  • FIG. 5 is a plan view of the bus bar.
  • FIG. 6 is a side view of a wire harness for explaining the electrical and mechanical connection between the bus bar and the electric wire.
  • the bus bar of one aspect of the present disclosure is a bus bar formed by bending a plate-shaped metal material, and is a plate-shaped main body for arranging a connected member for electrical connection with the bus bar. And an upright portion provided on the widthwise side portion of the main body portion, the main body portion has a through hole through which the shaft portion of the bolt is inserted, and the upright portion is the head of the bolt. The portion has an inner surface that can be contacted in the rotation direction.
  • the head of the bolt When arranging the connected member on the main body of the bus bar to fix and electrically connect it, the head of the bolt tries to rotate together with the nut when the nut is fastened to the shaft of the bolt. However, since the head of the bolt comes into contact with the inner surface of the vertical portion of the bus bar in the rotation direction, further rotation of the bolt is restricted, so that it is possible to suppress the co-rotation of the bolt and the nut. ..
  • the vertical part that regulates the rotation of the bolt is formed of a part of the metal bus bar and has high rigidity, the rotation of the bolt should be regulated more reliably than in the mode of restricting the rotation with a resin member. Is possible.

  • the vertical portion is bent with respect to the main body portion by the striking process, so that the vertical portion is formed by springback. This is because it is possible to eliminate the concern that the bending angle of the angle deviates from the desired or design angle of, for example, 90 degrees.
  • a curved surface portion is not formed at the inner corner portion between the main body portion and the standing portion bent by the striking process, or even if the curved surface portion is formed, the curved surface portion is extremely small and fits in the concave portion.
  • the erection portion has first and second erection portions, and the first and second erection portions have first and second erection portions to which the heads of the bolts can abut in the rotational direction. It is preferable to have each inner surface. By contacting the head of the bolt with both the first and second inner side surfaces, particularly at the same time, the rotation regulation of the bolt can be made more reliable and the co-rotation of the bolt and the nut can be suppressed more reliably. Because.

  • the first and second erection portions face each other with the through hole interposed therebetween, and are arranged so that at least a part of them overlap each other in the length direction of the main body portion in a lateral view of the main body portion. Is good. Since the first and second erection parts face each other across the through hole, that is, they face each other across the head of the bolt, and at least a part of them overlap in the length direction of the main body of the bus bar, the head of the bolt This is because the rotation can be more reliably regulated at the first and second standing portions located on both sides of the head.

It is good if it is set to be possible. The two corners located diagonally to the head of the bolt come into contact with the first and second inner surfaces together, so that the rotational force acting on the bolt when the nut is fastened is applied to the two diagonal points of the head of the bolt. This is because it can be received evenly.

Therefore, the conductor cross section of the portion where the notch is provided can be increased as compared with the case where the first notch and the second notch are provided at the same position in the length direction of the main body portion. it can. That is, according to the bus bar of one aspect of the present disclosure, the notch is provided as compared with the case where the first notch and the second notch are provided at the same position in the length direction of the main body portion. Description
