一种纺织工艺,依次经过清棉-梳棉-加捻-制纱-制备工艺流程,其中上述步骤中制纱工序中采用纺纱机纺制粗纱,对纺纱机中的齿数进行调整,按此工艺要求生产的面料,布面整体效果平整而丰满,提高了面料的档次,功能效果更佳,具有抗霉抑菌、吸湿透气、防紫外线、防静电等功能,克服了使用时丝线易磨断的缺陷。

随着社会的发展,生活水平的提高,人们对生活品质的要求越来越高,市场上各种服装产品应有尽有,服装面料也层出不穷。目前我国厂家生产的纺织品,大多是化纤加防静电丝,由于其防静电性极差,在穿着使用过程中极易对人身造成伤害,存在手感差、悬垂性差、抗皱性差、使用时丝线易磨断等问题。虽然技术人员不断改进工艺,但是,仍达不到理想效果。
发明内容
发明的目的:本发明的目的在于提供一种纺织工艺。
本发明采用的技术方案:一种纺织工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)清棉
先进行开棉处理,将紧压的原棉松懈成较小的棉块或棉束;在进行清棉处理:清除原棉中大部分杂质、疵点及不宜纺纱的短纤维;混棉:将不同成分的原棉,进行充分而均匀地混合,制成合乎要求、厚薄均匀的棉层;
2)梳棉
先将步骤1中的棉层分成分成棉块,再将棉块分解成单纤维状态,改善纤维伸直、平行状态;同时并清除棉卷中的细小杂质及短绒,使纤维进一步充分均匀混合;制成符合要求的棉条;
3)加捻
将若干根棉条放入加捻机中进行并合、牵伸,制成边缘平整、层次清晰的小卷,即成棉股线;
4)制纱
将步骤2中的棉条进行清除纤维中的棉结、杂质和纤维疵点,使棉纤维分离,并去除短的棉纤维,并通过牵引牵伸将棉条拉细后制备成条,将制备成条的棉条在放入纺纱机中制备成粗纱,在进一步加工成细纱;
5)制备
将步骤3中的所得的棉股线和将步骤4中的所得的细纱加导电丝用加捻设备捻制成的股线,并采用分条整经机,按每英寸3根加导电丝的股线排列整入经轴,用织机织造,并对织造后的面料先进行煮炼,使用软水,加入洗涤剂为5克/升水,水温为50-80℃,时间为6-8小时;再注入软水,浴比为2:15,温度为50-70℃,加入生物酶,酸性酶PH4,中性酶PH6, 处理时间为50-80分钟,之后脱水、烘干、进行印染,对印染后的面料进行检验,将合格后的面料进行定型处理时,焙烘温度为50-80℃,时间为50-80分钟;最后通过高压熨烫定型并冷却。
