Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an electronic component device and an electronic component device.
- a method for manufacturing a semiconductor package having a plurality of semiconductor chips As a method for manufacturing a semiconductor package having a plurality of semiconductor chips, a method is known in which semiconductor chips are arranged on a carrier substrate, the semiconductor chips are sealed, and then the carrier substrate is peeled off (for example, Patent Document 1). .. In this method, the peeling of the carrier substrate is followed by the formation of rewiring connected to the semiconductor chip.
- One aspect of the present invention provides a method that enables efficient production of an electronic component device while suppressing a decrease in yield even when manufacturing an electronic component device having fine rewiring.
- One aspect of the present invention is a sealing structure including a sealing layer having two opposing main surfaces, an electronic component sealed in the sealing layer, and a connecting portion connected to the electronic component.
