在包装箱包装过程中,一般最后一道工序是将包装箱的顶部开口处黏上胶带封条,从而保证包装箱中的物品不会从包装箱中掉落。已知技术中对包装箱的顶部开口的封条处理通常是在封箱设备上来完成的,该封箱设备主要针对具有对缝状顶部(即,顶部的两个顶盖拼接在一起形成对缝)的包装箱进行封装(如图1所示,粘接带粘接在对缝处),而无法对具有全叠盖状顶部(即,顶部的两个顶盖叠在一起)的包装箱进行封装(如图2所示,粘接带粘接在上端面以及侧面上)。

本公开的实施例中,第一刷毛312与传送通道5之间可具有各种不同的位置关系。例如,如图6所示,在第一水平方向Y上,第一刷毛312在水平面(X方向和Y方向限定的水平面)上的正投影(第一区域6a)与传送通道5在该平面上的正投影(第二区域6b)部分重叠。此实施例中,在驱动机构32驱动第一侧贴刷31向下运动的过程中,一部分的第一刷毛312与待封装箱的上端面相接触,然后第一侧贴刷31继续向下运动以使第一刷毛312 发生变形,接着第一刷毛312紧贴待封装箱的侧面将粘接带位于待封装箱之外的部分刷到待封装箱的侧面并粘接至侧面。
又例如,第一刷毛312与传送通道5之间还可具有以下设置:在第一水平方向Y上,第一刷毛312在水平面(X方向和Y方向限定的水平面)上的正投影与传送通道5在该平面上的正投影相邻且边界相接。此实施例中,在驱动机构32驱动第一侧贴刷31向下运动的过程中,第一刷毛312的末端贴着待封装箱的侧面向下运动,以将粘接带位于待封装箱之外的部分刷到待封装箱的侧面并粘接至侧面。
相比第一刷毛312在水平面上的正投影与传送通道5在该平面上的正投影相邻且边界相接的实施例,第一刷毛312在该水平面上的正投影与传送通道5在该平面上的正投影部分重叠的实施例中,在驱动机构32驱动第一侧贴刷31向下运动的过程中,第一刷毛312与待封装箱的侧面接触得更加紧密,从而可以更好地将粘接带位于待封装箱之外的部分刷到待封装箱的侧面并紧密粘接至侧面,以更好地防止粘接带上翘。
根据本公开的实施例,在粘接带位于待封装箱之外的部分被第一侧贴刷31刷到待封装箱的侧面之后,第一侧贴刷31将位于粘接带位于待封装箱的侧面上的部分的下方并且已经脱离了粘接带。此时,由于第一侧贴刷31已经不再向粘接带提供侧压力,粘接带的粘接在待封装箱的侧面上的部分很容易因粘接不牢等原因脱离待封装箱的侧面而产生上翘。在一实施例中,为了避免粘接带与待封装箱的侧面脱离而上翘,如图4、图6和图7所示,侧贴装置3还可包括第二侧贴刷33,第二侧贴刷33位于第一侧贴刷31的上方且靠近第一侧贴刷31设置,以使得在第一水平方向Y上,第四区域6d和第一区域6a均位于第二区域6b的同一侧,并且第四区域6d与第二区域6b相邻设置,其中,第一区域6a为第一刷体311在水平面(例如,图6中X方向和Y方向限定的水平面)上的正投影,第二区域6b为传送通道5在该水平面上的正投影,并且第四区域6d为第二侧贴刷33在该水平面上的正投影。本实施例中,第二侧贴刷33与驱动机构32相连接,驱动机构32用于驱动第一侧贴刷31和第二侧贴刷33沿竖直方向同步移动。由于第二侧贴刷33位于第一侧贴刷31的上方且靠近第一侧贴刷31设置,在粘接带位于待封装箱之外的部分被第一侧贴刷31刷到待封装箱的侧面之后,第二侧贴刷33能够贴着待封装箱的侧面,从而能够对粘接带粘贴在待封装箱的侧面上的该部 分施加作用力,由此防止粘接带出现前述上翘现象。
本公开的实施例中,第二侧贴刷33也可具有各种不同的设置方式。例如,第二侧贴刷33可以朝向水平方向设置,如图7所示,第二侧贴刷33可包括第二刷体331和第二刷毛332;沿第一水平方向Y,第二刷毛332有一部分(也可以是全部)位于第二刷体331靠近传送通道5的一侧。又例如,第二侧贴刷33的刷毛也可以朝向下方设置,也就是,第二刷毛332至少有一部分位于第二刷体331的下侧。相比第二侧贴刷33的刷毛朝向下方设置的实施例,在第二侧贴刷33的刷毛朝向水平方向设置的实施例(图7所示的实施例)中,由于第二刷毛332设置于第二刷体331靠近传送通道5的一侧表面,可以便于第二刷毛332与粘接带接触,从而可以更好地防止粘接带出现前述上翘现象。
本公开实施例提供的封箱设备中,第一侧贴刷31可以为排刷,也就是,第一刷体311的形状为长条状(如图4所示),这样既可以将较长的粘接带抹到待封装箱的侧面,又可以减小第一侧贴刷31在竖直方向的占用空间;而且,第一侧贴刷31的形状可以是圆形(如图4所示),也可以是方形,在此不做具体限定,只要能够实现第一侧贴刷31的前述功能即可。
根据本公开的实施例,侧贴装置3中的驱动机构32可以是气缸,也可以是丝杠螺母机构,在此不做具体限定,只要能够实现侧贴装置3的前述功能即可。
本公开实施例提供的封箱设备中,第一贴带装置2还包括第一贴带机构22,第一贴带机构22也可具有各种不同的结构组成。例如,如图4和图8所示,第一贴带机构22可为平面机构,包括固定架221、连杆222和第一气缸223;连杆222的第一端与固定架221可转动地连接,第一贴带轮21可转动地设置于连杆222的第二端;第一气缸223的一端与固定架221可转动地连接,另一端与连杆222的第二端可转动地连接。在本实施例中,贴附粘接带时,第一气缸223动作,以向连杆222施加作用力,使第一贴带轮21与待封装箱相贴。
又例如,第一贴带机构22也可包括气缸和固定架221,气缸的缸体与固定架221可转动地连接,第一贴带轮21可转动地设置于气缸的活塞杆的一端。在本实施例中,贴附粘接带时,气缸动作以直接带动第一贴带轮21与待封装箱相贴。
相比第一贴带机构22包括气缸和固定架221的实施例,在第一贴带机构22包括固定架221、连杆222和第一气缸223的实施例中,第一气缸223与连杆222的连接点,固定架221与第一气缸223的连接点,以及固定架221与连杆222的连接点,这三个连接点的连线可以形成三角形,这样不但可以使第一贴带机构22更加稳定,而且强度高,不容易发生损坏,从而可以降低第一贴带机构22的维修成本。
在本公开的实施例中,为了便于对粘接带进行裁断,如图8所示,第一贴带装置2还可包括第二气缸23和切刀24,第二气缸23的缸体设置于固定架221上,而切刀24设置于第二气缸23的活塞杆上。沿传送台11的传动方向X,切刀24位于第一贴带轮21的前侧,且用于将第一贴带轮21上引出的粘接带切断。本实施例中,当待封装箱的上端面开口边缘处的粘接带粘接到位后,第二气缸23的活塞杆伸出,以带动切刀24将粘接带切断。本实施例通过气缸带动切刀24动作,由于切刀24对粘接带的切断力是由通入气缸内的气体压力决定的,使得可以调节切刀24对粘接带的切断力,以适应不同类型的粘接带。
在本公开的实施例中,如图8所示,第一贴带装置2还可包括第一压贴轮25。沿传送台11的传动方向X,第一压贴轮25可位于切刀24的前侧,且第一压贴轮25的位置与第一贴带轮21的工作位置处于相同的高度。本实施例中,在工作时,第一压贴轮25将粘接在待封装箱上的粘接带压紧,以保证粘接的牢固。
在本公开的实施例中,如图8所示,第一贴带装置2还可包括第一固定轮26。第一固定轮26用于固定粘接带盘,粘接带从该粘接带盘引出并缠在第一贴带轮21上,缠在第一贴带轮21上的粘接带的粘接面背向第一贴带轮21设置。
如图4所示,本公开实施例提供的封箱设备还可包括第一传感器7a,第一传感器7a用于感应待封装箱,以控制驱动机构32动作。例如,当待封装箱运动至第一传感器7a的感应范围内时,第一传感器7a能够触发驱动机构32动作,以带动第一侧贴刷31和第二侧贴刷33向下运动,使粘接带位于待封装箱之外的部分贴到待封装箱的侧面上。
如图4所示,本公开实施例提供的封箱设备还可包括第二传感器7b和第三传感器7c;第二传感器7b用于感应待封装箱,以触发第一气缸223动 作;第三传感器7c用于感应待封装箱,以触发第二气缸23动作。例如,当待封装箱运动至第二传感器7b的感应范围内时,第二传感器7b能够触发第一气缸223动作,使第一贴带机构22带动第一贴带轮21与待封装箱接触,从而使第一贴带轮21上的粘接带能够粘接在待封装箱上;此后,当待封装箱脱离第三传感器7c的感应范围时,第三传感器7c触发第二气缸23动作,以带动切刀24运动,从而将由第一贴带轮21引出的粘接带切断。
下面将结合传感器以示例性方式描述本公开实施例提供的封箱设备的示意性工作流程。
如图3和图4所示,将待封装箱的上盖交替折叠压平后推到传送台11上;进料传感器7d感应到待封装箱后,传送带413(图9中标出)开始运行,即,通过位于待封装箱两侧的传送带413与待封装箱之间的摩擦、拉动待封装箱前进;第二传感器7b感应到待封装箱后,传送带413暂停输送,第一气缸223动作以使第一贴带轮21与待封装箱的上端面接触;该接触保持一段时间后(比如2s),传送带413继续输送待封装箱;第一传感器7a感应到待封装箱后,传送带413暂停输送,驱动机构32带动第一侧贴刷31和第二侧贴刷33下压以将粘接带位于待封装箱之外的部分粘接在待封装箱的侧面;此后,传送带413继续输送封装好的箱子;当封装好的箱子脱离第二传感器7b后,第一气缸223复位;当封装好的箱子脱离第三传感器7c后,传送带413暂停输送,第二气缸23快速伸出并复位,以使切刀24切断粘接带;然后传送带413继续输送,直至封装好的箱子离开设备;当封装好的箱子的尾部脱离出料传感器7e的感应范围时,驱动机构32动作以带动第一侧贴刷31和第二侧贴刷33复位。
本公开实施例提供的封箱设备中,第一传感器7a、第二传感器7b、第三传感器7c、进料传感器7d和出料传感器7e可以均设置在传送台11上,也可以均设置在第一限位组件4a或者第二限位组件4b上,还可以设置在压紧排轮组件m上(如图3和图4所示),在此不做具体限定。
如图3和图9所示,本公开实施例提供的封箱设备还可包括第二贴带装置8,第二贴带装置8包括第二贴带轮81,第二贴带轮81位于传送通道5的底部。如图10所示,第二贴带轮81在水平面(图10中X方向和Y方向限定的水平面)上的正投影位于传送通道5在该水平面上的正投影的内部。本实施例中,由于第二贴带轮81位于传送通道5的底部,并且由于第二贴 带轮81在水平面上的正投影位于传送通道5在该水平面上的正投影的内部,在第一贴带轮21对待封装箱顶部全叠盖的开口进行封装时,第二贴带轮81就可以对待封装箱底部的对缝进行封装,从而拓宽了该封箱设备的封装范围,提高了封箱的效率。
本实施例中,如图9所示,第二贴带装置8还可包括安装架82、第一安装杆83、第二安装杆84、第二压贴轮85、切断刀86、第二固定轮87、第一复位件、第二复位件和第三复位件。沿传送台11的传送方向X,第二贴带轮81、切断刀86、第二压贴轮85依次排布;其中,第一复位件、第二复位件和第三复位件可以均为扭簧,也可以为其它弹性件,在此不做具体限定。
本实施例中,如图9所示,第二贴带轮81可转动地设置于第一安装杆83的第一端,并且第一安装杆83的第二端与安装架82可转动地连接。第二贴带轮81具有初始位置,当第二贴带轮81位于该初始位置时,该第二贴带轮81高于传送台11的放置平面;当第二贴带轮81偏离该初始位置时,第一复位件用于向第一安装杆83提供复位力。
本实施例中,如图9所示,第二压贴轮85可转动地设置于第二安装杆84的第一端,并且第二安装杆84的第二端与安装架82可转动连接。第二压贴轮85具有初始位置,当第二压贴轮85位于该初始位置时,该第二压贴轮85高于传送台11的放置平面;当第二压贴轮85偏离该初始位置时,第二复位件用于向第二安装杆84提供复位力。
本实施例中,如图9所示,切断刀86的一端可转动地设置于安装架82上,另一端为切断部861。切断刀86具有初始位置,当切断刀86位于该初始位置时,切断部861高于传送台11的放置平面;当切断刀86偏离该初始位置时,第三复位件用于向切断刀86提供复位力。
本实施例中,如图9所示,第二固定轮87用于固定粘接带盘,粘接带从粘接带盘引出并缠在第二贴带轮81上,并且缠在第二贴带轮81上的粘接带的粘接面背向第二贴带轮81设置。
根据本实施例,工作时,如图9所示,待封装箱在传送台11的传送下依次经过第二贴带轮81、切断刀86和第二压贴轮85;在待封装箱的作用下,该第二贴带轮81、切断刀86和第二压贴轮85依次向下缩回,并且第二贴带轮81和第二压贴轮85与待封装箱的下端面接触,第二贴带轮81上的粘接带逐渐粘接在待封装箱的下端面的对缝上,随后第二压贴轮85将粘接在待 封装箱上的粘接带压紧以保证粘接的牢固;当待封装箱脱离第二贴带轮81时,第二贴带轮81在第一复位件的复位力的作用下弹起,以返回至初始位置;当待封装箱脱离切断刀86时,切断刀86在第三复位件的复位力的作用下弹起,以返回至初始位置,并将粘接带切断;当待封装箱脱离第二压贴轮85时,第二压贴轮85在第二复位件的复位力的作用下弹起,以返回至初始位置。
本公开实施例提供的封箱设备中,如图6所示,第一限位组件4a和第二限位组件4b之间的距离可调节,这样,该封箱设备就可以适用不同尺寸的箱子的封装,从而可拓宽该封箱设备的应用范围。
本公开的实施例中,如图9所示,第一限位组件4a和第二限位组件4b上还可分别包括传送带机构41。例如,传送带机构41可包括主动带轮411、从动带轮412以及套设在主动带轮411和从动带轮412上的传送带413,并且主动带轮411和从动带轮412的轴线均竖直设置;传送台11包括机架111和多个沿传送台11的传送方向X间隔设置的传送辊112,每个传送辊112均水平设置,且均与机架111可转动地连接。本实施例中,在工作时,将待封装箱放置在多个传送辊112上,使第一限位组件4a和第二限位组件4b上的传送带413分别位于待封装箱的两侧且与待封装箱的侧面接触,由此通过传送带413与待封装箱之间的摩擦力驱动待封装箱运动。
本公开的实施例中,如图3所示,第一贴带装置2和侧贴装置3均可设置在设置架9上,并且设置架9与传送台11之间的距离可以通过调节机构调节,以适应不同高度的箱子。本公开的实施例中,上述调节机构可以为丝杠螺母机构(如图3所示)。
以上仅为本公开的示范性实施方式,但本公开的保护范围并不局限于此。任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本公开揭露的技术范围内可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本公开的保护范围之内。因此,本公开的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种封箱设备,包括传送装置、第一贴带装置和侧贴装置,其中,
    所述传送装置包括传送台以及设置于所述传送台上且沿第一水平方向间隔设置的第一限位组件和第二限位组件,所述第一限位组件和所述第二限位组件限定被配置为供待封装箱通过的传送通道,并且所述第一水平方向垂直于所述传送台的传送方向;
    所述第一贴带装置包括第一贴带轮,所述第一贴带轮设置有粘结带并且位于所述传送通道的顶部,所述第一贴带轮的轴线平行于所述第一水平方向;并且在所述第一水平方向上,所述第一贴带轮和所述传送通道在由所述第一水平方向和所述传送方向限定的水平面上的正投影存在部分重叠;以及
    沿所述传送台的传送方向,所述侧贴装置位于所述第一贴带装置的前方,并且所述侧贴装置被配置为将粘接带位于所述待封装箱上端面之外的部分粘接于所述待封装箱的侧面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的封箱设备,其中,所述侧贴装置包括第一侧贴刷和驱动机构,
    所述第一侧贴刷位于所述传送台的上方,且与所述驱动机构连接,并且
    所述驱动机构被配置为驱动所述第一侧贴刷沿竖直方向相对于所述传送台移动,以使所述第一侧贴刷能够将所述粘接带位于所述待封装箱上端面之外的部分粘接于所述待封装箱的侧面,其中,所述竖直方向为垂直于所述水平面的方向。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的封箱设备,其中,所述第一侧贴刷包括第一刷体和第一刷毛,在所述第一水平方向上,所述第一刷毛的至少一部分位于所述第一刷体靠近所述传送通道的一侧,
    所述水平面包括第一区域、第二区域和第三区域,所述第一区域位于所述第二区域之外,并且所述第一区域和第三区域位于所述第二区域 的同一侧;
    其中,所述第一区域为所述第一刷体在所述水平面上的正投影,所述第二区域为所述传送通道在所述水平面上的正投影,并且所述第三区域为所述第一贴带轮在所述水平面上的正投影位于所述第二区域之外的部分。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的封箱设备,其中,在所述第一水平方向上,所述第一刷毛在所述水平面上的正投影与所述第二区域存在部分重叠。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的封箱设备,其中,所述侧贴装置还包括第二侧贴刷,所述第二侧贴刷位于所述第一侧贴刷的上方且靠近所述第一侧贴刷设置,
    所述水平面还包括第四区域,在所述第一水平方向上,所述第四区域和所述第一区域均位于所述第二区域的同一侧,并且所述第四区域与所述第二区域相邻设置,其中,所述第四区域为所述第二侧贴刷在所述水平面上的正投影;
    所述第二侧贴刷与所述驱动机构连接,并且所述驱动机构被配置为驱动所述第一侧贴刷和所述第二侧贴刷沿所述竖直方向同步移动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的封箱设备,其中,所述第二侧贴刷包括第二刷体和第二刷毛,
    沿所述第一水平方向,所述第二刷毛的至少部分位于所述第二刷体靠近所述传送通道的一侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1~6中任一项所述的封箱设备,其中,所述第一贴带装置还包括第一贴带机构,
    所述第一贴带机构为平面机构,所述第一贴带机构包括固定架、连杆和第一气缸,所述连杆的第一端与所述固定架可转动地连接,所述第一贴带轮可转动地设置于所述连杆的第二端,所述第一气缸的一端与所述固定架可转动地连接并且另一端与所述连杆的第二端可转动地连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的封箱设备,其中,所述第一贴带装置还包括第二气缸和切刀,
    所述第二气缸的缸体设置于所述固定架上,所述切刀设置于所述第二气缸的活塞杆上,
    沿所述传送台的传动方向,所述切刀位于所述第一贴带轮的前侧,且被配置为将从所述第一贴带轮引出的粘接带切断。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的封箱设备,还包括第一传感器,所述第一传感器被配置为感应所述待封装箱,以触发所述驱动机构动作。
  10. 根据权利要求1~6中任一项所述的封箱设备,还包括第二贴带装置,
    所述第二贴带装置包括第二贴带轮,所述第二贴带轮位于所述传送通道的底部,并且所述第二贴带轮的轴线平行于所述第一水平方向,
    所述第二贴带轮在所述水平面上的正投影位于所述传送通道在所述水平面上的正投影内。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的封箱设备,其中,所述侧贴装置包括机械手、竖直驱动装置以及旋转驱动装置,
    所述机械手包括压板和转动板,所述压板与所述竖直驱动装置相连接,所述转动板通过第一转轴与所述压板可转动地连接,所述第一转轴水平设置且与所述第一水平方向垂直;
    所述压板与所述转动板相连接的一侧边沿在所述水平面上的投影与所述传送通道在所述水平面上的投影的一侧边沿重叠;
    所述旋转驱动装置被配置为驱动所述转动板关于所述第一转轴转动。
  12. 根据权利要求2所述的封箱设备,其中,所述第一侧贴刷包括第一刷体和第一刷毛,
    所述第一刷毛的至少一部分位于所述第一刷体的下侧。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的封箱设备,其中,在所述第一水平方向上,所述第一刷毛在所述水平面上的正投影与所述传送通道在所述水平面上的正投影相邻且边界相接。
  14. 根据权利要求5所述的封箱设备,其中,所述第二侧贴刷包括第二刷体和第二刷毛,
    所述第二刷毛的至少一部分位于所述第二刷体的下侧。
  15. 根据权利要求2~6中任一项所述的封箱设备,其中,所述驱动机构包括气缸和丝杠螺母机构。
  16. 根据权利要求1~6中任一项所述的封箱设备,其中,所述第一贴带装置还包括第一贴带机构,
    所述第一贴带机构包括气缸和固定架,所述气缸的缸体与所述固定架可转动地连接,并且所述第一贴带轮可转动地设置于所述气缸的活塞杆的一端。
  17. 根据权利要求7所述的封箱设备,其中,所述第一气缸与所述连杆的连接点,所述固定架与所述第一气缸的连接点,以及所述固定架与所述连杆的连接点,所述三个连接点的连线形成三角形。
  18. 根据权利要求7所述的封箱设备,还包括第二传感器,所述第二传感器被配置为感应所述待封装箱,以触发所述第一气缸动作。
  19. 根据权利要求8所述的封箱设备,还包括第三传感器,所述第三传感器被配置为感应所述待封装箱,以触发所述第二气缸动作。
  20. 根据权利要求1所述的封箱设备,还包括进料传感器和出料传感器,
    所述进料传感器被配置为感应所述待封装箱,以触发所述传送台动 作,并且
    所述出料传感器被配置为感应所述待封装箱,以触发所述驱动机构动作。
