- the cooling water cooled by the cooling tower 8 is sent by the cooling water pump 86, sent to the condensing unit 33 by the cooling water passage 80, and flows through the plurality of cooling pipes 33b again. Then, after the temperature rises due to the heat exchange with the steam generated inside the tank 30 as described above, it flows through the cooling water path 80 again and flows into the water receiving tank 81 of the cooling tower 8. That is, the cooling water circulates in the cooling water passage 80 between the condenser 33 and the cooling tower 8.
- condensed water obtained by condensing the steam generated from the heated excrement E in the condensing unit 33 is also injected.
- condensed water generated by exchanging heat with high-temperature steam is collected below the condenser 33.
- a vacuum pump 36 is connected to the condensing unit 33 via a communication passage 35 so as to reduce the pressure in the tank 30. Does not diverge outside the tank.
- the excrement E contained in the tank 30 is stirred by the rotation of the stirring shaft 32 while being heated by the heating steam supplied to the heating jacket 31. To be done. Then, in response to the heating from the outside by the heating jacket 31 that surrounds the inside of the tank 30 and the heating from the inside by the stirring shaft 32 and the like, the excrement E contained in the tank 30 is effectively heated. The excrement E is stirred by the stirring shaft 32. In addition, since the pressure is reduced by the operation of the vacuum pump 36, the boiling point is lowered in the tank 30, and the water is evaporated in a temperature range where the decomposition of the organic component of the excrement E is promoted by the microorganisms.
- one step (one cycle) is preferably, for example, 24 hours.
- the excrement E is introduced over 30 minutes, and the excrement E over 23 hours.

- the secondary dried product D2 can be discharged from the discharge part 30'b of the secondary vacuum fermentation dryer 3 '.
- This secondary dried material D2 is further reduced in volume than the primary dried material D1.
- a biomass fuel storage hopper 45 is connected to the secondary reduced-pressure fermentation dryer 3 ′ via a secondary dried product carry-out conveyor 22 extending downward in FIG. 3 and a direction change conveyor 24 connected to the lower end thereof. Therefore, the secondary dried product D2 obtained by the secondary vacuum fermentation dryer 3'is once stored in the biomass fuel storage hopper 45 as a biomass fuel.
- the secondary dried product carry-out conveyor 22 and the direction change conveyor 24 respectively contain the secondary dried product D2 discharged from the discharge unit 30'b below the tank 30 'of the secondary vacuum fermentation dryer 3'. It is composed of a screw conveyor so as to convey it to a position higher than the discharge part 30'b.
- a secondary carry-out branch conveyor 25 is connected to an end portion (lower end portion in FIG. 3) of the secondary dry product carry-out conveyor 22, and the secondary dry product D2 is dumped by the secondary carry-out branch conveyor 25. It can be discharged to the bed of the car 41.
- the dump truck 41 conveys the secondary dried product D2 discharged from the secondary reduced pressure fermentation dryer 3 ′ and the primary dried product D1 stored in the secondary charging hopper 40 to the cowshed 6 and then into the cowshed 6.
- the collected excrement E and further, when there is a compost house near the cow house 6, by sprinkling the secondary dried product D2 or the primary dried product D1 on the excreted product collected in the compost house, It is possible to accelerate the fermentation of and to reduce the volume of those excrements.

Carry out the process.
- the biomass boiler 46 is arranged on the right side in FIG. 3 of the secondary vacuum fermentation dryer 3 ′, and a storage section 46 a for storing biomass fuel is provided at the lower end in FIG. 3.
- the biomass fuel stored in the storage section 46a is put into the combustion furnace 46b and burned in the combustion furnace 46b to generate combustion gas.
- the water supplied through the water passage 51 flows around the combustion furnace 46b, and the water is heated by the combustion gas generated in the combustion furnace 46b to generate high-temperature high-pressure steam. Occurs.

Therefore, since the secondary dry matter D2 discharged by the secondary reduced pressure fermentation dryer 3 ′ can be utilized to generate the steam for heating the excrement E required in each primary reduced pressure fermentation dryer 3, It is possible to reduce the running cost of the entire apparatus for treating livestock excrement.
- the steam generated in the biomass boiler 46 may be used in the secondary vacuum fermentation dryer 3 '.
- a steam turbine generator 47 is connected to the biomass boiler 46 via a steam passage 50 through which the rest of the generated steam flows.
- the steam turbine generator (generator) 47 has a steam turbine inside, and flows high-temperature and high-pressure steam from the biomass boiler 46 through the steam passage 50 toward the impeller of the steam turbine. , Rotating the steam turbine at high speed to generate electricity.
- the heat exchanger 48 is connected to the steam turbine generator 47 via a steam pipe 48a.
- the heat exchanger 48 cools the heating steam supplied from the steam turbine generator 47 via the steam pipe 48a.
- the cooled condensate is returned to, for example, the biomass boiler 46, and is used for generation of steam for heating the excrement E.
- the exhaust gas of the combustion furnace 46b is discharged to the atmosphere through the exhaust gas processing device 53 in a state without environmental pollution.
- the electric power generated by the steam turbine generator 47 is supplied to the two primary reduced pressure fermentation dryers 3 as shown in FIG. Therefore, the electric power generated by the steam turbine generator 47 can be used as a part of the electric power used in the primary vacuum fermentation dryer 3, and the running cost of the entire apparatus for treating livestock excrement can be further reduced. It is possible.
- the electric power generated by the steam turbine generator 47 may be used in the secondary reduced pressure fermentation dryer 3 ′, and the surplus power is supplied to other devices, and if there is still surplus power, the electric power company It is also possible to sell electricity to.
- the excrement E (per day) excreted from the barn 6 by the two primary reduced pressure fermentation dryers 3 of the reduced pressure fermentation drying apparatus A and one secondary reduced pressure fermentation dryer 3 ′. It is possible to ferment 60 tons and a water content of 87 to 90%) and process it to a greatly reduced volume of the secondary dried product D2 (water content of about 15%). Moreover, the secondary dry matter D2 is burned as the biomass fuel in the biomass boiler 46 to become ash, and only a small amount of industrial waste is generated, so the processing cost thereof is reduced. Moreover, since all of the excrement E excreted in the cowshed 6 or the compost house can be made into ash, the compost house is not required, and the dairy cows can be added to the site of the compost house as a cow house.
- the secondary reduced pressure fermentation dryer 3 ' since the primary dried product D1 already reduced in volume by the two primary reduced pressure fermentation dryers 3 is fermented and dried, the installation of the secondary reduced pressure fermentation dryer 3'is performed. It is possible to reduce the number of bases from that of the primary vacuum fermentation dryer 3. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the installation space of the reduced pressure fermentation drying apparatus A and to reduce the running cost.
