进一步地,设备还包括直接驱动滚筒旋转的电机,锁槽设于电机转子上;
优选地,电机为外转子电机,锁槽设于电机转子外周面上,锁舌设于电机转子外周并与锁槽设于一垂直于滚筒轴线的平面上。
进一步地,衣物处理设备为滚筒洗衣机,滚筒为滚筒洗衣机内筒。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过设置检测操作部在滚筒门上的位置是否便于开闭滚筒门的检测机构和在检测到操作部在滚筒门上的位置便于开闭滚筒门后控制滚筒停止旋转的控制机构,使滚筒停止 旋转时滚筒门便于开闭,滚筒门的开闭符合人体力学角度,从而有利于用户健康,提升了用户体验。
2、本发明通过向驱动滚筒旋转的电机供应一定电流使电机转子停止旋转,令滚筒在很短的时间内停止旋转,缩短了自检测到操作部在滚筒门上的位置便于开闭滚筒门至滚筒停止旋转的时间误差,从而提高了设备控制的可靠性。
3、本发明通过在滚筒停止旋转后锁定滚筒、停止向驱动滚筒旋转的电机供应电流,从而保证了滚筒在停止旋转后稳定处于静止状态。

如图1-3所示,本发明的实施例介绍了一种衣物处理设备,包括可旋转的滚筒,滚筒上设有投放口,滚筒上安装有对应封闭投放口的滚筒门,滚筒门上设有用于锁定滚筒门的操作部;设备还包括:检测机构,用于检测操作部在滚筒门上的位置是否便于开闭滚筒门;控制机构,检测机构与控制机构相连,用于在检测到操作部在滚筒门上的位置便于开闭滚筒门后控制滚筒停止旋转。
本发明通过设置检测操作部在滚筒门上的位置是否便于开闭滚筒门的检测机构和在检测到操作部在滚筒门上的位置便于开闭滚筒门后控制滚筒停止旋转的控制机构,使滚筒停止旋转时滚筒门便于开闭,滚筒门的开闭符合人体力学角度,从而有利于用户健康,提升了用户体验。
为更好地说明本发明,以下实施例将衣物处理设备限定为一种滚筒洗衣机,具体为一种滚筒轴线呈前后延伸的滚筒洗衣机,滚筒为滚筒洗衣机内筒。
实施例一
本实施例介绍了一种滚筒洗衣机,包括外筒6、可旋转地套装在外筒6内部的内筒,内筒上设有投放口,外筒6上设有敞口,投放口和敞口相重叠设置,内筒上安装有对应封闭投放口的内筒门,内筒门上设有用于锁定内筒门的操作部;洗衣机还包括:检测机构5,用于检测操作部在内筒门上的位置是否便于开闭内筒门;控制机构,检测机构5与控制机构相连,用于在检测到操作部在内筒门上的位置便于开闭内筒门后控制内筒停止旋转。
本发明通过上述设置使内筒停止旋转时内筒门便于开闭,内筒门的开闭符合人体力学角度,从而有利于用户健康,提升了用户体验。
具体地,外筒6轴线、内筒轴线均在前后方向上延伸;投放口和敞口在内筒轴向方向上相重叠设置;外筒6壁底部与设于外筒6下方、用于排水的排水机构7相连通;优选地,外筒6上安装有对应封闭敞口的外筒6门;更优选地,滚筒洗衣机包括机壳1,机壳1上设有 开口,开口、投放口和敞口在内筒轴向方向上相重叠设置,机壳1上安装有对应封闭开口的机门10。
实施例二
参阅图1-3,本实施例中,内筒门的一侧经用于使内筒门翻转开闭的安装结构安装在内筒上,相对设置的另一侧设有操作部;检测机构5通过检测操作部是否设于内筒门的水平线上检测操作部在内筒门上的位置是否便于开闭内筒门。
本发明通过上述设置保证了内筒停止旋转时内筒门便于开闭。具体地,内筒门静止时,安装结构设于左侧或右侧,操作部设于右侧或左侧,操作部在内筒门上的位置便于开闭内筒门,也就是说,检测机构5检测操作部是否设于右侧或左侧。
实施例三
参阅图1-3,本实施例中,检测机构5包括:发射件50,与操作部同步旋转,用于发射信号;接收件51,当操作部在内筒门上的位置便于开闭内筒门时与发射件50相对设置,接收件51与控制机构相连,用于在接收到表示发射件50与接收件51相对设置的信号后将信号传递给控制机构。
本发明通过上述设置实现了对操作部在内筒门上的位置是否便于开闭内筒门进行检测。具体地,发射件50发射信号,接收件51接收信号并将信号传递给控制机构,控制机构对比上述信号与预设的、操作部在内筒门上的位置便于开闭内筒门时的信号,判断操作部在内筒门上的位置是否便于开闭内筒门,最后根据判定结果确认是否控制内筒停止旋转。
实施例四
参阅图1-3,本实施例中,洗衣机还包括直接驱动内筒旋转的电机11,发射件50设于电机转子110上。
本发明通过上述设置使检测机构5的设置更为便捷。
具体地,电机转子110与内筒同步旋转;内筒轴穿过外筒底与电机11相连,具体为:电机11为独立部件,内筒轴与电机11输出轴相连,或者,内筒轴构成电机11输出轴。
优选地,内筒轴上设有同轴设置的管道,管道远离内筒底的一端经进水管3与设于管道上方、用于盛放洗涤剂的洗涤剂盒2相连通,其中,管道远离内筒底的一端经支撑架8固定与外筒底上,支撑架8远离内筒底的一侧设有与管道远离内筒底的一端相连通的进水接头9,进水接头9与进水管3相连通。
本发明还可以,发射件50设于内筒门和/或内筒上。
实施例五
参阅图1-3,本实施例中,电机11为外转子电机,发射件设于电机转子110外周面上,接收件设于电机转子110外周并与发射件设于一垂直于内筒轴线的平面上。
本发明通过上述设置简化了检测机构5的设置,同时减小了外界条件对检测机构5的影响,提高了检测机构5检测结果的可靠性。
具体地,发射件50设于电机转子110远离外筒底的一侧,接收件51经安装架52安装于外筒底上。
优选地,电机11和接收件51分别设于外筒底上。
本发明通过上述设置保证了接收件51与电机转子110上的发射件50的相对稳定性,从而提高了检测结果的可靠性。
本发明还可以,发射件50设于电机转子110远离外筒底的端面上,接收件51与发射件50设于一环绕外筒6轴线的周向面上。
实施例六
参阅图1-3,本实施例中,发射件50为永磁体,接收件51为霍尔传感器或干簧管。
本发明通过上述设置实现了发射件50持续发射信号。
优选地,发射件50与设于电机转子110上的永磁体在电机转子110轴向上相间隔一定距离,并与设于电机定子111上的线圈在电机定子111轴向上相间隔一定距离。相应地,接收件51与设于电机转子110上的永磁体在电机转子110轴向上相间隔一定距离,并与设于电机定子111上的线圈在电机定子111轴向上相间隔一定距离。
本发明通过上述设置避免了接收件51受到电机转子110上的永磁体磁场和电机定子111上的线圈通电磁场干扰,从而提高了检测结果的可靠性。
实施例七
参阅图1-3,本实施例中,洗衣机还包括驱动内筒旋转、具有供应电流达到设定电流后电机转子110停止旋转的程序的电机11,电机11与控制机构相连;控制机构通过向电机11供应达到设定电流的电流控制内筒停止旋转。
本发明通过上述设置,缩短了自检测到操作部在内筒门上的位置便于开闭内筒门至内筒停止旋转的时间误差,从而提高了洗衣机控制的可靠性。
本发明还可以,控制机构在内筒停止旋转后可停止向电机11供应电流。
实施例八
参阅图1-3,本实施例中,洗衣机还包括:锁定机构4,与控制机构相连,用于在内筒停止旋转后锁定内筒。
本发明通过上述设置保证了内筒在停止旋转后稳定处于静止状态。
优选地,控制机构在锁定内筒后可停止向电机11供应电流。
实施例九
参阅图1-3,本实施例中,锁定机构4包括:锁槽40,与操作部同步旋转;锁具41,包括锁舌410和驱动锁舌410伸缩的锁舌驱动结构411,锁舌410当操作部在内筒门上的位置便于开闭内筒门时与锁槽40相对设置,锁舌驱动结构411与控制机构相连。
本发明通过上述设置实现了对对内筒进行锁定。具体地,自检测到操作部在内筒门上的位置便于开闭内筒门至内筒停止旋转的时间误差可忽略不计时,内筒停止旋转后,锁舌410伸出并伸入至锁槽40内部,自检测到操作部在内筒门上的位置便于开闭内筒门至内筒停止旋转的时间误差较大时,内筒停止旋转后,锁舌410伸出,驱动内筒反向旋转,锁舌410伸入至锁槽40内部。
实施例十
参阅图1-3,本实施例中,洗衣机还包括直接驱动内筒旋转的电机11,锁槽40设于电机转子110上。
本发明通过上述设置使检测机构5的设置更为便捷。
本发明还可以,锁槽40设于内筒门和/或内筒上。
实施例十一
参阅图1-3,本实施例中,锁槽40设于电机转子110外周面上,锁舌410设于电机转子110外周并与锁槽40设于一垂直于内筒轴线的平面上,
本发明通过上述设置简化了锁定机构4的设置。
具体地,锁具40设于外筒底上;锁定机构与检测机构在内筒周向上避让设置。
本发明还可以,锁槽40设于电机转子110端面上,锁舌410与锁槽40设于一环绕外筒6轴线的周向面上。优选地,锁槽40设于电机转子110远离外筒底的端面上。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物处理设备,包括可旋转的滚筒,滚筒上设有投放口,滚筒上安装有对应封闭投放口的滚筒门,滚筒门上设有用于锁定滚筒门的操作部;其特征在于:设备还包括:
    检测机构,用于检测操作部在滚筒门上的位置是否便于开闭滚筒门;
    控制机构,检测机构与控制机构相连,用于在检测到操作部在滚筒门上的位置便于开闭滚筒门后控制滚筒停止旋转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于:滚筒门的一侧经用于使滚筒门翻转开闭的安装结构安装在滚筒上,相对设置的另一侧设有操作部;
    检测机构通过检测操作部是否设于滚筒门的水平线上检测操作部在滚筒门上的位置是否便于开闭滚筒门。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,检测机构包括:
    发射件,与操作部同步旋转,用于发射信号;
    接收件,当操作部在滚筒门上的位置便于开闭滚筒门时与发射件相对设置,接收件与控制机构相连,用于在接收到表示发射件与接收件相对设置的信号后将信号传递给控制机构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,设备还包括直接驱动滚筒旋转的电机,发射件设于电机转子上;
    优选地,电机为外转子电机,发射件设于电机转子外周面上,接收件设于电机转子外周并与发射件设于一垂直于滚筒轴线的平面上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,发射件为永磁体,接收件为霍尔传感器或干簧管;
    优选地,发射件与设于电机转子上的永磁体在电机转子轴向上相间隔一定距离,并与设于电机定子上的线圈在电机定子轴向上相间隔一定距离。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,设备还包括驱动滚筒旋转、具有供应电流达到设定电流后电机转子停止旋转的程序的电机,电机与控制机构相连;
    控制机构通过向电机供应达到设定电流的电流控制滚筒停止旋转。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,设备还包括:
    锁定机构,与控制机构相连,用于在滚筒停止旋转后锁定滚筒。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,锁定机构包括:
    锁槽,与操作部同步旋转;
    锁具,包括锁舌和驱动锁舌伸缩的锁舌驱动结构,锁舌当操作部在滚筒门上的位置便于开闭滚筒门时与锁槽相对设置,锁舌驱动结构与控制机构相连。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,设备还包括直接驱动滚筒旋转的电机,锁槽设于电机转子上;
    优选地,电机为外转子电机,锁槽设于电机转子外周面上,锁舌设于电机转子外周并与锁槽设于一垂直于滚筒轴线的平面上。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,衣物处理设备为滚筒洗衣机,滚筒为滚筒洗衣机内筒。
