一种利用路面空间的停车系统 技术领域
本发明涉及停车设备技术领域,具体涉及一种利用路面空间的停车系统。
背景技术
停车场是提供车位、供停车之用的场所,主要为地下、地面、楼面停车场,随着城市化进程与汽车行业的高速发展,停车问题也随之成为人们比较关注的话题,现在大型城市中心的停车位越来越不够使用,无论是政府方面还是商家方面,都希望能找到更经济更合理地停车方案。
目前的停车场,无论是地下、地面或者楼面,亦或者是多层停车场,均需要预留道路,以便汽车地驶入及驶出,造成现有停车场存在浪费面积大、空间使用率低的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种利用路面空间的停车系统,用以解决现有停车场浪费面积大、空间使用率低的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种利用路面空间的停车系统,其包括立柱、横梁、升降机构以及载车板,所述立柱设有多根,多根所述立柱间隔设置于停车场的通道两侧,所述横梁设有多根,多根所述横梁平行设置,每根所述横梁的两端分别固定于两根相邻的且位于通道异侧的所述立柱的顶端,所述升降机构与所述载车板均设有多个且数量相同,每个所述升降机构固定于两根相邻的所述横梁的下侧,且在每个所述升降机构的下侧固定一个矩形的所述载车板。
其中,所述升降机构为液压升降机构,所述液压升降机构包括液压提升柱以及液压泵,所述液压提升柱竖向设置,所述液压提升柱的固定端固定于所述横梁下侧,所述液压提升柱的移动端连接所述载车板,所述液压泵与所述液压提升柱连接。
其中,所述液压提升柱设有4根,4根所述液压提升柱的移动端分别固定于所述载车板的直角的顶点。
其中,所述升降机构为电动升降机构,所述电动升降机构包括电动机及钢缆绳,所述电动机固定于所述横梁,所述钢缆绳固定端缠绕在所述电动机的输出轴,所述钢缆绳的移动端与所述载车板连接。

本发明提供的利用路面空间的停车系统,其设有多个升降机构和载车板,每个载车板均能够独立完成升降,在存取车时不会受到其他车位是否停有车辆的影响;其立柱设置在通道的两侧,使载车板悬置在通道的上空,利用了通道上方的空间,提高了停车场的空间利用率;采用本发明的利用路面空间的停车系统,可将停车场所有的通道当做提车位,不仅方便停车,还能减少剐蹭事故的发生,降低存取车的时间。

以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
如图1-2所示,实施例1提供了一种利用路面空间的停车系统,其包括立柱1、横梁2、升降机构(图中未示出)、载车板3、升降开关(图中未示出)以及顶板4,所述立柱1为H型钢柱,所述立柱1设有多根,多根所述立柱1间隔设置于停车场的通道7的两侧,所述横梁2为H型钢梁,所述横梁2设置在通道的上方,所述横梁2设有多根,多根所述横梁2平行设置,每根所述横梁2的两端分别固定于两根相邻的且位于通道7异侧的所述立柱1的顶端,固定方式优选螺栓固定,以4根所述立柱1和两根所述横梁2为例,其分布方式优选为:4根所述立柱1与两根所述横梁2构成一个立方体框架,立方体框架横跨停车场通道7,4根所述立柱1在立方体框架的4个垂边,两根所述横梁2在立方体框架的顶部水平边且两根所述横梁2与通道的两条边是异面垂线关系,所述升降机构与所述载车板3均设有多个且数量相同,每个所述升降机构固定于两根相邻的所述横梁2的下侧,且在每个所述升降机构的下侧固定一个矩形的所述载车板3,即所述升降机构与所述载车板3一一对应,所述载车板3为停车的车位,一一对应的所述升降机构与所述载车板3使得各个停车位之间互不干扰,实现自由停车,所述顶板4固定于所述横梁2的上侧,顶板4在路面停车场中可以用作遮阳棚或遮雨棚,所述升降开 关与所述升降机构连接,用以控制所述升降机构的启动及动作。
使用本停车系统停车时,汽车驶入停车场,选择车辆前上方的空的停车位,利用所述升降开关,使悬停状态的所述载车板3下降至地面,启动汽车将汽车停在所述载车板3上,驾驶人员离开驾驶室,再次通过升降开关将所述载车板3悬停于通道上方,停车完毕;取车时,顺序则相反。使用本系统存取车,驾驶人员仅需使汽车进行前进或者倒退,不需要转弯操作,方便使用。
本实施例提供的停车系统,建立在停车场的通道7上方,所述立柱1设置在通道7的两边,所述横梁2、所述升降机构以及所述载车板3均设置在通道上方,充分利用停车场通道7上方的空间,提高停车场空间利用率,尤其对平面停车场的空间利用率有显著地提升,而且所述升降机构与所述载车板3一一对应,相互之间的升降(存取车)不受影响,节省车主存取车的时间,尤其是汽车在驶离所述载车板3时,仅需向前或者向后直线方向启动汽车就可以完成汽车的出库,对于驾驶技术不熟练的新手司机也可以随意使用本停车系统。
在本实施例中,所述升降机构为液压升降机构,所述液压升降机构包括液压提升柱5以及液压泵(图中未示出),所述液压提升柱5竖向设置,所述液压提升柱5的固定端固定于所述横梁2下侧,所述液压提升柱5的移动端连接所述载车板3,所述液压泵与所述液压提升柱5连接,所述液压提升柱5设有4根,4根所述液压提升柱5的移动端分别固定于所述载车板3的直角的顶点,固定方式为螺栓固定或者卡接固定。

如图3所示,实施例2提供了另一种利用路面空间的停车系统,其结构与实施例1的基本相同,下面仅对不同之处进行描述。
在本实施例中,所述升降机构为电动升降机构,所述电动升降机构包括电动机(图中未示出)及钢缆绳6,所述升降开关与所述电动机连接,以控制所述电动机的正反转,实现所述载车板3的升降,所述电动机固 定于所述横梁2,所述钢缆绳6的固定端缠绕在所述电动机的输出轴,所述钢缆绳6的移动端与所述载车板3连接,升降时,所述电动机输出轴对所述钢缆绳进行缠绕或者放绳,使得所述载车板3上升或者下降。
在本实施例中,所述电动升降机构还包括滑轮组(图中未示出),所述滑轮组固定于所述横梁2下侧,所述滑轮组设有4个,4个所述滑轮组在水平面的投影与所述载车板3的4个直角顶点相重合,所述钢缆绳设有4根,每根钢缆绳各通个一个所述滑轮组与所述电动机输出轴、所述载车板3相连接,以便平稳的提升或者下降所述载车板3。
在本实施例中,所述立柱1为混凝土柱,以增加承载力。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的利用路面空间的停车系统,其特征在于,所述升降机构为液压升降机构,所述液压升降机构包括液压提升柱(5)以及液压泵,所述液压提升柱(5)竖向设置,所述液压提升柱(5)的固定端固定于所述横梁(2)下侧,所述液压提升柱(5)的移动端连接所述载车板(3),所述液压泵与所述液压提升柱(5)连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的利用路面空间的停车系统,其特征在于,所述液压提升柱(5)设有4根,4根所述液压提升柱(5)的移动端分别固定于所述载车板(3)的直角的顶点。
