本实用新型公开了一种自带塞帽保护的乳液泵,包括伸入瓶体内的泵体,泵体上设有泵室,泵体上连接有锁瓶盖,泵室内设有抽吸组件,泵体上连接有锁紧盖;泵室的下端设有单向阀,抽吸组件上端连接有按压头,抽吸组件包括有泵杆,按压头与锁紧盖之间设有弹簧,泵杆上开设有进液口,泵杆的外侧套设有活塞;按压头上设有出液嘴,出液嘴上连接有能阻断出液的塞帽。本实用新型的按压头上的出液嘴处设置有能堵住出液嘴的塞帽,既能防止误按按压头造成液体泄漏,又能阻断外部灰尘从出液嘴处进入瓶体内部,环保卫生,密封性能好;本实用新型的抽吸组件采用泵杆、弹簧和活塞配合,将液体从瓶体内挤压出,结构简单,组装方便,制造成本低。

本实用新型涉及一种自带塞帽保护的乳液泵。
【背景技术】
乳液泵由于其设计精美,使用方便,已广泛地应用与日化和医药等行业。但是现有的乳液泵零件多,结构复杂,制作难度大,生产成本高;而且现有的乳液泵的抽吸组件的弹簧在泵室内会与乳液直接接触,当弹簧生锈后会对液体造成污染,不卫生;另外现有的乳液泵在按压头打开后,很容易误操作下压,造成乳液的浪费与污染,既不卫生也不环保。
本实用新型正是基于以上的不足而产生的。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种自带塞帽保护的乳液泵,结构简单,并能防止液体泄漏。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用了下述技术方案:
一种自带塞帽保护的乳液泵,其特征在于,包括伸入瓶体内的泵体,所述的泵体上设置有泵室,所述泵体上连接有能将其固定到瓶体上的锁瓶盖,所述的泵室内设置有能在其内上下移动而将瓶体内的液体向上抽出的抽吸组件,所述的泵体上连接有能防止抽吸组件从泵室内脱出并能防止锁瓶盖从泵体上脱离的锁紧盖;所述泵室的下端设置有在抽吸组件运动时仅供瓶体内的液体向上排出的单向阀,所述抽吸组件上端连接有能驱动抽吸组件工作的按压头,所述的抽吸组件包括有能穿过锁紧盖并具有抽吸通道的泵杆,所述的按压头与锁紧盖之间设置有弹簧,所述的泵杆上开设有能连通抽吸通道的进液口,所述泵杆的外侧套设有能相对泵杆移动且能封闭进液口的活塞;所述的按压头上设置有出液嘴,出液嘴上连接有能阻断出液的塞帽。
如上所述的一种自带塞帽保护的乳液泵,其特征在于,所述的塞帽上设置有一端能伸入至出液嘴内的凸柱。
如上所述的一种自带塞帽保护的乳液泵,其特征在于,所述泵杆上设置有能与活塞相触碰进而推动活塞向下运动的推动部,所述泵杆上并位于进液口的下方设置有能与活塞的下端相触碰进而推动活塞向上运动的承靠部。
如上所述的一种自带塞帽保护的乳液泵,其特征在于,所述的按压头与锁紧盖之间设置有锁紧结构,所述的锁紧结构包括有设置在按压头内侧壁的内螺纹,所述的锁紧盖的外侧壁上设置有与所述内螺纹相匹配的外螺纹。
如上所述的一种自带塞帽保护的乳液泵,其特征在于,所述的泵室下端呈锥形,所述的单向阀为设置在泵室下端的泵珠,所述泵室内并位于泵珠的上方设置有能防止泵珠脱离的弹性挡位。
如上所述的一种自带塞帽保护的乳液泵,其特征在于,所述锁瓶盖内设置有垫片。
如上所述的一种自带塞帽保护的乳液泵,其特征在于,所述的泵体上并位于单向阀的下方还设置有引液管。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的一种自带塞帽保护的乳液泵,达到了如下效果:
1、本实用新型的按压头上的出液嘴处设置有能堵住出液嘴的塞帽,既能阻断外部灰尘从出液嘴处进入瓶体内部,又能防止蚊虫进入污染液体,环保卫生;本实用新型的抽吸组件采用泵杆、弹簧和活塞配合,将液体从瓶体内挤压出,结构简单,组装方便,制造成本低。
2、本实用新型的弹簧设置在按压头与锁紧盖之间,在抽吸组件上下运动而抽吸乳液到活塞下方的泵室内时,弹簧不会粘到乳液,因此本结构使得弹簧与乳液是完全隔开的状态,确保了卫生,不会对乳液造成污染。
3、本实用新型的按压头与锁紧盖之间设置有锁紧结构,在不使用时,可以将按压头与锁紧盖固定,进一步防止误压按压头造成乳液的泄漏。

如图1至图3所示,一种自带塞帽保护的乳液泵,包括伸入瓶体内的泵体1,所述的泵体1上设置有泵室2,所述泵体1上连接有能将其固定到瓶体上的锁瓶盖3,所述的泵室2内设置有能在其内上下移动而将瓶体内的液体向上抽出的抽吸组件4,所述的泵体1上连接有能防止抽吸组件4从泵室2内脱出并能防止锁瓶盖3从泵体1上脱离的锁紧盖5;所述泵室2的下端设置有在抽吸组件4运动时仅供瓶体内的液体向上排出的单向阀6,所述抽吸组件4上端连接有能驱动抽吸组件4工作的按压头7,所述的抽吸组件4包括有能穿过锁紧盖5 并具有抽吸通道401的泵杆41,所述的按压头7与锁紧盖5之间设置有弹簧42,本实用新型的抽吸组件采用泵杆、弹簧和活塞配合,将液体从瓶体内挤压出,结构简单,组装方便,制造成本低,弹簧设置在按压头与锁紧盖之间,在抽吸组件上下运动而抽吸乳液到活塞下方的泵室内时,弹簧不会粘到乳液,因此本结构使得弹簧与乳液是完全隔开的状态,确保了卫生,不会对乳液造成污染;所述的泵杆41 上开设有能连通抽吸通道401的进液口411,所述泵杆41的外侧套设有能相对泵杆41移动且能封闭进液口411的活塞43;所述的按压头7上设置有出液嘴71,出液嘴71上连接有能阻断出液的塞帽72。塞帽72能够自由折叠,在使用时打开出液嘴71出液,非使用状态关闭出液嘴71出液。
本实用新型的按压头上的出液嘴处设置有能堵住出液嘴的塞帽,既能阻断外部灰尘从出液嘴处进入瓶体内部,又能防止蚊虫进入污染液体,环保卫生。
如图1至图3所示,在本实施例中,所述的塞帽72上设置有一端能伸入至出液嘴71内的凸柱721,该结构罗防止塞帽从出液嘴中掉落;在本实施例中,由于塞帽采用弹性材质,便于将塞帽安装到出液嘴上。
如图1至图3所示,在本实施例中,所述泵杆41上设置有能与活塞43相触碰进而推动活塞43向下运动的推动部412,所述泵杆41 上并位于进液口411的下方设置有能与活塞43的下端相触碰进而推动活塞43向上运动的承靠部413。
自然状态时,弹簧向上顶泵杆,此时活塞上的密封唇与泵杆的承靠部接触而阻断抽吸通道与泵室,当需要抽液时,向下按压按压头,泵杆就向下运动,弹簧受压缩,当泵杆下降时,活塞上的密封唇与泵杆的承靠部立即脱离,此时抽吸通道就与活塞下方的泵室连通,当泵杆下降一定距离后,泵杆的推动部就触碰到活塞并推动活塞向下运动,活塞向下运动就使得活塞下方的泵室内的气体或液体经抽吸通道排出,接着松开按压头,弹簧伸长,泵杆上升一定距离,泵杆的承靠部就与活塞的密封唇接触而阻断泵室与抽吸通道,泵杆继续上升的过程中就推动活塞上升,此时活塞与单向阀之间的气压就小于瓶内的气压,瓶内的液体就推开单向阀而进入到泵室内,如此反复按压按压头,就将瓶内的乳液排出使用,操作简单。
如图1至图3所示,在本实施例中,所述的按压头7与锁紧盖5 之间设置有锁紧结构,所述的锁紧结构包括有设置在按压头7内侧壁的内螺纹701,所述的锁紧盖5的外侧壁上设置有与所述内螺纹701 相匹配的外螺纹51;在不使用时,可以将按压头与锁紧盖固定,进一步防止误压按压头造成乳液的泄漏。
如图1至图3所示,在本实施例中,所述的泵室2下端呈锥形,所述的单向阀6为设置在泵室2下端的泵珠,所述泵室2内并位于泵珠的上方设置有能防止泵珠脱离的弹性挡位21。
如图1至图3所示,在本实施例中,所述锁瓶盖3内设置有垫片 8,防止液体泄漏。
如图1至图3所示,在本实施例中,所述的泵体1并位于单向阀 6的下方还设置有引液管9,便于将瓶体内的液体导出。
使用时,先将按压头旋转使得按压头与锁紧盖解锁分离,抽吸组件在弹簧的弹性力作用下向上运动,此时,第一次向下按压按压头,抽吸组件跟随按压头向下运动,活塞将泵室内的气体从进液口压入到抽吸通道内,将气体排出,此时泵室处于负压状态,松开手后,抽吸组件在弹簧的弹性力下向上运动,由于泵室内的压力小于瓶体内的压力,此时,单向阀打开,瓶内的乳液进入到泵室内,当泵室内的气压与瓶内的气压相等时,单向阀关闭,再次按压按压头,活塞向下运动挤压泵室,此时,乳液从进液口进入到抽吸通道内,然后从按压头流出。

1.一种自带塞帽保护的乳液泵,其特征在于,包括伸入瓶体内的泵体(1),所述的泵体(1)上设置有泵室(2),所述泵体(1)上连接有能将其固定到瓶体上的锁瓶盖(3),所述的泵室(2)内设置有能在其内上下移动而将瓶体内的液体向上抽出的抽吸组件(4),所述的泵体(1)上连接有能防止抽吸组件(4)从泵室(2)内脱出并能防止锁瓶盖(3)从泵体(1)上脱离的锁紧盖(5);所述泵室(2)的下端设置有在抽吸组件(4)运动时仅供瓶体内的液体向上排出的单向阀(6),所述抽吸组件(4)上端连接有能驱动抽吸组件(4)工作的按压头(7),所述的抽吸组件(4)包括有能穿过锁紧盖(5)并具有抽吸通道(401)的泵杆(41),所述的按压头(7)与锁紧盖(5)之间设置有弹簧(42),所述的泵杆(41)上开设有能连通抽吸通道(401)的进液口(411),所述泵杆(41)的外侧套设有能相对泵杆(41)移动且能封闭进液口(411)的活塞(43);所述的按压头(7)上设置有出液嘴(71),出液嘴(71)上连接有能阻断出液的塞帽(72),所述的塞帽(72)上设置有一端能伸入至出液嘴(71)内的凸柱(721)。
