Description

剑杆织机的气动折入边装置 技术领域
本发明属于织机技术领域,具体涉及一种剑杆织机的气动折入边装置
背景技术
前述的剑杆织机如同喷气织机、片梭织机等均属无梭织机范畴,无梭织机在织造过程中由于有引纬机构引纬的特点,因而布边均为毛边,不能像梭织机那样在引纬过程中自然形成光边,如果不将毛边处理,则会影响织物观瞻及质量,而要以裁剪、折边、缝纫之类的方式对毛边处理,那么会产生费工、费时、费料并且增加纺织厂商的织物生产成本。正鉴于此,在剑杆织机上除了配备用于将纬纱剪断的纬纱剪断装置如CN204982245U(一种剑杆织机电子纬纱剪切机构)、CN207619605U(织布机回转式纬纱剪切装置)、CN202809134U(一种旋转电磁式纬纱剪刀装置)和CN103757811A(一种电子纬纱剪断装置),等等,还需配置上面提及的折入边装置。
在公开的中国专利文献中可不乏见诸关于剑杆织机的气动折入边装置的技术信息,如CN103668718A推荐有“一种气动纬纱折入喷嘴”和CN205556948U提供有“一种气动折入边装置”以及CN104630973B介绍有“具有自适应安装机构的无梭织机短毛边纯气动折入边装置”,等等,并非限于例举的这些专利均未给出将纬纱剪断装置即纬剪装置与折入边装置集合为一体的技术启示。因为,将纬剪装置与折入边装置集合在一起可以体现良好的模块化效果、简化结构、降低制造成本并且有便于安装与调试。
CN204151520U揭示的“一种内置剪刀式气动折入边装置”给出了将纬剪装置与气动折入边装置集在一起的启示,但是并未揭示纬剪装置的结构体系的相关部件。由于CN105803645A公布的“一种气动剪刀及折入边装置”教导了将气动剪刀(即纬剪装置的结构体系的部件)与折入边装置的结构体系的部件集合于同一剪刀座上,因而基本上能如实地体现在其说明书第0018至0020段记载的三个方面的技术效果。但是由于剪刀张开以及闭合需由两个柱塞(专利将第一柱塞和第二柱塞)分别推动拨叉(拨叉装在剪刀轴上)来实现,又由于剪刀张开以及闭合由两个彼此独立的气路保障,还由于两个柱塞相对于剪刀座频繁滑动,相当于单作用气缸,因而致使整个纬剪装置的结构复杂,不利于方便制造与装配,并且不利于日常使用中的检护(具体还可参见该CN105803645A的说明书第0032至0033段)。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于提供一种有助于附带纬剪机构而藉以体现理想的集合化效果、有 利于简化纬剪机构的结构而藉以方便制造与装配并且有便于日常使用中的检护、有益于将由纬剪机构剪断的纬纱端部可靠地吹入梭口而藉以满足织物在边部形成光边的要求、有助于保障快捷的动作响应速度而藉以满足高速织造要求的剑杆织机的气动折入边装置。
本发明的任务是这样来完成的,一种剑杆织机的气动折入边装置,包括一墙板固定座,该墙板固定座在使用状态下固定在所述的剑杆织机上,并且在墙板固定座的前侧面的中部构成有一墙板固定座前内凹腔,而在墙板固定座的后侧面的中部构成有一墙板固定座后内凹腔;一左墙板和一右墙板,左墙板位于所述墙板固定座的左侧,而右墙板位于墙板固定座的右侧,并且左、右墙板在彼此对应的状态下隔着墙板固定座相互固定连接;一纬剪机构,该纬剪机构包括滑动剪刀片摆臂驱动气缸、气缸柱连接头、活动剪刀片摆臂、活动剪刀片摆臂轴、活动剪刀片、固定剪刀片座、固定剪刀片座连接臂和固定剪刀片,活动剪刀片摆臂驱动气缸以卧置状态对应于所述墙板固定座的上方,并且受控于剑杆织机的电磁阀控制装置,该活动剪刀片摆臂驱动气缸的缸体后端与气缸座固定,而气缸座与所述左墙板的后端固定,活动剪刀片摆臂驱动气缸的气缸柱朝向前方,气缸柱连接头的后端与气缸柱前端连接,活动剪刀片摆臂的上端与气缸柱连接头的前端连接,而活动剪刀片摆臂的下端与摆臂轴套的中部固定,摆臂轴套在对应于所述墙板固定座前内凹腔的位置转动地套置在活动剪刀片摆臂轴的中部,活动剪刀片摆臂轴的左端支承在所述左墙板的前端下部,而活动剪刀片摆臂轴的右端支承在所述右墙板的前端下部,活动剪刀片的后端与活动剪刀片摆臂固定,而活动剪刀片的前端伸展到固定剪刀片,并且活动剪刀片的活动剪刀片刀刃与固定剪刀片的固定剪刀片刀刃相配合,固定剪刀片座与固定剪刀片座连接臂的右侧下端固定,而固定剪刀片座连接臂的上端与左墙板的前端上部固定,固定剪刀片与剪刀片座的右侧固定;一折入边喷气座和一喷气座调整块,折入边喷气座与喷气座调整块的下端固定,在该折入边喷气座上配接有一第一进气接口和一第二进气接口并且在折入边喷气座上还开设有一纬纱槽、一第一气道、一第二气道、一折纱喷气孔、一组上喷气孔和一组下喷气孔,第一进气接口以及第二进气接口受控于剑杆织机的电磁阀控制装置,第一、第二气道彼此相通,并且第一气道与第一进气接口相通,第二气道与第二进气接口相通,折纱喷气孔在正对纬纱槽的导纱口的状态下开设在纬纱槽的底部并且与第一气道相通,由该折纱喷气孔将由第一气道引入的压力空气喷向纬纱槽,一组上喷气孔在对应于纬纱槽的上方的位置间隔开设,该组上喷气孔与第一气道以及第二气道相通并且还与外界相通,一组下喷气孔在对应于纬纱槽的下方的位置间 隔开设,该组下喷气孔与第一气道相通并且还与外界相通,喷气座调整块的上端通过喷气座调整块固定杆与所述固定剪刀片座连接臂的上端固定。
在本发明的一个具体的实施例中,在所述墙板固定座的上部开设有一墙板固定连接调整螺钉槽和一墙板固定连接调整螺钉孔,在所述左墙板上并且在对应于墙板固定连接调整螺钉槽的位置开设有一左墙板固定连接孔Ⅰ,而在对应于墙板固定连接调整螺钉孔的位置开设有一左墙板固定连接孔Ⅱ,在所述右墙板上并且在对应于墙板固定连接调整螺钉槽的位置配设有一墙板固定连接调整螺钉Ⅰ,而在对应于墙板固定连接调整螺钉孔的位置配设有一墙板固定连接调整螺钉Ⅱ,所述墙板固定连接调整螺钉Ⅰ依次穿过墙板固定连接调整螺钉槽以及左墙板固定连接孔Ⅰ并且由旋配在墙板固定连接调整螺钉Ⅰ的末端的第一锁定螺母锁定,所述墙板固定连接调整螺钉Ⅱ依次穿过墙板固定连接调整螺钉孔以及左墙板固定连接孔Ⅱ并且由旋配在墙板固定连接调整螺钉Ⅱ的末端的第二锁定螺母锁定。
在本发明的另一个具体的实施例中,所述的左墙板的前端探出所述墙板固定座的前侧面并且与所述墙板固定座前内凹腔的左侧相对应,所述右墙板的前端同样探出墙板固定座的前侧面并且与所述墙板固定座前内凹腔的右侧相对应,在左墙板的前端上部向前延伸有一左墙板支脚,而在左墙板的前端下部并且在背对右墙板的一侧固定有一活动剪刀片摆臂轴左支承座,在右墙板的前端上部向前延伸有一右墙板支脚,而在右墙板的前端下部并且在背对左墙板的一侧固定有一活动剪刀片摆臂轴右支承座,该活动剪刀片摆臂轴右支承座与活动剪刀片摆臂左支承座相对应,所述纬剪机构的所述活动剪刀摆臂轴的左端支承在活动剪刀片摆臂轴左支承座上,而活动剪刀片摆臂轴的右端支承在活动剪刀片摆臂轴右支承座上,所述固定剪刀片座连接臂的上端与所述左墙板支脚朝向所述右墙板支脚的一侧固定;所述活动剪刀片刀刃构成于活动剪刀片的前端下部,所述固定剪刀片刀刃构成于固定剪刀片的前端。
在本发明的又一个具体的实施例中,所述摆臂轴套具有一摆臂轴套腔,在该摆臂轴套腔的摆臂轴套腔左腔口以及摆臂轴套腔右腔口的位置各设置有一摆臂轴套轴承,该摆臂轴套轴承固在所述的活动剪刀片摆臂轴上,在所述左墙板的前端右侧开设有一活动剪刀片施压弹簧支承腔,在所述摆臂轴套的左端套置有一活动剪刀片施压弹簧,该活动剪刀片施压弹簧的左端支承在所述活动剪刀片施压弹簧支承腔内,而活动剪刀片施压弹簧的右端支承在所述活动剪刀片摆臂的下端左侧并且与所述活动剪刀片的后端左侧接触。
在本发明的再一个具体的实施例中,在所述活动剪刀片摆臂驱动气缸的缸体后端并 且在对应于所述气缸座的前侧和后侧的位置各设置有一缸体缓冲垫圈,在气缸座朝向所述左墙板的一端通过弯折而构成有一气缸座固定折板,该气缸座固定折板在对应于所述左墙板的后端右侧的位置与左墙板固定。
在本发明的还有一个具体的实施例中,所述气缸柱连接头的后端与所述气缸柱的前端螺纹连接,在气缸柱连接头的前端构成有一摆臂连接球头,所述活动剪刀片摆臂的上端通过活动剪刀片摆臂螺钉与摆臂连接球头连接,所述活动剪刀片的后端通过活动剪刀片螺钉与活动剪刀片摆臂的下端右侧固定。
在本发明的更而一个具体的实施例中,在所述固定剪刀片座的中央位置开设有一固定剪刀片座中心孔,该固定剪刀片座中心孔固定在一固定剪刀片座中心轴的右端,而该固定剪刀片座中心轴的右端与所述固定剪刀片座连接臂的下端右侧固定,在该固定剪刀片座连接臂的上端开设有一用于对所述喷气座调整块固定杆夹紧的固定剪刀片座连接臂膨胀槽,该固定剪刀片座连接臂膨胀槽与开设在固定剪刀片座连接臂上的并且位于固定剪刀片座连接臂膨胀槽的下方的喷气座调整块固定杆孔相通,在固定剪刀片座连接臂的上端后侧并且在对应于固定剪刀片座连接臂膨胀槽的位置设置有一膨胀槽夹紧螺钉,所述喷气座调整块固定杆在对应于喷气座调整块固定杆孔的位置与固定剪刀片座连接臂的上端固定,在固定剪刀片座连接臂的上端后侧构成有一连接臂固定座,该连接臂固定座通过连接臂固定座螺钉与所述左墙板支脚的右侧固定,所述固定剪刀片套置在所述固定剪刀片座中心轴上。
在本发明的进而一个具体的实施例中,在所述固定剪刀片的后端的中心位置开设有一固定剪刀片轴孔,并且在固定剪刀片的后端还配设有一对固定剪刀片固定螺钉,固定剪刀片轴孔套置在所述固定剪刀片座中心轴上,一对固定剪刀片固定螺钉与所述固定剪刀片座的右侧固定。
在本发明的又更而一个具体的实施例中,在所述喷气座调整块的上端开设有一喷气座调整块固定杆孔并且在对应于该喷气座调整块固定杆孔的上方的位置还开设有一喷气座调整块膨胀槽,该喷气座调整块膨胀槽与喷气座调整块固定杆孔相通,在喷气座调整块的上端并且在对应于喷气座调整块膨胀槽的位置配设有一膨胀槽锁紧螺钉,喷气座调整块固定杆孔套置在所述喷气座调整块固定杆上并且由所述的膨胀槽锁紧螺钉锁紧。
在本发明的又进而一个具体的实施例中,在所述固定剪刀片座连接臂的下端开设有一对固定剪刀片固定螺钉孔,在所述的固定剪刀片座上并且在对应于一对固定剪刀片固定螺钉孔的位置开设有一对固定剪刀片座螺孔,所述的一对固定剪刀片固定螺钉孔穿过 一对固定剪刀片座螺孔旋入一对固定剪刀片固定螺钉孔内。
本发明提供的技术方案的技术效果之一,由于在墙板固定座上设置了纬剪机构和折入边喷气座,因而既可对纬纱剪断,又能将引纬及剪纬过程中形成的毛边折入梭口,体现良好的集合化效果;之二,由于将左、右机构隔着墙板固定座固定连接在墙板固定座的左右侧,又由于将纬剪机构的活动剪刀片摆臂驱动气缸设置在墙板固定座的上方,还由于将固定剪刀片以及活动剪刀片在对应于墙板固定座前内凹腔的位置设置在左、右墙板的前端之间并且将活动剪刀片通过活动剪刀片摆臂与气缸柱连接头连接,因而不仅有助于简化纬剪机构的结构而得以方便制造与装配,而且有利于日常使用中的检护;之三,由于由折入边喷气座上的折纱喷气孔、一组上喷气孔以及一组下喷气孔的协同作用而可将剪纬机构剪断的纬纱端部可靠地吹入梭口,因而能满足织物边部形成光边的要求;之四,由于活动剪刀片摆臂驱动气缸以及折入边喷气座的第一、第二进气接口受控于剑杆织机制电磁阀控制装置,因而能保障快捷的动作响应速度,满足高速织造要求。

请重点见图1,在前述墙板固定座1的上部开设有一墙板固定连接调整螺钉槽13 和一墙板固定连接调整螺钉孔14,在前述左墙板2上并且在对应于墙板固定连接调整螺钉槽13的位置开设有一左墙板固定连接孔Ⅰ21,而在对应于墙板固定连接调整螺钉孔14的位置开设有一左墙板固定连接孔Ⅱ22,在前述右墙板3上并且在对应于墙板固定连接调整螺钉槽13的位置配设有一墙板固定连接调整螺钉Ⅰ31,而在对应于墙板固定连接调整螺钉孔14的位置配设有一墙板固定连接调整螺钉Ⅱ32,前述墙板固定连接调整螺钉Ⅰ31依次穿过墙板固定连接调整螺钉槽13以及左墙板固定连接孔Ⅰ21并且由旋配在墙板固定连接调整螺钉Ⅰ31的末端的第一锁定螺母311锁定,前述墙板固定连接调整螺钉Ⅱ32依次穿过墙板固定连接调整螺钉孔14以及左墙板固定连接孔Ⅱ22并且由旋配在墙板固定连接调整螺钉Ⅱ32的末端的第二锁定螺母321锁定,从而使左、右墙板2、3隔着墙板固定座1相互固定连接。
继续见图1,前述的左墙板2的前端探出前述墙板固定座1的前侧面并且与前述墙板固定座前内凹腔11的左侧相对应,同例,前述右墙板3的前端同样探出墙板固定座1的前侧面并且与前述墙板固定座前内凹腔11的右侧相对应,在左墙板2的前端上部向前以水平状态(相对于左墙板)延伸有一左墙板支脚23,而在左墙板2的前端下部并且在背对右墙板3的一侧固定有一活动剪刀片摆臂轴左支承座24,在该活动剪刀片摆臂轴左支承座24的后端开设有一对摆臂轴左支承座固定螺钉孔241,由螺钉来对应于一对摆臂轴左支承座固定螺钉孔241的位置将活动剪刀片插臂轴左支承座24与左墙板2的前端下部固定,在活动剪刀片摆臂轴左支承座24的前端开设有一摆臂轴左支承孔242(也可称“摆臂轴左固定孔”)。在右墙板3的前端上部向前延伸有一右墙板支脚33,在该右墙板支脚33上开设有供剑杆织机的其它功能部件固定的预留固定螺钉孔331,而在右墙板3的前端下部并且在背对左墙板2的一侧通过右支承座固定螺钉341固定有一活动剪刀片摆臂轴右支承座34,该活动剪刀片摆臂轴右支承座34与活动剪刀片摆臂左支承座24相对应,在该活动剪刀片摆臂轴右支承座34的前端开设有一摆臂轴右支承孔342(也可称“摆臂轴右固定孔”),前述纬剪机构4的前述活动剪刀摆臂轴44的左端支承在活动剪刀片摆臂轴左支承座24的摆臂轴左支承孔242内,而活动剪刀片摆臂轴44的右端支承在活动剪刀片摆臂轴右支承座34的摆臂轴右支承孔342内,前述固定剪刀片座连接臂47的上端与前述左墙板支脚23朝向前述右墙板支脚33的一侧(即右侧)固定;前述活动剪刀片刀刃452构成于活动剪刀片45的前端下部,前述固定剪刀片刀刃483构成于固定剪刀片48的前端。
继续见图1,前述摆臂轴套431具有一摆臂轴套腔,在该摆臂轴套腔的摆臂轴套腔 左腔口以及摆臂轴套腔右腔口的位置各设置有一摆臂轴套轴承4311,该摆臂轴套轴承4311固在前述的活动剪刀片摆臂轴44上,在前述左墙板2的前端右侧开设有一活动剪刀片施压弹簧支承腔25,在前述摆臂轴套431的左端套置有一活动剪刀片施压弹簧4312,该活动剪刀片施压弹簧4312的左端支承在前述活动剪刀片施压弹簧支承腔25内,而活动剪刀片施压弹簧4312的右端支承在前述活动剪刀片摆臂43的下端左侧并且与前述活动剪刀片45的后端左侧接触。
在前述活动剪刀片摆臂驱动气缸41的缸体后端并且在对应于前述气缸座411的前侧和后侧的位置各设置有一缸体缓冲垫圈413,在气缸座411朝向前述左墙板2的一端通过弯折而构成有一气缸座固定折板4111,该气缸座固定折板4111在对应于前述左墙板2的后端右侧的位置与左墙板2固定。
由图1所示,在前述气缸座固定折板411上开设有一对折板固定螺钉调整槽41111,在该对折板固定螺钉调整槽41111上各配设有一折板固定螺钉41112,在左墙板2的后端左侧并且在对应于折板固定螺钉41112的位置开设有折板固定螺钉孔26,折边固定螺钉41112与折板固定螺钉孔26固定,在图1中还示出了将活动剪刀片摆臂驱动气缸41的缸体的后端限定于气缸座411上的气缸缸体锁定螺母414。
继续见图1,前述气缸柱连接头42的后端与前述气缸柱412的前端螺纹连接,在气缸柱连接头42的前端构成有一摆臂连接球头421,前述活动剪刀片摆臂43的上端通过活动剪刀片摆臂螺钉432与摆臂连接球头421连接,前述活动剪刀片45的后端通过活动剪刀片螺钉451与活动剪刀片摆臂43的下端右侧固定。
仍见图1,在前述固定剪刀片座46的中央位置开设有一固定剪刀片座中心孔461,该固定剪刀片座中心孔461固定在一固定剪刀片座中心轴4611的右端,而该固定剪刀片座中心轴4611的右端与前述固定剪刀片座连接臂47的下端右侧固定,在该固定剪刀片座连接臂47的上端开设有一用于对前述喷气座调整块固定杆61夹紧的固定剪刀片座连接臂膨胀槽471,该固定剪刀片座连接臂膨胀槽471与开设在固定剪刀片座连接臂47上的并且位于固定剪刀片座连接臂膨胀槽471的下方的喷气座调整块固定杆孔472相通,在固定剪刀片座连接臂47的上端后侧并且在对应于固定剪刀片座连接臂膨胀槽471的位置设置有一膨胀槽夹紧螺钉473,前述喷气座调整块固定杆61在对应于喷气座调整块固定杆孔472的位置与固定剪刀片座连接臂47的上端固定,在固定剪刀片座连接臂47的上端后侧构成有一连接臂固定座474,该连接臂固定座474通过连接臂固定座螺钉4741与前述左墙板支脚23的右侧固定,前述固定剪刀片48套置在前述固定剪刀片座中心轴 4611上。
在前述固定剪刀片48的后端的中心位置开设有一固定剪刀片轴孔481,并且在固定剪刀片48的后端还配设有一对固定剪刀片固定螺钉482,固定剪刀片轴孔481套置在前述固定剪刀片座中心轴4611上,一对固定剪刀片固定螺钉482与前述固定剪刀片座46的右侧固定。
继续见图1,在前述喷气座调整块6的上端开设有一喷气座调整块固定杆孔62并且在对应于该喷气座调整块固定杆孔62的上方的位置还开设有一喷气座调整块膨胀槽63,该喷气座调整块膨胀槽63与喷气座调整块固定杆孔62相通,在喷气座调整块6的上端并且在对应于喷气座调整块膨胀槽63的位置配设有一膨胀槽锁紧螺钉64,喷气座调整块固定杆孔62套置在前述喷气座调整块固定杆61上并且由前述的膨胀槽锁紧螺钉64锁紧。
在前述固定剪刀片座连接臂47的下端开设有一对固定剪刀片固定螺钉孔475,在前述的固定剪刀片座46上并且在对应于一对固定剪刀片固定螺钉孔475的位置开设有一对固定剪刀片座螺孔462,前述的一对固定剪刀片固定螺钉孔482穿过一对固定剪刀片座螺孔462旋入一对固定剪刀片固定螺钉孔475内。
在图2中示出的堵头59b的不言而喻的功用是对开设气道的端口的工艺孔末端封堵。
由于本发明在剑杆织机上的安装位置、剑杆织机的剑头引纬的作用机理以及纬纱进入活动剪刀片45与固定剪刀片48之剪刀口之间的道理均属于现有技术,例如可参见申请人在上面的背景技术栏中提及的专利文献,因而申请人不再赘述。
当要将进入上面所述的剪刀口之间的纬纱7(图3示)剪断时,在上面提及的由电子控制的电磁阀组的控制下,使纬剪机构4的结构体系的活动剪刀片摆臂驱动气缸41动作,气缸柱412向缸体外伸展,即向前伸展,通过气缸柱连接头42带动活动剪刀片摆臂43以活动剪刀片摆臂轴44为回转中心回转一个角度,由活动剪刀片摆臂43带动活动剪刀片45,使活动剪刀片45的前端相应回转一个角度(逆时针方向回转一个角度),由活动剪刀片刀刃452与固定剪刀片48的固定剪刀片刀刃483的配合(协同作用)而将纬纱7剪断,剪断后的纬纱7的纬纱端部71需折入梭口(业界也称“织口”)。
请参见图3,前述剪断的纬纱7的纬纱端部71由折入边喷气座5折入织物9的梭口,具体是:同样在前述电磁阀组的控制下,由第一、第二进气接口51、52将压力空气引入第一、第二气道54、55,由折纱喷气孔56喷出的具有压力的空气使已由纬剪机构4剪断的纬纱7的纬纱端部71吹弯成趋于90°的状态,同时在一组上喷气孔57和一组下喷 气孔58的协同作用下将纬纱端部71吹入由经纱8形成的织物9的口内,形成光边织物。
综上所述,本发明提供的技术方案弥补了已有技术中的缺憾,顺利地完成了发明任务,如实地兑现了申请人在上面的技术效果栏中载述的技术效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种剑杆织机的气动折入边装置,其特征在于包括一墙板固定座(1),该墙板固定座(1)在使用状态下固定在所述的剑杆织机上,并且在墙板固定座(1)的前侧面的中部构成有一墙板固定座前内凹腔(11),而在墙板固定座(1)的后侧面的中部构成有一墙板固定座后内凹腔(12);一左墙板(2)和一右墙板(3),左墙板(2)位于所述墙板固定座(1)的左侧,而右墙板(3)位于墙板固定座(1)的右侧,并且左、右墙板(2、3)在彼此对应的状态下隔着墙板固定座(1)相互固定连接;一纬剪机构(4),该纬剪机构(4)包括滑动剪刀片摆臂驱动气缸(41)、气缸柱连接头(42)、活动剪刀片摆臂(43)、活动剪刀片摆臂轴(44)、活动剪刀片(45)、固定剪刀片座(46)、固定剪刀片座连接臂(47)和固定剪刀片(48),活动剪刀片摆臂驱动气缸(41)以卧置状态对应于所述墙板固定座(1)的上方,并且受控于剑杆织机的电磁阀控制装置,该活动剪刀片摆臂驱动气缸(41)的缸体后端与气缸座(411)固定,而气缸座(411)与所述左墙板(2)的后端固定,活动剪刀片摆臂驱动气缸(41)的气缸柱(412)朝向前方,气缸柱连接头(42)的后端与气缸柱(412)前端连接,活动剪刀片摆臂(43)的上端与气缸柱连接头(42)的前端连接,而活动剪刀片摆臂(43)的下端与摆臂轴套(431)的中部固定,摆臂轴套(431)在对应于所述墙板固定座前内凹腔(11)的位置转动地套置在活动剪刀片摆臂轴(44)的中部,活动剪刀片摆臂轴(44)的左端支承在所述左墙板(2)的前端下部,而活动剪刀片摆臂轴(44)的右端支承在所述右墙板(3)的前端下部,活动剪刀片(45)的后端与活动剪刀片摆臂(43)固定,而活动剪刀片(45)的前端伸展到固定剪刀片(48),并且活动剪刀片(45)的活动剪刀片刀刃(452)与固定剪刀片(48)的固定剪刀片刀刃(483)相配合,固定剪刀片座(46)与固定剪刀片座连接臂(47)的右侧下端固定,而固定剪刀片座连接臂(47)的上端与左墙板(2)的前端上部固定,固定剪刀片(48)与剪刀片座(46)的右侧固定;一折入边喷气座(5)和一喷气座调整块(6),折入边喷气座(5)与喷气座调整块(6)的下端固定,在该折入边喷气座(5)上配接有一第一进气接口(51)和一第二进气接口(52)并且在折入边喷气座(5)上还开设有一纬纱槽(53)、一第一气道(54)、一第二气道(55)、一折纱喷气孔(56)、一组上喷气孔(57)和一组下喷气孔(58),第一进气接口(51)以及第二进气接口(52)受控于剑杆织机的电磁阀控制装置,第一、第二气道(54、55)彼此相通,并且第一气道(54)与第一进气接口(51)相通,第二气道(55)与第二进气接口(52)相通,折纱喷气孔(56)在正对纬纱槽(53)的导纱口(531)的状态下开设在纬纱槽(53)的底部并且与第一气道(54)相通,由该折纱喷气孔(56)将由第一气道(54)引入的压力空气喷向纬纱槽(53),一组 上喷气孔(57)在对应于纬纱槽(53)的上方的位置间隔开设,该组上喷气孔(57)与第一气道(54)以及第二气道(55)相通并且还与外界相通,一组下喷气孔(58)在对应于纬纱槽(53)的下方的位置间隔开设,该组下喷气孔(58)与第一气道(54)相通并且还与外界相通,喷气座调整块(6)的上端通过喷气座调整块固定杆(61)与所述固定剪刀片座连接臂(47)的上端固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的剑杆织机的气动折入边装置,其特征在于在所述墙板固定座(1)的上部开设有一墙板固定连接调整螺钉槽(13)和一墙板固定连接调整螺钉孔(14),在所述左墙板(2)上并且在对应于墙板固定连接调整螺钉槽(13)的位置开设有一左墙板固定连接孔Ⅰ(21),而在对应于墙板固定连接调整螺钉孔(14)的位置开设有一左墙板固定连接孔Ⅱ(22),在所述右墙板(3)上并且在对应于墙板固定连接调整螺钉槽(13)的位置配设有一墙板固定连接调整螺钉Ⅰ(31),而在对应于墙板固定连接调整螺钉孔(14)的位置配设有一墙板固定连接调整螺钉Ⅱ(32),所述墙板固定连接调整螺钉Ⅰ(31)依次穿过墙板固定连接调整螺钉槽(13)以及左墙板固定连接孔Ⅰ(21)并且由旋配在墙板固定连接调整螺钉Ⅰ(31)的末端的第一锁定螺母(311)锁定,所述墙板固定连接调整螺钉Ⅱ(32)依次穿过墙板固定连接调整螺钉孔(14)以及左墙板固定连接孔Ⅱ(22)并且由旋配在墙板固定连接调整螺钉Ⅱ(32)的末端的第二锁定螺母(321)锁定。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的剑杆织机的气动折入边装置,其特征在于所述的左墙板(2)的前端探出所述墙板固定座(1)的前侧面并且与所述墙板固定座前内凹腔(11)的左侧相对应,所述右墙板(3)的前端同样探出墙板固定座(1)的前侧面并且与所述墙板固定座前内凹腔(11)的右侧相对应,在左墙板(2)的前端上部向前延伸有一左墙板支脚(23),而在左墙板(2)的前端下部并且在背对右墙板(3)的一侧固定有一活动剪刀片摆臂轴左支承座(24),在右墙板(3)的前端上部向前延伸有一右墙板支脚(33),而在右墙板(3)的前端下部并且在背对左墙板(2)的一侧固定有一活动剪刀片摆臂轴右支承座(34),该活动剪刀片摆臂轴右支承座(34)与活动剪刀片摆臂左支承座(24)相对应,所述纬剪机构(4)的所述活动剪刀摆臂轴(44)的左端支承在活动剪刀片摆臂轴左支承座(24)上,而活动剪刀片摆臂轴(44)的右端支承在活动剪刀片摆臂轴右支承座(34)上,所述固定剪刀片座连接臂(47)的上端与所述左墙板支脚(23)朝向所述右墙板支脚(33)的一侧固定;所述活动剪刀片刀刃(452)构成于活动剪刀片(45)的前端下部,所述固定剪刀片刀刃(483)构成于固定剪刀片(48)的前端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的剑杆织机的气动折入边装置,其特征在于所述摆臂轴套 (431)具有一摆臂轴套腔,在该摆臂轴套腔的摆臂轴套腔左腔口以及摆臂轴套腔右腔口的位置各设置有一摆臂轴套轴承(4311),该摆臂轴套轴承(4311)固在所述的活动剪刀片摆臂轴(44)上,在所述左墙板(2)的前端右侧开设有一活动剪刀片施压弹簧支承腔(25),在所述摆臂轴套(431)的左端套置有一活动剪刀片施压弹簧(4312),该活动剪刀片施压弹簧(4312)的左端支承在所述活动剪刀片施压弹簧支承腔(25)内,而活动剪刀片施压弹簧(4312)的右端支承在所述活动剪刀片摆臂(43)的下端左侧并且与所述活动剪刀片(45)的后端左侧接触。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的剑杆织机的气动折入边装置,其特征在于在所述活动剪刀片摆臂驱动气缸(41)的缸体后端并且在对应于所述气缸座(411)的前侧和后侧的位置各设置有一缸体缓冲垫圈(413),在气缸座(411)朝向所述左墙板(2)的一端通过弯折而构成有一气缸座固定折板(4111),该气缸座固定折板(4111)在对应于所述左墙板(2)的后端右侧的位置与左墙板(2)固定。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的剑杆织机的气动折入边装置,其特征在于所述气缸柱连接头(42)的后端与所述气缸柱(412)的前端螺纹连接,在气缸柱连接头(42)的前端构成有一摆臂连接球头(421),所述活动剪刀片摆臂(43)的上端通过活动剪刀片摆臂螺钉(432)与摆臂连接球头(421)连接,所述活动剪刀片(45)的后端通过活动剪刀片螺钉(451)与活动剪刀片摆臂(43)的下端右侧固定。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的剑杆织机的气动折入边装置,其特征在于在所述固定剪刀片座(46)的中央位置开设有一固定剪刀片座中心孔(461),该固定剪刀片座中心孔(461)固定在一固定剪刀片座中心轴(4611)的右端,而该固定剪刀片座中心轴(4611)的右端与所述固定剪刀片座连接臂(47)的下端右侧固定,在该固定剪刀片座连接臂(47)的上端开设有一用于对所述喷气座调整块固定杆(61)夹紧的固定剪刀片座连接臂膨胀槽(471),该固定剪刀片座连接臂膨胀槽(471)与开设在固定剪刀片座连接臂(47)上的并且位于固定剪刀片座连接臂膨胀槽(471)的下方的喷气座调整块固定杆孔(472)相通,在固定剪刀片座连接臂(47)的上端后侧并且在对应于固定剪刀片座连接臂膨胀槽(471)的位置设置有一膨胀槽夹紧螺钉(473),所述喷气座调整块固定杆(61)在对应于喷气座调整块固定杆孔(472)的位置与固定剪刀片座连接臂(47)的上端固定,在固定剪刀片座连接臂(47)的上端后侧构成有一连接臂固定座(474),该连接臂固定座(474)通过连接臂固定座螺钉(4741)与所述左墙板支脚(23)的右侧固定,所述固定剪刀片(48)套置在所述固定剪刀片座中心轴(4611)上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的剑杆织机的气动折入边装置,其特征在于在所述固定剪刀片(48)的后端的中心位置开设有一固定剪刀片轴孔(481),并且在固定剪刀片(48)的后端还配设有一对固定剪刀片固定螺钉(482),固定剪刀片轴孔(481)套置在所述固定剪刀片座中心轴(4611)上,一对固定剪刀片固定螺钉(482)与所述固定剪刀片座(46)的右侧固定。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的剑杆织机的气动折入边装置,其特征在于在所述喷气座调整块(6)的上端开设有一喷气座调整块固定杆孔(62)并且在对应于该喷气座调整块固定杆孔(62)的上方的位置还开设有一喷气座调整块膨胀槽(63),该喷气座调整块膨胀槽(63)与喷气座调整块固定杆孔(62)相通,在喷气座调整块(6)的上端并且在对应于喷气座调整块膨胀槽(63)的位置配设有一膨胀槽锁紧螺钉(64),喷气座调整块固定杆孔(62)套置在所述喷气座调整块固定杆(61)上并且由所述的膨胀槽锁紧螺钉(64)锁紧。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的剑杆织机的气动折入边装置,其特征在于在所述固定剪刀片座连接臂(47)的下端开设有一对固定剪刀片固定螺钉孔(475),在所述的固定剪刀片座(46)上并且在对应于一对固定剪刀片固定螺钉孔(475)的位置开设有一对固定剪刀片座螺孔(462),所述的一对固定剪刀片固定螺钉孔(482)穿过一对固定剪刀片座螺孔(462)旋入一对固定剪刀片固定螺钉孔(475)内。
