快拆锁紧机构、提手结构和手持云台 技术领域
本发明实施例涉及快速拆卸结构领域,特别涉及一种快拆锁紧机构、提手结构和手持云台。
背景技术
摄像机、云台等设备在使用过程中,可能存在多种应用场景,例如地面应用场景或空中应用场景,在地面应用时,一般需要通过设置在设备上的提手来抓取设备,而在空中应用时,这些设备一般需要直接设置在高空绳索或飞行器上,此时设备上的提手可能不利于这种使用场景。因此,如何使得设备能够方便地在地面应用场景和空中应用场景之间切换是待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种快拆锁紧机构、提手结构和手持云台,能够快速地实现提手与云台之间的拆装过程,从而满足云台在不同的使用场景中的需求。
一种快拆锁紧机构,用于连接拆卸件和装配件,包括凸轮、锁紧块和触发块。所述凸轮设置于所述拆卸件上,所述凸轮包括凸轮本体、自所述凸轮本体的外侧面延伸的凸出部及自所述凸轮本体的底面延伸的触发部。所述锁紧块包括接触部和锁紧部,所述接触部与所述凸出部对应,所述锁紧部用于与装配件的锁紧面配合,当所述凸轮沿第一方向转动时,所述凸出部带动所述锁紧块正向移动直至所述锁紧部与所述锁紧面抵触,使得所述拆卸件与所述装配件连接。当所述凸轮沿第二方向转动时,所述锁紧块反向移动并带动所述锁紧部脱离所述锁紧面,使得所述拆卸件与所述装配件分离。所述触发块包括触发凸起,所述触发块能够相对所述凸轮移动,当所述触发块处于第一位置时,所述触发凸起与所述触发部抵触;当所述触发块处于第二位置时,所述触发凸起释放所述触发部。
在某些实施方式中,所述快拆锁紧机构还包括底座、螺栓和把手,所述底座开设有收容槽,所述收容槽的底面形成有安装孔,所述凸轮收容在所述收容槽内并与所述安装孔对应,所述把手和所述凸轮均套设在所述螺栓上并能够绕所述螺栓转动,所述把手和所述凸轮固定连接,所述螺栓的第一端伸入所述安装孔内并与所述安装孔固定连接,所述把手套设在所述螺栓的第二端,所述第一端与所述第二端相背。
在某些实施方式中,所述快拆锁紧机构还包括弹性元件,所述触发部与所述凸轮本体共同形成容置槽,所述触发部承载在所述收容槽的底面,所述弹性元件收容在所述容置槽内,所述弹性元件的一端固定于所述底座,所述弹性元件的另一端与所述凸轮结合以给所述凸轮提供预紧转动力。
在某些实施方式中,所述快拆锁紧机构还包括自所述收容槽的底面延伸的导引柱,所述导引柱开设有与所述安装孔对应的导引孔,所述第一端伸入所述导引孔及所述安装孔,所述弹性元件套设在所述导引柱上。
在某些实施方式中,所述快拆锁紧机构还包括盖板,所述盖板与所述底座结合并共同形成收容空间,所述凸轮、所述弹性元件、及所述锁紧块均收容在所述收容空间内,所述螺栓穿设所述盖板,所述把手位于所述收容空间外。
在某些实施方式中,所述底座开设有穿孔,所述触发块还包括触发本体,所述触发本体能够收容在所述收容空间内并与所述穿孔对应,所述触发本体自所述穿孔伸出所述收容空间或缩回所述收容空间,当所述触发本体伸出所述收容空间时,所述触发块处于所述第一位置;当所述触发本体缩回所述收容空间内时,所述触发块处于所述第二位置。
在某些实施方式中,所述快拆锁紧机构还包括触发弹性件,所述触发弹性件的一端连接所述触发本体,所述触发弹性件的另一端抵接于所述盖板的内表面。

请参阅图1至图7,快拆锁紧机构10可以用于连接拆卸件20和装配件320。快拆锁紧机构10包括凸轮112、锁紧块122和触发块132。凸轮112设置于拆卸件20上,凸轮112包括凸轮本体1122、自凸轮本体1122的外侧面1122a延伸的凸出部1124及自凸轮本体1122的底面1122b延伸的触发部1126。锁紧块122包括接触部1222和锁紧部1224,接触部1222与凸出部1124对应,锁紧部1224用于与装配件320的锁紧面322配合,当凸轮112沿第一方向转动时,凸出部1124带动锁紧块122正向移动直至锁紧部1224与锁紧面322抵触,使得拆卸件20与装配件320连接。当凸轮112沿第二方向转动时,锁紧块122反向移动并带动锁紧部1224脱离锁紧面322,使得拆卸件20与装配件320分离。触发块132包括触发凸起1322,触发块132能够相对凸轮112移动,当触发块132处于第一位置时,触发凸起1322与触发部1126抵触(凸轮112被限制住);当触发块132处于第二位置时,触发凸起1322释放触发部1126(凸轮112能够正常转动)。在本实施方式中,正向指的是朝远离凸轮112的方向,反向指的是朝接近凸轮112的方向。可以理解的是,在另一种实施方式中,正向可以指的是朝接近凸轮112的方向,反向可以指的是朝远离凸轮112的方向。例如,当凸轮112沿第一方向转动时,锁紧块122能够正向移动并带动锁紧部1224脱离锁紧面322,当凸轮112沿第二方向转动时,凸出部1124能够推动接触部1222以带动锁紧块122反向移动直至锁紧部1224与锁紧面322抵触。
本发明实施例的快拆锁紧机构10通过凸轮112、锁紧块122和触发块132配合以快速地实现在装配件320上安装或拆除快拆锁紧机构10,能够提高拆装的效率。该快拆锁紧机构10可靠、锁紧力度大,并且容易操作。
请继续参阅图1,第一方向可以是逆时针方向,第二方向可以是顺时针方向(图1的快拆锁紧机构10处于解锁状态,此时凸轮112可以往第一方向转动;图10的快拆锁紧机构处于锁紧状态,此时凸轮112可以往第二方向转动)。在一个实施例中,凸轮112可以沿第一方向旋转120度以使锁紧部1224与锁紧面322抵触,凸轮112可以沿第二方向旋转120度以使锁紧部1224脱离锁紧面322。
拆卸件20可以是提手20,装配件320可设置在云台300(请参阅图15) 上,如此,提手20可以快速地与云台300连接或分离,从而云台300可以方便地在地面应用场景和空中应用场景之间切换。
请结合图8,凸出部1124的外侧面1124a距离凸轮本体1122的中心轴1122c的距离(下文简称为距离)是渐变的,如此,在凸轮112沿第一方向转动时,与接触部1222对应的凸出部1124的距离逐渐变大,从而凸出部1124推动接触部1222,使得锁紧块122正向移动,其中,正向移动可以是朝远离凸轮112的方向移动,对应地,反向移动可以是朝接近凸轮112的方向移动。
在某些实施方式中,在凸轮112沿第一方向移动时,与接触部1222对应的凸出部1124的距离逐渐变小,从而凸出部1124释放接触部1222,使得锁紧块122正向移动,其中,正向移动可以是朝接近凸轮112的方向移动,对应地,反向移动可以是朝远离凸轮112的方向移动。
触发凸起1322包括两个,触发部1126包括抵触面1126a,抵触面1126a例如呈矩形,如此,当触发块132处于第一位置时,两个触发凸起1322与抵触面1126a抵触以将凸轮112限制住使其不能转动,当触发块132处于第二位置时,两个触发凸起1322释放抵触面1126a,从而凸轮112能够正常转动。当然,抵触面1126a也可以为三角形、椭圆形等其他形状。
请参阅图9,锁紧部1224的数量为两个,两个锁紧部1224与锁紧面322配合能够提供更大的锁紧力度。当然,锁紧部1224的数量也可以为一个或两个以上,在此不做具体限定。
请再次参阅图2、图3和图6,快拆锁紧机构10还包括底座14、螺栓114和把手116,底座14开设有收容槽142,收容槽142的底面1421形成有安装孔1422,凸轮112收容在收容槽142内并与安装孔1422对应,把手116和凸轮112均套设在螺栓114上并能够绕螺栓114转动,把手116和凸轮112固定连接,螺栓114的第一端1142伸入安装孔1422内并与安装孔1422固定连接,把手116套设在螺栓114的第二端1144,第一端1142与第二端1144相背。凸轮112套设在第一端1142和第二端1144之间的位置。
用户可以通过把手116带动凸轮112进行转动,另外,把手116和凸轮112二者相对固定并一起绕螺栓114转动,可以避免把手116和凸轮112转动时偏离位置。螺栓114固定在安装孔1422内,在把手116和凸轮112转动时,螺栓114相对底座14为静止,也即螺栓114不转动,避免了螺栓114在安装 孔1422内磨损。
把手116和凸轮112可以通过螺纹连接、卡合、一体化成型等方式直接进行固定连接,在此不做具体限定。例如:把手116具有内螺纹,凸轮本体1122具有外螺纹,凸轮本体1122伸入把手116内并通过螺纹旋紧;或,把手116具有外螺纹,凸轮本体1122具有内螺纹,把手116伸入凸轮本体1122内并通过螺纹旋紧。请再次参阅图8,在一个实施例中,凸轮本体1122上形成有卡合槽1122d,把手116包括连接部1162,连接部1162的内壁形成有卡合凸起(图未示),卡合槽1122d和卡合凸起对应,且其数量可以为一个或多个。把手116和凸轮112固定连接时,卡合凸起与卡合槽1122d卡合,从而把手116和凸轮112二者相对固定并能一起绕螺栓114转动。可以理解的是,凸轮本体1122与把手116的连接部1162的连接形式并不限于此,例如,可以在凸轮本体1122上形成卡合凸起并在连接部1162上对应形成卡合槽,或者凸轮本体1122与连接部1162采用过盈配合,此处并不作限制。在另一些实施方式中,凸轮本体1122还可以与把手116的连接部1162采用胶合剂固定连接,或二者为一体成型。
在某些实施方式中,把手116和凸轮112也可以为间接的固定连接。具体地,把手116固定连接在螺栓114的第二端1144,凸轮112固定连接在第一端1142和第二端1144之间的位置,即把手116和凸轮112通过螺栓114进行固定连接。此时,螺栓114的第一端1142伸入安装孔1422内并与安装孔1422转动配合。凸轮112转动时,螺栓114和把手116均对应转动。
请再次参阅图3和图6,快拆锁紧机构10还包括弹性元件118,触发部1126与凸轮本体1122共同形成容置槽1128,触发部1126承载在收容槽142的底面1421,弹性元件118收容在容置槽1128内,弹性元件118的一端1182固定于底座14,弹性元件118的另一端1184与凸轮112结合以给凸轮112提供预紧转动力(图1中处于解锁状态的快拆锁紧机构10的凸轮112具有预紧转动力,在触发凸起1322释放触发部1126时,预紧转动力使得凸轮112朝第一方向转动)。弹性元件118可以是扭簧、弹簧等,也可以是由弹性材料制成的元件。
底座14上可开设有固定孔143,弹性元件118的一端1182可插入固定孔143中以固定在底座14上,固定孔143的数量可以为一个或多个,多个固定 孔143有利于用户根据需求选择合适的固定孔143固定弹性元件118以能够提供不同大小的预紧转动力。另外,触发部1126与凸轮本体1122共同形成用于收容弹性元件118的容置槽1128,可以使得触发部1126能够直接承载在收容槽142的底面1421,减小弹性元件118和凸轮112的高度,从而减小快拆锁紧机构10的尺寸。
在某些实施方式中,触发部1126从凸轮本体1122的外侧面1122a延伸(触发部1126与凸轮本体1122之间没有形成容置槽1128),弹性元件118的一端1182固定于底座14,弹性元件118的另一端1184与触发部1126的底面结合以给凸轮112提供预紧转动力。此时,触发部1126与收容槽142的底面1421不直接接触。
请参阅图10、图11和图12,快拆锁紧机构10还包括自收容槽142的底面1424延伸的导引柱15,导引柱15开设有与安装孔1422对应的导引孔152,第一端1142伸入导引孔152及安装孔1422,弹性元件118套设在导引柱15上。
螺栓114的第一端1142通过导引孔152伸入安装孔1422中,导引孔152能够防止螺栓114的第一端1142从安装孔1422中脱离出来,并且弹性元件118可以套设在导引柱15上,导引柱15能够避免弹性元件118倾斜或偏离位置。
请参阅图3、图13和图14,快拆锁紧机构10还包括盖板16,盖板16与底座14结合并共同形成收容空间17,凸轮112、弹性元件118、及锁紧块122均收容在收容空间17内,螺栓114穿设盖板16,把手116位于收容空间17外。
盖板16与底座14共同形成的收容空间17能够保护收容在里面的凸轮112、弹性元件118、及锁紧块122,减少或避免凸轮112、弹性元件118、及锁紧块122受到外界的干扰(例如水汽、灰尘等)。把手116位于收容空间17外便于用户通过把手116转动凸轮112。
盖板16上可开设有贯通的螺栓孔161,螺栓114穿过所述螺栓孔161。盖板16上还可开设有螺纹孔162,底座14上可开设有通孔148,可利用螺丝穿过通孔148连接螺纹孔162,通过螺纹孔162上的内螺纹和螺丝上的外螺纹之间的螺合,将盖板16安装在底座14上。其中,螺丝安装后应嵌入底座 14内,从而避免螺丝与装配件320发生抵触而影响拆锁紧结构10的安装。
请再次参阅图3,底座14开设有穿孔144,触发块132还包括触发本体1324,触发本体1324能够收容在收容空间17内并与穿孔144对应,触发本体1324自穿孔144伸出收容空间17或缩回收容空间17,当触发本体1324伸出收容空间17时,触发块132处于第一位置;当触发本体1324缩回收容空间17内时,触发块132处于第二位置。
触发本体1324通过穿孔144伸出收容空间17或缩回收容空间17(触发本体1324的部分结构处于穿孔144内,穿孔144可视作收容空间17的一部分),从而实现触发块132相对凸轮112移动。当触发本体1324伸出收容空间17时,触发块132处于第一位置,此时触发凸起1322与触发部1126抵触;当触发本体1324缩回收容空间17内时,触发块132处于第二位置,此时触发凸起1322释放触发部1126。
请参阅图2和图3,快拆锁紧机构10还包括触发弹性件134,触发弹性件134的一端1342连接触发本体1324,触发弹性件134的另一端1344抵接于盖板16的内表面163。
盖板16的内表面163可开设有收容孔164,触发弹性件134的另一端1344抵接于收容孔164中。如此,可以防止触发弹性件134在盖板16上滑动。
在触发弹性件134未受到外力作用时,触发弹性件134使得触发本体1324伸出收容空间17,在触发弹性件134受到外力作用时,触发本体1324缩回收容空间17内,由于盖板16固定不动,此时触发弹性件134被压缩,在外力撤销后,触发弹性件134恢复原有状态,从而使得触发本体1324重新伸出收容空间17。触发弹性件134可以是弹簧、橡胶等弹性部件,在此不做具体限定。
请参阅图2、图3和图9,底座14开设有贯通的滑动槽146,锁紧块122包括锁紧本体1226,接触部1222自锁紧本体1226的侧面延伸并穿设触发块132,锁紧部1224自锁紧本体1226的底面延伸,锁紧本体1226位于收容空间17内,锁紧块122自滑动槽146伸出底座14并能沿着滑动槽146移动。
请参阅图7,触发本体1324的中间位置可开设有缺口1324a,接触部1222可穿过缺口1324a与接触部1222对应,如此,触发本体1324能够避免锁紧块122移动时偏离位置。
请参阅图2和图9,锁紧部1224开设有楔形缺口1227以形成倾斜的卡紧面1228,锁紧部1224与锁紧面322抵触时,卡紧面1228与锁紧面322形成线接触。
在某些实施方式中,锁紧部1224开设有矩形缺口(图未示)以形成卡紧面1228,锁紧部1224与锁紧面322抵触时,卡紧面1228与锁紧面322形成面接触。

在凸轮112沿第一方向转动时,与接触部1222接触的凸出部1124的距离逐渐变大,从而凸出部1124为接触部1222施加外力,使得锁紧块122朝远离凸轮112的方向移动,在锁紧块122的移动过程中,由于盖板16固定不动(盖板凸块165固定不动),因此锁紧弹性件124被压缩。在凸轮112沿第二方向转动时,与接触部1222接触的凸出部1124的距离逐渐变小,凸出部1124撤销为接触部1222施加的外力,锁紧弹性件124恢复原有状态,从而推动锁紧块122朝接近凸轮112的方向移动。锁紧弹性件124可以是弹簧、橡胶等弹性部件,在此不做具体限定。
请参阅图2,快拆锁紧机构10还包括定位结构18,定位结构18用于定位拆卸件20和装配件320。定位结构18可以位于快拆锁紧机构10的一端192,锁紧块122位于快拆锁紧机构10的另一端194。如此,通过定位结构18可以快速地确定快拆锁紧机构10的安装位置,并且定位结构18与装配件320进行结合可以使得快拆锁紧机构10更可靠、锁紧力度更大。
定位结构18包括定位凸块182,装配件320包括定位凹槽324。如此,定位凸块182与定位凹槽324结合以将快拆锁紧机构10安装在装配件320上。
在某些实施方式中,定位结构18包括定位凹槽,装配件320包括定位凸块。如此,定位凹槽与定位凸块也能结合以将快拆锁紧机构10安装在装配件320上。
请参阅图1,提手结构100包括上述任意一种实施方式的快拆锁紧机构10和与快拆锁紧机构10连接的提手20。如此,提手结构100能够通过快拆 锁紧机构10实现与装配件320快速地连接与分离。
当然,本发明实施例的快拆锁紧机构10也可以应用于其他快拆结构中,在此不做具体限定。
请参阅图15,手持云台1000包括上述提手结构100和与提手结构100连接的云台300。云台300包括装配件320。如此,手持云台1000上的提手结构100可以快速地拆装,从而使得云台300可以方便地在地面应用场景(可以安装有提手结构100)和空中应用场景(可以将提手结构100拆除)之间切换。
当然,本发明实施例的提手结构100也可以应用于其他手持装置中,在此不做具体限定。

Claims (36)

  1. 一种快拆锁紧机构,用于连接拆卸件和装配件,其特征在于,包括:
    凸轮,所述凸轮设置于所述拆卸件上,所述凸轮包括凸轮本体、自所述凸轮本体的外侧面延伸的凸出部及自所述凸轮本体的底面延伸的触发部;
    锁紧块,所述锁紧块包括接触部和锁紧部,所述接触部与所述凸出部对应,所述锁紧部用于与装配件的锁紧面配合,
    当所述凸轮沿第一方向转动时,所述凸出部带动所述锁紧块正向移动直至所述锁紧部与所述锁紧面抵触,使得所述拆卸件与所述装配件连接,
    当所述凸轮沿第二方向转动时,所述锁紧块反向移动并带动所述锁紧部脱离所述锁紧面,使得所述拆卸件与所述装配件分离;和
    触发块,所述触发块包括触发凸起,所述触发块能够相对所述凸轮移动,
    当所述触发块处于第一位置时,所述触发凸起与所述触发部抵触,
    当所述触发块处于第二位置时,所述触发凸起释放所述触发部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的快拆锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述快拆锁紧机构还包括底座、螺栓和把手,所述底座开设有收容槽,所述收容槽的底面形成有安装孔,所述凸轮收容在所述收容槽内并与所述安装孔对应,所述把手和所述凸轮均套设在所述螺栓上并能够绕所述螺栓转动,所述把手和所述凸轮固定连接,所述螺栓的第一端伸入所述安装孔内并与所述安装孔固定连接,所述把手套设在所述螺栓的第二端,所述第一端与所述第二端相背。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的快拆锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述快拆锁紧机构还包括弹性元件,所述触发部与所述凸轮本体共同形成容置槽,所述触发部承载在所述收容槽的底面,所述弹性元件收容在所述容置槽内,所述弹性元件的一端固定于所述底座,所述弹性元件的另一端与所述凸轮结合以给所述凸轮提供预紧转动力。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的快拆锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述快拆锁紧机构还包括自所述收容槽的底面延伸的导引柱,所述导引柱开设有与所述安装孔对应的导引孔,所述第一端伸入所述导引孔及所述安装孔,所述弹 性元件套设在所述导引柱上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的快拆锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述快拆锁紧机构还包括盖板,所述盖板与所述底座结合并共同形成收容空间,所述凸轮、所述弹性元件、及所述锁紧块均收容在所述收容空间内,所述螺栓穿设所述盖板,所述把手位于所述收容空间外。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的快拆锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述底座开设有穿孔,所述触发块还包括触发本体,所述触发本体能够收容在所述收容空间内并与所述穿孔对应,所述触发本体自所述穿孔伸出所述收容空间或缩回所述收容空间,当所述触发本体伸出所述收容空间时,所述触发块处于所述第一位置;当所述触发本体缩回所述收容空间内时,所述触发块处于所述第二位置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的快拆锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述快拆锁紧机构还包括触发弹性件,所述触发弹性件的一端连接所述触发本体,所述触发弹性件的另一端抵接于所述盖板的内表面。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的快拆锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述底座开设有贯通的滑动槽,所述锁紧块包括锁紧本体,所述接触部自所述锁紧本体的侧面延伸并穿设所述触发块,所述锁紧部自所述锁紧本体的底面延伸,所述锁紧本体位于所述收容空间内,所述锁紧块自所述滑动槽伸出所述底座并能沿着所述滑动槽移动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的快拆锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述锁紧部开设有楔形缺口或矩形缺口。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的快拆锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述快拆锁紧机构还包括锁紧弹性件,所述盖板的内壁朝所述锁紧块延伸形成有盖板凸块,所述锁紧本体设置有容纳槽,所述锁紧弹性件的一端固定在所述容纳槽的一侧,所述盖板凸块伸入所述容纳槽内并与所述锁紧弹性件的另一端结合。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的快拆锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述快拆锁紧机构还包括定位结构,所述定位结构用于定位所述拆卸件和所述装配件。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的快拆锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述定位结 构包括定位凸块,所述装配件包括定位凹槽;
    或,所述定位结构包括定位凹槽,所述装配件包括定位凸块。
  13. 一种提手结构,其特征在于,包括快拆锁紧机构和与所述快拆锁紧机构连接的提手;所述快拆锁紧机构用于连接拆卸件和装配件,包括:
    凸轮,所述凸轮设置于所述拆卸件上,所述凸轮包括凸轮本体、自所述凸轮本体的外侧面延伸的凸出部及自所述凸轮本体的底面延伸的触发部;
    锁紧块,所述锁紧块包括接触部和锁紧部,所述接触部与所述凸出部对应,所述锁紧部用于与装配件的锁紧面配合,
    当所述凸轮沿第一方向转动时,所述凸出部带动所述锁紧块正向移动直至所述锁紧部与所述锁紧面抵触,使得所述拆卸件与所述装配件连接,
    当所述凸轮沿第二方向转动时,所述锁紧块反向移动并带动所述锁紧部脱离所述锁紧面,使得所述拆卸件与所述装配件分离;和
    触发块,所述触发块包括触发凸起,所述触发块能够相对所述凸轮移动,
    当所述触发块处于第一位置时,所述触发凸起与所述触发部抵触,
    当所述触发块处于第二位置时,所述触发凸起释放所述触发部。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的提手结构,其特征在于,所述快拆锁紧机构还包括底座、螺栓和把手,所述底座开设有收容槽,所述收容槽的底面形成有安装孔,所述凸轮收容在所述收容槽内并与所述安装孔对应,所述把手和所述凸轮均套设在所述螺栓上并能够绕所述螺栓转动,所述把手和所述凸轮固定连接,所述螺栓的第一端伸入所述安装孔内并与所述安装孔固定连接,所述把手套设在所述螺栓的第二端,所述第一端与所述第二端相背。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的提手结构,其特征在于,所述快拆锁紧机构还包括弹性元件,所述触发部与所述凸轮本体共同形成容置槽,所述触发部承载在所述收容槽的底面,所述弹性元件收容在所述容置槽内,所述弹性元件的一端固定于所述底座,所述弹性元件的另一端与所述凸轮结合以给所述凸轮提供预紧转动力。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的提手结构,其特征在于,所述快拆锁紧机 构还包括自所述收容槽的底面延伸的导引柱,所述导引柱开设有与所述安装孔对应的导引孔,所述第一端伸入所述导引孔及所述安装孔,所述弹性元件套设在所述导引柱上。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的提手结构,其特征在于,所述快拆锁紧机构还包括盖板,所述盖板与所述底座结合并共同形成收容空间,所述凸轮、所述弹性元件、及所述锁紧块均收容在所述收容空间内,所述螺栓穿设所述盖板,所述把手位于所述收容空间外。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的提手结构,其特征在于,所述底座开设有穿孔,所述触发块还包括触发本体,所述触发本体能够收容在所述收容空间内并与所述穿孔对应,所述触发本体自所述穿孔伸出所述收容空间或缩回所述收容空间,当所述触发本体伸出所述收容空间时,所述触发块处于所述第一位置;当所述触发本体缩回所述收容空间内时,所述触发块处于所述第二位置。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的提手结构,其特征在于,所述快拆锁紧机构还包括触发弹性件,所述触发弹性件的一端连接所述触发本体,所述触发弹性件的另一端抵接于所述盖板的内表面。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的提手结构,其特征在于,所述底座开设有贯通的滑动槽,所述锁紧块包括锁紧本体,所述接触部自所述锁紧本体的侧面延伸并穿设所述触发块,所述锁紧部自所述锁紧本体的底面延伸,所述锁紧本体位于所述收容空间内,所述锁紧块自所述滑动槽伸出所述底座并能沿着所述滑动槽移动。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的提手结构,其特征在于,所述锁紧部开设有楔形缺口或矩形缺口。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的提手结构,其特征在于,所述快拆锁紧机构还包括锁紧弹性件,所述盖板的内壁朝所述锁紧块延伸形成有盖板凸块,所述锁紧本体设置有容纳槽,所述锁紧弹性件的一端固定在所述容纳槽的一侧,所述盖板凸块伸入所述容纳槽内并与所述锁紧弹性件的另一端结合。
  23. 根据权利要求13所述的提手结构,其特征在于,所述快拆锁紧机构还包括定位结构,所述定位结构用于定位所述拆卸件和所述装配件。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的提手结构,其特征在于,所述定位结构包括定位凸块,所述装配件包括定位凹槽;
    或,所述定位结构包括定位凹槽,所述装配件包括定位凸块。
  25. 一种手持云台,其特征在于,包括提手结构和与所述提手结构连接的云台,所述云台包括装配件;所述提手结构包括快拆锁紧机构和与所述快拆锁紧机构连接的提手;所述快拆锁紧机构用于连接拆卸件和装配件,包括:
    凸轮,所述凸轮设置于所述拆卸件上,所述凸轮包括凸轮本体、自所述凸轮本体的外侧面延伸的凸出部及自所述凸轮本体的底面延伸的触发部;
    锁紧块,所述锁紧块包括接触部和锁紧部,所述接触部与所述凸出部对应,所述锁紧部用于与装配件的锁紧面配合,
    当所述凸轮沿第一方向转动时,所述凸出部带动所述锁紧块正向移动直至所述锁紧部与所述锁紧面抵触,使得所述拆卸件与所述装配件连接,
    当所述凸轮沿第二方向转动时,所述锁紧块反向移动并带动所述锁紧部脱离所述锁紧面,使得所述拆卸件与所述装配件分离;和
    触发块,所述触发块包括触发凸起,所述触发块能够相对所述凸轮移动,
    当所述触发块处于第一位置时,所述触发凸起与所述触发部抵触,

  26. 根据权利要求25所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述快拆锁紧机构还包括底座、螺栓和把手,所述底座开设有收容槽,所述收容槽的底面形成有安装孔,所述凸轮收容在所述收容槽内并与所述安装孔对应,所述把手和所述凸轮均套设在所述螺栓上并能够绕所述螺栓转动,所述把手和所述凸轮固定连接,所述螺栓的第一端伸入所述安装孔内并与所述安装孔固定连接,所述把手套设在所述螺栓的第二端,所述第一端与所述第二端相背。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述快拆锁紧机构还包括弹性元件,所述触发部与所述凸轮本体共同形成容置槽,所述触发部承载在所述收容槽的底面,所述弹性元件收容在所述容置槽内,所述 弹性元件的一端固定于所述底座,所述弹性元件的另一端与所述凸轮结合以给所述凸轮提供预紧转动力。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述快拆锁紧机构还包括自所述收容槽的底面延伸的导引柱,所述导引柱开设有与所述安装孔对应的导引孔,所述第一端伸入所述导引孔及所述安装孔,所述弹性元件套设在所述导引柱上。
  29. 根据权利要求27所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述快拆锁紧机构还包括盖板,所述盖板与所述底座结合并共同形成收容空间,所述凸轮、所述弹性元件、及所述锁紧块均收容在所述收容空间内,所述螺栓穿设所述盖板,所述把手位于所述收容空间外。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述底座开设有穿孔,所述触发块还包括触发本体,所述触发本体能够收容在所述收容空间内并与所述穿孔对应,所述触发本体自所述穿孔伸出所述收容空间或缩回所述收容空间,当所述触发本体伸出所述收容空间时,所述触发块处于所述第一位置;当所述触发本体缩回所述收容空间内时,所述触发块处于所述第二位置。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述快拆锁紧机构还包括触发弹性件,所述触发弹性件的一端连接所述触发本体,所述触发弹性件的另一端抵接于所述盖板的内表面。
  32. 根据权利要求30所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述底座开设有贯通的滑动槽,所述锁紧块包括锁紧本体,所述接触部自所述锁紧本体的侧面延伸并穿设所述触发块,所述锁紧部自所述锁紧本体的底面延伸,所述锁紧本体位于所述收容空间内,所述锁紧块自所述滑动槽伸出所述底座并能沿着所述滑动槽移动。
  33. 根据权利要求32所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述锁紧部开设有楔形缺口或矩形缺口。
  34. 根据权利要求32所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述快拆锁紧机构还包括锁紧弹性件,所述盖板的内壁朝所述锁紧块延伸形成有盖板凸块,所述锁紧本体设置有容纳槽,所述锁紧弹性件的一端固定在所述容纳槽的一侧,所述盖板凸块伸入所述容纳槽内并与所述锁紧弹性件的另一端 结合。
  35. 根据权利要求25所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述快拆锁紧机构还包括定位结构,所述定位结构用于定位所述拆卸件和所述装配件。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的手持云台,其特征在于,所述定位结构包括定位凸块,所述装配件包括定位凹槽;
    或,所述定位结构包括定位凹槽,所述装配件包括定位凸块。
