Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于真皮表面处理的涂料,其特征在于有如下的组成:聚醚、聚四亚甲基醚二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、丁二醇、二羟甲基丙酸、有机铋催化剂、三乙胺、尿素和去离子水。本发明属于真皮表面处理技术领域,更具体是涉及一种真皮表面的涂料及其制备工艺。该发明克服了普通真皮无法处理表面的缺陷,而用该涂料处理过的真皮具有极佳的柔顺手感、耐化学性、耐磨,具有高拉伸、高伸长率、耐水耐湿、抗紫外线、不黄变、高光。本涂料树脂对TPU、PU革、PVC、PC、尼龙布、莱卡、高弹力布附着力佳。
Description
技术领域 本发明涉及一种用于真皮表面处理的涂料,其特征在于有如下的组成:聚醚、聚四亚甲基醚二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、丁二醇、二羟甲基丙酸、有机铋催化剂、三乙胺、尿素和去离子水。本发明属于真皮表面处理技术领域,更具体是涉及一种真皮表面的涂料及其制备工艺。
背景技术 真皮广泛应用于人们生活中,如真皮皮包、真皮皮衣、真皮沙发等。在一般在自然条件下,这些真皮的表面容易沾灰的,灰尘、汗渍、油污、茶水等沾到皮层上面后,容易造成皮层的霉烂、开裂、褶皱。真品都是取于动物的表皮,跟人的皮肤相同,都是要做好清洁保养,得到所需营养成分,才会更柔软、光滑、不易磨损划伤等。而真皮表面的处理就显得至关重要。除此之外,真皮表面本身并不光洁,需要进行特别的处理,才能使得真皮表面具有一定的光洁度。
发明内容 本发明的目的是提供一种用于真皮表面处理的涂料,该涂料具有成膜柔软、高光的作用,对真皮有极佳的柔顺手感。为达到上述目的,本发明具体的技术方案如下:
本发明具有如下的配方(质量百分比%):聚醚10~ 20、聚四亚甲基醚二醇15~45、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯10~40、丁二醇1~7、二羟甲基丙酸3~13、有机铋催化剂0.1~1、三乙胺1~9、尿素1~10,其余为去离子水。
其具体制备工艺如下:
(1)先将聚醚、聚四亚甲基醚二醇投入反应釜中,加热到110~120℃,然后抽真空脱水30~60 分钟;
(2)将上述混合物降温到85℃,加入有机铋崔化剂搅拌10 分钟;
(3)再向上述混合物中加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,维持温度70~90℃,保温120~180 分钟;
(4)然后在上述温合物中加入丁二醇、二羟甲基丙酸及适量的丙酮,维持温度70~90℃,保温180~240 分钟继续反应;取样检测异氰酸酯基含量(NCO),使其含量维持在0.5 ~4.3%;
(5)然后将上述混合物冷却到40℃,加入三乙胺及丙酮,搅拌10~30 分钟;
(6)在上述搅拌的同时,加入已混合尿素的去离子水;
(7)继续搅拌60~120 分钟,真空抽去丙酮,即可得到成品。
本发明的有益效果在于:用上述方法生产成的用于真皮表面处理的涂料具有柔软性好、耐光性、耐水性好,伸长率达到1000~1500%。用该涂料处理过的真皮具有极佳的柔顺手感、耐化学性、耐磨,具有高拉伸、高伸长率、耐水耐湿、抗紫外线、不黄变、高光。本涂料树脂对TPU、PU革、PVC、PC、尼龙布、莱卡、高弹力布附着力佳。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例来对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1
一种用于真皮表面处理的涂料,其配方按质量百分比计算,由以下组分组成:聚醚10、聚四亚甲基醚二醇15、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯40、丁二醇7、二羟甲基丙酸3、有机铋催化剂0.1、三乙胺9、尿素10,其余为去离子水。
其具体制备工艺如下:
(1)先将聚醚、聚四亚甲基醚二醇投入反应釜中,加热到110℃,然后抽真空脱水60 分钟;
(2)将上述混合物降温到85℃,加入有机铋崔化剂搅拌10 分钟;
(3)再向上述混合物中加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,维持温度70℃,保温180 分钟;
(4)然后在上述温合物中加入丁二醇、二羟甲基丙酸及适量的丙酮,维持温度90℃,保温180 分钟继续反应,取样检测异氰酸酯基含量(NCO),使其含量维持在2%;
(5)然后将上述混合物冷却到40℃,加入三乙胺及丙酮,搅拌30 分钟;
(6)在上述搅拌的同时,加入已混合尿素的去离子水;
(7)继续搅拌100 分钟,真空抽去丙酮,即可得到成品。
实施例2
一种用于真皮表面处理的涂料,其配方按质量百分比计算,由以下组分组成:聚醚20、聚四亚甲基醚二醇45、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯10、丁二醇1、二羟甲基丙酸13、有机铋催化剂1、三乙胺1、尿素1,其余为去离子水。
其具体制备工艺如下:
(1)先将聚醚、聚四亚甲基醚二醇投入反应釜中,加热到120℃,然后抽真空脱水30 分钟;
(2)将上述混合物降温到85℃,加入有机铋崔化剂搅拌10 分钟;
(3)再向上述混合物中加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,维持温度90℃,保温120分钟;
(4)然后在上述温合物中加入丁二醇、二羟甲基丙酸及适量的丙酮,维持温度90℃,保温180 分钟继续反应,取样检测异氰酸酯基含量(NCO),使其含量维持在0.5%;
(5)然后将上述混合物冷却到40℃,加入三乙胺及丙酮,搅拌10分钟;
(6)在上述搅拌的同时,加入已混合尿素的去离子水;
(7)继续搅拌60 分钟,真空抽去丙酮,即可得到成品。
实施例3
一种用于真皮表面处理的涂料,其配方按质量百分比计算,由以下组分组成:聚醚15、聚四亚甲基醚二醇30、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯25、丁二醇4、二羟甲基丙酸8、有机铋催化剂0.5、三乙胺5、尿素5,其余为去离子水。
其具体制备工艺如下:
(1)先将聚醚、聚四亚甲基醚二醇投入反应釜中,加热到115℃,然后抽真空脱水45 分钟;
(2)将上述混合物降温到85℃,加入有机铋崔化剂搅拌10 分钟;
(3)再向上述混合物中加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,维持温度80℃,保温150分钟;
(4)然后在上述温合物中加入丁二醇、二羟甲基丙酸及适量的丙酮,维持温度80℃,保温210分钟继续反应,取样检测异氰酸酯基含量(NCO),使其含量维持在2%;
(5)然后将上述混合物冷却到40℃,加入三乙胺及丙酮,搅拌20 分钟;
(6)在上述搅拌的同时,加入已混合尿素的去离子水;
(7)继续搅拌90 分钟,真空抽去丙酮,即可得到成品。
Claims (2)
1.本发明涉及一种用于真皮表面处理的涂料,其特征在于有如下的配方(质量百分比计%):聚醚10~ 20、聚四亚甲基醚二醇15~45、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯10~40、丁二醇1~7、二羟甲基丙酸3~13、有机铋催化剂0.1~1、三乙胺1~9、尿素1~10,其余为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于真皮表面处理的涂料,其特征在于具有如下的制备工艺:
(1)先将聚醚、聚四亚甲基醚二醇投入反应釜中,加热到110~120℃,然后抽真空脱水30~60 分钟;
(2)将上述混合物降温到85℃,加入有机铋崔化剂搅拌10 分钟;
(3)再向上述混合物中加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,维持温度70~90℃,保温120~180 分钟;
(4)然后在上述温合物中加入丁二醇、二羟甲基丙酸及适量的丙酮,维持温度70~90℃,保温180~240 分钟继续反应,取样检测异氰酸酯基含量(NCO),使其含量维持在0.5 ~4.3%;
(5)然后将上述混合物冷却到40℃,加入三乙胺及丙酮,搅拌10~30 分钟;
(6)在上述搅拌的同时,加入已混合尿素的去离子水;
(7)继续搅拌60~120 分钟,真空抽去丙酮,即可得到成品。
