作为一种优选的技术方案,所述的当第一导电体、第二导电体随着绝缘橡胶体挤压而靠近时,所受的力大小≤50N时受力接触,就可以短路电阻,形成电路回路;所述的当汽车防夹条本体未受到压力时,其回路电阻值为10000±1000Ω,当汽车防夹条本体受到挤压后,其回路电阻值≤2000Ω。
本发明优点在于:
1、防夹条结构简单,便于安装,反应速度快,可靠性高,防夹控制器与汽车中控相连,便于驾驶者及时操控,提高安全性,防夹装置各组成部件均可进行替换,无需整体报废,降低使用成本。
2、通过在绝缘橡胶体的中部上端和下端分别设有第一导电体和第二导电体,且第一导电体和第二导电体对应的位置均为平面,这样当障碍物从外部压迫绝缘橡胶体时,会造成第一导电体、第二导电体相互接触,从而形成电路回路。采用本实施例的结构,可以避免防夹模块灵敏度低无法检测到障碍状态的技术问题,提高防夹装置的使用安全性,且安装方便,成本低。
3、通过在绝缘橡胶体上端内部设有压力感应器,通过绝缘橡胶体受到挤压变形产生压力报警信号,通过通过压力报警信号和电阻报警信号同时报警,提高防夹条检测灵敏度。采用本实施例的结构,可以提高防夹模块的检 测灵敏度,避免由于导电体接触部位磨损或氧化造成的灵敏度下降甚至失灵,提高防夹装置的使用安全性,避免意外伤害。
4、利用微电铃的设计,可在汽车处于启动或熄火状态时,若车门在开关闭合过程中防夹条绝缘体受到障碍物的挤压,便可在防夹条绝缘体受到障碍物的挤压后,通过微电铃的响声,便可更好的提醒驾驶员或乘客车门中有夹物,从而便可及时的发现安全隐患并及时的解决。

请参看附图1,图1是本发明一种汽车防夹装置的装配示意图。一种汽车防夹装置,所述的防夹装置包括防夹条本体1、固定支架2、密封盖3、连 接导线4、导线接口5;所述的防夹条本体1装配在固定支架2上;所述的连接导线4的一端与防夹条本体1内部的导电材料连接,另一端和导线接口5连接;所述的密封盖3为中间具有通孔的环形,其中间通孔贯穿连接导线4后,安装固定在汽车钣金件孔上;
请参看附图2、3,图2是图1中A部局部放大示意图,图3是图1中B-B向剖面示意图。所述的防夹条本体1为内部中空的绝缘橡胶体6;所述的绝缘橡胶体6的截面为圆环形,在绝缘橡胶体6的内表面设有第一导电体7、第二导电体8;所述的第一导电体7内设有第一导线9,第二导电体8内设有第二导线10;所述第一导电体7设于绝缘橡胶体6的中部上端,第二导电体8设于绝缘橡胶体6的中部下端,且第一导电体7和第二导电体8之间留有间隙;所述的防夹条本体1表面还设有固定部件11;所述的装配部件11呈长方体结构;所述的防夹条本体1的端部设有电阻12;所述的电阻12两端分别与第一导线9、第二导线10电连接,第一导线9、第二导线10的另一端通过连接导线4与导线接口5连接;
请参看附图4、5,图4是防夹控制器的结构示意图,图5是防夹控制器的内部架构图。所述的防夹控制器13设有接口131、处理器、传输模块、报警模块、供电模块,所述的接口131设置在防夹控制器13的端部,所述的处理器、传输模块、报警模块、供电模块设置在防夹控制器13内部,所述的处理器分别与传输模块、报警模块、供电模块、接口131电连接。
需要说明的是:所述的防夹装置各组成部件均可进行替换,无需整体报废,降低使用成本;所述的第一导电体7和第二导电体8对应的位置均为平面,当绝缘橡胶体6受到外力压迫时,第一导电体7和第二导电体8靠近接触电连接;所述连接导线4一端与防夹条本体1内的导电材料连接,另一端和导线接口5连接,导电接口5可插入防夹控制器13的接口131中,使防夹条本体1与防夹控制器13电连接;所述第一导电体7、第二导电体8为导电橡胶或导电TPE材料;所述绝缘橡胶体6为绝缘TPE材料;所述的固定部件11的表面还设有长方形形状的胶带111,所述的防夹条本体1通过胶带111的粘贴方式固定在固定支架2上;所述固定支架2安装在汽车侧门或尾门边缘的钣金件上;所述的当第一导电体7、第二导电体8随着绝缘橡胶体挤压而靠近时,所受的力大小≤50N时受力接触,就可以短路电阻11,形成电路回路;所述的当汽车防夹条本体1未受到压力时,其回路电阻值为10000 ±1000Ω,当汽车防夹条本体1受到挤压后,其回路电阻值≤2000Ω;
本实施例的汽车防夹条的使用方法:将装配好的汽车防夹装置通过固定支架2装配在汽车侧门或尾门边缘,将防夹控制器13通过传输模块与汽车中控进行连接。当汽车尾门或侧门夹到障碍物时,绝缘橡胶体6受到障碍物的挤压,第一导线7、第二导线8随着导电体的挤压而靠近直至接触,形成电路回路,从而短路电阻12,防夹控制器13的处理器根据接收到的电阻值变化发出信号,通过传输模块传输至汽车中控,并通过报警模块进行报警。汽车中控接收到信号后控制汽车尾门或侧门,使其停止运行,起到防夹控制,然后停止报警。当防夹控制器13的电力较低时,处理器会将相关信息通过传输模块发送给汽车中控,提醒驾驶者及时更换电池进行充电。
本实施例中通过在绝缘橡胶体的中部上端和下端分别设有第一导电体和第二导电体,且第一导电体和第二导电体对应的位置均为平面,这样当障碍物从外部压迫绝缘橡胶体时,会造成第一导电体、第二导电体相互接触,从而形成电路回路。采用本实施例的结构,可以避免防夹模块灵敏度低无法检测到障碍状态的技术问题,提高防夹装置的使用安全性,且安装方便,成本低。
实施例2
请参看附图6,图6是本发明另一种防夹条本体与固定支架连接的示意图。本实施例与实施例1基本相同,其不同之处在于,本实施例中的设于防夹条本体1表面的固定部件11上左右对称设有固定孔113;所述的固定支架2上设有螺纹孔21;所述的固定孔113和螺纹孔21大小相同,且有多个均一一相对;所述的本实施例中通过固定部件11上的固定孔113和固定支架2上的螺纹孔21相对后,利用外螺钉与螺纹孔21旋转配合,便可将防夹条本体1和固定支架2牢牢固定,相对胶带19粘贴固定的方式更加稳定,放置掉落,从而保证检测效果和使用安全性。
实施例3
请参看附图7,图7是本发明另一种B-B向剖面示意图。本实施例与实施例1基本相同,其不同之处在于,本实施例中绝缘橡胶体6的上端内部分散排布通过镶嵌的方式设有多个压力感应器14,当绝缘橡胶体6受到障碍物的挤压时,压力感应器14感受绝缘橡胶体6的压力,且压力感应器14均通过无线信号将受到的压力信号快速传递给防夹控制器13的处理器,处理器 根据受到的压力值变化发出信号,通过传输模块传输至汽车中控,并通过报警模块进行压力报警;所述的当障碍物进一步施加压力使绝缘橡胶体6内的导电体挤压靠近直至接触,形成电路回路,从而短路电阻12,防夹防夹控制器13的处理器根据接收到的电阻值变化发出信号,通过传输模块传输至汽车中控,并通过报警模块进行电阻报警;所述的汽车中控可根据接收到的不同报警信号进行智能化处理,当汽车中控同时接收到压力报警信号和电阻报警信号时,汽车中控控制汽车尾门或侧门,使其停止运行,起到防夹控制功能,当汽车中控只接收到单独一种报警信号时,汽车中控语音提示司机人工检查车门是否夹到障碍物。
本实施例中通过在绝缘橡胶体上端内部设有压力感应器,通过绝缘橡胶体受到挤压变形产生压力报警信号,通过通过压力报警信号和电阻报警信号同时报警,提高防夹条检测灵敏度。采用本实施例的结构,可以提高防夹模块的检测灵敏度,避免由于导电体接触部位磨损或氧化造成的灵敏度下降甚至失灵,提高防夹装置的使用安全性,避免意外伤害。
实施例4
请参看附图8,图8是本发明另一种图1中A部局部放大示意图。本实施例与实施例基本相同,其不同之处在于,本实施例中的第一导电体7、第二导电体8中还分别设有第三导线15;所述的两根第三导线15末端分别与一个微电铃16连接;所述的微电铃16同样设于防夹条本体1的端部;所述的当汽车尾门或侧门夹到人或物体时,防夹条绝缘体6受到障碍物的挤压,一方面,第一导线9、第二导线10随着导电体的挤压而靠近直至接触,形成电路回路,从而短路电阻12,防夹控制器13的处理器根据接收到的电阻值变化发出信号,通过传输模块传输至汽车中控,并通过报警模块进行报警,另一方面,分别设于第一导电体7和第二导电体8上的第三导线15随着导电体的挤压而靠近直至接触时,设于两个导电体中的第三导线15之间边闭合形成通路,从而从而微电铃23便会工作发出响声。
本实施例中加入微电铃的设计,一方面,当汽车处于正常状态下时,若车门在开关闭合过程中防夹条绝缘体受到障碍物的挤压,此时电阻会被短路,防夹控制器的处理器根据接收到的电阻值变化发出信号,汽车的中控系统接收来自传输模块的信号,从而驱动报警模块进行报警,同时微电铃发出响声提醒驾驶员或乘客车门中有障碍物,另一方面,当汽车处于熄火状态时, 若车门在开关闭合过程中防夹条绝缘体受到障碍物的挤压,此时电阻会被短路,防夹控制器的处理器根据接收到的电阻值变化发出信号,然而此时汽车的中控系统无法接收来自传输模块的信号,从而就无法驱动报警模块进行报警,从而容易造成安全事故的发生,而利用本实施例中的微电铃,便可在防夹条绝缘体受到障碍物的挤压后,通过微电铃的响声,便可提醒驾驶员或乘客车门中有夹物,从而便可及时的发现安全隐患并及时的解决。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明方法的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和补充,这些改进和补充也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种汽车防夹装置,其特征在于,所述的防夹装置包括防夹条本体、固定支架、密封盖、连接导线、导线接口、防夹控制器;所述的防夹条本体为内部中空的绝缘橡胶体;所述的绝缘橡胶体的截面为圆环形,在绝缘橡胶体的内表面设有第一导电体、第二导电体;所述的第一导电体内设有第一导线,第二导电体内设有第二导线;所述第一导电体设于绝缘橡胶体的中部上端,第二导电体设于绝缘橡胶体的中部下端,且第一导电体和第二导电体之间留有间隙;所述的防夹条本体表面还设有固定部件;所述的装配部件呈长方体结构;所述的防夹条本体的端部设有电阻;所述的电阻两端分别与第一导线、第二导线电连接,第一导线、第二导线的另一端通过连接导线与导线接口连接;所述的防夹控制器设有接口、处理器、传输模块、报警模块、供电模块,所述的接口设置在防夹控制器的端部,所述的处理器、传输模块、报警模块、供电模块设置在防夹控制器内部,所述的处理器分别与传输模块、报警模块、供电模块、接口电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车防夹装置,其特征在于,所述的连接导线一端与防夹条本体内的导电材料连接,另一端和导线接口连接,导电接口可插入防夹控制器的接口中,使防夹条本体与防夹控制器电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车防夹装置,其特征在于,所述的第一导电体和第二导电体对应的位置均为平面,当绝缘橡胶体受到外力压迫时,第一导电体和第二导电体靠近接触电连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车防夹装置,其特征在于,所述的固定部件表面还设有胶带或固定孔,所述的固定部件与固定支架支架通过胶带粘贴固定或螺纹连接固定。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车防夹装置,其特征在于,所述的所述第一导电体、第二导电体为导电橡胶或导电TPE材料。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车防夹装置,其特征在于,所述的绝缘橡胶体为绝缘TPE材料。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车防夹装置,其特征在于,所述的汽车防夹装置还包括压力感应器和第三导线。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的汽车防夹装置,其特征在于,所述的压力感应器有多个,分散排布设于绝缘橡胶体上端内部,且所述压力感应器与防夹控 制器之间均通过无线信号连接。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的汽车防夹装置,其特征在于,所述的第三导线有两根,且分别设有第一导电体和第二导电体中,所述的两根第三导线末端分别与一个微电铃连接,所述的微电铃设于防夹条本体的端部。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的汽车防夹装置,其特征在于,所述的当第一导电体、第二导电体随着绝缘橡胶体挤压而靠近时,所受的力大小≤50N时受力接触,就可以短路电阻,形成电路回路;所述的当汽车防夹条本体未受到压力时,其回路电阻值为10000±1000Ω,当汽车防夹条本体受到挤压后,其回路电阻值≤2000Ω。
