技术领域
本发明总地涉及集装箱装配式建筑领域,且更具体地涉及一种模块化幕墙及模块化幕墙的安装方法。
背景技术
所有模块化建筑类型中,箱式模块化建筑是内部预制完成率最高的一种模式。在箱式模块化建筑中,各种建筑模块将尽可能地在工厂完成加工制造及组装。在建造现场只需完成各种建筑模块的拼接,并处理拼接位置即可完成模块化建筑的安装。
而在建筑模块(例如集装箱)上安装幕墙的情况和上述箱式模块化建筑的安装过程大致相同。在工厂内将幕墙的部分板块安装在建筑模块上,在建筑模块的拼接位置处的幕墙的板块需在建造现场完成安装。这样,需要现场搭建脚手架及其他安全维护设施,因此,施工周期较大,且其建造成本较高。
因此,需要提供一种模块化幕墙及模块化幕墙的安装方法,以至少部分地解决上面提到的问题。
发明内容
在发明内容部分中引入了一系列简化形式的概念,这将在具体实施例部分中进一步详细说明。本发明的发明内容部分并不意味着要试图限定出所要求保护的技术方案的关键特征和必要技术特征,更不意味着试图确定所要求保护的技术方案的保护范围。
为至少部分地解决上述技术问题,根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种模块化幕墙,模块化幕墙包括:钢结构模块,钢结构模块包括钢结构本体、设置在钢结构本体上的安装座,以及第一密封件;幕墙模块,幕墙模块包括幕墙本体和设置在幕墙本体上的挂钩,挂钩和安装座对应设置,挂钩用于挂设在安装座上,以使幕墙本体固定在钢结构本体上,第一密封件 设置在幕墙本体的左右两端;第一防水件,至少两个幕墙模块沿钢结构本体的左右方向拼接时,第一防水件用于设置在相邻的幕墙模块之间的拼缝中,第一密封件抵接第一防水件,以密封拼缝;其中,挂钩挂设在安装座上时,在钢结构本体的前后方向、左右方向,以及上下方向上,幕墙本体和钢结构本体之间的相对位置可调。

其中,沿左右方向,在每一层模块化幕墙的相邻的两个幕墙模块完成拼接时,将第一防水件穿入相邻的两个幕墙模块的拼缝中。

本发明的一个优选的实施方式提供了一种模块化幕墙。如图1至图14所示,该模块化幕墙的包括钢结构模块110和幕墙模块120。该模块化幕墙的钢结构模块110和幕墙模块120可以在各自的生产工厂加工并预先组装成型;然后钢结构模块110和幕墙模块120被运输至待安装位置;将钢结构模块110固定后,通过吊装装置将幕墙模块120挂设在钢结构模块110上即完成安装。实现模块化幕墙的钢结构模块110和幕墙模块120的全预装。
本实施方式中,如图6至图11所示,钢结构模块110包括钢结构本体和安装座111。钢结构本体可以是集装箱。本实施方式以在集装箱的端壁的外侧面(端壁的朝向集装箱外侧的表面)挂设幕墙模块120为例进行说明。可以理解的是,幕墙模块120还可以设置在集装箱的侧壁的外侧面。 后文的位置关系和方向,均以幕墙模块120挂设在集装箱的端壁上为基础的位置关系和方向。
集装箱的端壁的外侧面上设置有多个安装座111。安装座111可以设置在集装箱的端壁的顶端梁、底端梁、墙壁与立柱上。安装座111可以包括第一安装座、第二安装座、安装座螺栓与安装座螺母。第一安装座和第二安装座均为L形结构。第一安装座的竖壁可以焊接至集装箱端壁。第一安装座的横臂设置有沿集装箱的长度方向延伸(前后方向)的调节长孔(如图6所示)。第二安装座的横臂设置有和调节长孔对应的安装孔。第二安装座的横臂搭接在第一安装座的横臂上。第二安装座的竖壁位于第一安装座的横臂的自由端所在的一侧。安装座螺栓穿过第二安装座的安装孔和第一安装座的安装长孔后和安装座螺母连接,以将第二安装座连接至第一安装座。这样,可以在集装箱的长度方向上调节第一安装座和第二安装座之间的位置,进而在集装箱的长度方向上调整幕墙模块120和集装箱之间的位置。
幕墙模块120包括幕墙本体和挂钩121。幕墙本体包括墙板和幕墙墙架。幕墙模块120挂设在集装箱上时,墙板所在的平面和集装箱的端壁所在的平面大致平行。幕墙墙架可以包括幕墙立柱、幕墙顶横梁与幕墙底横梁构成的矩形框架。墙板设置在幕墙墙架的外侧面(幕墙模块120挂设在集装箱上时,幕墙墙架的远离集装箱的端面)。需要说明的,一个幕墙墙架可以设置多个墙板。相邻的墙板之间可以有间隔,或相邻的墙板拼接在一起。或一个幕墙墙架仅设置一个墙板。一个集装箱的端壁上可以挂设一个幕墙模块120,也可以挂设多个幕墙模块120,本领域技术人员可以根据需要进行设置。
幕墙模块120上设置有挂钩121。挂钩121的位置和安装座111的位置对应设置。挂钩121包括连接部和挂钩部。挂钩部可以为平板。幕墙模块120挂设在集装箱上时,平板所在的平面和集装箱的侧壁所在的平面大致平行。挂钩部的一端设置有和第二安装座的竖壁对应的U形口。U形口构成挂钩部的缺口。U形口的开口朝下。U形口在集装箱的宽度方向上贯穿挂钩部。
挂钩部上设置有和U形口的开口的内部空间连通的第一定位孔。幕墙模块120还包括第一定位螺栓(未示出)和第二定位螺栓(未示出)。第一定位螺栓螺纹连接第一定位孔。这样,使第二安装座的竖壁的自由端伸入 U形口内,即可使挂钩121挂设在安装座111上。此时挂钩部可沿集装箱的宽度方向滑动。拧紧和第一定位孔连接的第一定位螺栓,以使该第一定位螺栓抵接位于U形口内的第二安装座的竖壁,即可使挂钩部固定在第二安装座的竖壁上。

可以理解,在其它的实施方式中,在上述的宽度方向、长度方向与高度方向,安装座111的整体在集装箱的端壁上的位置可调,以及挂钩121的整体在幕墙本体上的位置可调,这样也可在上述的宽度方向、长度方向与高度方向上调节集装箱相对于幕墙本体之间的位置。
本实施方式中,如图7至图10、图12与图13所示,幕墙墙架的幕墙顶横梁的上表面设置有第一凸起和第二凸起。第一凸起和第二凸起沿集装箱的宽度方向延伸。第一凸起和第二凸起在集装箱的长度方向上有间隔。第一凸起构成幕墙本体的顶端的安装凸起123。第一凸起、第二凸起与幕墙墙架的幕墙顶横梁限定幕墙本体的安装槽122。
幕墙墙架的幕墙底横梁的下表面设置有第三凸起和第四凸起。第三凸起和第四凸起沿左右方向延伸。第三凸起和第四凸起沿集装箱的长度方向间隔设置。第四凸起对应设置于第一凸起、第二凸起与幕墙墙架的幕墙顶横梁限定的安装槽122。第四凸起构成幕墙本体的底端的安装凸起123。第三凸起、第四凸起与幕墙墙架的幕墙底横梁限定幕墙本体的底端的安装槽122。第三凸起、第四凸起与幕墙墙架的幕墙底横梁限定的安装槽122对应设置于第一凸起。换句话说,幕墙本体的底端的安装凸起123的位置和幕 墙本体的顶端的安装槽122的位置对应。幕墙本体的底端的安装槽122的位置和幕墙本体的顶端的安装凸起123的位置对应。
当多个幕墙模块120叠置在一起时,在集装箱的高度方向上相邻的幕墙模块120中,位于上方的幕墙模块120的下端的安装凸起123伸入位于下方的幕墙模块120的顶端的安装槽122内。位于下方的幕墙模块120的顶端的安装凸起123伸入位于上方的幕墙模块120的下端的安装槽122内。由此,方便定位位于上方的幕墙模块120,并且安装凸起123和安装槽122的设置可以增加叠置在一起的幕墙模块120之间的连接强度。
本实施方式中,幕墙本体的顶端的安装凸起123和安装槽122在集装箱的长度方向上间隔设置。幕墙本体的底端的安装槽122和安装凸起123在集装箱的长度方向上间隔设置。由此,叠置在一起的幕墙模块120中,相邻的幕墙模块120连接处的安装凸起123和安装槽122相互交错,可以进一步增加叠置在一起的幕墙模块120之间的连接强度及防水性能。
本实施方式中,幕墙模块120还包括过渡件126。过渡件126的底端的端面对应设置于幕墙本体的第一凸起、第二凸起与幕墙墙架的幕墙顶横梁限定的安装槽122的内表面。过渡件126的顶端的端面对应设置于上述第四凸起的下表面。过渡件126设置在上述第一凸起、第二凸起与幕墙墙架的幕墙顶横梁限定的安装槽122内,过渡件126的底端的端面朝向幕墙模块120的第一凸起、第二凸起与幕墙墙架的幕墙顶横梁限定的安装槽122的内表面。这样,当多个幕墙模块120叠置在一起时,过渡件126的顶端可以避让第四凸起的下表面。
过渡件126沿集装箱的宽度方向可移动地设置在上述第一凸起、第二凸起与幕墙墙架的幕墙顶横梁限定的安装槽122内。这样,当多个幕墙模块120沿集装箱的宽度方向拼接时,可以移动过渡件126,以使过渡件126覆盖在集装箱的宽度方向上相邻的幕墙模块120的顶端之间的拼缝在上述第一凸起、第二凸起与幕墙墙架的幕墙顶横梁限定的安装槽122内的部分,增加防水性。
本实施方式中,幕墙模块120还包括防水胶片125。当多个幕墙模块120沿集装箱的宽度方向拼接时,防水胶片125可以粘贴在幕墙本体的顶端。防水胶片125位于上述第一凸起、第二凸起与幕墙墙架的幕墙顶横梁限定的安装槽122外。在集装箱的宽度方向上,防水胶片125覆盖相邻的幕墙模块120之间的拼缝的顶端在上述安装槽122外的部分,增加防水性。
本实施方式中,幕墙模块120还包括两件第二密封件124。第二密封件124可以是密封胶条。两件第二密封件124沿集装箱的宽度方向延伸。一件第二密封件124设置在上述第一凸起、第二凸起与幕墙墙架的幕墙顶横梁限定的安装槽122内。这样,叠置在一起的幕墙模块120中,位于上方的幕墙模块120的底端的安装凸起123挤压该第二密封件124,以将该第二密封件124压在位于下方的幕墙模块120的顶端的安装槽122内。该第二密封件124密封位于上方的幕墙模块120的底端的安装凸起123和位于下方的幕墙模块120的顶端的安装槽122之间的间隙。
本实施方式中,另一件第二密封件124设置在上述第三凸起、第四凸起与幕墙墙架的幕墙底横梁限定第四凸起限定的安装槽122内。这样,叠置在一起的幕墙模块120中,位于上方的幕墙模块120的底端的安装槽122挤压该第二密封件124,以将该第二密封件124压在位于下方的幕墙模块120的顶端的安装凸起123上。该第二密封件124密封位于上方的幕墙模块120的底端的安装槽122和位于下方的幕墙模块120的顶端的安装凸起123之间的间隙。由此,叠置在一起的幕墙的连接处形成双重密封,密封效果更好。
本实施方式中,如图3至图6所示,在集装箱的宽度方向上,幕墙模块120的两端均设置有第三密封件127。这样,在左右方向上拼接幕墙模块120时。相邻的幕墙模块120的拼接处的第三密封件127相互抵接,以密封在集装箱的宽度方向上相邻的幕墙模块120之间的拼缝。
本实施方式中,模块化幕墙还包括第一防水件128。第一防水件128可以是截面为T形结构的杆状结构。T形结构包括横臂和竖壁。在集装箱的宽度方向上,幕墙模块120的两端均设置有第一密封件129。在集装箱的宽度方向上拼接幕墙模块120时,相邻的幕墙模块120在其拼接处围成和第一防水件128的T形结构对应的T形空间。第一密封件129设置在T形空间的横向空间处。T形结构穿设在T形空间内。幕墙模块120的端部的第一密封件129抵接T形结构的横臂在集装箱的长度方向上的两侧。如图5所示,在集装箱的宽度方向上,T形结构的竖壁的两侧,均有第一密封件129抵接T形结构的横臂。
本实施方式中,在集装箱的宽度方向拼接幕墙模块120时,第一防水件128设置在相邻的幕墙模块120之间的拼缝中,第一密封件129抵接第一防水件128。这样,第一密封件129和第一防水件128配合以密封相邻 的幕墙模块120之间的拼缝。
本实施方式中,如图5所示,第三密封件127、T形结构与第一密封件129在相邻的幕墙模块120之间的拼缝内构成多层密封结构。由此提高相邻的幕墙模块120之间的拼缝处的密封效果。
本实施方式中,如图14所示,在集装箱的长度方向上,集装箱的朝向幕墙模块120的端壁和幕墙本体之间有间隔。集装箱的朝向幕墙模块120的端壁设置有和集装箱的内部空间连通的矩形开口。钢结构模块110还包括框架112。框架112可以由镀锌钢板加工成型。框架112设置在集装箱的朝向幕墙模块120的端壁和幕墙本体之间的间隔内。框架112可以是大致长方体结构。在集装箱的长度方向上,框架112的横截面的形状和集装箱的矩形开口的形状对应设置。框架112设置有沿集装箱的长度方向延伸的第一内部通孔。框架112的围成第一内部通孔的部分为空心结构。空心结构内填充有防火棉。框架112设置在集装箱的矩形开口处。
在集装箱的长度方向上,框架112的一端通过螺钉和围成集装箱的开口的门框连接。框架112的另一端通过密封件抵接幕墙墙架的相邻的立柱(此时,和框架112抵接的相邻的立柱之间存在通风口)。框架112的第一内部通孔和集装箱的开口连通。这样,集装箱的矩形开口、框架112的第一内部通孔,以及和框架112抵接的立柱限制通道113。通道113连通集装箱的内部空间和上述通风口。该通道113可以用于通风。
本实施方式中,集装箱的矩形开口的内表面、框架112的第一内部通孔的内表面、围成通道113的立柱的限制通道113的内表面,以及集装箱的内表面均设置有防火板130。由此,防火板130构成的防火层可以增加模块化幕墙的防火等级。可以理解,也可以在集装箱的矩形开口的内表面、框架的第一内部通孔的内表面、围成通道113的立柱的限制通道113的内表面,以及集装箱的内表面均涂抹防火材料以构成防火层。优选地,防火板130为两层,由此,进一步增加模块化幕墙的防火等级。
本实施方式中,如图3和图4所示,钢结构模块还包括第二防水件114。第二防水件114可以由镀锌板加工成型。第二防水件114为长方体结构。第二防水件114的横截面的外轮廓和集装箱的端壁的边缘的轮廓大致相同。第二防水件114的横截面和集装箱的长度方向垂直。第二防水件114设置有第二内部通孔115。第二内部通孔115沿集装箱的长度方向延伸。第二内部通孔115贯穿第二防水件114。第二内部通孔115从第二防水件114 的第一端向第二端延伸。集装箱的设置有幕墙模块120的端面的立柱,顶端梁,底端梁上均设置有支撑件,支撑件可以是角钢。角钢可以焊接至集装箱上。角钢通过螺钉连接第二防水件114的第一端。第二防水件114的第二端抵接幕墙模块120的幕墙墙架。
安装座111的至少部分位于第二防水件114的第二内部通孔115内。幕墙模块120挂设在集装箱上时,幕墙模块120的挂钩121从第二防水件114的第二端伸入第二内部通孔115内,然后挂设在安装座111上。框架112可以位于第二内部通孔115内。由此,可以密封幕墙墙架和集装箱的端壁之间的间隙。在第二防水件114和幕墙墙架的抵接面设置有防水胶体,以进一步提高防水性。
本实施方式中,安装座111和挂钩121的设置,使幕墙模块120可以通过吊装设备挂设在钢结构模块110上,在钢结构模块110的前后方向、左右方向,以及上下方向上,幕墙模块120和钢结构模块110之间的相对位置可调,方便调节幕墙模块120和钢结构模块110之间的位置,第一密封件129和第一防水件128配合以密封相邻的幕墙模块120之间的拼缝,这样钢结构模块110的零部件、幕墙模块120的零部件,以及第一防水件128可在加工厂完成加工,并完成钢结构模块110和幕墙模块120的预先组装,然后将第一防水件128、组装成型的钢结构模块110和幕墙模块120运输至待安装位置处,通过吊装设备完成安装,无需对拼接位置处理,进而无需现场搭建脚手架及其他安全维护设施,缩短施工周期,降低施工成本,实现模块化幕墙的钢结构模块110和幕墙模块120的全预装,安装方便。
本发明还提供了一种模块化幕墙的安装方法,安装方法用于安装前述的模块化幕墙。安装方法包括:
完成钢结构模块110的零部件、幕墙模块120的零部件,以及第一防水件128的加工,完成钢结构模块110和幕墙模块120的装配。钢结构模块110的零部件、幕墙模块120的零部件,以及第一防水件128可以在对应的加工厂完成加工,以及组装钢结构模块110和幕墙模块120。
将钢结构模块110、幕墙模块120,以及第一防水件128运输至模块化幕墙的待安装位置;
固定设置钢结构模块110;
将幕墙模块120的挂钩121挂设在钢结构模块110的安装座111上。
其中,沿集装箱的宽度方向,在每一层模块化幕墙的相邻的两个幕墙模块120完成拼接时,将第一防水件128穿入拼缝中。
本实施方式中,该安装方法用于安装前述的模块化幕墙,安装座111和挂钩121的设置,使幕墙模块120可以通过吊装设备挂设在钢结构模块110上,在钢结构模块110的前后方向、左右方向,以及上下方向上,幕墙模块120和钢结构模块110之间的相对位置可调,方便调节幕墙模块120和钢结构模块110之间的位置,第一密封件129和第一防水件128配合以密封相邻的幕墙模块120之间的拼缝,这样钢结构模块110的零部件、幕墙模块120的零部件,以及第一防水件128可在加工厂完成加工,并完成钢结构模块110和幕墙模块120的预先组装,然后将第一防水件128、组装成型的钢结构模块110和幕墙模块120运输至待安装位置处,通过吊装设备完成安装,无需对拼接位置处理,进而无需现场搭建脚手架及其他安全维护设施,缩短施工周期,降低施工成本,实现模块化幕墙的钢结构模块110和幕墙模块120的全预装,安装方便。
除非另有定义,本文中所使用的技术和科学术语与本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施目的,不是旨在限制本发明。本文中出现的诸如“部件”等术语既可以表示单个的零件,也可以表示多个零件的组合。本文中出现的诸如“安装”、“设置”等术语既可以表示一个部件直接附接至另一个部件,也可以表示一个部件通过中间件附接至另一个部件。本文中在一个实施方式中描述的特征可以单独地或与其它特征结合地应用于另一个实施方式,除非该特征在该另一个实施方式中不适用或是另有说明。
本发明已经通过上述实施方式进行了说明,但应当理解的是,上述实施方式只是用于举例和说明的目的,而非意在将本发明限制于所描述的实施方式范围内。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,根据本发明的教导还可以做出更多种的变型和修改,这些变型和修改均落在本发明所要求保护的范围以内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种模块化幕墙,其特征在于,所述模块化幕墙包括:
    钢结构模块,所述钢结构模块包括钢结构本体和设置在所述钢结构本体上的安装座;
    幕墙模块,所述幕墙模块包括幕墙本体、设置在所述幕墙本体上的挂钩,以及第一密封件,所述挂钩和所述安装座对应设置,所述挂钩用于挂设在所述安装座上,以使所述幕墙本体固定在所述钢结构本体上,所述第一密封件设置在所述幕墙本体的左右两端;
    第一防水件,至少两个所述幕墙模块沿所述钢结构本体的左右方向拼接时,所述第一防水件用于设置在相邻的所述幕墙模块之间的拼缝中,所述第一密封件抵接所述第一防水件,以密封所述拼缝;
    其中,所述挂钩挂设在所述安装座上时,在所述钢结构本体的前后方向、所述左右方向,以及上下方向上,所述幕墙本体和所述钢结构本体之间的相对位置可调。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的模块化幕墙,其特征在于,所述安装座包括第一安装座和第二安装座,所述第一安装座和所述钢结构本体连接,沿所述前后方向,所述第二安装座可移动地连接所述第一安装座,所述挂钩包括连接部和挂钩部,所述连接部和所述幕墙本体连接,沿所述上下方向,所述挂钩部可移动地连接所述连接部,所述挂钩部设置有开口朝下的缺口,沿所述左右方向,所述挂钩部通过所述缺口可移动地挂设在所述第二安装座上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的模块化幕墙,其特征在于,所述幕墙模块还包括设置在所述幕墙本体的顶端的安装槽和与所述安装槽对应的安装凸起中的任意一个,以及设置在所述幕墙本体的底端的所述安装槽和所述安装凸起中的另一个。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的模块化幕墙,其特征在于,所述幕墙模块还包括第二密封件,所述第二密封件位于所述安装槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的模块化幕墙,其特征在于,所述幕墙模块还包括过渡件,所述过渡件的形状对应于所述安装凸起和所述安装槽,所述 过渡件沿所述左右方向可移动地设置在所述安装槽内,至少两个所述幕墙模块沿所述左右方向拼接时,所述过渡件用于覆盖相邻的所述幕墙模块之间的拼缝在所述安装槽内的部分,和/或
    所述幕墙模块还包括防水胶片,至少两个所述幕墙模块沿所述左右方向拼接时,所述防水胶片用于覆盖所述拼缝在所述幕墙模块的顶端的部分,所述防水胶片位于所述安装槽外。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的模块化幕墙,其特征在于,所述幕墙模块还包括第三密封件,所述第三密封件位于所述幕墙本体的左右两端中至少一端的端面,至少两个所述幕墙模块沿所述左右方向拼接时,所述第三密封件位于相邻的所述幕墙模块之间的拼缝处,以密封所述相邻的所述幕墙模块之间的拼缝。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的模块化幕墙,其特征在于,所述第一防水件的截面为T形结构,所述第一密封件抵接所述T形结构的横臂的两端的两侧,以使所述第三密封件、所述T形结构与所述第一密封件在所述拼缝处构成多层密封结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的模块化幕墙,其特征在于,所述钢结构本体和所述幕墙本体之间有间隔,所述钢结构本体设置有内部空间,以及与所述内部空间连通的开口,所述钢结构模块还包括设置在所述间隔内的框架,所述框架的一端和所述钢结构本体的所述开口处连接,所述框架的另一端用于和所述幕墙本体密封连接,所述框架和所述开口限制通道,围成所述通道的表面,以及围成所述内部空间的表面中的至少一面设置有防火层。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的模块化幕墙,其特征在于,所述钢结构本体和所述幕墙本体之间有间隔,所述钢结构模块还包括设置在所述间隔内的第二防水件,所述第二防水件的第一端周向连接所述钢结构本体的朝向所述幕墙模块的表面,所述第二防水件的和所述第一端相对的第二端用于和所述幕墙本体的朝向所述钢结构本体的表面胶接。
  10. 一种模块化幕墙的安装方法,其特征在于,所述安装方法用于安装权利要求1至9中任一项所述模块化幕墙,所述安装方法包括:
    完成所述钢结构模块的零部件、所述幕墙模块的零部件,以及所述第一防水件的加工,完成所述钢结构模块和所述幕墙模块的装配;
    将所述钢结构模块、所述幕墙模块与所述第一防水件运输至所述模块化幕墙的待安装位置;
    固定设置所述钢结构模块;
    将所述幕墙模块的挂钩挂设在所述钢结构模块的安装座上;
    其中,沿所述左右方向,在每一层模块化幕墙的相邻的两个所述幕墙模块完成拼接时,将所述第一防水件穿入相邻的两个所述幕墙模块的拼缝中。
