一种桶装水自动售卖机的空桶回收机构,如图1-2所示:包括机体1以及设置在机体1内的空桶回收区,该空桶回收区位于放置桶装水的储货区的上方。在空桶回收区内设有储桶通道11,在机体1的与储桶通道11的一端端部相对应处设有进出桶口12,在储桶通道11的另一端设有限位机构13,储桶通道11向限位机构13倾斜,限位机构13通过与其连接的驱动机 构14在储桶通道11的另一端与进出桶口12之间往复运动。
在本实用新型中,限位机构13包括固定连接的推板131和限位板132,推板131位于限位板132的外侧,推板131的两端分别与驱动机构14固定连接,推板131在驱动机构14的驱动下带动限位板132运动。
驱动机构14包括设置在储桶通道11两侧的两组动力轮组件141、分别绕射在每组组动力轮组件141上的传送机构142以及通过连杆分别与两组动力轮组件141连接以驱动动力轮组件141带动传送机构142运动的动力机构143,传送机构142与推板131固定连接以带动推板131运动。其中,动力机构143包括电机,传送机构142包括链条或输送带,动力轮组件141包括与链条匹配的链轮或与输送带匹配的输送带轮,位于储桶通道11两侧的两组动力轮组件141的主动轮之间通过连杆连接,连杆与动力机构143连接,其在动力机构143的作用下旋转从而带动动力轮组件141转动。

优选的,弧形缓冲条152位于挡板151的上方且靠近进出桶口12,且弧形缓冲条152设置的高度与桶装水桶体上的内凹槽相对应。本实用新型设置的挡板为了防止空桶在传送过程中出现侧翻的情况,设置的弧形缓冲条152用于减缓空桶进入储桶通道11并在其中下滑的速度,较小其与限位机构13之间的冲击力,在延长其使用寿命的同时保证其质量。
在本实用新型中,在挡板151内侧设有滑槽,在限位机构13的两端设有与滑槽相匹配的滑块,限位机构13通过与滑槽相匹配的滑块与挡板151滑动连接。优选的,滑块设置在限位板132的两端,限位机构13的高度低于弧形缓冲条152的高度。
储桶通道11为多个,多个储桶通道11并排设置,由于在每个储桶通道11的端部均设有限位机构13以及驱动限位机构运动的驱动机构14,因此,每个储桶通道11的两侧均设有动力轮组件141和传送机构142,当每个储桶通道11的两侧的动力轮组件141分别通过连杆连接时,需设置多个动力机构143,每个储桶通道11中的限位机构13可单独工作;当多个储桶通道11的两侧的动力轮组件141通过连杆连接为一体时,只需设置一个动力机构143。
