背景技术
联锁块是指将多个的类似于圆饼状的混凝土块通过绳子串并联在一起排列组合,主要在长江河流底的河床等改造修整后,将其投放到长江河流等底部用于稳定河床,起到保护底部河床结构,避免河床过度冲刷等问题。在联锁块生产过程中需要使用模具辅助浇筑成型,因此在联锁块成型结束后需要将其从模具中拆取出来。
但是,现有的联锁块搬运装置具有以下不足:
1.需要人工将联锁块从模具中取出来,劳动量较大;
2.成型后的联锁块人工搬动到堆叠场地堆叠。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种吸盘式联锁块起吊搬运装置,解决了需要人工将联锁块从模具中取出来,劳动量较大,成型后的联锁块人工搬动到堆叠场地堆叠的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种吸盘式联锁块起吊搬运装置,包括顶架、滚轮、电动推杆、吸盘、固定座、导轨和抽气泵,所述顶架下部的左右两端均安装有吊架,所述吊架的下端安装有滚轮,所述滚轮通过滚轮安置架与吊架转动连接,所述顶架的下部安装有电动推杆,所述电动推杆的下端安装有外壳,所述外壳的内部安装有吸盘,所述外壳上部左侧的外壁上安装有抽气泵,所述吸盘设置在浇筑模具的上方,所述电动推杆的上端固定在固定座上,所述固定座上安装有移动杆,所述固定座通过移动杆安装在顶架上;所述顶架下部的四角位置处均设置有吊架,所述吊架的下端 均安装有滚轮,所述滚轮均为万向轮,所述吊架的上端与顶架的下部固定连接;所述电动推杆等间距的分布在顶架的下部,所述电动推杆的下端与外壳上表面的中间位置处固定连接,所述外壳下部的吸盘安置在外壳上设置的安置腔中;所述吸盘上部的中间位置处通过连接座与外壳上部的内壁固定连接,所述吸盘通过抽气管与抽气泵相互连通,所述吸盘与外壳的尺寸相契合。

(2)本发明,通过设置的吊架和滚轮,工作人员直接推动吊架,吊架下部的滚轮在地面上转动,从而将整个装置移动到浇筑模具的正上方,电动推杆运行将吸盘移动到产品本体上,吸盘将产品本体吸附住,电动推杆再运行收缩将产品本体从浇筑槽中取出,在推动该装置移动到堆叠场地中,在堆叠位置处的上方电动推杆运行将吸盘吸附的产品本体放下,从而将产品本体整齐的堆叠在堆叠场地中,便于快速的将产品搬运到堆叠位置处堆放,速度快、效率高,大大的降低了工作人员的工作量,解决了成型后的联锁块人工搬动 到堆叠场地堆叠的问题。
