拆PIN机构,其特征在于,所述拆PIN装置包括设置于所述机架上的导轨,所述导轨垂直所述输送机构的输送方向竖直设置,所述导轨上可移动地设置有底座,所述底座通过伺服驱动机构与所述底座连接,所述底座上设置有支架,所述支架上设置有第一驱动气缸,所述第一驱动气缸的活塞杆竖直设置且所述第一驱动气缸的活塞杆的下端设置有冲针,所述底座对应所述冲针设置有过孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的同步拆PIN机构,其特征在于,所述支架上还设置有压块,所述压块通过第二驱动气缸与所述支架连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的同步拆PIN机构,其特征在于,所述输送带包括可转动地设置于所述机架上的主动轮和从动轮,所述主动轮通过驱动电机可转动地设置于所述机架上,所述主动轮和从动轮上套设有输送皮带。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的同步拆PIN机构,其特征在于,所述底座上还设置有PIN针导向板,所述PIN针导向板对应所述冲针设置有定位孔,所述PIN针导向板的表面还开设有导向槽,所述导向槽与所述定位孔连通,且所述导向槽朝向所述输送机构的输送方向相反的方向延伸出所述PIN针导向板,且所述导向槽沿着朝向所述输送机构的输送方向相反的方向呈扩宽状设置,所述导向槽的侧壁与所述定位孔相切设置。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的同步拆PIN机构,其特征在于,所述底座的下方对应所述过孔设置有收集盒。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的同步拆PIN机构,其特征在于,所述支撑板包括若干相互平行设置的支撑条。
