在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“底”、“内”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图2所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
所述的实施方式仅仅是对本申请的优选实施方式进行描述,并非对本申请的范围进行限定,在不脱离本申请设计精神的前提下,本领域普通技术人员对本申请的技术方案作出的各种变形和改进,均应落入本申请权利要求书确定的保护范围内。
图1所示为一种包装盒101,包装盒101端部具有两个相对的侧盖1011,以及位于侧盖1011之间的两个主盖1012,包装盒的侧盖1011与两个相对的侧面板1013连接,包装盒的主盖1012与两个相对的主面板1014连接,包装盒撑开后的盒口1015大致呈矩形。侧盖1011的具体结构根据不同的包装需要有 所不同,图1中所示,侧盖1011上设置扣舌1016。对此包装盒进行封盒时,需将包装盒撑开,待放入被包装物料后,再将侧盖1011弯折,并使扣舌1016相互勾挂,再对主盖1012进行封合。
参考图2和图3,本申请第一种实施方式提出一种封盒装置1,包括折盖组件,所述折盖组件包括两个相对设置的转动杆11;
所述转动杆11一端凸设有弯折件12,两个所述弯折件12相向弯折设置,所述弯折件12与所述转动杆11呈锐角设置。
本实施方式提供的封盒装置1,两个转动杆11带动侧盖1011转动至预设位置时,两个弯折件12将两个侧盖1011弯折并使他们形成一定角度的钝角,使得侧盖的扣舌1016一定程度上相互勾挂,再进行前盖1012或后盖1013的按压,两个侧盖1011会完全勾住,封盒装置1结构简单且稳定性高。
具体地,所述弯折件12包括贴设于所述转动杆11上的固定部121,以及凸设于所述固定部121上的弯折部122。弯折件12与转动杆11之间的呈锐角设置,因此弯折部122与转动杆11之间成锐角,固定部121和弯折部122形成一定角度的锐角。作为优选,所述固定部121与所述转动杆11之间可拆卸链接。可以加工多种规格尺寸的弯折件12,在使用时,可以根据包装盒的尺寸或者型号更换弯折件12以适应不同型号的包装盒。
作为一种优选,所述弯折部122与所述固定部121之间的角度在60-85度之间。弯折部122与固定部121之间的角度可根据侧盖的形状或尺寸进行调整,以具有图1所示扣舌侧盖的包装盒为例,两个侧盖在形成160度左右的钝角时,两个侧盖的扣舌勾挂会很稳定,在下一步的前盖和后盖扣合时,两个侧盖实现完全勾挂。
作为一种优选实施方式,如图4和图5所示,所述弯折件12包括与所述转动杆11连接的弯折件本体123,所述弯折部122设于所述弯折件本体123远离所述转动杆11一端,两个所述弯折部122相互交错设置,两个所述弯折部122不会在运动过程中相互干涉,从而可以将侧盖1011弯折到预设的位置。具体地,所述弯折件本体123通过固定部121与所述转动杆11连接,也就是说所述弯折件本体123连接所述固定部121与弯折部122。此处弯折部122设于弯折件本体123的一端,在两个转动杆11相向移动时,两个弯折部122将侧盖1011弯折,并且由于相互交错设置,两个弯折部122不会相互碰撞,从而可以将侧盖1011尽量弯折。弯折件本体123与转动杆11基本成直角,侧盖1011被弯折后,弯折件本体123基本与侧盖1011贴合,可以防止侧盖1011变形。弯折部122与固定部121之间成锐角,因此,弯折部122与弯折件本体123之间成钝角,两个转动杆11移动到预设位置之后,两个弯折部122之间形成一个夹角,使得两个侧盖1011也呈一定夹角设置,使得两个侧盖1011在一定程度上相互勾挂。
两个转动杆11在弯折侧盖过程中可以通过转动相互靠近或相互远离,具体地,如图4所示,所述封盒装置1还包括安装架111,所述转动杆11铰接在所述安装架111两侧,所述转动杆11与第一驱动件112连接以驱动两个所述转动杆11相向移动。所述第一驱动件112一端与所述转动杆11连接以驱动转动杆11相互靠近或远离,所述第一驱动件112与所述转动杆11远离弯折件12的一端可转动地连接,所述驱动件112另一端与安装架111连接。转动杆11的长度可根据需要设置。此处需要说明的是,转动杆11可选用材质或者中空等方式以降低重量。第一驱动件112选取爪型气缸,重量低,成本低且寿命长,也可为其他的驱动形式,如电缸或液压缸等,可根据需要选择。
可选地,两个所述转动杆11对称设置,且两个所述转动杆11联动,以适用于两个侧盖相同的包装盒,保证两个侧盖的同步弯折和勾挂。
作为一种优选实施方式,如图5所示,所述转动杆11上还设有第一凸起件113,两个所述第一凸起件113相对设置,以限制两个所述转动杆11之间的最小距离,从而可以防止两个转动杆11的间距过小,转动杆11与侧盖1011的接触位置过于靠近侧盖1011的边缘,因而无法有效的对两个侧盖1011施加压力,实现侧盖1011的插入。此处第一凸起件113为设于转动杆11上的螺栓,可通过调节螺栓凸出于转动件11的高度,来调节两个转动杆11之间的最小间距,从而适应不同尺寸侧盖1011弯折和插入的需要。第一凸起件113数量可设置为两个,即,两个转动杆11上各设置一个,两个第一凸起件113相对设置。具体地,转动杆11包括:与安装架111可转动地连接的转动部1101,以及与转动部1101连接的杆部1102。杆部1102与转动部1101可拆卸连接,第一凸起件113设置在转动部1101上。因此,在弯折不同规格的侧盖时,无需拆卸整个转动杆,只需更换杆部即可。第一凸起件113位于转动部1101上,第一凸起件113向两个转动杆11之间凸起。
为了进一步提高勾挂的成功率,作为一种优选实施方式,如图4和图5所示,两个所述转动杆11上分别设有第二凸起件114,所述第二凸起件114设于其中一个转动杆11上并向另一转动杆11凸起,所述第二凸起件114的凸起高度小于所述弯折件12的凸起高度,即,所述第二凸起件114与转动杆11远离第一驱动件112的端部相连接,并且向两个转动杆11之间凸起。通过第二凸起件114和弯折件12的配合,在两个转动杆11相向移动时,弯折件12将侧盖1011弯折到预设位置时,第二凸起件114将会与盒体接触,并且压迫盒体使其 变形,稍稍变形的盒体其侧盖的勾挂更为简单,本实施方式的封盒装置用于侧盖的弯折及勾挂,结构简单且成功率高。
作为优选,如图5所示,所述转动杆11上设有第一导轨115,所述弯折件12可沿所述第一导轨115移动,以靠近或远离所述第二凸起件114。因不同侧盖1011的其受力的最佳位置与盒体的受力位置之间的距离不同,因此,可以通过调整弯折件12和第二凸起件114之间的距离,来满足不同尺寸或者形状的包装盒的弯折侧盖的需要。作为优选,所述第一导轨115为设于所述转动杆11上的滑槽,所述弯折件12卡设于所述滑槽中,从而沿所述滑槽移动,当移动至预设位置时,可通过螺栓或者卡扣等方式将所述弯折件12与所述转动杆11相互固定。此处需要说明的是,第一导轨115并不限于上述结构,导轨也可采用凸设于转动杆11上的滑杆或滑道等结构,再与螺栓或卡扣等配合进行定位。例如,弯折件12通过可滑动的卡扣与转动杆11连接,可实现弯折件12和第二凸起件114之间的距离的有效调节即可。
为了提高勾挂成功率,如图6所示,作为一种优选实施方式,所述封盒装置1还包括设于两个转动杆11之间的扣合机构13,扣合机构13包括第二驱动件131和旋转片132,第二驱动件131可拆卸的连接在安装架111上,旋转片132固定在第二驱动件131上随第二驱动件131旋转,两个所述转动杆11位于旋转片132的两侧。本实施方式中第二驱动件131选取旋转气缸。封盒装置1通过设置扣合机构13,在侧盖1011弯折的同时,旋转片132插入两侧盖1011之间,第二驱动件131带动旋转片132旋转180°,实现侧盖1011的勾挂使侧盖1011的扣舌1016完全扣合,该装置结构简单并且侧盖1011完全扣合的成功率高。
作为优选,如图7所示,所述弯折件12还包括延长部124,所述弯折件本体123一端与所述转动杆11连接,所述弯折件本体123另一端与所述延长部124连接,两个所述弯折件12的延长部124交错设置。弯折件本体123一端通过固定部121与所述转动杆11连接,弯折件本体123另一端通过弯折部122与所述延长部124连接,即,延长部124设于弯折部122的端部,延长部124作为弯折部122的延伸相互交错设置。所述延长部124相对于所述弯折件本体123向靠近所述旋转片132的方向倾斜,使两个转动杆11到达预设位置之后两个延长部124之间能形成一定的夹角,与延长部124接触的侧盖1011之间也能形成一定的夹角,便于后续侧盖1011扣合。两个延长部124交错设置,使两个延长部124在运行过程中不会互相干扰,可以将侧盖1011弯折到预设位置。本实施方式中,转动杆11上也可设置第一导轨115,使得弯折件12可以沿着第一导轨115移动,从而靠近或远离安装架111,并且弯折件12可定位在转动杆11上预设位置,以适应不同规格的侧盖1011弯折和勾挂。本实施方式中,第一导轨115选取滑槽,弯折件12上设置有与滑槽配合的滑块,当移动至预设位置时,可以通过螺栓等方式固定住。
如图8和图9所示,作为上述实施方式的一种优选,弯折件本体123的端部设有扣合片125,所述扣合片125位于所述延长部124的一侧,一个转动杆11上的延长部124和扣合片125与另一个转动杆11上的延长部124和扣合片125交错设置。扣合片125和延长部124均设于弯折件本体123的端部,两者并排设置,由于延长部124交错设置,因此扣合片125也相互交错,使得弯折件12在相向运动时不会互相干扰。也就是说,其中一个转动杆11上的延长部124与另一个转动杆11上的扣合片125相对设置。第一驱动件112驱动两个转 动杆11相向移动,同时带动弯折件12相互靠近,弯折件12进而与盒体接触,在延长部124弯折侧盖1011时,扣合片125下压一侧的侧盖1011,同时扣合片125插入另一侧的侧盖1011边沿,进一步提高了两个侧盖1011勾挂的成功率,实现侧盖1011的扣合。
本申请第一种实施方式提供的封盒装置1作为包装机的一部分应用于物料包装时,通常需要安装到包装机上,因此,如图2、图4、图6和图8所示,封盒装置1还包括:与所述安装架111连接的安装框架116,与安装框架116连接的第三驱动件118,第三驱动件118安装在机架117上,第三驱动件118可驱动所述安装框架运动。为了稳定封盒装置1的运动,可在所述机架117上设置第二导轨119,所述转动杆11可在所述第三驱动件118的驱动下沿所述第二导轨119移动。第三驱动件118选取电缸,调节更加精确。第三驱动件118可驱动转动杆11靠近包装盒101移动。具体地,第三驱动件118可选取电缸,也可采用其他能驱动折盖组件分段定位移动的驱动件。第三驱动件118驱动转动杆11向包装盒101分段移动,使得该封盒装置1可以分多段将侧盖1011弯折,以适应不同尺寸的包装盒101弯折和勾挂侧盖1011的需要。
本申请第一种实施方式提供的封盒装置结构简单,安装方便,用于产品包装时,可与盒胚展开、包装盒抓取、抓料等作业流程所使用的装置组合使用,也可以与主盖或侧盖的其他封装流程所使用的组件组合使用。
本申请第二种实施方式还提出一种包装机,包括前文所述的封盒装置1。
本申请第三种实施方式还提出一种侧盖勾挂的方法,包括如下步骤:
第一驱动件112驱动两个转动杆11相向运动,带动固定在转动杆11上的弯折件12相向运动;
两个弯折件12的弯折部15相互靠近,接触到包装盒并使包装盒侧盖1011弯折;
扣合机构13的旋转片132插入弯折的侧盖1011之间;
第二驱动件131带动旋转片132旋转一次,旋转角度为180°,侧盖1011的完全扣合;
第三驱动件118带动封盒装置1远离包装盒101。
上述方法实现了具有扣舌的侧盖的勾挂扣合,结构简单,侧盖1011勾挂成功率高。
作为一种优选实施方式,所述方法还包括如下步骤:
第三驱动件118带动封盒装置1到达指定位置;
第一驱动件112驱动两个转动杆11相向运动,带动固定在转动杆11上的弯折件12相向运动;
两个弯折件12的弯折部15相互靠近,接触到包装盒并使包装盒侧盖1011弯折;
扣合片125下压一侧的侧盖1011,并插入另一侧的侧盖1011边沿,使得侧盖1011初步勾挂;
扣合机构13的旋转片132插入弯折的侧盖1011之间;
第二驱动件131带动旋转片132旋转一次,旋转角度为180°,侧盖1011的完全扣合;
第三驱动件118带动封盒装置1脱离包装盒。
上述方法,扣合片和旋转片分步作用在侧盖上,实现侧盖的两次勾挂,大大提高了侧盖勾挂的成功率。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种封盒装置,其特征在于,包括两个相对设置转动杆,所述转动杆的一端凸设有弯折件,两个所述弯折件相向凸起设置,所述弯折件与所述转动杆呈锐角设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的封盒装置,其特征在于,所述弯折件包括贴设于所述转动杆上的固定部,以及凸设于所述固定部上的弯折部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的封盒装置,其特征在于,所述弯折部与所述固定部之间的角度在60-85度之间。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的封盒装置,其特征在于,所述弯折件还包括与所述转动杆连接的弯折件本体,所述弯折部设于所述弯折件本体远离所述转动杆一端,两个所述弯折件的所述弯折部交错设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的封盒装置,其特征在于,所述转动杆上还设有第一凸起件,两个所述第一凸起件相对设置,以限制两个所述转动杆之间的最小距离。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的封盒装置,其特征在于,还包括安装架,所述转动杆铰接在所述安装架两侧,所述转动杆与第一驱动件连接以驱动两个所述转动杆相向移动。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的封盒装置,其特征在于,两个所述转动杆上分别设有第二凸起件,所述第二凸起件设于其中一个转动杆上并向另一个转动杆凸起,所述第二凸起件的凸起高度小于所述弯折件的凸起高度。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的封盒装置,其特征在于,所述转动杆上设有导轨,所述弯折件可沿所述导轨移动,以向靠近或远离所述第二凸起件的方向移动。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的封盒装置,其特征在于,还包括扣合机构,扣合机构包括第二驱动件和旋转片,第二驱动件可拆卸连接在安装架上,旋转片固定在第二驱动件上随第二驱动件旋转,两个所述转动杆位于旋转片的两侧。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的封盒装置,其特征在于,所述弯折件还包括延长部,所述弯折件本体一端与所述转动杆连接,所述弯折件本体另一端与所述延长部连接,两个所述弯折件的延长部交错设置。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的封盒装置,其特征在于,所述延长部相对于弯折件件本体向靠近旋转片的方向倾斜。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的封盒装置,其特征在于,所述弯折件本体的端部还设有扣合片,所述扣合片位于所述延长部的一侧,一个转动杆上的延长部和扣合片与另一个转动杆上的扣合片和延长部交错设置。
