3、捞渣驱动机构外侧安装隔热防护板,使得捞渣驱动机构长期运行在相对安全温度中,延长了捞渣机构的使用寿命;
4、本实用新型在操作室前安装防爆网,避免了由于高温渣块溅出造成的安全事故,使用更加人性化。

如图1所示,本实施例为一种铁水捞渣机,包括底盘行走装置16、安装在底盘行走装置16上的回转平台15、安装在回转平台15上的机体、安装在机体上的捞渣机械手以及液压动力驱动及操控总成13。所述回转平台15包括与底盘行走装置16相连接的回转支承固定环、与机体相连接的回转支承回转环、安装在固定环上的大齿轮和与所述大齿轮相啮合的小齿轮,还包括安装在机体上的液压泵,所述小齿轮安装在液压泵的输出轴上,所述液压动力驱动及操控总成13为所述液压缸提供液压油,从而驱动机体相对于底盘行走装置圆周回转,所述机体可相对于底盘行走装置16转动。
所述底盘行走装置16是履带式行走机构或轮式行走机构等无固定轨迹式行走机构中的一种。具体的,本实施例中的履带式行走机构主要包括引导轮、张紧装置、组合式行走架、托链轮、支重轮和履带总成,液压动力驱动及操控总成13驱动铁水捞渣机行走时,驱动轮卷动履带,通过导向轮把履带铺设到地面上,从而使铁水捞渣机借支重轮沿着履带向前移动。
本实施例中的轮式行走机构主要包括车架、支腿、前桥、后桥、驱动轮、转向轮和传动轴,液压动力驱动及操控总成13驱动铁水捞渣机行走时,驱动轮驱动捞渣机移动,并通过转向轮实现捞渣机的转向。可以借用现有履带式或轮式挖掘机等工程机械的车体部分,作为本实施例的行走装置、回转平台和机体。
所述液压动力驱动及操控总成13前端上部焊接有拉杆基座12,所述捞渣机械手包括大工作臂5、小工作臂1、拉杆4和油缸7,所述大工作臂5的后端通过大臂后连接轴10与液压动力驱动及操控总成13前端铰接,大工作臂5的前端通过大臂前连接轴2与小工作臂1的中间轴孔铰接,小工作臂1的前端与捞渣驱动机构17的外体连接。所述拉杆4的后端通过杆后连接轴11与拉杆基座12轴孔铰接,拉杆4的前端通过杆前连接轴3与小工作臂1的后端轴孔铰接。所述油缸7的前轴孔通过油缸前连接轴6与大工作臂5的中间轴孔铰接,油缸7的后轴孔通过油缸后连接轴9与液压动力驱动及操控总成13前端下部铰接。
本实施例还包括安装在捞渣机械手外端的捞渣机构,所述捞渣机构包括捞渣驱动机构17、捞渣渣耙20和渣耙轴套19,所述渣耙轴套19的下端与捞渣渣耙20连接,渣耙轴套19的上端与捞渣驱动机构17的输出轴连接。

通过液压动力驱动及操控总成13驱动底盘行走装置16移动至捞渣位置,当液压动力驱动及操控总成13驱动油缸7收缩时,大工作臂5将绕大臂后连接轴10向下旋转,大工作臂5前端下降,在由大工作臂5、拉杆4、拉杆基座12及小工作臂1形成的平行四边形机构的作用下,使小工作臂1前端面始终保持与地面垂直状态整体随大工作臂5前端下降,从而使与小工作臂1连接的捞渣驱动机构17及与捞渣驱动机构17连接的渣耙轴套19的同时保持原状态下降,与渣耙轴套19下端连接捞渣渣耙20始终保持底平面与被捞铁水面平行的状态下降到铁水渣层面以下,在液压动力驱动及操控总成13驱动捞渣驱动机构17使其通过驱动两个反向旋转合龙将铁水表层渣子笼起。反之,当液压动力驱动及操控总成13驱动油缸7伸长时,大工作臂5将绕大臂后连接轴10向上旋转,大工作臂5前端上升,带动笼满铁水渣的升起实现捞渣。
