Abstract

本发明提供了一种羊绒针织物抗起毛球的整理工艺,将羊绒针织物置于前处理液中浸泡,冷水洗1道后再经整理液浸轧,预烘、焙烘,出布;所述前处理液是5‑10v/v%的冰醋酸溶液;所述整理液是由抗毛球剂按1:30浴比配制得到,抗毛球剂的浓度为40‑55g/L,抗毛球剂是聚四氢呋喃、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸聚合制成。经本发明的整理工艺整理后的羊绒织物具有较好的手感和抗毛球性。

一种羊绒针织物抗起毛球的整理工艺
技术领域
本发明属于织物后处理技术领域,具体涉及一种羊绒针织物抗起毛球的整理工艺。
背景技术
近年来人们对服饰穿着的舒适性及健康性能有了很大的要求。羊绒纤维由于其自身细、软、轻、滑、暖等优良特性,广受人们青睐。羊绒制品手感柔软、绒面厚实丰满、光泽柔和、滑糯、保暖性很好,—直是消费者的首选保暖制品。但羊绒织物普遍存在易起毛起球的问题, 羊绒织物表面的纤维由于受到外界和自身因素的影响,包括纤维性能与纱线结构、织物组织结构、染整工艺以及洗涤穿着方式等,在织物表面游离出来形成较长的毛茸, 出现起毛现象; 在后续的穿着过程中绒毛不能及时脱落,便相互纠缠形成许多球形小粒, 出现起球现象、这对羊绒制品的外观、品质及服用性能有严重的影响。因此,对羊绒织物制品进行抗起毛起球的整理尤为重要。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:本发明的目的是提供一种羊绒针织物抗起毛球的整理工艺。
技术方案:一种羊绒针织物抗起毛球的整理工艺,是将羊绒针织物置于前处理液中浸泡,冷水洗1道后再经整理液浸轧,预烘、焙烘,出布;
所述前处理液是5-10v/v%的冰醋酸溶液;
所述整理液是由抗毛球剂按1:30浴比配制得到,抗毛球剂的浓度为40-55g/L,抗毛球剂是聚四氢呋喃、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸聚合制成。
进一步地,羊绒针织物在前处理液中浸泡条件为40-50℃、5-10min。
进一步地,所述抗毛球剂的制备方法是:以重量份计,将聚四氢呋喃5-10份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯3-7份和丙烯酸1-5份混合,升温至60-70℃,在搅拌条件下加入二月桂酸二丁基锡0.8-1.5份和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯0.2-0.7份,继续搅拌1h,冷却至室温,再加入二羟甲基丙酸0.3-0.6份、羟基硅油0.2-0.6份、三乙醇胺0.3-1.2份,分散,即得。
进一步地,浸轧的浸余率在70-80%。
进一步地,预烘条件为100℃、3-5min。
进一步地,焙烘条件为150℃、3-5min。
进一步地,所述整理液的pH为6-7。
有益效果:经本发明的整理工艺整理后的羊绒织物具有较好的手感和抗毛球性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种羊绒针织物抗起毛球的整理工艺,是将羊绒针织物置于前处理液中浸泡,冷水洗1道后再经整理液浸轧,预烘、焙烘,出布;
所述前处理液是5v/v%的冰醋酸溶液;
所述整理液是由抗毛球剂按1:30浴比配制得到,抗毛球剂的浓度为40g/L,抗毛球剂是聚四氢呋喃、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸聚合制成。
其中,羊绒针织物在前处理液中浸泡条件为40℃、10min。
所述抗毛球剂的制备方法是:以重量份计,将聚四氢呋喃5份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯3份和丙烯酸1份混合,升温至60℃,在搅拌条件下加入二月桂酸二丁基锡0.8份和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯0.2份,继续搅拌1h,冷却至室温,再加入二羟甲基丙酸0.3份、羟基硅油0.2份、三乙醇胺0.3份,分散,即得。
浸轧的浸余率在70%;预烘条件为100℃、3min;焙烘条件为150℃、5min。
实施例2
一种羊绒针织物抗起毛球的整理工艺,是将羊绒针织物置于前处理液中浸泡,冷水洗1道后再经整理液浸轧,预烘、焙烘,出布;
所述前处理液是7v/v%的冰醋酸溶液;
所述整理液是由抗毛球剂按1:30浴比配制得到,抗毛球剂的浓度为45g/L,抗毛球剂是聚四氢呋喃、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸聚合制成。
其中,羊绒针织物在前处理液中浸泡条件为45℃、10min。
所述抗毛球剂的制备方法是:以重量份计,将聚四氢呋喃7份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯5份和丙烯酸2份混合,升温至65℃,在搅拌条件下加入二月桂酸二丁基锡1.1份和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯0.5份,继续搅拌1h,冷却至室温,再加入二羟甲基丙酸0.4份、羟基硅油0.2份、三乙醇胺0.9份,分散,即得。
浸轧的浸余率在70%;预烘条件为100℃、3min;焙烘条件为150℃、5min。
实施例3
一种羊绒针织物抗起毛球的整理工艺,是将羊绒针织物置于前处理液中浸泡,冷水洗1道后再经整理液浸轧,预烘、焙烘,出布;
所述前处理液是10v/v%的冰醋酸溶液;
所述整理液是由抗毛球剂按1:30浴比配制得到,抗毛球剂的浓度为55g/L,抗毛球剂是聚四氢呋喃、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸聚合制成。
其中,羊绒针织物在前处理液中浸泡条件为50℃、5min。
所述抗毛球剂的制备方法是:以重量份计,将聚四氢呋喃10份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯7份和丙烯酸5份混合,升温至70℃,在搅拌条件下加入二月桂酸二丁基锡1.5份和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯0.7份,继续搅拌1h,冷却至室温,再加入二羟甲基丙酸0.6份、羟基硅油0.6份、三乙醇胺1.2份,分散,即得。
浸轧的浸余率在80%;预烘条件为100℃、5min;焙烘条件为150℃、3min。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例2的区别在于:所述整理液的pH为6-7。
一种羊绒针织物抗起毛球的整理工艺,是将羊绒针织物置于前处理液中浸泡,冷水洗1道后再经整理液浸轧,预烘、焙烘,出布;
所述前处理液是7v/v%的冰醋酸溶液;
所述整理液是由抗毛球剂按1:30浴比配制得到,整理液的pH为7,抗毛球剂的浓度为45g/L,抗毛球剂是聚四氢呋喃、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸聚合制成。
其中,羊绒针织物在前处理液中浸泡条件为45℃、10min。
所述抗毛球剂的制备方法是:以重量份计,将聚四氢呋喃7份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯5份和丙烯酸2份混合,升温至65℃,在搅拌条件下加入二月桂酸二丁基锡1.1份和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯0.5份,继续搅拌1h,冷却至室温,再加入二羟甲基丙酸0.4份、羟基硅油0.2份、三乙醇胺0.9份,分散,即得。
浸轧的浸余率在70%;预烘条件为100℃、3min;焙烘条件为150℃、5min。
整理织物性能测试
1.手感测试
釆用5人评级法,对整理织物进行触摸进行评级。将手感分为5级,以未整理的空白样品定为1级。
2. 起毛起球性能测试
按照GB/T4802.3-1997《纺织品织物起球试验起球箱法》测试,与标准样品照片对比评级。
结果如下:

由上表可知,经本发明的整理工艺整理后的羊绒织物具有较好的手感和抗毛球性。实施例4中将整理液pH调为7,可以促进整理液渗入到纤维和织物组织的内部,从而减小了纤维间的定向摩擦效应并使得纤维末梢可以粘附与纱线上,提高了织物的抗起毛起球性能。

Claims (7)

1.一种羊绒针织物抗起毛球的整理工艺,其特征在于:将羊绒针织物置于前处理液中浸泡,冷水洗1道后再经整理液浸轧,预烘、焙烘,出布;
所述前处理液是5-10v/v%的冰醋酸溶液;
所述整理液是由抗毛球剂按1:30浴比配制得到,抗毛球剂的浓度为40-55g/L,抗毛球剂是聚四氢呋喃、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸聚合制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的羊绒针织物抗起毛球的整理工艺,其特征在于:羊绒针织物在前处理液中浸泡条件为40-50℃、5-10min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的羊绒针织物抗起毛球的整理工艺,其特征在于:所述抗毛球剂的制备方法是:以重量份计,将聚四氢呋喃5-10份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯3-7份和丙烯酸1-5份混合,升温至60-70℃,在搅拌条件下加入二月桂酸二丁基锡0.8-1.5份和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯0.2-0.7份,继续搅拌1h,冷却至室温,再加入二羟甲基丙酸0.3-0.6份、羟基硅油0.2-0.6份、三乙醇胺0.3-1.2份,分散,即得。
4.根据权利要求1所述的羊绒针织物抗起毛球的整理工艺,其特征在于:浸轧的浸余率在70-80%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的羊绒针织物抗起毛球的整理工艺,其特征在于:预烘条件为100℃、3-5min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的羊绒针织物抗起毛球的整理工艺,其特征在于:焙烘条件为150℃、3-5min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的羊绒针织物抗起毛球的整理工艺,其特征在于:所述整理液的pH为6-7。
