一种可快速分离的联锁块生产模具 技术领域
本发明涉及联锁块及其生产设备装置技术领域,具体为一种可快速分离的联锁块生产模具。
背景技术
联锁块是指将多个的类似于圆饼状的混凝土块通过绳子串并联在一起排列组合,主要在长江河流底的河床等改造修整后,将其投放到长江河流等底部用于稳定河床,起到保护底部河床结构,避免河床过度冲刷等问题。在联锁块生产过程中需要使用模具辅助浇筑成型,因此模具在其生产过程中起到至关重要的作用。
但是,现有的联锁块生产模具具有以下不足:使用过程中,采用人工分离模具,速度慢、效率低;模具组装过程中上下模具之间容易产生偏移,严重影响产品的质量。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种可快速分离的联锁块生产模具,解决了使用过程中,采用人工分离模具,速度慢、效率低,模具组装过程中上下模具之间容易产生偏移,严重影响产品的质量的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种可快速分离的联锁块生产模具,包括底架、下模具、第一电动推杆、第一滑块、第一滑轨、第二滑轨和上模具,所述底架的上部安装有下模具,所述下模具的下部通过第一电动推杆与底架的上部固定连接,所述下模具的左侧安装有第一滑轨,所述下模具的左侧通过第一滑块与第一滑轨滑动连接,所述下模具的右侧安装有第二滑轨,所述下模具的右侧通过第一滑块与第二滑轨滑动连接,所述下模具的上部安装有上模具,所述上模具的上部通过第二电动推杆与顶架固定连接,所述上模具上安装有第二滑块;所述第一电动推杆安置在下模具下部的 中间位置处,所述下模具上设置有第一浇筑槽,所述第一浇筑槽的外侧设置有密封槽;所述下模具的左右两侧均设置有第一滑块,所述第一滑块上均安装有限位套,所述限位套上设置有穿孔,所述第一滑块通过限位套上的穿孔与第一滑轨和第二滑轨滑动连接;所述上模具上部第二电动推杆的左侧安装有进料管,所述上模具上部第二电动推杆的右侧安装有排气管,所述上模具的左右两侧均安装有第二滑块。
优选的,所述第二电动推杆安置在上模具上部的中间位置处,所述上模具上设置有第二浇筑槽,所述上模具的下部安装有橡胶密封圈。
优选的,所述第二滑块上均安装有限位套,所述第二滑块通过限位套上的穿孔与第一滑轨和第二滑轨滑动连接,所述第一滑轨和第二滑轨的上端均与顶架的下部固定连接。
本发明提供了一种可快速分离的联锁块生产模具,具备以下有益效果:
(1)本发明,通过设置的下模具、第一电动推杆、第一滑轨、第二滑轨、上模具和第二电动推杆,联锁块浇筑成型后,第一电动推杆运行带动下模具在第一滑轨和第二滑轨上向下滑动,第二电动推杆运行带动上模具在第一滑轨和第二滑轨上向上滑动,从而快速的将下模具和上模具分离开来,拆模速度快、效率高,大大降低了工作人员的工作量,便于联锁块的生产加工,解决了使用过程中,采用人工分离模具,速度慢、效率低的问题;
(2)本发明,通过设置的下模具、第一电动推杆、第一滑轨、第二滑轨、上模具和第二电动推杆,第一电动推杆运行推动下模具向上移动,下模具左右两侧通过第一滑块上的限位套在第一滑轨和第二滑轨上滑动,第二电动推杆运行推动上模具向下移动,下模具左右两侧通过第二滑块上的限位套在第一滑轨和第二滑轨上滑动,将上模具下部的橡胶密封圈抵到下模具上的密封槽中,从而将上模具和下模具组装到一起,模具组装速度快、效率高,大大提升了联锁块生产的速度,利用第一滑轨和第二滑轨限制上模具和下模具的 移动轨迹,有效的避免上模具和下模具组装时产生偏移,解决了模具组装过程中上下模具之间容易产生偏移,严重影响产品的质量的问题。

请参阅图1-3所示,本发明提供的一种实施例;一种可快速分离的联锁块生产模具,包括底架1、下模具2、第一电动推杆3、第一滑块4、第一滑轨6、第二滑轨7和上模具9,底架1的上部安装有下模具2,下模具2的下部通过第一电动推杆3与底架1的上部固定连接,第一电动推杆3的型号为DT,下模具2的左侧安装有第一滑轨6,下模具2的左侧通过第一滑块4与第一滑轨6滑动连接,下模具2的右侧安装有第二滑轨7,下模具2的右侧通过第一滑块4与第二滑轨7滑动连接,第一电动推杆3安置在下模具2下部的中间位置处,下模具2上设置有第一浇筑槽16,第一浇筑槽16的外侧设置有密封槽8,下模具2的左右两侧均设置有第一滑块4,第一滑块4上均安装有限位套5,限位套5上设置有穿孔17,第一滑块4通过限位套5上的穿孔17 与第一滑轨6和第二滑轨7滑动连接,下模具2的上部安装有上模具9,上模具9的上部通过第二电动推杆10与顶架11固定连接,第二电动推杆10的型号为DT,上模具9上安装有第二滑块15,第二电动推杆10安置在上模具9上部的中间位置处,上模具9上设置有第二浇筑槽18,上模具9的下部安装有橡胶密封圈12,上模具9上部第二电动推杆10的左侧安装有进料管13,上模具9上部第二电动推杆10的右侧安装有排气管14,上模具9的左右两侧均安装有第二滑块15,第二滑块15上均安装有限位套5,第二滑块15通过限位套5上的穿孔17与第一滑轨6和第二滑轨7滑动连接,第一滑轨6和第二滑轨7的上端均与顶架11的下部固定连接。
工作原理:使用时,第一电动推杆3运行推动下模具2向上移动,下模具2左右两侧通过第一滑块4上的限位套5在第一滑轨6和第二滑轨7上滑动,第二电动推杆10运行推动上模具9向下移动,下模具9左右两侧通过第二滑块15上的限位套5在第一滑轨6和第二滑轨7上滑动,将上模具9下部的橡胶密封圈12抵到下模具2上的密封槽8中,从而将上模具9和下模具2组装到一起,模具组装速度快、效率高,大大提升了联锁块生产的速度,联锁块浇筑成型后,第一电动推杆3运行带动下模具2在第一滑轨6和第二滑轨7上向下滑动,第二电动推杆10运行带动上模具9在第一滑轨6和第二滑轨7上向上滑动,从而快速的将下模具2和上模具9分离开来,拆模速度快、效率高,大大降低了工作人员的工作量,便于联锁块的生产加工。
综上可得,本发明通过设置的底架1、下模具2、第一电动推杆3、第一滑块4、第一滑轨6、第二滑轨7和上模具9,解决了使用过程中,采用人工分离模具,速度慢、效率低,模具组装过程中上下模具之间容易产生偏移,严重影响产品的质量的问题。
