本发明公开了一种稳定型弹簧外置自锁泵,包括有锁瓶盖,在锁瓶盖的安装孔内设有泵室,在泵室下端的进液口泵珠,在泵室内设有上泵杆,上泵杆上端伸出泵室,在上泵杆上端连接有弯嘴,在泵室上部内设有锁紧盖,上泵杆设置在锁紧盖内,在泵室上端设有压盖,在上泵杆内连接有下泵杆,在上泵杆与下泵杆之间设有吸塞,吸塞下端能与下泵杆形成密封,在上泵杆与锁紧盖之间设有复位弹簧,在上泵杆下部设有限位台阶,在吸塞上端设有密封环台,在锁紧盖下端设有密封弹性件,在锁紧盖与上泵杆之间设有能防止误按的锁定机构。本发明结构简单,使用方便,能通过旋转弯嘴实现自锁的且复位弹簧不与液体接触。

一种稳定型弹簧外置自锁泵
技术领域
本发明涉及一种稳定型弹簧外置自锁泵。
背景技术
乳液泵由于其设计精美,使用方便,已广泛地应用与日化和医药等行业。现有用于乳液泵,其结构相对比较复杂,而且在使用完毕后弯嘴一般都是处于活动状态,如果误按,有可能会发生不必要的麻烦。为了解决这个问题,现有的做法是在喷盖上额外设置外盖,但是现有的这种做法,不仅增加了生产成本,而且在使用过程中外盖很容易掉落在地上,使用不方便。而且现有乳液泵的复位弹簧一般都是设置在泵室内,与泵室内的液体相接触,这样会对液体会造成污染,不卫生。
故此,现有的乳液泵有待于进一步完善。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种结构简单,使用方便,能通过旋转弯嘴实现自锁的且复位弹簧不与液体接触的稳定型弹簧外置自锁泵。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:
一种稳定型弹簧外置自锁泵,包括有锁瓶盖,在锁瓶盖中间设有安装孔,在所述安装孔内设有泵室,在所述泵室下端设有进液口,在所述进液口内设有能封闭进液口的泵珠,在所述泵室内设有上泵杆,所述上泵杆上端伸出泵室,在所述上泵杆上端连接有弯嘴,其特征在于:在所述泵室上部内设有锁紧盖,所述上泵杆设置在锁紧盖内,在所述泵室上端设有能防止上泵杆跑出泵室外的压盖,在所述上泵杆内连接有下泵杆,在所述上泵杆与下泵杆之间设有吸塞,所述吸塞下端能与下泵杆形成密封,在所述上泵杆与锁紧盖之间设有能使上泵杆复位的复位弹簧,在所述上泵杆下部设有限位台阶,所述吸塞能在限位台阶于下泵杆端部之间上、下移动,在所述吸塞上端设有密封环台,在所述锁紧盖下端设有密封弹性件,吸塞处于最高位时限位台阶、密封弹性件设置在密封环台上且相互密封,在所述锁紧盖与上泵杆之间设有能防止误按的锁定机构。
如上所述的一种稳定型弹簧外置自锁泵,其特征在于所述锁定机构包括有设置在锁紧盖侧壁上的让位槽,在所述锁紧盖上部内壁设有与让位槽连通的定位环槽,在所述上泵杆上部外壁设有弹性连接件,在所述弹性连接件下端外侧设有限位凸块,所述限位凸块设置在让位槽内,上泵杆被锁定时限位凸块处于定位环槽内。
如上所述的一种稳定型弹簧外置自锁泵,其特征在于在所述弹性连接件上部外壁设有锁定凹槽,在所述压盖上设有拨动定位片,所述拨动定位片插接在锁定凹槽时上泵杆被锁定。
如上所述的一种稳定型弹簧外置自锁泵,其特征在于在所述上泵杆下端内壁设有定位连接台,在所述下泵杆上端设有定位锥台,所述定位锥台位于定位连接台上侧,所述下泵杆中部外壁设有让位环槽,所述上泵杆下端能与下泵杆端部相互密封。
如上所述的一种稳定型弹簧外置自锁泵,其特征在于所述下泵杆下端设有密封头,在所述密封头上端设有密封槽,在所述吸塞下端设有密封凸环件,所述密封凸环件设置在密封槽内。
如上所述的一种稳定型弹簧外置自锁泵,其特征在于在所述锁瓶盖内设有垫片。
如上所述的一种稳定型弹簧外置自锁泵,其特征在于在所述进液口内插接有引液管。
如上所述的一种稳定型弹簧外置自锁泵,其特征在于在所述上泵杆内设有插接槽,在所述插接槽内设有定位凸环,在所述弯嘴下端面设有连接部,在所述连接部与定位凸环相应的位置设有环槽,所述定位凸环开设在环槽内。
综上所述,本发明相对于现有技术其有益效果是:
一、本发明中锁紧盖的让位槽、定位环槽与上泵杆上部外壁的弹性连接件、限位凸块相互配合能有效锁定弯嘴,弯嘴顺时针旋转可打开;反之逆时针旋转又可锁上,使用方便。
二、本发明中上泵杆外壁上的锁定凹槽与压盖上的拨动定位片相互配合,有效防止弯嘴在运输过程中因喷嘴而转动解锁。
三、本发明中复位弹簧置于锁紧盖内部,吸塞上方,与液体隔离开来,无论使用或自锁状态都不会与液体接触,起到环保作用。
四、本发明乳液泵设计巧妙,结构简单,使用方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述:
如图1至5所示的一种稳定型弹簧外置自锁泵,包括有锁瓶盖1,在锁瓶盖1中间设有安装孔,在所述安装孔内设有泵室2,在所述泵室2下端设有进液口3,在所述进液口3内设有能封闭进液口3的泵珠5,在所述泵室2内设有上泵杆4,所述上泵杆4上端伸出泵室2,在所述上泵杆4上端连接有弯嘴6,在所述泵室2上部内设有锁紧盖7,所述上泵杆4设置在锁紧盖7内,在所述泵室2上端设有能防止上泵杆4跑出泵室2外的压盖8,在所述上泵杆4内连接有下泵杆9,在所述上泵杆4与下泵杆9之间设有吸塞10,所述吸塞10下端能与下泵杆9形成密封,在所述上泵杆4与锁紧盖7之间设有能使上泵杆4复位的复位弹簧11,在所述上泵杆4下部设有限位台阶12,所述吸塞10能在限位台阶12于下泵杆9端部之间上、下移动,在所述吸塞10上端设有密封环台13,在所述锁紧盖7下端设有密封弹性件14,吸塞10处于最高位时限位台阶12、密封弹性件14设置在密封环台13上且相互密封,在所述锁紧盖7与上泵杆4之间设有能防止误按的锁定机构15。
本发明中所述锁定机构15包括有设置在锁紧盖7侧壁上的让位槽16,在所述锁紧盖7上部内壁设有与让位槽16连通的定位环槽17,在所述上泵杆4上部外壁设有弹性连接件18,在所述弹性连接件18下端外侧设有限位凸块19,所述限位凸块19设置在让位槽16内,上泵杆4被锁定时限位凸块19处于定位环槽17内。
本发明在所述弹性连接件18上部外壁设有锁定凹槽20,在所述压盖8上设有拨动定位片21,所述拨动定位片21插接在锁定凹槽20时上泵杆4被锁定。本发明中上泵杆外壁上的锁定凹槽与压盖上的拨动定位片相互配合,有效防止弯嘴在运输过程中因喷嘴而转动解锁。
本发明中在所述上泵杆4下端内壁设有定位连接台22,在所述下泵杆9上端设有定位锥台23,所述定位锥台23位于定位连接台22上侧,所述下泵杆9中部外壁设有让位环槽24,所述上泵杆4下端能与下泵杆9端部相互密封。
本发明中所述下泵杆9下端设有密封头25,在所述密封头25上端设有密封槽26,在所述吸塞10下端设有密封凸环件27,所述密封凸环件27设置在密封槽26内。
本发明在所述锁瓶盖1内设有垫片28。
本发明在所述进液口3内插接有引液管29。
本发明中在所述上泵杆4内设有插接槽,在所述插接槽内设有定位凸环,在所述弯嘴6下端面设有连接部30,在所述连接部30与定位凸环相应的位置设有环槽,所述定位凸环开设在环槽内。
本发明的工作原理:
1、首先将弯嘴顺时针旋转90°打开;
2、按压弯嘴时,克服弹簧弹力弯嘴顶住上泵杆一起下移,而吸塞因与泵室摩擦滞后,此时吸塞与上泵杆排气通道打开;
3、继续下移,上泵杆顶住吸塞一起下移将泵室内局部气体排出;
4、松开时,弹簧弹力作用上泵杆上移,而吸塞滞后,此时吸塞与上泵杆立即密封,继续上移,泵室内形成局部真空,从而将液体引进泵室,连续按压直到泵室内腔充满液体,再次按压时,因液体不可压缩性,从而将液体自弯嘴孔喷出。

1.一种稳定型弹簧外置自锁泵,包括有锁瓶盖(1),在锁瓶盖(1)中间设有安装孔,在所述安装孔内设有泵室(2),在所述泵室(2)下端设有进液口(3),在所述进液口(3)内设有能封闭进液口(3)的泵珠(5),在所述泵室(2)内设有上泵杆(4),所述上泵杆(4)上端伸出泵室(2),在所述上泵杆(4)上端连接有弯嘴(6),其特征在于:在所述泵室(2)上部内设有锁紧盖(7),所述上泵杆(4)设置在锁紧盖(7)内,在所述泵室(2)上端设有能防止上泵杆(4)跑出泵室(2)外的压盖(8),在所述上泵杆(4)内连接有下泵杆(9),在所述上泵杆(4)与下泵杆(9)之间设有吸塞(10),所述吸塞(10)下端能与下泵杆(9)形成密封,在所述上泵杆(4)与锁紧盖(7)之间设有能使上泵杆(4)复位的复位弹簧(11),在所述上泵杆(4)下部设有限位台阶(12),所述吸塞(10)能在限位台阶(12)于下泵杆(9)端部之间上、下移动,在所述吸塞(10)上端设有密封环台(13),在所述锁紧盖(7)下端设有密封弹性件(14),吸塞(10)处于最高位时限位台阶(12)、密封弹性件(14)设置在密封环台(13)上且相互密封,在所述锁紧盖(7)与上泵杆(4)之间设有能防止误按的锁定机构(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种稳定型弹簧外置自锁泵,其特征在于所述锁定机构(15)包括有设置在锁紧盖(7)侧壁上的让位槽(16),在所述锁紧盖(7)上部内壁设有与让位槽(16)连通的定位环槽(17),在所述上泵杆(4)上部外壁设有弹性连接件(18),在所述弹性连接件(18)下端外侧设有限位凸块(19),所述限位凸块(19)设置在让位槽(16)内,上泵杆(4)被锁定时限位凸块(19)处于定位环槽(17)内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种稳定型弹簧外置自锁泵,其特征在于在所述弹性连接件(18)上部外壁设有锁定凹槽(20),在所述压盖(8)上设有拨动定位片(21),所述拨动定位片(21)插接在锁定凹槽(20)时上泵杆(4)被锁定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种稳定型弹簧外置自锁泵,其特征在于在所述上泵杆(4)下端内壁设有定位连接台(22),在所述下泵杆(9)上端设有定位锥台(23),所述定位锥台(23)位于定位连接台(22)上侧,所述下泵杆(9)中部外壁设有让位环槽(24),所述上泵杆(4)下端能与下泵杆(9)端部相互密封。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种稳定型弹簧外置自锁泵,其特征在于所述下泵杆(9)下端设有密封头(25),在所述密封头(25)上端设有密封槽(26),在所述吸塞(10)下端设有密封凸环件(27),所述密封凸环件(27)设置在密封槽(26)内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种稳定型弹簧外置自锁泵,其特征在于在所述锁瓶盖(1)内设有垫片(28)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种稳定型弹簧外置自锁泵,其特征在于在所述进液口(3)内插接有引液管(29)。
