Claims (5)
- 一种防皱折方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)取皮革带于装有软化剂溶液的容器中浸泡0.5小时后取出以清水冲洗,在150℃-200℃的温度下烘干得到松紧带胚料;(2)取步骤(1)中得到的松紧带胚料于白乳胶、防水剂的均匀混合液中过水处理后在150℃-300℃的温度下烘干得到预处理松紧带;(3)在步骤(2)中得到的预处理松紧带的表面上喷涂有色硅胶涂层;(4)对经过步骤(3)处理后带有有色硅胶涂层的预处理松紧带表面用绒布擦拭光滑得到半成品松紧带;(5)对步骤(4)中得到的半成品松紧带的表面喷涂消光漆得到成品松紧带。
- 根据权利要求1所述一种防皱折方法,其特征在于,所述软化剂溶液以质量百分比计,其成分为10%-12%的表面活性剂、3%-5%的脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、0.5%-1%的增稠剂,加水配比混合。
- 根据权利要求1所述一种防皱折方法,其特征在于,所述白乳胶、防水剂中的均匀混合液中以质量百分比计,白乳胶的质量分数为10%-30%,防水剂的质量分数为10%-20%,其余为水。
- 根据权利要求1所述一种防皱折方法,其特征在于,所述有色硅胶涂层的厚度为0.3mm-1.5mm,以质量百分比计,其成分为65%-80%的苯二甲酸二丁酯、0.1%-10%的有色色膏,加水配比混合。
- 一种防皱折方法在防皱折鞋面上的应用,其特征在于,所述防皱折鞋面包括松紧带基底以及喷涂于松紧带基底上的有色硅胶涂层和喷涂于有色硅胶涂层上的消光漆。
