Abstract

一种可调式果蔬循环切片整形滤水装置,包括具有框架结构的底座(1)、滤水机构(2)、可调刀盘(3)以及滑动下压机构(4),底座(1)包括电动输送带(11)、控制器(13)、料斗(12)、刀盘安装座(16)以及操作台(17);滤水机构(2)包括槽体(21)、网板(22)、振动马达(23)、出水口(24);可调刀盘(3)包括若干个子刀盘(31),子刀盘(31)包括筒体(30)、第一电机(33)、刀具(34)、调节杆(36)、导向杆(37)、刀具连接件(35);滑动下压机构(4)包括悬臂(41)、滑动支撑块(42)、电动缸(43)以及弹性压板(44)。该装置结构简单、使用方便、智能化程度高、功能多样、安全可靠、省时省力、实用性强,解决了现有切片机使用不方便的问题。

Description

一种可调式果蔬循环切片整形滤水装置 技术领域
本发明涉及食品机械设备领域,尤其是涉及一种可调式果蔬循环切片整形滤水装置。
背景技术
水果和蔬菜是人们日常必需品,当萝卜、红薯、大头菜等蔬菜、水果需要进行切片然后作进一步的加工或储藏时,传统的方法是手工切片,手工切片不仅效率低、切片厚度不均匀、劳动强度大,且手工操作具有一定的危险性。现有的对果蔬进行持续送料进行切片的果蔬切片机,由于刀片之间的距离、刀片与果蔬运动方向之间的角度是固定的,一旦需要切出不同厚度、形状就需要更换刀具,十分麻烦,该种切片机的刀具往往是单向的,这也就意味着当果蔬的厚度过大时需要较长的切削轨道,或者降低一半的效率使果蔬在刀具上往复运动,且这种切片机不能对切片后的果蔬汁水进行过滤,后期需要人工进行滤水,十分麻烦。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为了克服上述中存在的问题,提供了一种可调式果蔬循环切片整形滤水装置,其结构合理,具有结构简单、使用方便、智能化程度高、功能多样、安全可靠、省时省力、实用性强等优点,有效解决现有切片机使用不方便的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种可调式果蔬循环切片整形滤水装置,包括具有框架结构的底座、滤水机构、可调刀盘以及滑动下压机构,所述底座的一端设置有电动输送带、控制器,电动输送带的上方设有料斗, 底座的另一端设有刀盘安装座以及操作台;
所述的滤水机构是设置在刀盘安装座下方具有U字形结构的槽体,槽体上设置有网板、振动马达、出水口;所述槽体的一端是与底座相互铰接,槽体的另一端是通过弹性连接件与底座连接;所述的网板与槽体底部构成一个具有单开口的空腔,所述出水口是与该空腔相互连通;
所述的可调刀盘包括若干个以刀盘连接件层叠连接的子刀盘,子刀盘是与刀盘安装座相互连接;所述的子刀盘包括具有双开口的筒体、设置于筒体上的第一电机、同向设置且具有长条形结构的刀具、上下水平设置的调节杆、设置在调节杆之间的导向杆、刀具连接件;所述的调节杆、导向杆是设置于刀具的两端且两端是分别与筒体相互转动连接,第一电机是与调节杆的一端相互传动连接;
所述的调节杆由若干调节短杆组成,调节短杆的一端设有隼头,调节短杆的另一端设有套接孔,相邻调节短杆的隼头与套接孔相互套接并以螺栓固定,且相邻调节短杆表面设有旋向相反的外螺纹;
所述的滑动下压机构包括固定于底座上的悬臂、与悬臂相互滑动连接的滑动支撑块、设置于滑动支撑块上的电动缸以及与电动缸相互连接的弹性压板;所述的悬臂上设置有齿条、挡板,滑动支撑块上设有与齿条相互传动连接的第二电机,滑动支撑块上还设有与挡板配合使用的第一红外距离传感器;所述的弹性压板包括设有盲孔的壳体、壳体内设置的弹簧以及滑块,壳体上设有第二红外距离传感器,且滑块上设有尖刺。
进一步地,所述的电动输送带包括与底座相互转动连接的若干辊筒以及设置于辊筒上的输送带,辊筒是与设置于底座上的第三电机相互传动连接。
进一步地,所述的电动输送带与可调刀盘之间的底座上斜向设置有缓冲板。
进一步地,所述的滑动支撑块是C字形结构,滑动支撑块的上端设有倒T字形滑块,滑块卡入悬臂上的倒T字形滑槽并与之滑动连接,滑动支撑块的下端是与固定设置于悬臂上的圆形滑轨相互滑动连接。
进一步地,所述的弹性连接件是弹簧或者弹力带。
进一步地,所述的刀盘连接件包括相互套设连接的第一夹头、第二夹头,第一夹头、第二夹头分别与上下相邻的筒体相互卡接;第一夹头、第二夹头的连接处设有第一角度传感器以及压力传感器,第一角度传感器的两端分别与第一夹头、第二夹头连接。
进一步地,所述的刀具连接件包括与刀具一端相互卡接的第三夹头、连接块,第三夹头、连接块相互套设连接,且在连接处设有第二角度传感器,连接块上设有连接通孔。
进一步地,所述的连接通孔与调节杆相互螺纹连接,与导向杆相互滑动连接。
进一步地,所述的控制器分别与操作台、振动马达、第一电机、电动缸、第二电机、第一红外距离传感器、第二红外距离传感器、第三电机、第一角度传感器、第二角度传感器相互电性连接。
本发明的有益效果是:一种可调式果蔬循环切片整形滤水装置,包括具有框架结构的底座、滤水机构、可调刀盘以及滑动下压机构,底座上设有电动输送带将蔬果输送到可调刀盘上方,滑动下压机构带动蔬果在可调刀盘上往复运动进行切片,其中可调刀盘采用智能电动可调设计,可方便调节刀片之间的距离、角度等参数,无需手动更换刀盘,且刀片可朝向两个方向,在蔬果往复运动过程中不会降低切片效率,而滑动下压机构采用弹性设计,避免压坏蔬果;切片后的蔬果汁液和洗涤蔬果的水经过滤水机构分离并收集,方便后续加工或 储藏;其结构合理,具有结构简单、使用方便、智能化程度高、功能多样、安全可靠、省时省力、实用性强等优点,有效解决现有切片机使用不方便的问题。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示的一种可调式果蔬循环切片整形滤水装置,包括具有框架结构的底座1、滤水机构2、可调刀盘3以及滑动下压机构4。
如图2所示,所述底座1的一端设置有电动输送带11、控制器13,电动输送带11的上方设有料斗12,底座1的另一端设有刀盘安装座16以及操作台17;
在一种可能的实施例中,料斗12的出口设置电动阀门用以控制蔬果的输送间隔,并在电动输送带11上设置红外接近开关,用以监视蔬果的输送速度,通过控制器13的分析控制输送速度的快慢,避免输送过快影响正常切片工作,同时避免输送过慢影响切片效率。
在一种可能的实施例中,所述的刀盘安装座16是底座1上的一块镂空区域,该区域边沿设有与可调刀盘3连接的连接件。
如图3所示,所述的滤水机构2是设置在刀盘安装座16下方具有U字形结构的槽体21,槽体21上设置有网板22、振动马达23、出水口24;所述槽体21的一端是与底座1相互铰接,槽体21的另一端是通过弹性连接件14与底座1连接;所述的网板22将槽体21分割为两层,网板22上层用于蔬果切片的导向输送,网板22下层与槽体21底部构成一个具有单开口的空腔,该空腔用于盛放滤出的汁水,其单向开口则是为了方便清洁该空腔而设置,所述出水口24是与该空腔相互连通,出水口24应与外部收集机构连接,以方便后续的处理工作。
如图4所示,所述的可调刀盘3包括若干个以刀盘连接件32层叠连接的子刀盘31,子刀盘31是分别或个别与刀盘安装座16相互连接;
如图5所示,所述的子刀盘31包括具有双开口的筒体30、设置于筒体30上的第一电机33、同向设置且具有长条形结构的刀具34、上下水平设置的调节杆36、设置在调节杆36之间的导向杆37、刀具连接件35;所述的调节杆36、导向杆37是设置于刀具34的两端且两端是分别与筒体30相互转动连接,第一电机33是与调节杆36的一端相互传动连接;在一种实施例中,所述的调节杆36、导向杆37仅设置于刀具34两端。在另一种实施例中,所述的调节杆36、导向杆37沿与刀具34垂直方向均匀设置于筒体30内腔中,以此使得刀具34各部分受力更加均匀。
所述的筒体30外壁面应设有用于与刀盘安装座16连接的连接件,如带有连接孔的连接板、卡扣等,凡是能将筒体30与刀盘安装座16连接固定即可。作为一种优选的方案,可调刀盘3的顶部应与刀盘安装座16上表面大致平齐。
如图6所示,所述的调节杆36由若干调节短杆361组成,调节短杆361的 一端设有隼头362,调节短杆361的另一端设有套接孔363,相邻调节短杆361的隼头362与套接孔363相互套接并以螺栓固定以防止其相互转动,且相邻调节短杆361表面设有旋向相反的外螺纹;
如图9所示,所述的滑动下压机构4包括固定于底座1上的悬臂41、与悬臂41相互滑动连接的滑动支撑块42、设置于滑动支撑块42上的电动缸43以及与电动缸43相互连接的弹性压板44;所述的悬臂41上设置有齿条411、挡板412,滑动支撑块42上设有与齿条411相互传动连接的第二电机45,滑动支撑块42上还设有与挡板412配合使用的第一红外距离传感器421;第二电机45与齿条411传动连接,以此带动滑动支撑块42在悬臂41上滑动;第一红外距离传感器421与挡板412相互配合以测量滑动支撑块42的位置信息,控制器13以此控制滑动支撑块42在悬臂41上的往复滑动。
如图10所示,所述的弹性压板44包括设有盲孔的壳体441、壳体441内设置的弹簧442以及滑块443,壳体441上设有第二红外距离传感器444,且滑块443上设有尖刺445。弹簧442、滑块443、尖刺445相互配合使蔬果在刀具34上往复运动的同时不至于将蔬果压碎,第二红外距离传感器444用于检测弹性压板44与刀具34之间的距离,避免弹性压板44压断刀具34。
在如图2所示的一种实施例中,所述的电动输送带11包括与底座1相互转动连接的若干辊筒112以及设置于辊筒112上的输送带111,辊筒112是与设置于底座1上的第三电机113相互传动连接。
在如图2所示的一种实施例中,所述的电动输送带11与可调刀盘3之间的底座1上斜向设置有缓冲板15,缓冲板15两端的上表面分别与电动输送带11、可调刀盘3的顶部平齐。
在如图9所示的一种实施例中,所述的滑动支撑块42是C字形结构,滑动 支撑块42的上端设有倒T字形滑块,滑块卡入悬臂41上的倒T字形滑槽并与之滑动连接,滑动支撑块42的下端是与固定设置于悬臂41上的圆形滑轨相互滑动连接。
在如图1所示的一种实施例中,所述的弹性连接件14是弹簧或者弹力带,凡是能减轻振动马达23向底座1传导震动的材料和/或结构皆可。
在如图7所示的一种实施例中,所述的刀盘连接件32包括相互套设连接的第一夹头321、第二夹头322,第一夹头321、第二夹头322分别与上下相邻的筒体30相互卡接固定;第一夹头321、第二夹头322的连接处设有第一角度传感器323以及压力传感器324,第一角度传感器323的两端分别与第一夹头321、第二夹头322连接。第一角度传感器323用于监控子刀盘31的相对旋转角度,控制器13以此可在操作台17上显示切片后的形状供用户参考,压力传感器324用于检测可调刀盘3上所承受的正压力,控制器13以此判断切片工作是否正常,如正压力过大则需要向用户报警并停止切片工作。
在如图8所示的一种实施例中,所述的刀具连接件35包括与刀具34一端相互卡接的第三夹头351、连接块352,第三夹头351、连接块352相互套设连接,且在连接处设有第二角度传感器353,连接块352上设有连接通孔354。第二角度传感器353用于检测刀具34的旋转角度,控制器13以此调节各刀具34的倾斜角度。
在一种实施例中,所述的连接通孔354与调节杆36相互螺纹连接,与导向杆37相互滑动连接。
在一种实施例中,所述的控制器13分别与操作台17、振动马达23、第一电机33、电动缸43、第二电机45、第一红外距离传感器421、第二红外距离传感器444、第三电机113、第一角度传感器323、第二角度传感器353相互电性 连接。控制器13统筹各传感器的数据处理,并以此控制振动马达23、第一电机33、电动缸43、第二电机45、第三电机113的运作。
本发明所述的一种可调式果蔬循环切片整形滤水装置,包括具有框架结构的底座、滤水机构、可调刀盘以及滑动下压机构,底座上设有电动输送带将蔬果输送到可调刀盘上方,滑动下压机构带动蔬果在可调刀盘上往复运动进行切片,其中可调刀盘采用智能电动可调设计,可方便调节刀片之间的距离、角度等参数,无需手动更换刀盘,且刀片可朝向两个方向,在蔬果往复运动过程中不会降低切片效率,而滑动下压机构采用弹性设计,避免压坏蔬果;切片后的蔬果汁液和洗涤蔬果的水经过滤水机构分离并收集,方便后续加工或储藏;其结构合理,具有结构简单、使用方便、智能化程度高、功能多样、安全可靠、省时省力、实用性强等优点,有效解决现有切片机使用不方便的问题。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种可调式果蔬循环切片整形滤水装置,其特征在于:包括具有框架结构的底座(1)、滤水机构(2)、可调刀盘(3)以及滑动下压机构(4),所述底座(1)的一端设置有电动输送带(11)、控制器(13),电动输送带(11)的上方设有料斗(12),底座(1)的另一端设有刀盘安装座(16)以及操作台(17);
    所述的滤水机构(2)是设置在刀盘安装座(16)下方具有U字形结构的槽体(21),槽体(21)上设置有网板(22)、振动马达(23)、出水口(24);所述槽体(21)的一端是与底座(1)相互铰接,槽体(21)的另一端是通过弹性连接件(14)与底座(1)连接;所述的网板(22)与槽体(21)底部构成一个具有单开口的空腔,所述出水口(24)是与该空腔相互连通;
    所述的可调刀盘(3)包括若干个以刀盘连接件(32)层叠连接的子刀盘(31),子刀盘(31)是与刀盘安装座(16)相互连接;所述的子刀盘(31)包括具有双开口的筒体(30)、设置于筒体(30)上的第一电机(33)、同向设置且具有长条形结构的刀具(34)、上下水平设置的调节杆(36)、设置在调节杆(36)之间的导向杆(37)、刀具连接件(35);所述的调节杆(36)、导向杆(37)是设置于刀具(34)的两端且两端是分别与筒体(30)相互转动连接,第一电机(33)是与调节杆(36)的一端相互传动连接;
    所述的调节杆(36)由若干调节短杆(361)组成,调节短杆(361)的一端设有隼头(362),调节短杆(361)的另一端设有套接孔(363),相邻调节短杆(361)的隼头(362)与套接孔(363)相互套接并以螺栓固定,且相邻调节短杆(361)表面设有旋向相反的外螺纹;
    所述的滑动下压机构(4)包括固定于底座(1)上的悬臂(41)、与悬臂(41)相互滑动连接的滑动支撑块(42)、设置于滑动支撑块(42)上的电动缸(43)以及与电动缸(43)相互连接的弹性压板(44);所述的悬臂(41)上设置有齿 条(411)、挡板(412),滑动支撑块(42)上设有与齿条(411)相互传动连接的第二电机(45),滑动支撑块(42)上还设有与挡板(412)配合使用的第一红外距离传感器(421);所述的弹性压板(44)包括设有盲孔的壳体(441)、壳体(441)内设置的弹簧(442)以及滑块(443),壳体(441)上设有第二红外距离传感器(444),且滑块(443)上设有尖刺(445)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调式果蔬循环切片整形滤水装置,其特征在于:所述的电动输送带(11)包括与底座(1)相互转动连接的若干辊筒(112)以及设置于辊筒(112)上的输送带(111),辊筒(112)是与设置于底座(1)上的第三电机(113)相互传动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可调式果蔬循环切片整形滤水装置,其特征在于:所述的电动输送带(11)与可调刀盘(3)之间的底座(1)上斜向设置有缓冲板(15)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调式果蔬循环切片整形滤水装置,其特征在于:所述的滑动支撑块(42)是C字形结构,滑动支撑块(42)的上端设有倒T字形滑块,滑块卡入悬臂(41)上的倒T字形滑槽并与之滑动连接,滑动支撑块(42)的下端是与固定设置于悬臂(41)上的圆形滑轨相互滑动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调式果蔬循环切片整形滤水装置,其特征在于:所述的弹性连接件(14)是弹簧或者弹力带。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调式果蔬循环切片整形滤水装置,其特征在于:所述的刀盘连接件(32)包括相互套设连接的第一夹头(321)、第二夹头(322),第一夹头(321)、第二夹头(322)分别与上下相邻的筒体(30)相互卡接;第一夹头(321)、第二夹头(322)的连接处设有第一角度传感器(323)以及压力传感器(324),第一角度传感器(323)的两端分别与第一夹头(321)、 第二夹头(322)连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调式果蔬循环切片整形滤水装置,其特征在于:所述的刀具连接件(35)包括与刀具(34)一端相互卡接的第三夹头(351)、连接块(352),第三夹头(351)、连接块(352)相互套设连接,且在连接处设有第二角度传感器(353),连接块(352)上设有连接通孔(354)。
  8. 根据权利要求1和7所述的一种可调式果蔬循环切片整形滤水装置,其特征在于:所述的连接通孔(354)与调节杆(36)相互螺纹连接,与导向杆(37)相互滑动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1、2、6、7中任一项权利要求所述的一种可调式果蔬循环切片整形滤水装置,其特征在于:所述的控制器(13)分别与操作台(17)、振动马达(23)、第一电机(33)、电动缸(43)、第二电机(45)、第一红外距离传感器(421)、第二红外距离传感器(444)、第三电机(113)、第一角度传感器(323)、第二角度传感器(353)相互电性连接。
