2、本发明的弹簧设置在上泵杆与锁紧盖之间,并且设置在泵体 活塞的上方,所以在抽吸组件上下运动而抽吸乳液到泵体活塞下方的泵室内时,弹簧不会粘到乳液,因此本结构使得弹簧与乳液是完全隔开的状态,确保了卫生,不会对乳液造成污染。
3、本发明的上泵杆与锁紧盖之间设置有能限制抽吸组件回弹的锁紧结构,在不使用时,可以将上泵杆与锁紧盖固定,防止误压按头造成乳液的泄漏。
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细说明,其中:

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1至图7所示,一种外置弹簧防水型乳液泵,包括伸入瓶体 内的泵体1,所述的泵体1上设置有泵室2,所述泵体1上连接有能将其固定到瓶体上的锁瓶盖3,所述的泵室2内设置有能在其内上下移动而将瓶体内的液体向上抽出的抽吸组件4,所述的泵体1上连接有能防止抽吸组件4从泵室2内脱出并能防止锁瓶盖从泵体1上脱离的锁紧盖5;通过锁紧盖对锁瓶盖的定位,可以实现锁瓶盖的自由转动,所述泵室2的下端设置有在抽吸组件4运动时仅供瓶体内的液体向上排出的单向阀6,所述抽吸组件4上端连接有能驱动抽吸组件4工作的按头7,所述的抽吸组件4包括有能穿过锁紧盖5并具有抽吸通道411的上泵杆41,所述的上泵杆41与锁紧盖5之间设置有弹簧42,所述的上泵杆41的下端连接有一端能伸入至抽吸通道411内的下泵杆43,所述下泵杆43上开设有能连通抽吸通道411的进液槽口431,在下泵杆与上泵杆的组装过程中,下泵杆可根据进液槽口向内进行弹性变形,组装方便;所述下泵杆43的外侧套设有能相对上泵杆41和下泵杆43移动且能阻断液体从进液槽431进入到抽吸通道411内的活塞44,所述上泵杆41上设置有能与活塞44的上端相触碰进而推动活塞44向下运动的推动部412,所述下泵杆43上设置有能与活塞43的下端相触碰进而推动活塞43向上运动的突出部432;自然状态时,弹簧向上顶上泵杆,此时活塞上的密封唇与下泵杆的突出部接触而阻断抽吸通道与泵室,当需要抽液时,向下按压按头,下泵杆就向下运动,弹簧受压缩,当下泵杆下降时,活塞上的密封唇与下泵杆的突出部立即脱离,此时抽吸通道就与活塞下方的泵室连通,当上泵杆下降一定距离后,上泵杆的推动部就触碰到活塞并推动活塞向 下运动,活塞向下运动就使得活塞下方的泵室内的气体或液体经抽吸通道排出,接着松开按头,弹簧伸长,上泵杆上升一定距离,下泵杆的突出部就与活塞的密封唇接触而阻断泵室与抽吸通道,上泵杆继续上升的过程中就通过与上泵杆卡接的下泵杆推动活塞上升,此时活塞与单向阀之间的气压就小于瓶内的气压,瓶内的液体就推开单向阀而进入到泵室内,如此反复按压按头,就将瓶内的乳液排出使用,操作简单;上文中的一定距离理论上来说大于0即可,目的是活塞的下降或上升与上泵杆的下降或上升相比具有延迟,从而控制抽吸通道与泵室的通断,一般该距离设置为0.5mm至2mm因为距离的大小决定打开的出液通道的大小,可根据溶液的颗粒大小选择;所述的上泵杆41与锁紧盖5之间设置有防水结构。本发明的防水结构,可以防止外部水或杂质从泵体的缝隙进入到泵体内污染料体,提高乳液泵的密封性。
如图1至图7所示,在本实施例中,所述的上泵杆41与锁紧盖5之间设置有能限制抽吸组件4回弹的锁紧结构,所述的锁紧结构包括有设置在锁紧盖5内侧壁的内螺纹51,所述的上泵杆41包括有内管401和设置在内管401外侧的外管402,所述外管402的外侧壁上设置有与所述内螺纹51相匹配的外螺纹4021,所述的内管401的下端穿过所述锁紧盖5与下泵杆43连接,且所述的抽吸通道411位于所述内管401内。先将上泵杆按压然后通过转动上泵杆使上泵杆上的外螺纹与锁紧盖内侧壁上的内螺纹匹配连接,进而限制上泵杆回弹,将上泵杆与锁紧盖锁紧,防止误压按头造成乳液的泄漏。
如图1至图7所示,在本实施例中,所述的防水结构包括有设置在外管402外侧壁上并能与锁紧盖5抵靠密封的密封凸筋4022,所述的密封凸筋4022位于外螺纹4021的上方。上泵杆在锁紧盖内上下运动的过程中,外管外侧壁上的密封凸筋4022始终与锁紧盖的内壁抵压密封,进而防止外部水或杂质进入泵体污染料体。
如图1至图7所示,在本实施例中,所述的下泵杆43的外侧设置有限位凹槽433,所述的抽吸通道411内设置有在下泵杆43伸入至抽吸通道411时能与限位凹槽433相抵靠进而防止下泵杆43从抽吸通道411脱离的限位台阶4111。增强下泵杆与上泵杆之间连接的稳定性。
如图1至图7所示,在本实施例中,所述的内管401与外管402之间连接形成有可供弹簧42放置的弹簧容纳槽403,防止弹簧脱出,对其进行定位。
如图1至图7所示,在本实施例中,所述泵体1的上端外侧设置有环形凸起11,所述的锁紧盖5上设置有可供环形凸起11卡入的环形凹槽51,所述的锁紧盖5上还设置有能将环形凸起11固定在环形凹槽51内的导向压板52。组装时,通过锁紧盖的导向压板强压到位,将环形凸起固定在环形凹槽内,组装方便可靠。
如图1至图7所示,在本实施例中,所述的泵室2下端呈锥形,所述的单向阀6为设置在泵室2下端的泵珠,所述泵室2内并位于泵珠的上方设置有能防止泵珠脱离的弹性挡位21。
如图1至图7所示,在本实施例中,所述下泵杆43的下端设置 有在其未上升时能将泵珠抵压在泵室2下端的外凸部434。防止在运输过程中液体泄漏。
如图1至图7所示,在本实施例中,所述的泵体1并位于单向阀6的下方还设置有引液管8。
使用时,先将按头7旋转使得上泵杆与锁紧盖解锁分离,抽吸组件4在弹簧的弹性力作用下向上运动,此时,第一次向下按压按头7,抽吸组件跟随按头7向下运动,活塞44将泵室2内的气体从进液槽431压入到抽吸通道411内,将气体排出,此时泵室2处于负压状态,松开手后,抽吸组件4在弹簧42的弹性力下向上运动,由于泵室2内的压力小于瓶体内的压力,此时,单向阀6打开,瓶内的乳液进入到泵室2内,当泵室内的气压与瓶内的气压相等时,单向阀6关闭,再次按压按头7,活塞44向下运动挤压泵室2,此时,乳液从进液槽431进入到抽吸通道411内,然后从按头流出。
Claims (9)
- 一种外置弹簧防水型乳液泵,其特征在于,包括伸入瓶体内的泵体(1),所述的泵体(1)上设置有泵室(2),所述泵体(1)上连接有能将其固定到瓶体上的锁瓶盖(3),所述的泵室(2)内设置有能在其内上下移动而将瓶体内的液体向上抽出的抽吸组件(4),所述的泵体(1)上连接有能防止抽吸组件(4)从泵室(2)内脱出并能防止锁瓶盖从泵体(1)上脱离的锁紧盖(5);所述泵室(2)的下端设置有在抽吸组件(4)运动时仅供瓶体内的液体向上排出的单向阀(6),所述抽吸组件(4)上端连接有能驱动抽吸组件(4)工作的按头(7),所述的抽吸组件(4)包括有能穿过锁紧盖(5)并具有抽吸通道(411)的上泵杆(41),所述的上泵杆(41)与锁紧盖(5)之间设置有弹簧(42),所述的上泵杆(41)的下端连接有一端能伸入至抽吸通道(411)内的下泵杆(43),所述下泵杆(43)上开设有能连通抽吸通道(411)的进液槽口(431),所述下泵杆(43)的外侧套设有能相对上泵杆(41)和下泵杆(43)移动且能阻断液体从进液槽(431)进入到抽吸通道(411)内的活塞(44),所述上泵杆(41)上设置有能与活塞(44)的上端相触碰进而推动活塞(44)向下运动的推动部(412),所述下泵杆(43)上设置有能与活塞(43)的下端相触碰进而推动活塞(43)向上运动的突出部(432);所述的上泵杆(41)与锁紧盖(5)之间设置有防水结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种外置弹簧防水型乳液泵,其特征在于,所述的上泵杆(41)与锁紧盖(5)之间设置有能限制抽吸组件(4)回弹的锁紧结构,所述的锁紧结构包括有设置在锁紧盖(5) 内侧壁的内螺纹(51),所述的上泵杆(41)包括有内管(401)和设置在内管(401)外侧的外管(402),所述外管(402)的外侧壁上设置有与所述内螺纹(51)相匹配的外螺纹(4021),所述的内管(401)的下端穿过所述锁紧盖(5)与下泵杆(43)连接,且所述的抽吸通道(411)位于所述内管(401)内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种外置弹簧防水型乳液泵,其特征在于,所述的防水结构包括有设置在外管(402)外侧壁上并能与锁紧盖(5)抵靠密封的密封凸筋(4022),所述的密封凸筋(4022)位于外螺纹(4021)的上方。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种外置弹簧防水型乳液泵,其特征在于,所述的下泵杆(43)的外侧设置有限位凹槽(433),所述的抽吸通道(411)内设置有在下泵杆(43)伸入至抽吸通道(411)时能与限位凹槽(433)相抵靠进而防止下泵杆(43)从抽吸通道(411)脱离的限位台阶(4111)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种外置弹簧防水型乳液泵,其特征在于,所述的内管(401)与外管(402)之间连接形成有可供弹簧(42)放置的弹簧容纳槽(403)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种外置弹簧防水型乳液泵,其特征在于,所述泵体(1)的上端外侧设置有环形凸起(11),所述的锁紧盖(5)上设置有可供环形凸起(11)卡入的环形凹槽(51),所述的锁紧盖(5)上还设置有能将环形凸起(11)固定在环形凹槽(51)内的导向压板(52)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种外置弹簧防水型乳液泵,其特征在于,所述的泵室(2)下端呈锥形,所述的单向阀(6)为设置在泵室(2)下端的泵珠,所述泵室(2)内并位于泵珠的上方设置有能防止泵珠脱离的弹性挡位(21)。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种外置弹簧防水型乳液泵,其特征在于,所述下泵杆(43)的下端设置有在其未上升时能将泵珠抵压在泵室(2)下端的外凸部(434)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种外置弹簧防水型乳液泵,其特征在于,所述的泵体(1)并位于单向阀(6)的下方还设置有引液管(8)。
