一种远红外纤维/竹纤维/棉混纺纱的生产方法,包括如下步骤:1)远红外纤维与竹纤维混合加工:将远红外纤维与竹纤维混合后,经梳针式双滚筒开松机、高架棉箱、梳棉机、并条机,最终得到远红外纤维与竹纤维的混合条子;2)棉纤维加工:将棉纤维经过抓棉机、混棉机、六辊筒开棉机、多仓混棉机、豪猪开棉机、棉箱给棉机、成卷机、梳棉机、并条机、条卷机和精梳机,处理得到棉纤维条子;3)将远红外纤维与竹纤维的混合条子和棉纤维条子依次经过三道并条机、梳棉条纱机、细纱机和络筒机,得到远红外纤维/竹纤维/棉混纺纱。该方法生产出的远红外纤维/竹纤维/棉混纺纱具有条干均匀、单强CV值小、毛羽少等优点。

远红外纤维/竹纤维/棉混纺纱的生产方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种远红外纤维/竹纤维/棉混纺纱的生产方法,属于纺织技术领域。
背景技术
混纺纱是指由二种或二种以上不同纤维按一定比例混合纺制的纱线,如涤棉混纺纱,涤粘混纺纱等。还有用多种纤维按不同比例来分配调节变成了混纺纱。混纺纱能用外观、手感优良的不同纤维构成,能根据用途变更纤维原料的选择,混纺的比率和组合的方法等。因此,混纺纱可用于针织及机织的服装、装饰用布,以及工业材料和缝纫线等方面。
现有的混纺纱产品性能不够好,纤维分布不够均匀,不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种远红外纤维/竹纤维/棉混纺纱的生产方法。
本发明的远红外纤维/竹纤维/棉混纺纱的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
1)远红外纤维与竹纤维混合加工:将远红外纤维与竹纤维混合后,经梳针式双滚筒开松机、高架棉箱、梳棉机、并条机,最终得到远红外纤维与竹纤维的混合条子;
2)棉纤维加工:将棉纤维经过抓棉机、混棉机、六辊筒开棉机、多仓混棉机、豪猪开棉机、棉箱给棉机、成卷机、梳棉机、并条机、条卷机和精梳机,处理得到棉纤维条子;
3)将远红外纤维与竹纤维的混合条子和棉纤维条子依次经过三道并条机、梳棉条纱机、细纱机和络筒机,得到远红外纤维/竹纤维/棉混纺纱;
其中,
所述的步骤1)中,竹纤维与远红外纤维的重量比为1:(10-15);
所述的步骤3)中,远红外纤维与竹纤维的混合条子和棉纤维条子的重量比为1:(15-20)。
本发明的方法,生产出的远红外纤维/竹纤维/棉混纺纱的生产方法,具有条干均匀、单强CV值小、毛羽少等优点,能满足消费者对面料的功能性需要,有着良好的发展前景。

1)远红外纤维与竹纤维混合加工:将远红外纤维与竹纤维混合后,经梳针式双滚筒开松机、高架棉箱、梳棉机、并条机,最终得到远红外纤维与竹纤维的混合条子;
2)棉纤维加工:将棉纤维经过抓棉机、混棉机、六辊筒开棉机、多仓混棉机、豪猪开棉机、棉箱给棉机、成卷机、梳棉机、并条机、条卷机和精梳机,处理得到棉纤维条子;
3)将远红外纤维与竹纤维的混合条子和棉纤维条子依次经过三道并条机、梳棉条纱机、细纱机和络筒机,得到远红外纤维/竹纤维/棉混纺纱;
