在现有的车门防夹系统中主要有如下几种方式:通过传感器、生命检测仪或者机械结构检测车门是否夹到人或物体,将检测结果发送到到单片机,并由单片机控制车门是否再次打开,从而起到一种安全防护作用。

一种触发灵敏,便于安装,成本低的汽车防夹装置,其特征在于,所述的汽车防夹装置包括防夹条本体、固定支架、密封盖、连接导线、导线接口、防夹控制器;所述的防夹条本体为内部中空的绝缘橡胶体;所述的绝缘橡胶体的截面为圆环形,在绝缘橡胶体的内表面设有第一导电体、第二导电体、第三导电体和第四导电体;所述的第一导电体内设有第一导线,第二导电体内设有第二导线,第三导电体内设有第三导线,第四导电体内设有第四导线;所述第一导电体、第二导电体、第三导电体和第四导电体等距周向排列在橡胶体的内表面,且第一导电体、第二导电体、第三导电体和第四导电体留有间隙;所述的绝缘橡胶体下部设有装配部件;所述的装配部件内部设有弹力支架;所述的装配部件呈“∩”型结构,且内表面设有向上的倒钩结构;所述的在防夹条本体的端部设置电阻;所述电阻的一端与第一导线、第二导线电连接,电阻的另一端与第三导线、第四导线电连接;所述的第一导电体、第二导电体、第三导电体和第四导电体任意两个导电体中还分别设有第五导线,所述的第五导线末端连接设有微电铃;所述的第一导线、第二导线、第三导线、第四导线通过连接导线与导线接口连接;所述的固定支架设有装配槽;所述的装配槽设置在固定支架内部;所述的密封盖为中间具有通孔的环 形,其中间通孔贯穿连接导线;所述的防夹条本体通过装配部件装配在固定支架的装配槽内。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述的防夹控制器设有接口、处理器、传输模块、报警模块、供电模块,所述的接口设置在防夹控制器的端部,所述的处理器、传输模块、报警模块、供电模块设置在防夹控制器内部,所述的处理器分别与传输模块、报警模块、供电模块、接口电连接;所述的导线一端与防夹条本体内的导电材料连接,另一端和导线接口连接,导线接口可插入防夹控制器的接口中,使防夹条本体与防夹控制器电连接。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述的导电体为半圆形或半椭圆形,导电体较尖的一端朝向绝缘橡胶体内的圆心。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述的固定支架呈“∪”型结构,且内表面设有与装配部件上相反结构的倒钩。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述的微电铃设于防夹条本体端部。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述的第一导电体、第二导电体、第三导电体和第四导电体为导电橡胶或导电TPE材料。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述的绝缘橡胶体为绝缘TPE材料。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述的当第一导电体、第二导电体、第三导电体或第四导电体随着绝缘橡胶体挤压而靠近时,所受的力大小≤50N时受力接触,就可以短路电阻,形成电路回路,所述的当汽车防夹条本体未受到压力时,其回路电阻值为10000±10000Ω,当汽车防夹条受到挤压后,其回路电阻值≤2000Ω。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述的汽车防夹装置还包括压力感应器。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述的压力感应器有多个,分散排布设于绝缘橡胶体上端内部,且所述压力感应器与防夹控制器之间均通过无线信号连接。
本发明优点在于:
1、防夹条结构简单,便于安装,反应速度快,可靠性高,防夹控制器与汽车中控相连,便于驾驶者及时操控,提高安全性,防夹装置各组成部件均可进行替换,无需整体报废,降低使用成本。
2、通过设置等距周向排列的第一导电体、第二导电体、第三导电体和第四导电体,这样障碍物从任意角度从外部压迫绝缘橡胶体时,都会造成相 邻的的第一导电体、第二导电体、第三导电体或第四导电体相互接触,从而形成电路回路。采用本实施例的结构,可以避免防夹模块灵敏度低无法检测到障碍状态的技术问题,提高防夹条的使用安全性。
3、通过在绝缘橡胶体上端内部设有压力感应器,通过绝缘橡胶体受到挤压变形产生压力报警信号,通过通过压力报警信号和电阻报警信号同时报警,提高防夹条检测灵敏度。采用本实施例的结构,可以提高防夹模块的检测灵敏度,避免由于导电体接触部位磨损或氧化造成的灵敏度下降甚至失灵,提高防夹装置的使用安全性,避免意外伤害。
4、利用微电铃的设计,可在汽车处于启动或熄火状态时,若车门在开关闭合过程中防夹条绝缘体受到障碍物的挤压,便可在防夹条绝缘体受到障碍物的挤压后,通过微电铃的响声,便可更好的提醒驾驶员或乘客车门中有夹物,从而便可及时的发现安全隐患并及时的解决。

请参看附图1,图1是本发明一种触发灵敏、便于安装、成本低的汽车防夹装置的装配示意图。一种触发灵敏、便于安转、成本低的汽车防夹装置,所述的汽车防夹装置包括所述的汽车防夹装置包括防夹条本体1、固定支架2、密封盖3、连接导线4、导线接口5;所述的防夹条本体1装配在固定支架2上;所述的连接导线4的一端与防夹条本体1内部的导电材料连接,另一端和导线接口5连接;所述的密封盖3为中间具有通孔的环形,其中间通孔贯穿连接导线4后,安装固定在汽车钣金件孔上;
请参看附图2、3,图2是图1中A部局部放大示意图,图3是图1中B-B向剖面示意图。所述的防夹条本体1为内部中空的绝缘橡胶体6;所述的绝缘橡胶体6的截面为圆环形,在绝缘橡胶体6的内表面设有第一导电体7、第二导电体8、第三导电体9和第四导电体10;所述的第一导电体7内设有第一导线11,第二导电体8内设有第二导线12,第三导电体9内设有第三导线13,第四导电体10内设有第四导线14;所述第一导电体7、第二导电体8、第三导电体9和第四导电体10等距周向排列在橡胶体的内表面,且第一导电体7、第二导电体8、第三导电体9和第四导电体10留有间隙;所述的绝缘橡胶体6下部还设有装配部件15;所述的装配部件15中设有弹力支架151;所述的在防夹条本体1的端部设置电阻16;所述电阻15的一端与第一导线11、第二导线12电连接,电阻16的另一端与第三导线13、第四导线14电连接;所述的第一导线11、第二导线12、第三导线13、第四导线14通过连接导线4与导线接口5连接;所述的固定支架2设有装配槽21;所述的装配槽21设置在固定支架2内部;所述的防夹条本体1通过装配部件15装配在固定支架2的装配槽21内;
请参看附图6、7,图6是防夹控制器的结构示意图,图7是防夹控制器的内部架构图。所述的防夹控制器17设有接口171、处理器、传输模块、报 警模块、供电模块,所述的接口171设置在防夹控制器17的端部,所述的处理器、传输模块、报警模块、供电模块设置在防夹控制器17内部,所述的处理器分别与传输模块、报警模块、供电模块、接口171电连接。
需要说明的是:所述的防夹装置各组成部件均可进行替换,无需整体报废,降低使用成本;所述的导电体为半圆形或半椭圆形,导电体较尖的一端朝向绝缘橡胶体内的圆心;所述的导线4一端与防夹条本体1内的导电材料连接,另一端和导线接口5连接,导线接口5可插入防夹控制器17的接口171中,使防夹条本体1与防夹控制器17电连接;所述的装配部件15呈“∩”型结构,且内表面设有向上的倒钩结构,所述的固定支架2呈“∪”型结构,且内表面设有与装配部件15上相反结构的倒钩,利用正反的倒钩结构,便可将装配部件15嵌入到固定支架2,且利用装配部件15中弹力支架151的支撑作用,保证装配部件15的配合稳定性,不易脱落;所述的第一导电体7、第二导电体8、第三导电体9和第四导电体10为导电橡胶或导电TPE材料;所述绝缘橡胶体6为绝缘TPE材料;所述的固定支架2安装在汽车侧门或尾门边缘的钣金件上;所述的当第一导电体7、第二导电体8、第三导电体9或第四导电体10随着绝缘橡胶体6挤压而靠近时,所受的力大小≤50N时受力接触,就可以短路电阻16,形成电路回路;所述的当汽车防夹条本体1未受到压力时,其回路电阻值为10000±10000Ω,当汽车防夹条1受到挤压后,其回路电阻值≤2000Ω;
本实用新型的汽车防夹装置的使用方法:将装配好的汽车防夹装置通过固定支架2装配在汽车侧门或尾门边缘,将防夹控制器17通过传输模块与汽车中控进行连接;当汽车尾门或侧门夹到人或物体时,防夹条绝缘体受到障碍物的挤压,第一导线11、第二导线12、第三导线13、第四导线14随着导电体的挤压而靠近直至接触,形成电路回路,从而短路电阻16,防夹控制器的处理器根据接收到的电阻值变化发出信号,通过传输模块传输至汽车中控,并通过报警模块进行报警。汽车中控接收到信号后控制汽车尾门或侧门,使其停止运行,起到防夹控制,然后停止报警。当防夹控制器17的电力较低时,处理器会将相关信息通过传输模块发送给汽车中控,提醒驾驶者及时更换电池进行充电。
本实施例中通过设置等距周向排列的第一导电体、第二导电体、第三导电体和第四导电体,这样障碍物从任意角度从外部压迫绝缘橡胶体时,都会 造成相邻的的第一导电体、第二导电体、第三导电体或第四导电体相互接触,从而形成电路回路。采用本实施例的结构,可以避免防夹模块灵敏度低无法检测到障碍状态的技术问题,提高防夹装置的使用安全性。
实施例2
请参看附图8,图8是本发明另一种B-B向剖面示意图。本实施例与实施例1基本相同,其不同之处在于,本实施例中绝缘橡胶体6的上端内部分散排布通过镶嵌的方式设有多个压力感应器18,当绝缘橡胶体6受到障碍物的挤压时,压力感应器18感受绝缘橡胶体6的压力,且压力感应器18均通过无线信号将受到的压力信号快速传递给防夹控制器17的处理器,处理器根据受到的压力值变化发出信号,通过传输模块传输至汽车中控,并通过报警模块进行压力报警;所述的当障碍物进一步施加压力使绝缘橡胶体6内的导电体挤压靠近直至接触,形成电路回路,从而短路电阻16,防夹防夹控制器17的处理器根据接收到的电阻值变化发出信号,通过传输模块传输至汽车中控,并通过报警模块进行电阻报警;所述的汽车中控可根据接收到的不同报警信号进行智能化处理,当汽车中控同时接收到压力报警信号和电阻报警信号时,汽车中控控制汽车尾门或侧门,使其停止运行,起到防夹控制功能,当汽车中控只接收到单独一种报警信号时,汽车中控语音提示司机人工检查车门是否夹到障碍物。
本实施例中通过在绝缘橡胶体上端内部设有压力感应器,通过绝缘橡胶体受到挤压变形产生压力报警信号,通过通过压力报警信号和电阻报警信号同时报警,提高防夹条检测灵敏度。采用本实施例的结构,可以提高防夹模块的检测灵敏度,避免由于导电体接触部位磨损或氧化造成的灵敏度下降甚至失灵,提高防夹装置的使用安全性,避免意外伤害。
实施例3
请参看附图9,图9是本发明再一种图1中A部局部放大示意图。本实施例与实施例基本相同,其不同之处在于,本实施例中的第一导电体7、第二导电体8、第三导电体9和第四导电体10任意两个导电体中还分别设有第五导线22,优选为对角的两个导电体中;所述的两根第五导线22末端分别与一个微电铃23连接;所述的微电铃24同样设于防夹条本体1的端部;所述的当汽车尾门或侧门夹到人或物体时,防夹条绝缘体6受到障碍物的挤压,一方面,第一导线11、第二导线12、第三导线13、第四导线14随着导电体 的挤压而靠近直至接触,形成电路回路,从而短路电阻16,防夹控制器的处理器根据接收到的电阻值变化发出信号,通过传输模块传输至汽车中控,并通过报警模块进行报警,另一方面,第一导电体7、第二导电体8、第三导电体9和第四导电体10随着导电体的挤压而靠近直至接触时,设于任意两个导电体中的第五导线23便闭合形成通路,从而微电铃23便会工作发出响声。
本实施例中加入微电铃的设计,一方面,当汽车处于正常状态下时,若车门在开关闭合过程中防夹条绝缘体受到障碍物的挤压,此时电阻会被短路,防夹控制器的处理器根据接收到的电阻值变化发出信号,汽车的中控系统接收来自传输模块的信号,从而驱动报警模块进行报警,同时微电铃发出响声提醒驾驶员或乘客车门中有障碍物,另一方面,当汽车处于熄火状态时,若车门在开关闭合过程中防夹条绝缘体受到障碍物的挤压,此时电阻会被短路,防夹控制器的处理器根据接收到的电阻值变化发出信号,然而此时汽车的中控系统无法接收来自传输模块的信号,从而就无法驱动报警模块进行报警,从而容易造成安全事故的发生,而利用本实施例中的微电铃,便可在防夹条绝缘体受到障碍物的挤压后,通过微电铃的响声,便可提醒驾驶员或乘客车门中有夹物,从而便可及时的发现安全隐患并及时的解决。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明方法的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和补充,这些改进和补充也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种触发灵敏,便于安装,成本低的汽车防夹装置,其特征在于,所述的汽车防夹装置包括防夹条本体、固定支架、密封盖、连接导线、导线接口、防夹控制器;所述的防夹条本体为内部中空的绝缘橡胶体;所述的绝缘橡胶体的截面为圆环形,在绝缘橡胶体的内表面设有第一导电体、第二导电体、第三导电体和第四导电体;所述的第一导电体内设有第一导线,第二导电体内设有第二导线,第三导电体内设有第三导线,第四导电体内设有第四导线;所述第一导电体、第二导电体、第三导电体和第四导电体等距周向排列在橡胶体的内表面,且第一导电体、第二导电体、第三导电体和第四导电体留有间隙;所述的绝缘橡胶体下部设有装配部件;所述的装配部件内部设有弹力支架;所述的装配部件呈“∩”型结构,且内表面设有向上的倒钩结构;所述的在防夹条本体的端部设置电阻;所述电阻的一端与第一导线、第二导线电连接,电阻的另一端与第三导线、第四导线电连接;所述的第一导电体、第二导电体、第三导电体和第四导电体任意两个导电体中还分别设有第五导线,所述的第五导线末端连接设有微电铃;所述的第一导线、第二导线、第三导线、第四导线通过连接导线与导线接口连接;所述的固定支架设有装配槽;所述的装配槽设置在固定支架内部;所述的密封盖为中间具有通孔的环形,其中间通孔贯穿连接导线;所述的防夹条本体通过装配部件装配在固定支架的装配槽内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的汽车防夹装置,其特征在于,所述的防夹控制器设有接口、处理器、传输模块、报警模块、供电模块,所述的接口设置在防夹控制器的端部,所述的处理器、传输模块、报警模块、供电模块设置在防夹控制器内部,所述的处理器分别与传输模块、报警模块、供电模块、接口电连接;所述的导线一端与防夹条本体内的导电材料连接,另一端和导线接口连接,导线接口可插入防夹控制器的接口中,使防夹条本体与防夹控制器电连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的汽车防夹装置,其特征在于,所述的导电体为半圆形或半椭圆形,导电体较尖的一端朝向绝缘橡胶体内的圆心。
- 根据权利要求1所述的汽车防夹装置,其特征在于,所述的固定支架呈“∪”型结构,且内表面设有与装配部件上相反结构的倒钩。
- 根据权利要求1所述的汽车防夹装置,其特征在于,所述的微电铃设 于防夹条本体端部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的汽车防夹装置,其特征在于,所述的第一导电体、第二导电体、第三导电体和第四导电体为导电橡胶或导电TPE材料。
- 根据权利要求1所述的汽车防夹装置,其特征在于,所述的绝缘橡胶体为绝缘TPE材料。
- 根据权利要求6所述的汽车防夹装置,其特征在于,所述的当第一导电体、第二导电体、第三导电体或第四导电体随着绝缘橡胶体挤压而靠近时,所受的力大小≤50N时受力接触,就可以短路电阻,形成电路回路,所述的当汽车防夹条本体未受到压力时,其回路电阻值为10000±10000Ω,当汽车防夹条受到挤压后,其回路电阻值≤2000Ω。
- 根据权利要求1所述的汽车防夹装置,其特征在于,所述的汽车防夹装置还包括压力感应器。
