本实用新型涉及一种乳液泵,具体说是一种防水渗入至包装容器内容物内、防止弹簧生锈污染内容物、具有自锁功能、可泵出沙粒状液体的乳液泵。
背景技术
目前,市面上的乳液泵主要由防尘盖、按头、主体、垫片、螺牙、胶圈、上弹簧、活塞、副柱、本体、下弹簧、玻璃球与吸管组成。本体内的单向阀由主体、胶圈、上弹簧、活塞、副柱、本体、下弹簧、玻璃球组成。现有的乳液泵存在以下不足:外部水通过乳液泵,易渗入到包装容器内,影响内容物的清洁度;现有大多数产品都是内置弹簧,弹簧与内容物接触,易腐蚀生锈,污染内容物;容易出现内容物误出;大多数产品对沙粒状液体一般泵不出。人们希望开发一种新的乳液泵来解决上述缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种防水渗入至包装容器内容物内、防止弹簧生锈污染内容物、具有自锁功能、可泵出沙粒状液体的乳液泵。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现。
一种乳液泵,其特征在于:所述乳液泵包括按头、锁盖、垫片、弹簧、螺牙盖、本体、主柱、活塞、副柱、玻璃球与吸管,按头中部的内圆柱体与主柱的上部连接,按头中部的外圆柱体环套在螺牙盖上部的圆柱体上,螺牙盖与锁盖连接,螺牙盖内壁上设有与瓶口相配的螺纹,弹簧的两端分别顶压在主柱与锁盖上,弹簧位于主柱壁外的环形圆柱腔体上。
所述活塞位于本体与主柱之间的柱状腔体内,副柱上部位于主柱下部的腔体内,副柱与主柱之间设有相互扣合的台阶,主柱外设有顶压活 塞顶部的台阶,副柱下部设有顶压活塞底部的环形体,玻璃球位于本体下部的入口处。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点。
本实用新型防水渗入至包装容器内容物内;防止弹簧生锈污染内容物;在使用过程中,具有自锁功能;可泵出沙粒状液体。

如图1所示,本实用新型所述的乳液泵包括按头1、锁盖2、垫片3、弹簧4、螺牙盖5、本体6、主柱7、活塞8、副柱9、玻璃球10与吸管11,按头中部的内圆柱体与主柱的上部连接,按头中部的外圆柱体环套在螺牙盖上部的圆柱体上,螺牙盖与锁盖连接,螺牙盖内壁上设有与瓶口相配的螺纹,弹簧的两端分别顶压在主柱与锁盖上,弹簧位于主柱壁外的环形圆柱腔体上。活塞位于本体与主柱之间的柱状腔体内,副柱上部位于主柱下部的腔体内,副柱与主柱之间设有相互扣合的台阶,主柱外设有顶压活塞顶部的台阶,副柱下部设有顶压活塞底部的环形体,玻璃球位于本体下部的入口处。本实用新型防水渗入至包装容器内容物内;防止弹簧生锈污染内容物;在使用过程中,具有自锁功能;可泵出沙粒状液体。
