图4为本发明提供的汽车智能防追尾动态变色刹车灯电路原理图。
图中:1为信号显示板、2为控制板、3为传感器、4为高亮度LED灯组、5为显示电路板、6为单片机微处理器芯片、7为放大器、8为双向插针、9为刹车脚蹬、10为采样磁铁。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-2所示,一种汽车智能防追尾动态变色刹车灯,包括信号显示板1、控制板2与传感器3;所述信号显示板1包括高亮度LED灯组4和显示电路板5,所述高亮度LED灯组4和显示电路板5电气连接,所述高亮度LED灯组4采用双色LED灯,所述双色LED灯颜色为黄色和红色;所述控制板2上设置有单片机微处理器芯片6和放大器7,所述单片机微处理器芯片6、放大器7分别与控制板2电气连接;所述传感器3为霍尔线性位移传感器;所述信号显示板1 与控制板2通过双向插针8电气连接,所述传感器3与单片机微处理器芯片6电气连接;所述传感器3设置在刹车系统结构外,所述传感器3靠近刹车脚蹬9附近一侧,所述刹车脚蹬9靠近传感器3一侧设置有采样磁铁10,所述刹车脚蹬9踩动时,带动采样磁铁10与传感器3相向运动,所述传感器3感应变化的距离信息并输出相应的变化的模拟电信号,所述单片机微处理器芯片7将接收到的传感器3的模拟电信号,转换为8-10路红色控制信号,及8-10路黄色控制信号,再经过阵列放大器8接入8-10路红色LED控制端与8-10路黄色LED控制端,分别控制8-10组红色灯和黄色灯的顺序增加、顺序递减或顺序变色从而控制信号显示板1的运行。
在本实施例中,所述高亮度LED灯组4与显示电路板1为可拆卸连接。述高亮度LED灯组4至少包括8列LED灯,每列2-5个LED灯。所述高亮度LED灯组4包括8-10组LED灯,同组LED灯之间串联连接,各组LED灯之间并联连接。
在本实施例中,所述信号显示板1运行电压包括12v和24v;所述控制板2运行电压包括12v和24。
在本实施例中,所述单片机微处理器芯片6采用STC15F402EA;所述放大器7采用ULN2003N。
本发明将刹车的过程量化为多个等级,变化的红色灯直接与踩刹车的力度直接相关,当油门松到头时,启动刹车灯,该信号可从车身控制模块中取得,如汽车转速表输出信号线端,随着踩刹车力度的从小到大的变化,也从一组红色灯亮过渡变化到全部红色灯亮,通过红色灯的多少就能直接看到踩刹车力度的大小。正常的工作方式在踩刹车之前黄色灯全部亮,当轻踩刹车时,一端开始一组红色灯亮起同时,相应位置黄色灯熄灭,这样红色灯出现的多少也就代 表了刹车从轻到重的变化。通过动态变化着的红色、黄色的不同比例及红色灯变化的速率,来直观、精确地显示了踩刹车的力度大小及踩刹车的紧急程度,根据刹车力度,将刹车灯的10种显示状态对应量化后的8-10组刹车力度等级。
本发明采用单片机微处理器芯片控制技术,通过程序编程来控制刹车灯显示状态用于表达多种不同的警示显示,包括左转向、右转向、雾灯、晚间车轮廓、强告警显示等,其中刹车程序作为主程序,其他程序为子程序,主程序可中断其他子程序的运行,所述显示电路板5上高亮度LED灯组4根据单片机微处理器芯片6所编程序控制不同显示状态可以作为刹车灯、雾灯、左转向灯、右转向灯、车廓灯、强告警灯。
所述显示电路板5上高亮度LED灯组4控制程序优先排序为:刹车灯程序>左右转向程序>雾灯程序>车廓灯程序>强告警灯程序。
刹车灯显示为刹车状态时,将刹车力度分为8-10组等级,将8-10组等级刹车状态与8-10组LED灯依次关联,通过红色LED亮起组数数量显示刹车力度的大小,其余的LED灯显示为黄色,其中红色LED灯从刹车灯的一端开始顺序递增或递减;如刹车力度分为10组时,刹车力度为4,刹车灯左端(或右端)相邻4组红色LED灯亮起,刹车灯右端(或左端)相邻6组黄色LED灯亮起;在未踩刹车时,刹车灯显示为10组黄灯;如刹车力度分为8组时,刹车力度为3,刹车灯左端(或右端)相邻3组红色LED灯亮起,刹车灯右端(或左端)相邻5组黄色LED灯亮起。还可以另一种方式显示:红色灯从中间开始往两端依次亮起,相应位置黄色灯依次熄灭。
刹车灯显示为左转向时,将三组相邻黄色灯组成一个大的光团,从右往左滚动,不间断循环;
刹车灯显示为右转向时,将三组相邻黄色灯组成一个大的光团,从左往右 滚动,不间断循环;
刹车灯显示为雾灯时,将黄色LED灯按节律同时亮、同时灭;
刹车灯显示为晚间车轮廓时,将刹车灯两端1~2组红灯亮起,从而起到车廓灯的示宽作用;
刹车灯显示为强告警显示时,黄色LED灯全部亮起,5-6分钟后,红色LED灯和黄色LED灯交替亮起,即一个时段红灯全亮,下一个时段黄灯全亮,交替亮起;触发强警告显示的操作:非踩油门时呈现全黄色警示状态,在5~6分钟之后自动显示为强警告显示;所述非踩油门状态为怠速状态,或临时停车状态,即发动机熄灭,但钥匙开着的接电状态。
在本实施例中,所述高亮度LED灯组4的各种变化是由单片机微处理器芯片6内的各个软件程序编程,靠子程序来操作来控制实现的,高亮度LED灯组4的显示状态优先级顺序为:刹车状态>左转向=右转向>雾灯>车廓>强告警显示。
图3a、图3b、图3c、图3d为本实施例提供的一种汽车智能防追尾动态变色刹车灯依次运行的程序图,图3a、图3b、图3c、图3d依次相接组成完整的程序控制图,汽车智能防追尾动态变色刹车灯;图4为主板为与电路板原理图,在本实施例中设置有四个放大器7,a为各类信号采样输入部分,b为输出到LED显示的各信号控制部分。
上面仅对本发明的较佳实施例作了详细说明,但是本发明并不限于上述实施例,在本领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化,各种变化均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种汽车智能防追尾动态变色刹车灯,其特征在于:包括信号显示板(1)、控制板(2)与传感器(3);所述信号显示板(1)包括高亮度LED灯组(4)和显示电路板(5),所述高亮度LED灯组(4)和显示电路板(5)电气连接,所述高亮度LED灯组(4)采用双色LED灯,所述双色LED灯颜色为黄色和红色;所述控制板(2)上设置有单片机微处理器芯片(6)和放大器(7),所述单片机微处理器芯片(6)、放大器(7)分别与控制板(2)电气连接;所述传感器(3)为霍尔线性位移传感器;所述信号显示板(1)与控制板(2)通过双向插针(8)电气连接,所述传感器(3)与单片机微处理器芯片(6)电气连接;所述传感器(3)设置在刹车系统结构外,所述传感器(3)靠近刹车脚蹬(9)附近一侧,所述刹车脚蹬(9)靠近传感器(3)一侧设置有采样磁铁(10),所述刹车脚蹬(9)踩动时,带动采样磁铁(10)与传感器(3)相向运动,所述传感器(3)感应变化的距离信息并输出相应的变化的模拟电信号,所述单片机微处理器芯片(7)将接收到的传感器(3)的模拟电信号,转换为8-10路红色控制信号,及8-10路黄色控制信号,再经过阵列放大器(8)接入8-10路红色LED控制端与8-10路黄色LED控制端,分别控制8-10组红色灯和黄色灯的顺序增加、顺序递减或顺序变色从而控制信号显示板(1)的运行。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车智能防追尾动态变色刹车灯,其特征在于:所述信号显示板(1)运行电压包括12v和24v;所述控制板(2)运行电压包括12v和24。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车智能防追尾动态变色刹车灯,其特征在于:所述高亮度LED灯组(4)与信号显示电路板(1)为可拆卸连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车智能防追尾动态变色刹车灯,其特征在于:所述高亮度LED灯组(4)至少包括8列LED灯,每列2-5个LED灯。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车智能防追尾动态变色刹车灯,其特征在于:所述高亮度LED灯组(4)包括8-10组LED灯,同组LED灯之间串联连接,各组LED灯之间并联连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车智能防追尾动态变色刹车灯,其特征在于:所述单片机微处理器芯片(6)采用STC15F402EA;所述放大器(7)采用ULN2003N。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车智能防追尾动态变色刹车灯,其特征在于:所述显示电路板(5)上高亮度LED灯组(4)根据单片机微处理器芯片(6)所编程序控制不同显示状态可以作为刹车灯、雾灯、左转向灯、右转向灯、车廓灯、强告警灯多种显示状态。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种汽车智能防追尾动态变色刹车灯,其特征在于:所述显示电路板(5)上高亮度LED灯组(4)控制程序优先排序为:刹车灯程序>左右转向程序>雾灯程序>车廓灯程序>强告警灯程序。
