Description
Claims (16)
- 一种用于有机发光二极管显示面板的封装盖板,包括:第一基底;位于所述第一基底上的第一辅助电极;以及位于所述第一辅助电极的远离所述第一基底的一侧的第二辅助电极,所述第二辅助电极在所述第一基底上的正投影在所述第一辅助电极在所述第一基底上的正投影内;其中,所述第一辅助电极的材料包括有机导电聚合物,所述第二辅助电极的材料包括导电金属。
- 根据权利要求1所述的封装盖板,其中,所述有机导电聚合物包括:聚乙炔、聚噻吩、聚吡咯、聚苯胺、聚苯撑、聚苯撑乙烯、聚双炔中的至少一者。
- 根据权利要求1所述的封装盖板,其中,所述第二辅助电极的材料包括导电合金。
- 根据权利要求1所述的封装盖板,其中,所述第二辅助电极的材料包括:银、铝、铜、金、钼中的至少一者。
- 一种有机发光二极管显示面板,包括:根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的封装盖板。
- 根据权利要求5所述的有机发光二极管显示面板,还包括:有机发光二极管阵列基板,包括:第二基底,和位于所述第二基底上的有机发光二极管器件;所述有机发光二极管器件包括:第一电极、透明的第二电极和位于所述第一电极和所述第二电极之间的发光层;其中,所述第二电极位于 所述有机发光二极管阵列基板的出光表面;其中,所述封装盖板与所述有机发光二极管阵列基板相对设置,且所述第二辅助电极与所述有机发光二极管器件的第二电极电连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的有机发光二极管显示面板,其中,所述OLED器件包括顶发射型OLED器件。
- 根据权利要求6所述的有机发光二极管显示面板,其中,所述第一辅助电极在所述第二基底上的正投影与所述发光层在所述第二基底上的正投影不重叠。
- 根据权利要求6所述的有机发光二极管显示面板,其中,所述有机发光二极管阵列基板包括多个有机发光二极管器件,所述多个有机发光二极管器件共用同一第二电极。
- 一种封装盖板的制备方法,包括:在第一基底上形成第一辅助电极;所述第一辅助电极的材料包括有机导电聚合物;通过电镀工艺在所述第一辅助电极的远离所述第一基底的一侧形成第二辅助电极,所述第二辅助电极的材料包括导电金属,所述第二辅助电极在所述第一基底上的正投影在所述第一辅助电极在所述第一基底上的正投影内。
- 根据权利要求10所述的封装盖板的制备方法,其中,通过喷墨打印工艺或者转印工艺在第一基底上形成第一辅助电极。
- 根据权利要求10所述的封装盖板的制备方法,其中,所述第二辅助电极的材料包括导电合金。
- 根据权利要求10所述的封装盖板的制备方法,其中,其中,所述有机导电聚合物包括:聚乙炔、聚噻吩、聚吡咯、聚苯胺、聚苯撑、聚苯撑乙烯、聚双炔中的至少一者。
- 根据权利要求10所述的封装盖板的制备方法,其中,所述第二辅助电极的材料包括:银、铝、铜、金、钼中的至少一者。
- 一种有机发光二极管显示面板的制备方法,包括:制备有机发光二极管阵列基板,所述有机发光二极管阵列基板包括:第二基底,和位于所述第二基底上的有机发光二极管器件;所述有机发光二极管器件包括:第一电极、透明的第二电极和位于所述第一电极和所述第二电极之间的发光层;其中,所述第二电极位于所述有机发光二极管阵列基板的表面;利用根据权利要求10的方法制备封装盖板;将所述有机发光二极管阵列基板与所述封装盖板对盒,使得所述封装盖板的第二辅助电极与所述有机发光二极管器件的第二电极电连接。
- 根据权利要求15所述的有机发光二极管显示面板的制备方法,其中,在所述有机发光二极管阵列基板与所述封装盖板对盒后,所述第一辅助电极在所述第二基底上的正投影与所述发光层在所述第二基底上的正投影不重叠。
