本发明涉及蔬菜加工设备领域,具体为一种脱水蔬菜生产用切片装置。
背景技术
脱水蔬菜又称复水菜,是将新鲜蔬菜经过洗涤、烘干等加工制作,脱去蔬菜中大部分水分后而制成的一种干菜,蔬菜脱水后,其水分含量降至4%~13%,水分活度浆汁0.7左右,使微生物和酶处于不活动状态,产品密封或真空包装即可长期储藏2~3年,与新鲜原料相比,蔬菜原有色泽和营养成分基本保持不变,既易于贮存和运输,又能有效地调节蔬菜生产淡旺季节,食用时只要将其浸入清水中即可复原,并保留蔬菜原来的色泽、营养和风味。
中国专利公开号CN212825554U公开了一种脱水蔬菜生产用切片机,包括切割台、至少一个切片机构以及与切片机构数量相同并一一对应的输送机构,切割台内部中空,其上端设有与其内部贯通的下料口;切片机构通过切片架架设在切割台的上端,并位于下料口的上方,用于对蔬菜进行切片;输送机构安装在切割台的上端,用于将待切片的蔬菜送至对应的切片机构。该专利实现蔬菜的快速自动切片,切割效率高,且适用于各种蔬菜的切片,适用范围较广,使用方便。但是专利的切片机在切片时存在漏切、飞料、切割不均匀等现象,切片效果并不理想,并且不方便调整切片厚度,而现有的市场上的新鲜蔬果切片机,加料不均匀会致使物料堵塞,切割难度大。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种脱水蔬菜生产用切片装置,解决了现有技术中切片装置切片效果不好、无法调整切片厚度以及切片容易堵塞的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种脱水蔬菜生产用切片装置,包括切片箱,所述切片箱的顶部固定连接有送料箱,所述送料箱的一端内固定连接有送料筒,所述切片箱的一侧固定连接有防护盒,所述防护盒的一侧固定连接有电机,所述电机的输出端固定连接有第三轴杆,所述第三轴杆的外侧固定连接有均匀分布的第一环形刀片,所述第三轴杆的两端分别转动连接在切片箱的前端两侧内,所述第三轴杆的外侧固定连接有第一齿轮,所述第一齿轮的外侧啮合连接有第二齿轮,所述第二齿轮的中部固定连接有第二轴杆,所述第二轴杆的一端转动连接在切片箱的后端一侧内,所述第二轴杆的外侧固定连接有均匀分布的第二环形刀片,所述第一环形刀片与第二环形刀片相邻并且呈交叉分布。
优选的,所述第三轴杆的外侧靠近第一齿轮固定连接有第二皮带轮,所述第二皮带轮的外侧通过皮带连接第一皮带轮,所述第一皮带轮的中部内固定连接有第一轴杆,所述第一轴杆一端转动连接在送料箱的一侧内,所述第一轴杆的另一端转动连接在送料筒的一侧内,所述第一轴杆的外侧固定连接有螺旋叶片,所述送料筒的一端顶部固定连接有加料斗,所述送料箱和切片箱的相邻侧均设置有进料孔,所述防护盒的顶部相邻皮带设置有皮带连接孔。
优选的,所述第二轴杆的另一端转动连接有支撑座,所述支撑座的底部滑动连接有下支撑板,所述下支撑板的一端固定连接在切片箱的后端另一侧,所述支撑座的顶部固定连接有螺母,所述螺母的内部螺纹连接有螺杆,所述螺杆的外侧一端转动连接有上支撑板,所述上支撑板的一端固定连接在切片箱的后端另一侧并且相对下支撑板的一侧。
优选的,所述支撑座内部和螺杆的外侧均设置有轴承,所述下支撑板通过滑轨连接支撑座。
优选的,所述上支撑板的长度不大于第二齿轮的厚度,所述第二齿轮的厚度大于第一齿轮的厚度。
优选的,所述切片箱的底部设置有通孔并且通孔处固定连接有排料槽,所述切片箱和送料筒的外侧均设置有支腿。
工作原理:通过电机驱动第三轴杆转动,使第一环形刀片转动,同时通过第一齿轮和第二齿轮啮合连接,使第二轴杆和第二环形刀片同时转动,实现第一环形刀片和第二环形刀片可以将蔬菜原料进行切片,可以使第二皮带轮通过皮带带动第一皮带轮转动,进而第一轴杆可以转动,使螺旋叶片转动,通过加料斗加入待切片蔬菜原料,可以使螺旋叶片运输待切片蔬菜原料通过进料孔进入切片箱内被切片,通过使螺杆转动,进而使螺母可以沿螺杆轴向移动,进一步带动支撑座和第二轴杆移动,使第一环形刀片和第二环形刀片的间距可调,实现调整脱水蔬菜切片的厚度,切片过程不会间断,并且得到的蔬菜切片厚度均匀,切片效果显著提高。

本发明提供了一种脱水蔬菜生产用切片装置。具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过电机驱动第三轴杆转动,使第一环形刀片转动,同时通过第一齿轮和第二齿轮啮合连接,使第二轴杆和第二环形刀片同时转动,实现第一环形刀片和第二环形刀片可以将蔬菜原料进行切片,切片过程不会间断,不会漏切,并且得到的蔬菜切片厚度均匀,切片效果显著提高。
2、本发明通过电机驱动第三轴杆转动,可以使第二皮带轮通过皮带带动第一皮带轮转动,进而第一轴杆可以转动,使螺旋叶片转动,通过加料斗加入待切片蔬菜原料,可以使螺旋叶片运输待切片蔬菜原料通过进料孔进入切片箱内被切片,实现待切片蔬菜原料加入切片箱内时不会发生堵塞,相对于直接加料进入切片箱内,提高了切片效果,防止待切片蔬菜原料过多导致的堵塞,防止切片混乱,提高切片质量。
3、本发明通过使螺杆转动,进而使螺母可以沿螺杆轴向移动,进一步带动支撑座和第二轴杆移动,所以可以调整第二环形刀片的位置,使第一环形刀片和第二环形刀片的间距可调,实现调整脱水蔬菜切片的厚度。

在上述实施例的基础上,第三轴杆18的外侧靠近第一齿轮23固定连接有第二皮带轮22,第二皮带轮22的外侧通过皮带6连接第一皮带轮8,第一皮带轮8的中部内固定连接有第一轴杆7,第一轴杆7一端转动连接在送料箱2的一侧内,第一轴杆7的另一端转动连接在送料筒3的一侧内,第一轴杆7的外侧固定连接有螺旋叶片16,送料筒3的一端顶部固定连接有加料斗25,送料箱2和切片箱1的相邻侧均设置有进料孔17,防护盒5的顶部相邻皮带6设置有皮带连接孔21,电机4驱动第三轴杆18转动,可以使第二皮带轮22通过皮带6带动第一皮带轮8转动,进而第一轴杆7可以转动,使螺旋叶片16转动,通过加料斗25加入待切片蔬菜原料,可以使螺旋叶片16运输待切片蔬菜原料通过进料孔17进入切片箱1内被切片,实现待切片蔬菜原料加入切片箱1内时不会发生堵塞,相对于直接加料进入切片箱1内,提高了切片效果,防止待切片蔬菜原料过多导致的堵塞,防止切片混乱,提高切片质量。
在上述实施例的基础上,第二轴杆11的另一端转动连接有支撑座12,支撑座12的底部滑动连接有下支撑板9,下支撑板9的一端固定连接在切片箱1的后端另一侧,支撑座12的顶部固定连接有螺母14,螺母14的内部螺纹连接有螺杆13,螺杆13的外侧一端转动连接有上支撑板15,上支撑板15的一端固定连接在切片箱1的后端另一侧并且相对下支撑板9的一侧,螺母14的顶部滑动连接在上支撑板15的一侧,螺杆13平行于第二轴杆11,螺杆13的一端固定连接有调节旋钮,通过使螺杆13转动,进而使螺母14可以沿螺杆13轴向移动,进一步带动支撑座12和第二轴杆11移动,由于第二轴杆11的外侧固定连接有多个均匀分布的第二环形刀片20,所以可以调整第二环形刀片20的位置,使第一环形刀片19和第二环形刀片20的间距可调,实现调整脱水蔬菜切片的厚度。
在一些实施例中,支撑座12内部和螺杆13的外侧均设置有轴承,下支撑板9通过滑轨连接支撑座12。
在一些实施例中,上支撑板15的长度不大于第二齿轮24的厚度,第二齿轮24的厚度大于第一齿轮23的厚度,调整上支撑板15的长度,选用不同厚度的第一齿轮23和第二齿轮24,使第二轴杆11在移动时,第一齿轮23和第二齿轮24保持啮合。
在一些实施例中,切片箱1的底部设置有通孔并且通孔处固定连接有排料槽10,便于下料,切片箱1和送料筒3的外侧均设置有支腿。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种脱水蔬菜生产用切片装置,其特征在于:所述第三轴杆(18)的外侧靠近第一齿轮(23)固定连接有第二皮带轮(22),所述第二皮带轮(22)的外侧通过皮带(6)连接第一皮带轮(8),所述第一皮带轮(8)的中部内固定连接有第一轴杆(7),所述第一轴杆(7)一端转动连接在送料箱(2)的一侧内,所述第一轴杆(7)的另一端转动连接在送料筒(3)的一侧内,所述第一轴杆(7)的外侧固定连接有螺旋叶片(16),所述送料筒(3)的一端顶部固定连接有加料斗(25),所述送料箱(2)和切片箱(1)的相邻侧均设置有进料孔(17),所述防护盒(5)的顶部相邻皮带(6)设置有皮带连接孔(21)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种脱水蔬菜生产用切片装置,其特征在于:所述第二轴杆(11)的另一端转动连接有支撑座(12),所述支撑座(12)的底部滑动连接有下支撑板(9),所述下支撑板(9)的一端固定连接在切片箱(1)的后端另一侧,所述支撑座(12)的顶部固定连接有螺母(14),所述螺母(14)的内部螺纹连接有螺杆(13),所述螺杆(13)的外侧一端转动连接有上支撑板(15),所述上支撑板(15)的一端固定连接在切片箱(1)的后端另一侧并且相对下支撑板(9)的一侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种脱水蔬菜生产用切片装置,其特征在于:所述支撑座(12)内部和螺杆(13)的外侧均设置有轴承,所述下支撑板(9)通过滑轨连接支撑座(12)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种脱水蔬菜生产用切片装置,其特征在于:所述上支撑板(15)的长度不大于第二齿轮(24)的厚度,所述第二齿轮(24)的厚度大于第一齿轮(23)的厚度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种脱水蔬菜生产用切片装置,其特征在于:所述切片箱(1)的底部设置有通孔并且通孔处固定连接有排料槽(10),所述切片箱(1)和送料筒(3)的外侧均设置有支腿。
