Description

一种云台连接结构、云台装置及摄影设备 技术领域
本发明实施例属于云台技术领域,尤其涉及一种云台连接结构和采用该云台连接结构的云台装置及摄影设备。
背景技术
云台是安装、固定摄像装置的支撑设备,可以起到平衡与稳定摄像装置的作用,随着云台应用范围的扩大,存在一些需要将云台应用场景从一个场景切换至其他场景的情况,比如将手持场景切换到车载场景,因此需要提供一种能够将云台稳定可靠地从一个场景切换至其他场景中的设备上的转接结构或装置。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例提供一种云台连接结构,以实现将处于手持场景的云台稳定可靠地转接至其他场景中的设备上,同时,本发明还提供了采用该云台连接结构的云台装置及摄影设备。
本发明实施例采用了如下的技术方案。
一方面,本发明实施例提供一种云台连接结构,包括:
座体、连接件、供电组件和锁定组件,其中所述座体包括中空结构,以用于容纳所述供电组件和所述锁定组件,所述连接件与所述座体固定连接;
所述锁定组件中的锁定件和所述供电组件的电连接件均穿设于所述连接件设置,以当所述连接件连接云台时分别与云台锁定并电连接。
作为本发明一种可实施的方案,所述锁定组件还包括弹性件和解锁件,所述解锁件与所述锁定件通过连接轴活动连接;
其中在所述连接件用于连接云台时,所述解锁件通过所述连接轴能够控制所述锁定件与云台分离;
所述弹性件设置于所述解锁件和所述连接件之间,以提供所述锁定件和所述解锁件复位时的回复力。
作为本发明一种可实施的方案,所述连接件远离所述座体的一侧设置有与云台上的连接结构相适配的连接槽;
所述电连接件从所述连接槽的槽底穿出;

摄像装置和上述的云台装置,其中所述摄像装置与所述云台装置中的云台固定连接。
根据本发明实施例提供的云台连接结构,在其提供的连接件与云台连接后,通过锁定组件中的锁定件能够实现云台连接结构和云台的锁定,使得云台在工作过程中不易与云台连接结构分离,实现云台连接结构与云台的稳定连接,可满足云台应用场景切换的需要,同时还可以通过云台连接结构中的供电组件对云台以及安装于云台上的摄像装置进行供电,有效延长云台及摄 像装置的工作时间。对于采用该云台连接结构的云台装置,进一步由于云台连接结构固定在移动平台上,使得与云台连接结构连接的云台能够稳定地安装在移动平台上,有利于云台在移动平台上保持稳定工作。而采用该云台装置的摄像设备则在移动过程中可保持稳定的拍摄状态,可避免发生云台与云台连接结构分离或者云台连接结构与移动平台分离的情况。

根据本发明实施例提供的云台连接结构,在其提供的连接件与云台连接后,通过锁定组件中的锁定件能够实现云台连接结构和云台的锁定,使得云台在工作过程中不易与云台连接结构分离,实现云台连接结构与云台的稳定连接,可满足云台应用场景切换的需要,同时还可以通过云台连接结构中的供电组件对云台以及安装于云台上的摄像装置进行供电,有效延长云台及摄像装置的工作时间。对于采用该云台连接结构的云台装置,进一步由于云台连接结构固定在移动平台上,使得与云台连接结构连接的云台能够稳定地安装在移动平台上,有利于云台在移动平台上保持稳定工作。而采用该云台装置的摄像设备则在移动过程中可保持稳定的拍摄状态,可避免发生云台与云台连接结构分离或者云台连接结构与移动平台分离的情况。

参阅图1和图2,图示分别为本发明实施例提供的云台连接结构的整体示意图和爆炸图,可用于将手持云台转接至车辆、无人机、无人船、机器人或者其他移动平台等载具上,所述云台连接结构包括座体10、连接件20、供电组件30和锁定组件40。
结合图3,所述座体10包括中空结构100,该中空结构100可用于容纳所述供电组件30和所述锁定组件40;在本实施例中,所述座体10可通过其底部设置的螺孔或者其他固定结构直接固定在车辆、无人机、无人船、机器人或者其他移动平台上,也可以通过其他部件进行间接固定,如图4和图5所示,图示提供了云台连接结构的另一整体示意图和爆炸图,所述云台连接结构还包括连接外部结构的底盘50,所述座体10固定于所述底盘50之上,所述底盘50上设置的第一固定孔52和第二固定孔54,所述第一固定孔52用于底盘50和底座的连接,所述第二固定孔54用于底盘50和外部结构的连接,在一些实施例中,所述底盘50上设置多种规格的第一固定孔52和第二固定孔54,比如图6所示的底盘50中设置有的第一螺孔521和第二螺孔522两种规格的第一固定孔52,同时设置有第三螺孔541和第四螺孔542两种规格的第二固定孔54,使得底盘50可以固定不同规格的底座,同时使得云台连接结构通过底盘50可以固定在不同类型的载具上。另一方面,所述底盘50的外形也并不限于本实施例图中所显示的圆盘形,还可以是适配于具体场景的其他形状,例如矩形、三角形、多边形等等。
在本实施例中,所述连接件20与所述座体10固定连接,比如采用螺钉连接,所述锁定组件40中的锁定件41和所述供电组件30的电连接件32均穿设于所述连接件20设置,以当所述连接件20连接云台时分别与云台锁定并电连接,可防止云台脱落,并可为云台供电,其中电连接通过触点连接实现。
进一步地,如图7所示,所述锁定组件40还包括弹性件43和解锁件45,所述解锁件45与所述锁定件41通过连接轴47活动连接;其中在所述连接件20用于连接云台时,所述解锁件45通过所述连接轴47能够控制所述锁定件41与云台分离;所述弹性件43设置于所述解锁件45和所述连接件20之间,以提供所述锁定件41和所述解锁件45复位时的回复力。在本实施例中,结合图8,所述锁定件41上设置有连接孔410,所述连接轴47穿过所述连接孔410后与所述锁定件41固定连接,所述连接轴47和所述锁定件41具体可通 过顶丝弱连接;在一些实施例中,也可以是所述锁定件41穿过设置于所述连接轴47上的孔后与所述连接轴47固定连接,或者采用其他方式固定连接,在此不作限定。
在一些实施例中,所述弹性件43可套设于所述锁定件41,锁定件41可起到导向作用。在本实施例中,所述弹性件可为弹簧或者弹性套筒。
在另一些实施例中,请一并参阅图8,所述锁定件41上可设置限位部411,所述限位部411限定所述锁定件41穿出所述连接件20的部分的长度,此时所述弹性件43可设置为其中一端抵持于所述解锁件45,另一端抵持于所述限位部411。
进一步地,请一并参阅图2、图5和图9,所述连接件20远离所述座体10的一侧可设置与云台上的连接结构相适配的连接槽22,所述连接槽22具体可为燕尾槽,云台可通过滑进滑出的方式实现快速安装和拆卸,在一些实施例中,还可在连接槽22中设置导轨24,便于云台的滑进和滑出。
其中,所述锁定件41可从所述连接槽22的槽底或者槽壁穿出,作为一种可选方案,结合图10所示,所述解锁件45穿过所述座体10的第一侧壁101上的第一通孔11设置,且所述锁定件41从所述连接槽22的槽底穿出;
作为另一种可选方案,所述解锁件45穿过所述连接件20上远离所述座体10的一侧的通孔设置,且所述锁定件41从所述连接槽22的槽壁穿出,此时在连接件20上相应的设置有容纳锁定组件40的腔体。
当然,所述电连接件32也可设置为从所述连接槽22的槽底或者槽壁穿出,在图11示出的连接件20中,在所述连接槽22的槽底设置有第二通孔221和第三通孔222,分别用于所述电连接件32和所述锁定件41穿出,然而在实际应用中,所述锁定件41和所述电连接件32在所述连接件20上穿出的位置不限于图11所示出的情形,其穿出方式也可以以其他形式存在,在此不作限定。
在本实施例中,当云台上的连接结构设置成可自所述连接槽22的槽口滑入所述连接槽22时,相对应地,重新参阅图8,所述锁定件41穿出所述连接 件20的部分为斜面结构412,所述斜面结构412可以是所述连接件20上的侧切斜面或者环切斜面,在此不作限定,在本实施例中,斜面可部分地或全部地朝向所述连接槽22的槽口,在云台未连接至所述云台连接结构时,在所述弹性件43的作用下,所述锁定件41处于弹起状态,所述锁定件41的一部分会凸出于与所述连接件20,当云台的连接结构滑入所述连接槽22时,将对该斜面施加压力,使得所述锁定件41在压力作用下回缩并压缩所述弹性件43,当云台完全推入所述连接槽22时,所述锁定件41在所述弹性件43提供的回复力的作用下将插入与云台上的连接结构中的锁定部中,实现云台的锁定;而当需要从云台连接结构上拆卸云台时,可通过解锁件45控制所述锁定件41退出云台上的连接结构中的锁定部,实现解锁。
重新参阅图7,在本实施例中,所述解锁件45可包括互相连接的操作部451和施压部453,所述施压部453设置有带斜面的施压孔,在所述锁定件41的锁定或者解锁过程中,所述连接轴47可在所述带斜面的孔结构中沿着所述斜面运动,其中,当按压解锁件45时,所述施压孔的斜面将对连接轴47产生压力,使得连接轴47沿着斜面运动,进而压缩弹性件43,使锁定件41与云台脱离,实现解锁。在本实施例中,所述解锁件45在解锁过程中需一直保持按下状态,可以是保持持续的按压来实现该状态,释放压力后,在弹性件43的作用下,所述解锁件45和锁定件41均实现回弹复位;在另一些实施例中,也可以是设置另一锁定结构来锁定所述解锁件45的按下状态,当解除锁定后,在弹性件43的作用下,所述解锁件45和锁定件41均实现回弹复位,该另一锁定结构具体在此不展开说明。
在一些实施例中,如图12所示,所述施压部453包括第一施压臂4531和第二施压臂4533,所述第一施压臂4531和第二施压臂4533上设置有斜面尺寸一致的第一施压孔4532和第二施压孔4534;所述锁定件41与所述连接轴47连接的一端位于所述第一施压臂4531和所述第二施压臂4533之间,同时所述连接轴47的两端分别位于所述第一施压孔4532和第二施压孔4534中,当按压解锁件45时,所述第一施压孔4532和所述第二施压孔4534的斜面共 同对连接轴47施加压力,使得连接轴47沿着斜面运动,进而压缩弹性件43,使锁定件41与云台脱离,实现解锁。

在另一些实施例中,如图14所示,所述电连接器36通过固定件38固定于所述座体10的第三侧壁103上。
在本实施例中,所述电路板34可为柔性电路板34,所述电连接器36可为LEMO头,所述固定件38可为LEMO螺母,所述LEMO头的尾部设置插头可与柔性电路板34上设置的插座连接,从而实现电性连接,所述LEMO头可连接所述云台连接结构内部设置的电池,也可连接所述云台连接结构外部的电池,在实际应用中,所述供电组件30中还可设置电池解密电路,与采用特定的加密协议的电池连接,实现通过规范的供电电池进行供电。
作为本发明一种可实施的方案,所述座体10与所述连接件20为一体化结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明实施例提供的云台连接结构至少具有如下优点:
1、在其提供的连接件20与云台连接后,通过锁定组件40中的锁定件41能够实现云台连接结构和云台的锁定,使得云台在工作过程中不易与云台连接结构分离,实现云台连接结构与云台的稳定连接,拆装快捷,通用性强,可满足云台应用场景切换的需要;
2、通过云台连接结构中的供电组件30对云台以及安装于云台上的摄像 装置进行供电,有效延长云台及摄像装置的工作时间。
本发明实施例提供一种云台装置,包括移动平台、云台以及上述的云台连接结构,所述云台连接结构固定在所述移动平台上,同时所述云台上的连接结构与所述云台连接结构的连接件20相互连接,同时所述云台连接结构的锁定件41和电连接件32分别与所述云台上的锁定结构和电连接结构配合连接。
在本实施例中,可在云台上设置锁定机构,比如设置云台锁定扳扣,所述云台锁定扳扣与云台连接结构上的锁定件41实现双重锁定,提高连接的稳定性。
根据本实施例提供的云台装置,通过采用上述实施例提供的云台连接结构,通过云台连接结构固定在移动平台上,使得与云台连接结构连接的云台能够稳定地安装在移动平台上,有利于云台在移动平台上保持稳定工作。
本发明实施例提供一种摄影设备,包括摄像装置和上述的云台装置,其中所述摄像装置与所述云台装置的云台固定连接。
本实施例提供的摄像设备通过采用上述实施例提供的云台装置,在移动过程中可保持稳定的拍摄状态,可避免发生云台与云台连接结构分离或者云台连接结构与移动平台分离的情况。

Claims (39)

  1. 一种云台连接结构,其特征在于,包括座体、连接件、供电组件和锁定组件,其中所述座体包括中空结构,以用于容纳所述供电组件和所述锁定组件,所述连接件与所述座体固定连接;
    所述锁定组件中的锁定件和所述供电组件的电连接件均穿设于所述连接件设置,以当所述连接件连接云台时分别与云台锁定并电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的云台连接结构,其特征在于,所述锁定组件还包括弹性件和解锁件,所述解锁件与所述锁定件通过连接轴活动连接;
    其中在所述连接件用于连接云台时,所述解锁件通过所述连接轴能够控制所述锁定件与云台分离;
    所述弹性件设置于所述解锁件和所述连接件之间,以提供所述锁定件和所述解锁件复位时的回复力。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的云台连接结构,其特征在于,所述连接件远离所述座体的一侧设置有与云台上的连接结构相适配的连接槽;
    所述电连接件从所述连接槽的槽底穿出;
    所述解锁件穿过所述座体的第一侧壁上的第一通孔设置,且所述锁定件从所述连接槽的槽底穿出,或者
    所述解锁件穿过所述连接件上远离所述座体的一侧的通孔设置,且所述锁定件从所述连接槽的槽壁穿出。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的云台连接结构,其特征在于,云台上的连接结构自所述连接槽的槽口滑入所述连接槽;
    所述锁定件穿出所述连接件的部分为斜面结构,其中斜面朝向所述连接槽的槽口。
  5. 根据权利要求2至4任一项所述的云台连接结构,其特征在于,所述 锁定件上设置有连接孔;
    所述解锁件包括操作部和施压部,所述施压部设置有带斜面的施压孔;
    所述连接轴穿过所述连接孔后与所述锁定件固定连接,在所述锁定件的锁定或者解锁过程中,所述连接轴可在所述带斜面的孔结构中沿着所述斜面运动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的云台连接结构,其特征在于,所述施压部包括第一施压臂和第二施压臂,所述第一施压臂和第二施压臂上设置有斜面尺寸一致的第一施压孔和第二施压孔;
    所述锁定件与所述连接轴连接的一端位于所述第一施压臂和所述第二施压臂之间,同时所述连接轴的两端分别位于所述第一施压孔和第二施压孔中。
  7. 根据权利要求2至4任一项所述的云台连接结构,其特征在于,所述座体中设置有导向部,所述连接轴的端部定位于所述导向部中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的云台连接结构,其特征在于,所述导向部为设置于所述座体的第二侧壁上的导向槽或导向孔。
  9. 根据权利要求2至4任一项所述的云台连接结构,其特征在于,所述弹性件套设于所述锁定件。
  10. 根据权利要求2至4任一项所述的云台连接结构,其特征在于,所述锁定件上设置有限位部,所述限位部限定所述锁定件穿出所述连接件的部分的长度;
    同时所述弹性件的一端抵持于所述解锁件,另一端抵持于所述限位部。
  11. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的云台连接结构,其特征在于,所述供电组件还包括电路板和用于连接电池的电连接器,所述电路板和电连接器电性连接,所述电连接部设置于所述电路板上;
    所述座体靠近所述连接件的一侧设置有安装所述电路板的安装部;
    所述电连接器通过固定件固定于所述座体的第三侧壁上。
  12. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的云台连接结构,其特征在于,所述座体与所述连接件为一体化结构。
  13. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的云台连接结构,其特征在于,还包括连接外部结构的底盘,所述座体固定于所述底盘之上。
  14. 一种云台装置,其特征在于,包括移动平台、云台以及云台连接结构,其中,所述云台连接结构包括座体、连接件、供电组件和锁定组件,其中所述座体包括中空结构,以用于容纳所述供电组件和所述锁定组件,所述连接件与所述座体固定连接;
    所述锁定组件中的锁定件和所述供电组件的电连接件均穿设于所述连接件设置,以当所述连接件连接云台时分别与云台锁定并电连接,
    所述云台连接结构固定在所述移动平台上,同时所述云台上的连接结构与所述云台连接结构的连接件相互连接,同时所述云台连接结构的锁定件和电连接件分别与所述云台上的锁定结构和电连接结构配合连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的云台装置,其特征在于,所述所述锁定组件还包括弹性件和解锁件,所述解锁件与所述锁定件通过连接轴活动连接;
    其中在所述连接件用于连接云台时,所述解锁件通过所述连接轴能够控制所述锁定件与云台分离;
    所述弹性件设置于所述解锁件和所述连接件之间,以提供所述锁定件和所述解锁件复位时的回复力。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的云台装置,其特征在于,所述连接件远离所述座体的一侧设置有与云台上的连接结构相适配的连接槽;
    所述电连接件从所述连接槽的槽底穿出;
    所述解锁件穿过所述座体的第一侧壁上的第一通孔设置,且所述锁定件从所述连接槽的槽底穿出,或者
    所述解锁件穿过所述连接件上远离所述座体的一侧的通孔设置,且所述锁定件从所述连接槽的槽壁穿出。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的云台装置,其特征在于,云台上的连接结构自所述连接槽的槽口滑入所述连接槽;
    所述锁定件穿出所述连接件的部分为斜面结构,其中斜面朝向所述连接 槽的槽口。
  18. 根据权利要求15至17任一项所述的云台装置,其特征在于,所述锁定件上设置有连接孔;
    所述解锁件包括操作部和施压部,所述施压部设置有带斜面的施压孔;
    所述连接轴穿过所述连接孔后与所述锁定件固定连接,在所述锁定件的锁定或者解锁过程中,所述连接轴可在所述带斜面的孔结构中沿着所述斜面运动。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的云台装置,其特征在于,所述施压部包括第一施压臂和第二施压臂,所述第一施压臂和第二施压臂上设置有斜面尺寸一致的第一施压孔和第二施压孔;
    所述锁定件与所述连接轴连接的一端位于所述第一施压臂和所述第二施压臂之间,同时所述连接轴的两端分别位于所述第一施压孔和第二施压孔中。
  20. 根据权利要求15至17任一项所述的云台装置,其特征在于,所述座体中设置有导向部,所述连接轴的端部定位于所述导向部中。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的云台装置,其特征在于,所述导向部为设置于所述座体的第二侧壁上的导向槽或导向孔。
  22. 根据权利要求15至17任一项所述的云台装置,其特征在于,所述弹性件套设于所述锁定件。
  23. 根据权利要求15至17任一项所述的云台装置,其特征在于,所述锁定件上设置有限位部,所述限位部限定所述锁定件穿出所述连接件的部分的长度;
    同时所述弹性件的一端抵持于所述解锁件,另一端抵持于所述限位部。
  24. 根据权利要求14至17任一项所述的云台装置,其特征在于,所述供电组件还包括电路板和用于连接电池的电连接器,所述电路板和电连接器电性连接,所述电连接部设置于所述电路板上;
    所述座体靠近所述连接件的一侧设置有安装所述电路板的安装部;
    所述电连接器通过固定件固定于所述座体的第三侧壁上。
  25. 根据权利要求14至17任一项所述的云台装置,其特征在于,所述座体与所述连接件为一体化结构。
  26. 根据权利要求14至17任一项所述的云台装置,其特征在于,还包括连接外部结构的底盘,所述座体固定于所述底盘之上。
  27. 一种摄影设备,其特征在于,包括摄像装置和云台装置,所述云台装置,其特征在于,包括移动平台、云台以及云台连接结构,其中,所述云台连接结构包括座体、连接件、供电组件和锁定组件,其中所述座体包括中空结构,以用于容纳所述供电组件和所述锁定组件,所述连接件与所述座体固定连接;
    所述锁定组件中的锁定件和所述供电组件的电连接件均穿设于所述连接件设置,以当所述连接件连接云台时分别与云台锁定并电连接,
    所述云台连接结构固定在所述移动平台上,同时所述云台上的连接结构与所述云台连接结构的连接件相互连接,同时所述云台连接结构的锁定件和电连接件分别与所述云台上的锁定结构和电连接结构配合连接,
    其中所述摄像装置与所述云台装置中的云台固定连接。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的云台装置,其特征在于,所述所述锁定组件还包括弹性件和解锁件,所述解锁件与所述锁定件通过连接轴活动连接;
    其中在所述连接件用于连接云台时,所述解锁件通过所述连接轴能够控制所述锁定件与云台分离;
    所述弹性件设置于所述解锁件和所述连接件之间,以提供所述锁定件和所述解锁件复位时的回复力。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的云台装置,其特征在于,所述连接件远离所述座体的一侧设置有与云台上的连接结构相适配的连接槽;
    所述电连接件从所述连接槽的槽底穿出;
    所述解锁件穿过所述座体的第一侧壁上的第一通孔设置,且所述锁定件从所述连接槽的槽底穿出,或者
    所述解锁件穿过所述连接件上远离所述座体的一侧的通孔设置,且所述 锁定件从所述连接槽的槽壁穿出。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的云台装置,其特征在于,云台上的连接结构自所述连接槽的槽口滑入所述连接槽;
    所述锁定件穿出所述连接件的部分为斜面结构,其中斜面朝向所述连接槽的槽口。
  31. 根据权利要求28至30任一项所述的云台装置,其特征在于,所述锁定件上设置有连接孔;
    所述解锁件包括操作部和施压部,所述施压部设置有带斜面的施压孔;
    所述连接轴穿过所述连接孔后与所述锁定件固定连接,在所述锁定件的锁定或者解锁过程中,所述连接轴可在所述带斜面的孔结构中沿着所述斜面运动。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的云台装置,其特征在于,所述施压部包括第一施压臂和第二施压臂,所述第一施压臂和第二施压臂上设置有斜面尺寸一致的第一施压孔和第二施压孔;

  33. 根据权利要求28至30任一项所述的云台装置,其特征在于,所述座体中设置有导向部,所述连接轴的端部定位于所述导向部中。
  34. 根据权利要求33所述的云台装置,其特征在于,所述导向部为设置于所述座体的第二侧壁上的导向槽或导向孔。
  35. 根据权利要求28至30任一项所述的云台装置,其特征在于,所述弹性件套设于所述锁定件。
  36. 根据权利要求28至30任一项所述的云台装置,其特征在于,所述锁定件上设置有限位部,所述限位部限定所述锁定件穿出所述连接件的部分的长度;
    同时所述弹性件的一端抵持于所述解锁件,另一端抵持于所述限位部。
  37. 根据权利要求27至30任一项所述的云台装置,其特征在于,所述 供电组件还包括电路板和用于连接电池的电连接器,所述电路板和电连接器电性连接,所述电连接部设置于所述电路板上;
    所述座体靠近所述连接件的一侧设置有安装所述电路板的安装部;
    所述电连接器通过固定件固定于所述座体的第三侧壁上。
  38. 根据权利要求27至30任一项所述的云台装置,其特征在于,所述座体与所述连接件为一体化结构。
  39. 根据权利要求27至30任一项所述的云台装置,其特征在于,还包括连接外部结构的底盘,所述座体固定于所述底盘之上。
