1、本发明的乳液泵与瓶体安装完成后,第一次下压按钮,进液通道与泵室相连通,在活塞下移的过程中,泵室内的气体会沿抽吸通道排出,松开按钮,抽吸组件上移,此时泵室内形成负压,瓶内的液体就推开单向阀进入到泵室内,第二次下压按钮,进液通道与泵室再次相连通,此时活塞向下移动打开进气孔,因为上泵杆与锁紧盖之间 存在间隙,外部空气便可通过该间隙进入到进气孔,保持工作时瓶体内气压稳定,活塞向下移动的过程中,泵室内的液体从抽吸通道内喷出,完成出液,结构设计合理,在自由状态下,活塞会密封住进气孔,避免瓶内的液体在运输过程中从进气孔处泄漏,密封性能好。
2、本发明锁瓶盖的外部套设有防尘盖,且锁瓶盖与防尘盖之间设置有能防止防尘盖掉落的防脱结构,避免灰尘从按钮进入到瓶体内造成污染,而且在运输过程中不会因为颠簸而造成防尘盖的掉落,结构稳定。
3、本发明的锁紧盖的外侧设置有用于供复位弹簧下端抵靠的承靠部,上泵杆的外侧壁设置有能挤压复位弹簧的挤压部,复位弹簧全部位于抽吸组件的外部,避免了与泵体内乳液的接触,干净卫生。
4、本发明的锁瓶盖包括有能将泵体固定的第一压紧部、与瓶体固定连接的第一连接部,以及与防尘盖连接的第二连接部,三者一体成型,使得组装更为方便。

【具体实施方式】
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1至图6所示,一种护肤类外置弹簧乳液泵,包括伸入瓶体1内的泵体2,所述的泵体2上设置有泵室3,所述泵体2上连接有能将其固定到瓶体上的锁瓶盖4,所述的泵室3内设置有抽吸组件5,所述泵室3的上部设置有能防止抽吸组件5从泵室3脱出的锁紧盖8,所述泵室3的下端设置有单向阀6,所述泵体2上并位于单向阀6的下方设置有能伸入至瓶体内部的导液管9,所述抽吸组件5上端连接有能驱动抽吸组件5工作的按钮7,所述的抽吸组件5包括有能穿过锁紧盖8并具有抽吸通道511的上泵杆51,所述的上泵杆51上连接有位于泵室3内的下泵杆53,所述下泵杆53内开设有与所述抽吸通道511相连通的进液通道531以及与所述进液通道531相通的进液孔532,所述的下泵杆53上套设有能相对其滑动并能阻断或打开进液孔的活塞54,所述的泵体2上开设有能被活塞封闭或打开的进气孔21,在本实施例中,因为上泵杆与锁紧盖之间存在间隙,在上泵杆向下带动活塞运动时,外部空气通过该间隙进入进气孔,保证工作时瓶体内气压的稳定,所述的上泵杆51上设有在泵室3与进液通道531连通以后能够向下推动活塞54而使进气口21与外部连通的推动部512, 在所述的上泵杆51与锁紧盖8之间设置有复位弹簧52。本发明的乳液泵与瓶体安装完成后,第一次下压按钮,进液通道与泵室相连通,在活塞下移的过程中,泵室内的气体会沿抽吸通道排出,松开按钮,抽吸组件上移,此时泵室内形成负压,瓶内的液体就推开单向阀进入到泵室内,第二次下压按钮,进液通道与泵室再次相连通,此时活塞向下移动打开进气孔,保持工作时的气压稳定,活塞向下移动的过程中,泵室内的液体从抽吸通道内喷出,完成出液,结构设计合理,在自由状态下,活塞会密封住进气孔,避免瓶内的液体在运输过程中从进气孔处泄漏,密封性能好。
如图1至图6所示,在本实施例中,所述锁瓶盖4的外部套设有防尘盖10,所述的锁瓶盖4与防尘盖10之间设置有能防止防尘盖掉落的防脱结构;所述的防脱结构包括有设置在所述锁瓶盖4外侧壁圆周方向上的至少两个凸点41,所述防尘盖10的内侧壁设置有与所述凸点41配合卡接的凸环101。使得防尘盖可以很好的固定在锁瓶盖上,防止掉落,同时可以起到防止误按按钮造成泄漏的问题。
如图1至图6所示,在本实施例中,所述下泵杆53上设置有能与活塞54的下端相触碰进而推动活塞54向上运动的突出部533。初始状态下,复位弹簧处于伸长状态,复位弹簧的上端向上顶上泵杆,此时活塞上的密封唇与下泵杆的突出部533接触而阻断抽吸通道与泵室,当需要抽液时,向下按压按钮,下泵杆就向下运动,复位弹簧受压缩,当下泵杆下降时,活塞上的密封唇与下泵杆的突出部立即脱离,此时抽吸通道就与活塞下方的泵室连通,当上泵杆下降一定距离 后,上泵杆的推动部就触碰到活塞并推动活塞向下运动,活塞向下运动就使得活塞下方的泵室内的气体或液体经抽吸通道排出,接着松开按钮,复位弹簧伸长,上泵杆上升一定距离,下泵杆的突出部就与活塞的密封唇接触而阻断泵室与抽吸通道,上泵杆继续上升的过程中就通过与上泵杆卡接的下泵杆推动活塞上升,此时活塞与单向阀之间的气压就小于瓶内的气压,瓶内的液体就推开单向阀而进入到泵室内,如此反复按压按钮,就将瓶内的乳液排出使用,操作简单;上文中的一定距离理论上来说大于0即可,目的是使活塞的下降或上升与上泵杆的下降或上升相比具有延迟,从而控制抽吸通道与泵室的通断,一般该距离设置为0.5mm至2mm因为距离的大小决定打开的出液通道的大小,可根据溶液的颗粒大小选择。
如图1至图6所示,在本实施例中,所述锁紧盖8的外侧设置有用于供复位弹簧52下端抵靠的承靠部81,所述上泵杆51的外侧壁设置有能挤压复位弹簧52的挤压部513。这样设置使得复位弹簧全部位于抽吸组件的外部,避免了与泵体内乳液的接触,干净卫生。
如图1至图6所示,在本实施例中,所述的锁瓶盖4包括有能将泵体2固定的第一压紧部401、与瓶体1固定连接的第一连接部402,以及与防尘盖10连接的第二连接部403;锁紧盖的结构简单,功能强大;在本实施例中,为了使结构更加稳定,所述的第一压紧部401、第一连接部402与第二连接部403为一体成型的整体结构。
如图1至图6所示,在本实施例中,所述的下泵杆53的上端伸入至抽吸通道511内,且所述下泵杆53的上端外侧设置有一圈凸边534, 所述的抽吸通道511内设置有能与所述凸边534相抵靠并防止下泵杆53从抽吸通道511内脱出的台阶514。上泵杆和下泵杆不会脱离,保证抽吸组件的正常使用。
如图1至图6所示,在本实施例中,所述单向阀6包括有与泵体2底部内径相扣合的圆形扣圈61,所述圆形扣圈61的中心设置有能密封泵体进液口的弹性封塞62,弹性封塞62通过弹性片63与圆形扣圈61连为一体。利用产品的结构及塑料的弹性作用,单向阀组装在泵室内部时可将泵室尾孔紧紧贴住密封,但是受到内腔真空吸力时可将弹性封塞瞬间冲开,其好处是可以保证该产品在360度方向使用。
如图1至图6所示,在本实施例中,为了保证乳液泵在安装到瓶体后的密封性,所述的泵体2与瓶体1之间设置有用于密封瓶体瓶口处的密封圈11。
工作原理:
1、使用前先拔掉防尘盖;
2、按压按钮,克服复位弹簧弹力带动上泵杆下移,活塞因与泵室产生摩擦滞后,此时上泵杆与下泵杆及活塞之间的通道被打开,继续下移则顶住活塞一起下移,可将泵室内腔局部气体从抽吸通道排出;
3、松开按钮时,在复位弹簧弹力作用下复位,活塞滞后,活塞与下泵杆及上泵杆间的通道瞬间被密封,泵室内腔形成局部真空,在大气压力的作用下瓶内的液体就推开单向阀进入到泵室内,继续按压 时可将乳液从按钮喷嘴孔喷出。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种护肤类外置弹簧乳液泵,其特征在于,包括伸入瓶体(1)内的泵体(2),所述的泵体(2)上设置有泵室(3),所述泵体(2)上连接有能将其固定到瓶体上的锁瓶盖(4),所述的泵室(3)内设置有抽吸组件(5),所述泵室(3)的上部设置有能防止抽吸组件(5)从泵室(3)脱出的锁紧盖(8),所述泵室(3)的下端设置有单向阀(6),所述泵体(2)上并位于单向阀(6)的下方设置有能伸入至瓶体内部的导液管(9),所述抽吸组件(5)上端连接有能驱动抽吸组件(5)工作的按钮(7),所述的抽吸组件(5)包括有能穿过锁紧盖(8)并具有抽吸通道(511)的上泵杆(51),所述的上泵杆(51)上连接有位于泵室(3)内的下泵杆(53),所述下泵杆(53)内开设有与所述抽吸通道(511)相连通的进液通道(531)以及与所述进液通道(531)相通的进液孔(532),所述的下泵杆(53)上套设有能相对其滑动并能阻断或打开进液孔的活塞(54),所述的泵体(2)上开设有能被活塞封闭或打开的进气孔(21),所述的上泵杆(51)上设有在泵室(3)与进液通道(531)连通以后能够向下推动活塞(54)而使进气口(21)与外部连通的推动部(512),在所述的上泵杆(51)与锁紧盖(8)之间设置有复位弹簧(52)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种护肤类外置弹簧乳液泵,其特征在于,所述锁瓶盖(4)的外部套设有防尘盖(10),所述的锁瓶盖(4)与防尘盖(10)之间设置有能防止防尘盖(10)掉落的防脱结构;所述的防脱结构包括有设置在所述锁瓶盖(4)外侧壁圆周方向上的至少两个凸点(41),所述防尘盖(10)的内侧壁设置有与所述凸点(41) 配合卡接的凸环(101)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种护肤类外置弹簧乳液泵,其特征在于,所述下泵杆(53)上设置有能与活塞(54)的下端相触碰进而推动活塞(54)向上运动的突出部(533)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种护肤类外置弹簧乳液泵,其特征在于,所述锁紧盖(8)的外侧设置有用于供复位弹簧(52)下端抵靠的承靠部(81),所述上泵杆(51)的外侧壁设置有能挤压复位弹簧(52)的挤压部(513)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种护肤类外置弹簧乳液泵,其特征在于,所述的锁瓶盖(4)包括有能将泵体(2)固定的第一压紧部(401)、与瓶体(1)固定连接的第一连接部(402),以及与防尘盖(10)连接的第二连接部(403)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种护肤类外置弹簧乳液泵,其特征在于,所述的第一压紧部(401)、第一连接部(402)与第二连接部(403)为一体成型的整体结构。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种护肤类外置弹簧乳液泵,其特征在于,所述的下泵杆(53)的上端伸入至抽吸通道(511)内,且所述下泵杆(53)的上端外侧设置有一圈凸边(534),所述的抽吸通道(511)内设置有能与所述凸边(534)相抵靠并防止下泵杆(53)从抽吸通道(511)内脱出的台阶(514)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种护肤类外置弹簧乳液泵,其特征在于,所述单向阀(6)包括有与泵体(2)底部内径相扣合的圆形扣 圈(61),所述圆形扣圈(61)的中心设置有能密封泵体进液口的弹性封塞(62),弹性封塞(62)通过弹性片(63)与圆形扣圈(61)连为一体。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种护肤类外置弹簧乳液泵,其特征在于,所述的泵体(2)与瓶体(1)之间设置有用于密封瓶体瓶口处的密封圈(11)。
