技术领域
本发明涉及一种节省型手枪泵。
背景技术
喷罐由于其设计精美，使用方便，已广泛地应用与日化和医药等行业。现有用于喷罐的手枪泵,其结构相对比较复杂，组装不方便。喷液效果相对欠佳。
故此，现有的用于喷罐的手枪泵有待于进一步完善。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处，提供一种结构简单，使用方便，安装方便的节省型手枪泵。
为了达到上述目的，本发明采用以下方案：
一种节省型手枪泵，包括有泵体，在所述泵体上部设有喷液通道，在所述泵体内设有进液通道，其特征在于：在所述泵体内设有引液腔，所述喷液通道、进液通道分别通过通孔与引液腔相连通，在所述引液腔内设有吸塞，在所述泵体上铰接有能驱动吸塞运动的扳机，在所述引液腔内设有封闭进液通道的单向阀。
如上所述的一种节省型手枪泵，其特征在于所述单向阀包括有阀体，在所述阀体中间一侧设有外凸连接柱，在所述泵体内设有连接槽孔，所述外凸连接柱设置在连接槽孔，在所述外凸连接柱下侧的阀体上设有密封柱，在进液通道处的通孔端部设有配合孔，所述密封柱插入配合孔时进液通道被隔断，在所述外凸连接柱上侧的阀体上设有导通孔。
如上所述的一种节省型手枪泵，其特征在于在所述泵体下部连接有锁瓶盖，在所述泵体下部设有弹性连接部，在所述锁瓶盖上部设有定位内凸环，所述弹性连接部插接在锁瓶盖内并固定在定位内凸环上。
如上所述的一种节省型手枪泵，其特征在于所述吸塞包括有塞体，在所述塞体前端设有与扳机连接的连接部，在所述塞体后端分别间隔设置有若干个能与引液腔内壁形成密封的弹性密封件。
如上所述的一种节省型手枪泵，其特征在于在所述喷液通道出口端的泵体上设有喷嘴。
如上所述的一种节省型手枪泵，其特征在于在所述泵体上端设有外罩。
如上所述的一种节省型手枪泵，其特征在于在所述泵体上端设有与进液通道相连通的连接管，在所述外罩与连接管相应的位置上设有插接管，所述插接管插接在连接管内，在所述插接管外设有定位夹套管，所述定位夹套管套设在连接管外壁上。
如上所述的一种节省型手枪泵，其特征在于在所述进液通道进口端连接有引液管。
如上所述的一种节省型手枪泵，其特征在于在所述锁瓶盖内设有密封垫圈。
综上所述，本发明相对于现有技术其有益效果是：
本结构简单，使用方便，安装方便，喷液效果好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述：
如图1至3所示的一种节省型手枪泵，包括有泵体1，在所述泵体1上部设有喷液通道2，在所述泵体1内设有进液通道3，在所述泵体1内设有引液腔4，所述喷液通道2、进液通道3分别通过通孔5与引液腔4相连通，在所述引液腔4内设有吸塞6，在所述泵体1上铰接有能驱动吸塞6运动的扳机7，在所述引液腔4内设有封闭进液通道3的单向阀8。
本发明中在所述泵体上设有能驱使扳机带动吸塞复位的弹性件。述的弹性件为塑料弹弓。
本发明中所述单向阀8包括有阀体9，在所述阀体9中间一侧设有外凸连接柱10，在所述泵体1内设有连接槽孔11，所述外凸连接柱10设置在连接槽孔11，在所述外凸连接柱10下侧的阀体9上设有密封柱12，在进液通道3处的通孔5端部设有配合孔13，所述密封柱12插入配合孔13时进液通道3被隔断，在所述外凸连接柱10上侧的阀体9上设有导通孔5。
本发明中在所述泵体1下部连接有锁瓶盖14，在所述泵体1下部设有弹性连接部15，在所述锁瓶盖14上部设有定位内凸环16，所述弹性连接部15插接在锁瓶盖14内并固定在定位内凸环16上。
本发明中所述吸塞6包括有塞体17，在所述塞体17前端设有与扳机7连接的连接部18，在所述塞体17后端分别间隔设置有若干个能与引液腔4内壁形成密封的弹性密封件19。
本发明中在所述喷液通道2出口端的泵体1上设有喷嘴20。
本发明中在所述泵体1上端设有外罩21。
本发明中在所述泵体1上端设有与进液通道3相连通的连接管22，在所述外罩21与连接管22相应的位置上设有插接管23，所述插接管23插接在连接管22内，在所述插接管23外设有定位夹套管24，所述定位夹套管24套设在连接管22外壁上。
本发明中在所述进液通道3进口端连接有引液管25。在所述锁瓶盖14内设有密封垫圈26。
工作原理：
1、单向阀、活塞、与泵体间组成密闭空间；
2、工作状态下，喷头帽与喷头间通道打开；
3、按压扳机，密闭空间体积缩小，气体受压后经单向阀排出；放开扳机，在扳机回弹作用下活塞回位，密闭空间体积骤然增大，从而形成局部真空，通过外界大气压作用将瓶内液体吸入泵体，反复几次后密闭空间将充满液体；
4、再次按压扳机，因液体的不可压缩性将通过单向阀被排出

1.一种节省型手枪泵，包括有泵体(1)，在所述泵体(1)上部设有喷液通道(2)，在所述泵体(1)内设有进液通道(3)，其特征在于：在所述泵体(1)内设有引液腔(4)，所述喷液通道(2)、进液通道(3)分别通过通孔(5)与引液腔(4)相连通，在所述引液腔(4)内设有吸塞(6)，在所述泵体(1)上铰接有能驱动吸塞(6)运动的扳机(7)，在所述引液腔(4)内设有封闭进液通道(3)的单向阀(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种节省型手枪泵，其特征在于所述单向阀(8)包括有阀体(9)，在所述阀体(9)中间一侧设有外凸连接柱(10)，在所述泵体(1)内设有连接槽孔(11)，所述外凸连接柱(10)设置在连接槽孔(11)，在所述外凸连接柱(10)下侧的阀体(9)上设有密封柱(12)，在进液通道(3)处的通孔(5)端部设有配合孔(13)，所述密封柱(12)插入配合孔(13)时进液通道(3)被隔断，在所述外凸连接柱(10)上侧的阀体(9)上设有导通孔(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种节省型手枪泵，其特征在于在所述泵体(1)下部连接有锁瓶盖(14)，在所述泵体(1)下部设有弹性连接部(15)，在所述锁瓶盖(14)上部设有定位内凸环(16)，所述弹性连接部(15)插接在锁瓶盖(14)内并固定在定位内凸环(16)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种节省型手枪泵，其特征在于所述吸塞(6)包括有塞体(17)，在所述塞体(17)前端设有与扳机(7)连接的连接部(18)，在所述塞体(17)后端分别间隔设置有若干个能与引液腔(4)内壁形成密封的弹性密封件(19)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种节省型手枪泵，其特征在于在所述喷液通道(2)出口端的泵体(1)上设有喷嘴(20)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种节省型手枪泵，其特征在于在所述泵体(1)上端设有外罩(21)。
7.根据权利要求8所述的一种节省型手枪泵，其特征在于在所述泵体(1)上端设有与进液通道(3)相连通的连接管(22)，在所述外罩(21)与连接管(22)相应的位置上设有插接管(23)，所述插接管(23)插接在连接管(22)内，在所述插接管(23)外设有定位夹套管(24)，所述定位夹套管(24)套设在连接管(22)外壁上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种节省型手枪泵，其特征在于在所述进液通道(3)进口端连接有引液管(25)。
9.根据权利要求3所述的一种节省型手枪泵，其特征在于在所述锁瓶盖(14)内设有密封垫圈(26)。
