Abstract
本发明涉及一种皮革表面处理剂,属于皮革表面处理技术领域。该涂料由以下组分组成:高碳醇磺基琥珀酸酯、聚四亚甲基醚二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、丁二醇、二羟甲基丙酸、有机铋催化剂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、卵磷脂和去离子水。该发明克服了普通皮革无法处理表面的缺陷,而用该涂料处理过的皮革具有极佳的柔顺手感,耐化学性,耐磨,具有高拉伸,高伸长率,耐水耐湿,抗紫外线,不黄变、高光;本涂料树脂对TPU,PU革,PVC,PC,尼龙布,莱卡,高弹力布附着力佳。

技术领域
本发明属于皮革表面处理技术领域,更具体是涉及一种皮革表面处理剂。
背景技术
皮革广泛应用于人们生活中,如皮革皮包、皮革皮衣、皮革沙发等。在一般在自然条件下,这些皮革的表面容易沾灰的,灰尘、汗渍、油污、茶水等沾到皮层上面后,容易造成皮层的霉烂、开裂、褶皱。真品都是取于动物的表皮,跟人的皮肤相同,都是要做好清洁保养,得到所需营养成分,才会更柔软、光滑、不易磨损划伤等。而皮革表面的处理就显得至关重要。除此之外,皮革表面本身并不光洁,需要进行特别的处理,才能使得皮革表面具有一定的光洁度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种皮革表面处理剂,该涂料具有成膜柔软,高光的作用,对皮革有极佳的柔顺手感。
为达到上述目的,本发明具体的技术方案如下:
一种皮革表面处理剂,其配方按质量百分比计算,由以下组分组成:高碳醇磺基琥珀酸酯:10~20%;聚四亚甲基醚二醇:15~45%;异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯:10~40%;丁二醇:1~7%;二羟甲基丙酸:3~13%;有机铋催化剂:0.1~1%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:1~9%;卵磷脂:1~10%;其余为去离子水。
上述皮革表面处理剂具体制备工艺如下:
(1)先将高碳醇磺基琥珀酸酯、聚四亚甲基醚二醇投入反应釜中,加热到110~120℃,然后抽真空脱水30~60分钟;
(2)将上述混合物降温到85℃,加入有机铋崔化剂搅拌10分钟;
(3)再向上述混合物中加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,维持温度70~90℃保温120~180分钟;
(4)然后在上述温合物中加入丁二醇、二羟甲基丙酸及适量的丙酮,维持温度70~90℃保温180~240分钟继续反应;取样检测异氰酸酯基含量(NCO),使其含量维持在0.5~4.3%;
(5)然后将上述混合物冷却到40℃,加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚及丙酮,搅拌10~30分钟;
(6)在上述搅拌的同时,加入已混合卵磷脂的去离子水;
(7)继续搅拌60~120分钟,真空抽去丙酮,即可得到成品。
本发明的有益效果在于:用上述方法生产成的皮革表面处理剂具有柔软性好,耐光性、耐水性好,伸长率达到1000~1500%,用该涂料处理过的皮革具有极佳的柔顺手感,耐化学性,耐磨,具有高拉伸,高伸长率,耐水耐湿,抗紫外线,不黄变、高光;本涂料树脂对TPU,PU革,PVC,PC,尼龙布,莱卡,高弹力布附着力佳。

以下结合具体实施例来对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1
本实施例中的皮革表面处理剂,其配方按质量百分比计算,由以下组分组成:高碳醇磺基琥珀酸酯:10%;聚四亚甲基醚二醇:15%;异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯:40%;丁二醇:7%;二羟甲基丙酸:3%;有机铋催化剂:0.1%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:9%;卵磷脂:10%;其余为去离子水。
其具体制备工艺如下:
(1)先将高碳醇磺基琥珀酸酯、聚四亚甲基醚二醇投入反应釜中,加热到110℃,然后抽真空脱水60分钟;
(2)将上述混合物降温到85℃,加入有机铋崔化剂搅拌10分钟;
(3)再向上述混合物中加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,维持温度70℃保温180分钟;
(4)然后在上述温合物中加入丁二醇、二羟甲基丙酸及适量的丙酮,维持温度90℃保温180分钟继续反应;取样检测异氰酸酯基含量(NCO),使其含量维持在2%;
(5)然后将上述混合物冷却到40℃,加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚及丙酮,搅拌30分钟;
(6)在上述搅拌的同时,加入已混合卵磷脂的去离子水;
(7)继续搅拌100分钟,真空抽去丙酮,即可得到成品。
实施例2
本实施例中的皮革表面处理剂,其配方按质量百分比计算,由以下组分组成:高碳醇磺基琥珀酸酯:20%;聚四亚甲基醚二醇:45%;异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯:10%;丁二醇:1%;二羟甲基丙酸:13%;有机铋催化剂:1%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:1%;卵磷脂:1%;其余为去离子水。
其具体制备工艺如下:
(1)先将高碳醇磺基琥珀酸酯、聚四亚甲基醚二醇投入反应釜中,加热到120℃,然后抽真空脱水30分钟;
(2)将上述混合物降温到85℃,加入有机铋崔化剂搅拌10分钟;
(3)再向上述混合物中加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,维持温度90℃保温120分钟;
(4)然后在上述温合物中加入丁二醇、二羟甲基丙酸及适量的丙酮,维持温度90℃保温180分钟继续反应;取样检测异氰酸酯基含量(NCO),使其含量维持在0.5%;
(5)然后将上述混合物冷却到40℃,加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚及丙酮,搅拌10分钟;
(6)在上述搅拌的同时,加入已混合卵磷脂的去离子水;
(7)继续搅拌60分钟,真空抽去丙酮,即可得到成品。
实施例3
本实施例中的皮革表面处理剂,其配方按质量百分比计算,由以下组分组成:高碳醇磺基琥珀酸酯:15%;聚四亚甲基醚二醇:30%;异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯:25%;丁二醇:4%;二羟甲基丙酸:8%;有机铋催化剂:0.5%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:5%;卵磷脂:5%;其余为去离子水。
其具体制备工艺如下:
(1)先将高碳醇磺基琥珀酸酯、聚四亚甲基醚二醇投入反应釜中,加热到115℃,然后抽真空脱水45分钟;
(2)将上述混合物降温到85℃,加入有机铋崔化剂搅拌10分钟;
(3)再向上述混合物中加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,维持温度80℃保温150分钟;
(4)然后在上述温合物中加入丁二醇、二羟甲基丙酸及适量的丙酮,维持温度80℃保温210分钟继续反应;取样检测异氰酸酯基含量(NCO),使其含量维持在2%;
(5)然后将上述混合物冷却到40℃,加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚及丙酮,搅拌20分钟;
(6)在上述搅拌的同时,加入已混合卵磷脂的去离子水;
(7)继续搅拌90分钟,真空抽去丙酮,即可得到成品。

Claims (2)
1.一种皮革表面处理剂,其特征在于:按质量百分比计算,由以下组分组成:高碳醇磺基琥珀酸酯:10~20%;聚四亚甲基醚二醇:15~45%;异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯:10~40%;丁二醇:1~7%;二羟甲基丙酸:3~13%;有机铋催化剂:0.1~1%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:1~9%;卵磷脂:1~10%;其余为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的皮革表面处理剂,其特征在于:其具体制备工艺如下:
(1)先将高碳醇磺基琥珀酸酯、聚四亚甲基醚二醇投入反应釜中,加热到110~120℃,然后抽真空脱水30~60分钟;
(2)将上述混合物降温到85℃,加入有机铋崔化剂搅拌10分钟;
(3)再向上述混合物中加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,维持温度70~90℃保温120~180分钟;
(4)然后在上述温合物中加入丁二醇、二羟甲基丙酸及适量的丙酮,维持温度70~90℃保温180~240分钟继续反应;取样检测异氰酸酯基含量(NCO),使其含量维持在0.5~4.3%;
(5)然后将上述混合物冷却到40℃,加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚及丙酮,搅拌10~30分钟;
(6)在上述搅拌的同时,加入已混合卵磷脂的去离子水;
(7)继续搅拌60~120分钟,真空抽去丙酮,即可得到成品。
