请参照附图1、附图5、附图6,附图5是本实施例的一种便于安装的汽车防夹装置的防夹控制系统结构示意图,附图6是本实施例的一种便于安装的汽车防夹装置的防夹控制系统内部构架图。所述防夹系统(1)的尾部连接有导线(3),所述导线(3)的中部套有密封圈(4),所述导线(3)的左端和防夹系统(1)连接、右端安装有导线插头(5);所述的导线插头(5)和所述的防夹控制系统(6)连接,在所述防夹控制系统(6)的左端设有导线插口(61);在所述防夹控制系统(6)的内部设有中央处理器(62)、传输模块(63)、报警模块(64)、供电模块(65);所述的中央处理器(62)分别与传输模块(63)、报警模块(64)、供电模块(65)、导线插口(61)耦接。
需要进一步说明的是,所述的导线插头(5)和所述的导线插口(61)相吻合。
需要进一步说明的是,所述的固定卡扣(12)和所述的连接装置(2)相吻合。
需要进一步说明的是,所述导体(16)为导电橡胶或导电TPE材料。
需要进一步说明的是,所述回弹装置(11)为绝缘橡胶或绝缘TPE材料。
需要进一步说明的是,所述的固定卡扣(12)为绝缘橡胶或绝缘TPE材料。
需要进一步说明的是,所述的固定卡扣(12)整体呈弹簧状。
需要进一步说明的是,所述第一导线(13)与第二导线(14)随着导体(16)的被挤压而接触时,可以短路电阻(15),形成电路回路。
需要进一步说明的是,所述的防夹系统(1)受到挤压后,防夹控制模块根据回路电阻值控制汽车尾门或侧门的状态。
实施例2
本实施例所述的便于安装的汽车防夹装置和实施例1所述的便于安装的汽车防夹装置基本相同,不同之处在于固定卡扣(12)和连接装置(2)。
请参照附图7、附图8,附图7是另一种便于安装的汽车防夹装置的防夹系统、连接装置的剖视图,附图8是另一种便于安装的汽车防夹装置的防夹系统、连接装置结合的剖视图。
所述的便于安装的汽车防夹装置包括防夹系统(1)、连接装置(2)、导线(3)、密封圈(4)、导线插头(5)和防夹控制系统(6);所述的防夹系统(1)由回弹装置(11)、固定卡扣(12)、第一导线(13)、第二导线(14)、电阻(15)、导体(16)组成;所述的第一导线(13)和第二导线(14)均镶嵌在导体(16)中,所述带有第一导线(13)的导体(16)设置在回弹装置(11)的中部上部,所述带有第二导线(14)的导体(16)设置在回弹装置(11)的中部下部,所述带有第一导线(13)的导体(16)与带有第二导线(14)的导体(16)之间留有空隙;所述电阻(15)的两端分别连接有第一导线(13)和第二导线(14);所述回弹装置(11)下端固定连接有固定卡扣(12),所述的固定卡扣(12)整体呈弹簧型;在所述固定卡扣(12)的内部设有防变形钢条(121),所述的固定卡扣(12)和连接装置(2)嵌套连接;所述防夹系统(1)的尾部连接有导线(3),所述导线(3)的中部 套有密封圈(4),所述导线(3)的左端和防夹系统(1)连接、右端安装有导线插头(5);所述的导线插头(5)和所述的防夹控制系统(6)连接,在所述防夹控制系统(6)的左端设有导线插口(61);在所述防夹控制系统(6)的内部设有中央处理器(62)、传输模块(63)、报警模块(64)、供电模块(65);所述的中央处理器(62)分别与传输模块(63)、报警模块(64)、供电模块(65)、导线插口(61)耦接。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述的导线插头(5)和所述的导线插口(61)相吻合。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述的固定卡扣(12)和所述的连接装置(2)相吻合。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述导体(16)为导电橡胶或导电TPE材料。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述回弹装置(11)为绝缘橡胶或绝缘TPE材料。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述的固定卡扣(12)为绝缘橡胶或绝缘TPE材料。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述第一导线(13)与第二导线(14)随着导体(16)的被挤压而接触时,可以短路电阻(15),形成电路回路。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述的防夹系统(1)受到挤压后,防夹控制模块根据回路电阻值控制汽车尾门或侧门的状态。
实施例3
请参照附图1,附图1是本实施例的一种便于安装的汽车防夹装置的装配示意图。
所述便于安装的汽车防夹装置的使用过程及方法:
所述的汽车防夹装置设有防夹系统(1)、连接装置(2)、导线(3)、密封圈(4)、导线插头(5)和防夹控制系统(6);所述的防夹系统(1)装配在连接装置(2)上,所述的导线(3)一端与防夹系统(1)内部的导电材料连接,另一端和导线插头(5)连接;所述的密封圈(4)中间孔穿过导线(3)后,安装并固定在同样中间穿过导线(3)的车身钣金件孔上。
将装配好的汽车防夹装置通过连接装置(2)装配在汽车侧门或尾门边缘,将防夹控制系统(6)通过传输模块(63)与汽车中控进行连接;当汽车尾门或侧门夹到人或物体时,回弹装置(11)受到挤压,第一导线(13) 和第二导线(14)随着导体(16)的挤压而靠近直至接触,形成电路回路,从而短路电阻(15),防夹控制系统(6)的中央处理器(62)根据电阻(15)的电阻值变化发出信号,通过传输模块(63)传输至汽车中控,并通过报警模块(64)进行报警;汽车中控接收到信号后控制汽车尾门或侧门,使其停止运行,起到防夹控制,然后停止报警;当防夹控制系统(6)的电力较低时,中央处理器(62)会将相关信息通过传输模块(63)发送给汽车中控,提醒驾驶者及时更换电池或进行充电。
需要进一步说明的是,当第一导线(13)和第二导线(14)随着导体(16)的挤压而靠近时,所受的力大小≤50N时受力接触,就可以短路电阻11,形成电路回路;当防夹系统(1)未受到压力时,其回路电阻值为10000±1000Ω,当防夹系统(1)受到挤压后,其回路电阻值≤2000Ω。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和补充,这些改进和补充也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种便于安装的汽车防夹装置,其特征在于,所述的便于安装的汽车防夹装置包括防夹系统(1)、连接装置(2)、导线(3)、密封圈(4)、导线插头(5)和防夹控制系统(6);所述的防夹系统(1)由回弹装置(11)、固定卡扣(12)、第一导线(13)、第二导线(14)、电阻(15)、导体(16)组成;所述的第一导线(13)和第二导线(14)均镶嵌在导体(16)中,所述带有第一导线(13)的导体(16)设置在回弹装置(11)的中部上部,所述带有第二导线(14)的导体(16)设置在回弹装置(11)的中部下部,所述带有第一导线(13)的导体(16)与带有第二导线(14)的导体(16)之间留有空隙;所述电阻(15)的两端分别连接有第一导线(13)和第二导线(14);所述回弹装置(11)下端固定连接有固定卡扣(12),所述的固定卡扣(12)整体呈“匚”型;在所述固定卡扣(12)的内部设有防变形钢条(121),在所述固定卡扣(12)的内壁上设有两个卡勾(122);所述的卡勾(122)和连接装置(2)连接,所述的连接装置(2)整体呈倒“山”字型,在所述连接装置(2)上设有两个卡槽(21);所述防夹系统(1)的尾部连接有导线(3),所述导线(3)的中部套有密封圈(4),所述导线(3)的左端和防夹系统(1)连接、右端安装有导线插头(5);所述的导线插头(5)和所述的防夹控制系统(6)连接,在所述防夹控制系统(6)的左端设有导线插口(61);在所述防夹控制系统(6)的内部设有中央处理器(62)、传输模块(63)、报警模块(64)、供电模块(65);所述的中央处理器(62)分别与传输模块(63)、报警模块(64)、供电模块(65)、导线插口(61)耦接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便于安装的汽车防夹装置,其特征在于,所述的导线插头(5)和所述的导线插口(61)相吻合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的便于安装的汽车防夹装置,其特征在于,所述的固定卡扣(12)和所述的连接装置(2)相吻合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的便于安装的汽车防夹装置,其特征在于,所述导体(16)为导电橡胶或导电TPE材料。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的便于安装的汽车防夹装置,其特征在于,所述回弹装置(11)为绝缘橡胶或绝缘TPE材料。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的便于安装的汽车防夹装置,其特征在于,所述的固定卡扣(12)为绝缘橡胶或绝缘TPE材料。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的便于安装的汽车防夹装置,其特征在于,所述的固定卡扣(12)整体呈弹簧状。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的便于安装的汽车防夹装置,其特征在于,所述第一导线(13)与第二导线(14)随着导体(16)的被挤压而接触时,可以短路电阻(15),形成电路回路。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的便于安装的汽车防夹装置,其特征在于,所述的防夹系统(1)受到挤压后,防夹控制模块根据回路电阻值控制汽车尾门或侧门的状态。
