Claims (5)
- 家畜の排泄物を密閉容器に収容し、減圧下において所定の温度範囲に加熱しながら撹拌するとともに、微生物を利用して有機物の有機成分を分解させ、減容した乾燥物を得る減圧発酵乾燥装置と、
前記減圧発酵乾燥装置の後段に配置され、得られた乾燥物を燃焼させて熱源を生成する熱源機器と、を備え、
前記減圧発酵乾燥装置は、
少なくとも2基以上の一次減圧発酵乾燥機と、
前記一次減圧発酵乾燥機の後段に配置され、前記一次減圧発酵乾燥機の設置基数以下の二次減圧発酵乾燥機と、を備え、
前記一次減圧発酵乾燥機と、前記二次減圧発酵乾燥機との間には、ホッパーが配置されており、
前記2基以上の一次減圧発酵乾燥機からそれぞれ排出される一次乾燥物は、前記ホッパーに集合されて一旦貯溜された後、前記二次減圧発酵乾燥機に投入される、
ことを特徴とする家畜の排泄物の処理装置。 - 請求項1に記載の家畜の排泄物の処理装置において、
前記熱源機器により生成された熱源の一部は、前記減圧発酵乾燥装置で利用される
ことを特徴とする家畜の排泄物の処理装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の家畜の排泄物の処理装置において、
前記熱源機器に接続され、生成された熱源の一部を受けて発電する発電機を備えた
ことを特徴とする家畜の排泄物の処理装置。 - 請求項3に記載の家畜の排泄物の処理装置において、
前記発電機により得られた電気は、前記減圧発酵乾燥装置で利用される
ことを特徴とする家畜の排泄物の処理装置。 - 請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載の家畜の排泄物の処理装置を用いた家畜の排泄物の処理方法であって、
家畜の排泄物を前記密閉容器に収容し、減圧下において所定の温度範囲に加熱しながら撹拌するとともに、微生物を利用して有機物の有機成分を分解させ、減容した乾燥物を得る減圧発酵乾燥工程と、
前記減圧発酵乾燥工程で得られた乾燥物を燃焼させて熱源を生成する熱源生成工程と、を備えた
ことを特徴とする家畜の排泄物の処理方法。
